I Use every week. Normally all is good. But this time I ordered 2 large haddock, 1 large Cod, 1 small Cod, I received a very small haddock, 1 small Cod 2 large cod.

One of the meals was missing a drink. The other meal had a different drink to what I ordered. Ordered an extra drink and that was missing too.

2 time this time order arrived 1 hour 15 early driver not even bothered had the receipt with time on won't be using them again

I always order from Luton Town Fish & chips but the last 2 orders have left me very disappointed. Last time half of my order was missing & now today I've ordered chicken meat & chips but received doner meat & chips.... I don't eat doner meat. Very disappointed recently, only plus side is food is always hot & always delivered early.

Fish and chips were delicious just let down by the lazy delivery driver who rang us to go find him to collect our order. He parked away from the entrance to our first floor flat requiring us to cross our small road then cross the main road to get it.

Definitely the fish and chips in Luton. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the portions are fantastic with ample parking for easy access.

Sadly, food was cold, chips were mostly bits,and the large cod was not very large.

delivery driver couldn't find address so made me get it 15 minutes after it said was here so made food cold...happy with outcome though ...

I picked up my order 15 minutes after ordering it, took it back home under 5 minutes. Chips were cold and looked like it was old Chips and the fish was dry. We have been coming to this chip shop for years, the food was really bad this time. Not happy

If I had never ordered from here before I wouldn't again. The chips were hard, cold & wrinkly as if left over from previous opening time. Pie and fish barely had any warmth to them. I know they can do better.

Man cooking chips has a beard down to his chest that is uncovered. If that is what they are willing to do in the open ...makes you wonder about cleanliness behind the scenes

As usual the food arrived piping hot!!! I'd suggest you order one less chips as their chip portions are incredibly generous. the fish is amazing and the crispy coating is ,just that , crispy. I recommend this take away everytime. love it

For some reason the chips are always really dry, crispy and old tasting. Not sure if it's because of the time of day or not. They're always fluffy and fresh if ordered in shop.

Food came earlier than expected (no complaints, no one likes waiting) and was hot a delicious, only complaint is the mushy peas, £1.60 for a tablespoon of mushy peas was a little overpriced, but everything else was great.

Great food but there was a missing item. Good job I ordered extra chips as one person had to have a plate of chips. please check your orders before they are sent for delivery.

The donner meat isn’t the same as it used to be…it’s definitely changed. Sadly not too keen on the flavour of the new donner meat.

This meal was a disgrace. The chips had been left so long the wasn’t fit for purpose. The sausages were undercooked and I payed £29 and couldn’t even eat the food. This chip shop has gone down hill massively and I will be reporting it to trading standers

Not usual quality, had to reheat as not very hot, not as many chips and curry sauce half the usual size. Hopefully better next time if not will not be using again

I don’t know why but this place has gone downhill so much in the last couple of months . I really used to enjoy the food . My order this time was wrong again for the 3rd time in a row . And the chips were so bad they looked like they had been sitting around for days . Very disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer for a very long time !! I normally don’t complain but this is the worst meal I have ever had from there . The chips were like cardboard !! Awful I think they were lunchtime chips . It was late and freezing cold plus I ordered 2 positions of chips and only received one . Very disappointing

Delivery was wrong. When rang to tell them that delivery was wrong they read a different order which did not match ours and insisted that was correct. Chips arrived stale and burgers had no salad or sauces inside although we specifically requested for them too (although this should be something standard). Used to order regularly for them and food standard and taste has progressively gone downhill.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this food was absolutely dreadful!! the chips were not cooked properly and dripping in oil in the notes I had said to make sure the chips were made properly that didn’t happen you have changed your curry sauce why is it spicy?? It taste awful I will not be coming back here again!!

The driver ignored the delivery instructions, sat in his car and phoned us to go down and get the take away. The food was very nice but the portion seemed smaller than when we last ordered.

Although Luton Town Chippie was really busy, tonight being the last Friday in January they still pulled it out of the bag, The food was hot, not greasy and ready for collection. Thanks guys. 5 stars
