Used to always come here has been closed every Friday for the last month when we have come when it should be open. No note on shutter to suggest anything about why wasted time coming here multiple times for it to just be closed.

food was absolutely bad tonight cold hard n greasy

Had to give the shop a call as they had forgotten a fish. Gentleman on the phone polite and said that they would send one out once the driver got back. It was delivered about 10 minutes later. Great service

Always loved this place but ordered cheese and onion pie as advertised but received a half filled cheese and onion pasty. Should be advertised as a pasty .

The chips were all hard. Haddock was good as usual. The cod appears to have been re cooked. Shame as we have always had good food from them.

The food was disappointing today it was cold, the chips were not nice and the curry sauce was half filled.

Food fantastic but fed up with the delivery driver as we keep having to go meet the driver to collect our order as he cannot be bothered to climb one flight of stairs so will either collect order or go else in the future.

Food was stale as dried out ordered 2 half pounders and chips the burgers I not sure even meat as had a dried out effect and the idiot serving took 4 attempts wrap my chips and left pieces of paper all over them it took him forever I asked for new chips but was ignored and food was thrown in a bag avoid avoid it's worst place in Luton

food was cold even when I called restaurant they assured me it was fish was greasy whole order git chucked away money wasted

the food was rather cold and the sausage in batter was over cooked so tough

never recieved the order- will never use again

I was really looking forward to this as they are my favourite chippie. Spoiled due to all the food being cold by the time it got to me. Had to reheat it in the microwave.

I Use every week. Normally all is good. But this time I ordered 2 large haddock, 1 large Cod, 1 small Cod, I received a very small haddock, 1 small Cod 2 large cod.

One of the meals was missing a drink. The other meal had a different drink to what I ordered. Ordered an extra drink and that was missing too.

2 time this time order arrived 1 hour 15 early driver not even bothered had the receipt with time on won't be using them again

I always order from Luton Town Fish & chips but the last 2 orders have left me very disappointed. Last time half of my order was missing & now today I've ordered chicken meat & chips but received doner meat & chips.... I don't eat doner meat. Very disappointed recently, only plus side is food is always hot & always delivered early.

Fish and chips were delicious just let down by the lazy delivery driver who rang us to go find him to collect our order. He parked away from the entrance to our first floor flat requiring us to cross our small road then cross the main road to get it.

Definitely the fish and chips in Luton. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the portions are fantastic with ample parking for easy access.

Sadly, food was cold, chips were mostly bits,and the large cod was not very large.

delivery driver couldn't find address so made me get it 15 minutes after it said was here so made food cold...happy with outcome though ...

I picked up my order 15 minutes after ordering it, took it back home under 5 minutes. Chips were cold and looked like it was old Chips and the fish was dry. We have been coming to this chip shop for years, the food was really bad this time. Not happy

If I had never ordered from here before I wouldn't again. The chips were hard, cold & wrinkly as if left over from previous opening time. Pie and fish barely had any warmth to them. I know they can do better.

Man cooking chips has a beard down to his chest that is uncovered. If that is what they are willing to do in the open ...makes you wonder about cleanliness behind the scenes

As usual the food arrived piping hot!!! I'd suggest you order one less chips as their chip portions are incredibly generous. the fish is amazing and the crispy coating is ,just that , crispy. I recommend this take away everytime. love it

For some reason the chips are always really dry, crispy and old tasting. Not sure if it's because of the time of day or not. They're always fluffy and fresh if ordered in shop.

Food came earlier than expected (no complaints, no one likes waiting) and was hot a delicious, only complaint is the mushy peas, £1.60 for a tablespoon of mushy peas was a little overpriced, but everything else was great.

Great food but there was a missing item. Good job I ordered extra chips as one person had to have a plate of chips. please check your orders before they are sent for delivery.

The donner meat isn’t the same as it used to be…it’s definitely changed. Sadly not too keen on the flavour of the new donner meat.
