Absolutely love the donner kebab from here! My favourite place to go when I fancy a decent donner kebab. The service and food is always brilliant. The portion sizes are just the right amount. The guys behind the counter always a pleasure to talk to and are so attentive. Sort me out my extra chilli sauce! Defo the best in town.

Shocking food. Ordered two chicken shish kebabs. Chicken was hard and over cooked. Had a medium and got three bits of chicken, ordered a large and got five pieces. Definitely wasn’t chicken breast. Definitely won’t be going back there again and would recommend you avoid!!

Customer service is ok, but when asked if he could put the plain doner and chips in separate boxes- was told no. Strange. Anyway, the doner was good but chips oily and dried out very quick. Went after a couple of years and this experience has probably put me off for a couple of more.

Son ordered me plain old kebab meat and chips with NO MAYO, food turned up late & cold and literally drowned in mayo, despite putting no mayo when he ordered, total waste of money, when your paying customers say no mayo we mean no mayo, bad enough when the food is hot, but when its luke warm it’s disgusting, not just to look at but worse when you attempt to eat it, the dog wouldn’t even touch it, shame no option for zero stars

Ordered £6 donor kebab it came by itself no salad or pitta bread. And it was completely raw and it tasted like rubber. I bought food twice from Pinar but both times I regretted. Will never use this place.

Nice tasty food. The only problem is that lamb is not lamb it's an ox meat. It is a general problem in Luton that most take aways sell ox meat as lamb as most people don't know the difference. It is still a deception to claim that the lamb is lb when it's clearly not!

Worst Food i have ever had. Hot wings were uncooked and so bad smell of wings that i couldn’t eat a piece.Also the price was so high. They told 5 mins to wait but i had to wait about 10 mins.

What can I say . Open later than most places in the area good value food and delivery service.

Decent Turkish doner kebab. Fresh and tasty and lovely crispy chips with the right amount of salt. Very good customer service by young man at front. Haven’t had this type of Turkish doner in a long time. Thanks.

First time ordering here, for nearly £10 donner kebab the portion size was half the size I'd expect (compared to others), shame as it taste really good & salad was fresh!

Waited 1hr 20 mins for my order, when it came it was luke warm at best ( I only live 1 mile away) the chicken was dry, I ordered 2 chicken breasts & got 1 and a drumstick , the chips were basically cold, the donor meat was tasty ( after I heated it up in the oven) I am trying hard to think of a positive and the only positive I can think of is that the staff seemed friendly when I rang up to find out where my order was , this was the first time I have used this place and most definitely the last, I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt because they seem to have some good reviews but it was that bad I can't, I think it's safe to say I will not be ordering from here again, don't want to sound harsh but it was very disappointing

I have used this establishment for many many years. But tonight i ordered chicken for my 9 year old daughter. It was undercooked. Blood by the bone. Unacceptable. Not sure if I will use them again sadly.

Avoid this place. Under cooked chicken and have to reorder my dinner at 9.30pm.

Possibly avoid in the week when not busy if ordering, they have two tubs of meat old dry and fresh cooked they put on top. Weekend fairly good.

Stopped here on my way home from work, first time we've had a takeaway from here, would highly recommend, best kebabs we have had! Very nice guys gave us a couple of free drinks, and me some doner meat to try which was beautiful , Garlic mayo was amazing. Thank you, deffinantly will be back!

I work nights at the hospital ( L and D) I often order food from pinar 2 the food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. I have never had a bad meal weather it be chicken shish, fried chicken and chips or a kebab. The delivery drivers are always polite and helpful as are the rest of the staff. Great food, great staff and highly recommended.

I've been using this place longer than I can remember. Food has always been very good especially the mixed kebab. It's not the cheapest take away but you get what you pay for.

Should be rated ZERO but has the most rudest owner EVER (vile !!!!) Ordered via Hungry House and got email from restaurant (if that’s a name) saying be ready for 8:22 Rang them at 8:40 to ask where food was and the LYING OWNER told me leaving in 1 minute (I live 5 mins drive from shop) Rang back at 8:57 and owner told me to ‘shut my mouth’ and because I complained ‘I was rude’ (I was the Customer !!!!) It became obvious that what he said at 8:40 was a complete LIE and the food had been forgotten about I cancelled the order and the ARROGANT OWNER REFUSED to give me my money back DONT GO HERE

Won’t score this anything but ZERO Ordered food at 7:40 via hungry house and got email saying food will be ready at 8:22 Rang them at 8:40 and asked where food was and owner told me it was leaving shop within next minute It’s 10 mins from Pinar 2 to my house and I rang them again at 8:58 to cancel order Owner said I was rude (I think I am the Customer !!) and asked why I hadn’t cancelled order earlier and I was rude for not cancelling then. I informed him he was rude for not delivering on his promise but he said he was giving me a free bottle of coke for the delay (wow !!!!) The owner is a total liar who couldn’t deliver on his promise. Via hungry house the restaurant has the option to change the time to whatever they think the delivery is DONT ORDER HERE VIA HUNGRY HOUSE OR JUST EAT as they cannot deliver on their specified time

ordered online through the website must say was pleased with the selection. selected a large lamb shish. the lamb was amazing really tender and very juicy, the pitta bread was filled with salad all very fresh. We will be visiting again and would highly recommend it to all those that enjoy a good shish kebab one of the best I've eaten in Luton.

Fantastic food. Excellent Quality. Brilliant customer service. Food always cooked fresh. Staff very helpful. Cost is good as portions are more than adequate! Chips hot and not soggy. Salad is super fresh. Home made chilli sauce is to die for. Can't recommend them enough!

If you have a bad experience anywhere there is a tendency to look for other shortcomings. I will try and avoid this. My first and only visit to Pinar 2 was not good. Firstly, the staff were surly and I was greeted with 'Yes mate'. I would have preferred, 'good evening sir, what can I get you', but not to worry. I had a long wait for my order despite the shop being empty for most of the time. I suppose they had telephone orders which were more important than mine. Of the food I have to say it was for the main not bad but the chips were cooked and placed in the polystyrene boxes and stacked until they were served. That plus travel time the chips were at best, warm. But by far my biggest beef was I was being over charged but a massive 20% until I queried the price. I might be old but I can still add up. Needless to say I wont be going back.

Usually we go for their kebabs but this time i went for a 2 piece chicken and chips. Sad to say i have food poisoning and now have to take time off work. Really not happy about this. Sorry for the bad review but someone has to do it. Will never eat here again
