Never again, I had food that was sitting there most of the day it was awful.

Great restaurant with an excellent ambiance and friendly staff. The food was delicious, especially the quesadilla and OG Kebab Meal—it was amazing! The fries were piping hot and chilly cheese bites were absolutely delicious. Well worth the money. Big shout to Isha. Awesome customer service with a lovely smile Highly recommended!

You order an extra mix and you got 50 g of meat in the whole box … cheesy chips as well .i got cheese on only 2-3 chips . They always do that when you order online . You basically pay 15-16£ for nothing !

Made an order and I had items missing. Doner Wrap was not complete, I got the wrong drinks, and got 3 lots of Doner Fries and they were all the same when I did not order all the same ones. Very disappointed as this was my first time trying this place.

Mohammed and his service is always great! Some new staff need to work on their customer service but overall great!

Amazing experience, the food is really nice and clean. Mohammed one of the staff member was really nice, kind and very professional with us. Even when it’s busy the waiting time is not long, so overall good experience.

That was the BEST kebab I’ve ever had!!! Food arrived hot, on time and the delivery driver was happy. I’ll definitely be back. I’m at a loss as to why people are criticising this place due to a feature installed by Just Eat, not the business. The code is there for a reason! If you have an issue with it raise it with Just Eat instead of trying to cause issues for people who are just trying to earn a living by providing good food. Put yourself in their shoes and think before you criticise.

The food was good, unfortunately it was somewhat cold. Especially the chips.

The menu is quite expensive for what is very basic food so a few items add up very quickly to a high bill. I have no complains about the taste. I would like the staff to wear gloves when preparing the food as I can see both the staff in the back and front just using bare hands.

absolutely disappointed! i have ordered a doner wrap as meal which includes lots of options of what would you like to have in that wrap. firstly, i’ve chosen an option of picking extra tomatoes and also added a note to remember to add those tomatoes, ordered have came, and i’ve been given one singular slice of tomato, which an absolute joke at this point, secondly i have ordered a chocolate waffle bread along with it, when eating it feels like chewing on a sponge and have no flavour! meal have come cold and if it wouldn’t be for me being so hungry i would personally not eat that!!! don’t recommend, called them couple of times didn’t pick up.

Ordered at 20:50 and food was scheduled for 21:20 at the latest when order was placed yet didn’t receive it until 22:10. Time window just kept going up and up, no one would answer the phone when I called and eventually when it came my food wasn’t warm and my can of pop (Coke Zero) obviously had never seen a fridge. The food wasn’t inedible but for sure wasn’t enjoyable like usual.

Best place for eat in in Luton town. I tried quesdilla and spring rolls. Sevirce is excellent and tasty food. Must visit once.

Considering the single doner wrap I got was around £12.50 delivered, I'm in shock at how small it is. also, I asked for extra lettuce and onion, but got barely any of either, as well as not recieving the extra pickles I paid for. won't use again!

Two of the items did not arrive the zandra special burger and the rigatoni didn’t even arrive so need a refund for that we just shared what we had Wasn’t good enough I had an upset child and grandparent. I can’t do it on the help bit as ordered somewhere else as well

the donar was cold, there was no extra dill. the chips were soggy, and there was two chicken spring rolls as opposed to 1 of both beef and chicken. very disappointing even though it was a speedy delivery. sauces did not taste authentic like the original flavours of german doner

The most stingiest portions I've ever had. I bought a large doner box, regular doner box & a doner kebab. The large & regular doner boxes were the same size, so I paid extra for a large one for nothing. I basically got conned. The doner kebab was nothing but salad. I paid nearly £40 and was still hungry after. I will never go there again. Absolute robbery!

Order took almost an hour to arrive to me after ordering, media were lukewarm & there were no sauces in the bag to accompany the meals, especially since I opted for no sauce in the doners, to avoid them getting soggy. So disappointed!!

Order on Deliveroo and was roughly 5 minutes away. Ordered the meal for two, came outside to pick up from delivery and he tried to give it someone else, what was the point in a PIN number. Took it up and unpacked it, both kebabs were cold. Mine had salad and you could taste it was awful. Fries were cold chocolate desert was awful. The only good thing was the cheese balls. Certainly won’t be reordering when in Luton again

Very disappointed. I’ve ordered before and it was really nice, but now🤮. Never again, that white meat supposed to be beef😂 I’ve spent £50 for 2 Donner and 2 panini with fries. I expected some decent quality.
