Awful. The worst breakfast ever. £9!!!. Same in mcdonalds 2.50. Tasteless sausage and squashed fried reconstituted scrambled egg. Stick to burgers.

This review relates to Burger King located in Luton airport departure lounge. We used the automated self checkout at around 1120am today 30th April, we both ordered chicken Royle meals with hot drinks. The service was deplorable and one of the worst I have experienced, whilst people queued for their meals to be completed, the only member of staff who smiled was a young girl wearing glasses on the right side at the front at the checkout. The other staff on view looked so glum and did not even acknowledge customers collecting their meals, not even a smile and it was not busy at the time. You could visibly watch the food been prepared in the background and it sadly left a lot to be desired hygiene wise. The food was awful, it was cold, the chicken royle was covered completely in mayo like someone lost control when putting the mayo on and there was a strange perfume taste from my tea so I had to throw most of my meal, in fact we would have returned to BK had we not walked 5 mins to the Bar 10 quiet area to eat the food. Worst experience ever, glum unprofessional inept staff. Never again will we use BK, it has put us off for life.

This one was fine actually, not the airport one, the one in the Mall, we had chicken royale and it was pretty quick and the chips were hot too - which is something McD's don't get right and bugs me - I'm sure last year we ate here and it wasn't as good, so must have been improvements - chicken was good too - I'd go back

The chips came cold and in my double cheeseburger one of the patties were raw. Tuesday 21st March 2023

Please ensure Blake at Luton Airport Burger King is recognised. He greeted with a smile and assisted above and beyond. I hope this comment gets back to him. I was in a rush and he was quick to serve and was happy to assist. That's what I expect for fast food and fast and efficient service.

Quite frankly the rudest and most truly miserable staff in the world! I havent seen one of them smile ever!

I had a small burger chips and coffee. There was a horrible thick green greasy matter on the burger paper. It looked like something accumulated over years. It put me completely off my food. I had one bite of burger and threw it away. When I showed the girl at the counter she just said sorry it wont happen next time. it wont because I wont go there again....I even rang burger King head office and there response was not a caring one. just said they will have someone investigate. I'm not looking for compensation but not even an offer to refund burger .A lousy experience. it might appear clean but obviously the kitchen needs major attention. Put me off burger king completely.

Empty place , 15 mins waiting for food to come ( wrongly) staff rude seems stressed and not bothered what so ever. Shame for big name of Burger King

Two people came into the branch asking for hot water to make tea for the homeless outside Dominos. They had a huge flask and just needs the water (nothing else). The manager was clearly from European country and could barely speak English. His face had attitude before they even said anything. I couldn’t believe it when he said no to them. They were polite and said thank you anyway. Disgusting behaviour. For god’s sake get some English speaking staff Burger King and some with empathy would be good too!!! Won’t be going back there.

Omg I just got shouted at by the staff member because he got my order wrong instead of a egg muffin I got a croissant with a omelette ‍♀️ Even tho the customer is always right This guy needs some training on how to speak to customers

Disgusting place, no toilets and full of sour looking Eastern European staff that barely speak English. This branch is a disgrace to Burger King!

Staff stood arguing for 10 minutes keeping customers waiting unnecessarily long to order, then a further 15 for the food to arrive by which time most of it was stone cold. When I finally got my food I was shocked as the lettuce was the hottest part of it, it had obviously been reheated which ruined the entire meal as it tasted off if anything. Been faithful to burger king for years but after a flurry of visits like this most recent one I'm now actively deterring friends from dining here to save them the expense.

I was shocked that a major eateir like this has no toilets, that's crazy!!! I wasn't overkeen on my burger either, i had the bacon double cheeses burger. I don't think i'll be going back.

As usual, excellent freshly made Whopper meal followed by a chocolate Sundae - yum! It's a shame about the long queues and unhappy looking staff none of whom apologised for the delay or tried to speed up everyone's orders. Good food all the same. Clean tables and restaurant.

Popped in here one lunchtime while in town. Had Whopper meal. £6.29 A burger, very few fries and a cup of hot water as staff forgot to put tea bag in it. Wasn't very busy. I can understand why. Overpriced rubbish...
