Came here as I was around the area and the quality, consistency and overall taste has dropped immensely since the ownership has changed. My friends and I went for the lamb doner and the ratio of fat to meat was very high, the food was cold and it didn’t taste fresh. Waste of time and money. I’ve visited here previously and came to realise that the original owner has since sold the business. Quality has gone down and I’ll never visit here again. I do not recommend. They taste worse than GDK.

Best Kebab I have eaten so far... fresh healthy and worth the money ... you pay for quality hmc Halal food ...not for quantity processed meat ... thank you guys keep the good work up and please stay fresh !

After the change of management, this place went downhill. Poor service, quality drops dramatically. Visited 3 times under new management and would not recommend. Before they serve quality food, always spot on unfortunately now is not the case

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Was in Luton for a little and came here based on a friends recommendation. The wait was shorter than expected. The service was OUTSTANDING!! We had two people with allergies and the server was so knowledgable about every ingredient in every dish. I had the mixed dinner kebab meal. All was 10/10. Will be returning next time I’m in town for sure!

Berlin Donner amazing good cooked food, excellent hospitality, and presentation. I visit one or twice a week sometimes to have my special pomegranate feta mix donner salad. Honestly the flavours are amazing with their shop made sauces. Portion sizes are spot on, and the fresh made Turkish bread is something different and so good. The place is always nice and clean to dine in. Thank you

So me and my partner come to London to drop his grandpa off at the airport And we was looking for something quick to eat before driving back and he found this place I ain’t a fan of kebabs but honestly I could eat that again was amazing the atmosphere was nice to very friendly if I could give more starts I would they deserve it great service fast and food amazing definitely recommend this place

A regular customer and went there on the weekend. Got the mixed donner (chicken and lamb) kebab meal and honestly, expected a bit better. The bread was hard and there wasn't enough sauce at the top, making it quite dry. It was only saucy at the bottom of the kebab. Would still recommend them as food is usually top tier.

As a citizen of Prague, all kebabs taste the same to me. What a pleasant surprise it was to try this kebab (durum + doner)! The meat is the real winner; they are not using premade meat like others. Its well seasoned, great bread and sauce! I wish I had something like this at home.

Opened my fast here and the food was buuuuftiful, Uzair and the Team know how to keep a customer happy with the professionalism and the happy to serve mentality not the usual depression you get with some food place employees. The decor is very welcoming and clean , Overall 10/10 provided dates and water aswell so will definitely be opening a few more fasts here InSha’Allah!

We came all the way from Milton Keynes to eat here we even checked the timing which say it's open until midnight but when we get here at 11:30 they were already cleaning and had nothing for us to eat!!! I mean if you guys really wanna close earlier then at least update your timing on Google and even on your door it says you guys are open until MIDNIGHT!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Excellent quality and tasty kebab in this town there is no other place like it. Pleased to see it still hasn’t changed hands after so many years and the owner is still friendly as ever. The sauces are perfect. The freshly made sesame seeded bread has a lovely crispy outer layer. All in all top notch grub. 10/10.

The food had a very bad smell + in my opinion meat wasn't even spiced enough. It's not even this kind of lamb meat that I was expecting for in Kebab. The grossest kebab I've eaten so far here, in Luton. Trust me I really rarely do a review, but I also want to let people know what they will probably get. EDIT: I can agree about the meat, but it must also be tasty, don't you think? I didn't mention it, but I also had some cartilage in the meat, which I had to spit out after chewing. Maybe it was your bad day - ok, but it's an honest review at least. EDIT2: I meant I agree what you think about a meat and as u wrote "10% meat and the rest only god knows", but u still don't understand that if u prepare your food like no one does it also needs to be tasty

Wee had been waiting for the order for almost 2hrs, when it finally arrived, food was cold, order messed up, one of the kebabs had no chicken and additional onion and feta cheese, which shouldn't be included. If I could, I would give 0 star, when called 3 times, first was told that are waiting for the driver, then that finishing preparing the order and in 5 mins it will be packed and sent, last but not least, that is on its way. Fries were disgusting. I'm genuinely disappointed. If I knew that's going to look as it looked, I would never order.

My go to comfort food, Always buy doner from here. They use real fresh meat unlike other competitors. Food is always made nice. Dont be shy to ask for spicy doner if you like it hot.

Amazing Donner, Best in Luton.

I always feel satisfied after eating here or using the takeaway service, the food tastes great, is well seasoned and not greasy. The staff take pride in the preparation of the doners which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. I can safely say the best kebab I've had, ( BBQ wings are banging too ).

I haven't eaten here for maybe around 3 years and only just remembered about it. So me and my mate came. As soon as I ate the 1st bite. It brought back all the delicious memories. The food is amazing, and the portion sizes are huge. I tried the naga sauce that they had new and that was delicious. Will never forget about this place again.

Food arrived late and cold, especially the chips which I could not eat. Definitely will not order again. The food does not arrive with any sauces unless you order separately although with the price you would expect to receive a small sauce.

£22 for 2 large doners. Much rather would've paid £14 from the local chicken n chips place. The chips same as theirs and the doner so chewy and odd.

Es tut mir wirklich leid aber... I have to say the food was subpar. At GDK I can deal with paying such high prices for what is traditionally sold as relatively cheap food in Germany because the meat is seasoned well and of higher quality. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Berlin Döner 65; The meat consisted of an insanely high amount of cartilage, which made the kebab quite unpleasant due to the texture. I must also say that the meat itself is lacking considerably in flavour, I understand that foods are often flavoured to suit the audience to which it is being sold but even a little salt would go a long way. I have given Berlin Döner kebab 2 stars because it is better and more authentic, in some aspects, than most English kebab shops. However, as it stands I've ordered from here twice (to give it a real chance) and both times the food suffered from the same short-comings; lack of flavour and excess cartilage.

Visited first time, staff really friendly and very good customer service. Food was amazing, alhamdulilah. Will back again here. Inshallah

Berlin Doner? Its not Doner meat that's served here. It's Shawarma. Not very good either. One visit was enough for me. I won't be returning. GDK is the real deal.

Even one star is too much. The meat was burnt, you won't be able to eat anything. The food had a verybed smell. They made fun of us.

The best place in all of Luton and possibly in South East/East England! you wont beat their quality for all their ingredients. Whilst pregnant i craved their chicken donor non stop! We order from here on the regular and Ismael is blessed!

I got a chicken doner and chicken wrap. Both were good but the wrap had better bread otherwise they were the same. Wrap is half the price so I will definitely get it next time. Portion size is inconsistent and on the small side. Tasty. Recommended

We have all heard about GDK (German Donna kebab) but this is very close to it if not on a good day slightly better I would say for sure you would not be disappointed

Their chicken Doner is tasty and tastes a lot cleaner than other Doner places in Luton. They make their food daily and it is fresh, hence the taste is so much better than elsewhere. The owner is very friendly and talkative. I always eat in, if you take the food home it gets cold and doesn’t taste the best. They are quick with their food and their sauces taste amazing.

This is one of the best if not the best doner kebab place. The meat is originally layered so that its crispy on the shaven corners and moist in the middle and not like the homogenous type where they taste the same throughout. Their sauces add an amazing creamy yet spicy and sour touch to counter the meat. Fantastic service. The owner is super friendly who offered us Arabic tea on the house. Once you hit this kebab, its hard to find a match. 100% highly recommended and its reasonably priced. Good value for money.

Really unique taste and composition, it's the only reasonable choice not only in Luton but in surrounding areas too. Highest quality even while compared to big franchises such as GDK. Staff members are great, deliveries are on point, food is delicious. Any issues are resolved quickly without a problem, restaurant adjust to given feedback.

Pricey but the food does not disappoint

Really looking forward to trying this restaurant after researching online, the kebabs myself and my son had were quite tasty but really cold the salad and kebab meat were nested on top of fries that were so cold they we’re chewy. This is my sons first kebab so I made sure we came somewhere highly recommended but felt very disappointed. I came from stony Stratford to try here but felt we have better on our doorstep. Whilst there a delivery of drinks and chicken turned up in a very dirty looking van and the two guys didn’t look very hygienic.
