I could not see any vegetarian kids meal on screen so when I went up to the till ,Wayne did not only tell me what was available but put it through the till as I was not able to use the screen. So helpful and served with a huge smile. Thank you again

The place all itself was OK. Just the service and the management aren't polite.. they forgot my order and made me wait long time. I asked twice the mannger didnt even look at my order number and made me wait 20 min for just an ice cream. Although there was 4 customers at the same time. Shame.

Not used to burger king so I dont know if its more expensive than others or because its in the airport. But i paid 22 pounds 2 burgers, 2 portions chips, 2 drinks. Our choice was really tasty , staff friendly helped us out ordering from the screen , theres a soft drink machine (coca cola , fanta etc ) you can fill your cup up yourself at no extra cost

Good place to grab something before the flight, but when i was there drinks machines not working so we got only options for hot drinks or beer for extra payment.

Well. I don't know how they have rate 4.9 For me almost 5 rate means all is absolutely perfect. In this burger King wasn't. Very average food, Many tables didn't clean at all.

Worst food I've ever eaten, over priced and utter sh!t. I have never been so disappointed with any meal until that unfortunate day where due to lack of options we were forced to use a normally okay burger establishment. However this is a case of living off the reputation of the brand. This Burger King is the worst anywhere in the world. The food was awful the price was ridiculous and honestly if anybody out there wants a burger I suggest you buy one of those rustler burgers as the quality and taste will be far better then anything Burger king luton can offer.

Needed some dinner before our flight and the Burger King is always a good choice. Big ups to Wayne for the good service!

You could tell straight away that the chicken was not freshly cooked and therefore the burger did not taste as it should. Very flat warm drink and no ice available. Would be great value for an airport but sadly the meal was not satisfying.

Ordered a veggie burger and got served a burger which looked like the one I ordered but instead of the bean bun it had fried chicken in it. Sadly I only realized after the first bite. I complained and asked for the manager, how didn’t even apologize but offered a veggie burger. Absolute disgrace that this the the end of me not eating animals for over 22 years. Please go elsewhere if you want to be safe and stay meat free :(

I went to Burger King to grab something to eat quickly because I had a flight. I was welcomed and served by Rachida, despite the short time she was fast, kind and polite, always addressing me with a smile. Compliments for the food and the service.

My husband and I ate there last year, while waiting for out flight to Roma. The food & service were very good. The staff is very friendly and professionnal specially one her name was Rachida.

I & my family were flying by Luton Airport and eat at Burger King sometimes last week it was delicious & the service was excellent, We were served by a beautiful lady called Rachida, who calls out the order numbers, she was amazing. She knew to speak so many languages Italian, French, Arabic... & entertained with kids. What stood out the most was in a busy time she could still handle the stress, sever the food & still being with a kind attitude… Great job Rachida to see someone take so much pride in their work!! Great asset to your team!
