Burger was barely warm, bacon was cold, fries were barely warm, but cheese sauce on the fries was hot. Had to wipe the table with napkins as there were crumbs over the table.

1 Ordered a Chicken royal meal with coffee, she said go large , yes I said , chips were warm & coffee was cold ,didn't complain

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Shadek at a store and I must say, his service was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Throughout my visit, he was attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

Luton Airport has a lot of food outlets but This Burger King is great. Lots of seating adjacent to the order area, tables with outlets for charging phones, different types of seating (benches, chairs, low and high seating). The food is what you would expect form BK so you know what you get and it comes out pretty fast so overall its a good stop at the airport prior to your flight.

Best fast food out there in the airport area. Their service is best specially Tissa Kabir. Her behaviour was so nice.

Best place to treat yourself a happy meal. And whats more? their service is top notch. Specifically Tissa Kabir. Her friendly behavior made us comfortable to order things around.

The food is horrible, worst than McDonalds, the lady on the till wasn’t willing to put the effort in to bring a room temperature water from the back. And on top of these, the prices are ridiculous! Next time I’ll eat at home or on the way to the airport!

I visited Burger King after my 1st flight back to Luton from Paris in France and decided to grab some food before I go to the Luton airport Terminal 1 Multi storey car park to go home. I ordered the vegan Chicken Royale with no vegan mayo and bacon and cheese stuffed fries and a drink of water and hopefully I will come back to this place hopefully in the future .

The only positive point is the fast service and the price! The rest is disappointing, let's start with the restaurant which is dirty and with many completely torn benches. When we received the order we did not have the right number of bottles, the fries were very hot but not very good, for the hamburgers they were cold and the cheeses were not even melted inside.

I don't understand the 4.9/5 rating for this restaurant. Already a huge lack of space given the current world. Also when I picked up my order. 2 bottles of water were missing since I had 4 menus. The employee didn't want to give me 4 until I explained to him that I had 4 MENUS. So 4 drinks. The service, however, was quick. Once installed, I realize that my hamburger is cold…..

Poor service and stone cold food, despite having to wait for it. The first were hard as well as cold. I know Burger King is going down hill, but this unit has already hit the bottom of the hill. Spend a few quid more and eat at one of the other outlets. I’ll never eat with BK again.

The food was okay for breakfast, but what is most disappointing is that you can’t use your loyalty BK account, which doesn't make sense. I believe the franchise is supposed to follow brand rules.

Went there to grab a bacon roll and coffee just before my flight. Roll was cold and damp, bacon was cold and hardly cooked, went back to counter to be told all bacon rolls are like that by team.member, asked for refund, told I'd have to wait as busy serving other customers first, not great when you need to get to the gate for a flight! Bad customer service and even worse food, really disappointing as I prefer BK to McD.

I ordered a re-fill able drink with my food and the women did not give me a cup, I showed her my receipt which had the drink on and she refused to give me a cup. She accused me on stealing someone else receipt even though the numbers matched up on screen. I finally got another cup because another staff member could see the drink on the receipt. This is not what I wanted just before my holiday.
