Subway in Luton

Was looking forward to getting a subway after work, walked up the precinct to see shutters were closed this was at 6pm even tho the shop stated that they close at 7pm knocked on the door the employee came to the door and said “I’ve been on my own all day since 2”, with attitude, not really my issue yous are understaffed or whatever but I’d rather get served it’s not like it’s a lot to ask for it is what you are employed to do

Very disappointed. Unfriendly and poorly treated by the 2 members of staff when i tried to go in for a sit down meal with a friend. A friend and myself goes in a few hour before closing and was refused sitting because they have just cleaned the tables/floor.

Honestly the worst baguette I’ve eaten in my life. Things missed off and stale bread!!!

Small place in Bathgate, staff are very pleasant. They sell vegan and meat eat.

Called in to subway in Bathgate today and the guy that served us didn't have a clue how to make a sub the bread was ripping he forgot to put the ham on so instead of taking the cheese of he slapped it on top and toasted it that way asked for a pepperoni pizza slice and he forgot the Italian tomato sauce and instead of taking the pepperoni off he slapped it on top of it and while putting my order through the till he was doing a dozen other jobs 😡 Looks like my subs been back handed and smacked about. The other one I got was just completely falling apart. Very poorly run subway. Maybe some staff training is in order as there is no way they are sandwich artists and they looked extremely miserable

Avoid at all costs. Don't waste your money. Can't get an order right to save themselves. Poorly run. Poorly managed.

I got a delivery from here yesterday 10th August. The hash browns came freezing cold so I phoned them up said to me He would get a driver to deliver fresh ones up with some free cookies and he told my details and they still haven’t even phoned me about it. Disgusting won’t be back

No food, shld have closed their doors. Ended up taking something i didn't like as had waited 20mins to get served

Food came over an hour late, missing all items more or less, lossed money and spent a fortune. Won’t be back.

My experience of this particular restaurant left me feeling particularly disappointed with the servers. It took about 10 minutes before we were served by employees clearly looking for something else to do. When we were eventually served the sandwich artist would walk into the back to take out foods that should have been filled before he served us even going to the extent of moving salami meat from one tub to another just to avoid making my order. the attitude of the servers were dissatisfactory as if they didn't really feel like working that day. I can appreciate its a nice day and the employees would much rather be spending their time elsewhere however they still have a job to do.

Omg subway is a great place to get a bite to eat.. freshly made infront of you and the tastiest out there. Kids meals are awesome as there's different options to chose from. Big shout out to Moira shes awesome and the most friendliest woman you'll ever come across . If you've no tried it why NOT?

The staff are always friendly and helpful but the shop looks tired with prices getting high your getting nothing special for your money

Best Subway ever with really helpful staff.

Ordered through uber, it turned up 30 mins after it had said it would with my nachos missing, 2nd time I've had produce missing from my order. Spending £30 on a couple of rolls you'd expect perfect standards, not so..

Service of the woman today were shocking, clearly didnt want to be there. One of them had an attitude problem and i felt she was very abrupt

Ordered via deliveroo. on time. great. however, for two x £9.58 footlong what I got was not worth it. I'm debating to whether finish it as I type this it tastes mostly of bread!. The salad portion is ridiculously small. I mean pathetic. You would think the staff are paying for the salad out of their own pockets. Very bad portions.They forgot the tomatoes and forgot the mayonnaise. Can they read!

Everything is so fresh and the staff are so friendly

Ordered online with Uber eats, half the order was missing and paid for double meat and double cheese and didn’t receive what I ordered. Delivery driver got lost and everything turned up crushed and mushed so was inedible. Tied to call countless time but phone just rang out

I have ordered Subway from this location several times and every time there is an item missing. Consistently bad. No effort is made to rectify THEIR mistake and they just tell you to get a refund from Uber eats. Disgusting customer service. Get another job if you are too busy on your mobile phones to read a simple order correctly.

Ambience is decent. But the service is really poor. I mean have you seen the amount of veggies that they put in the sub? It’s horribly less! It’s supposed to be loaded with veggies and I can barely see them in my sub.. why this sudden change? I love subway but the staff is horrible here... Very disappointed! Never going here again!

Staff seemed to take a long time to serve. The person serving appeared to be a new member of staff and had to keep asking if what she was doing was right but instead of being out front helping the others on duty were through in a back room/office chatting. That said the new chicken and bacon wrap was amazing.

Favourite baguettes, meat balls and cheese Italian sauce

Made a late visit to Subway, but got a friendly welcome from the chap. Have a bit of a thing about foods I don't eat being close to foods I don't, but he was very H&S conscious and, while waiting for the patties for my wraps to cook, he changed his gloves to make subs for another customer.Only thing was, he said we could only have takeaway, not eat in, but still well impressed that even though we visited close to 10pm, the wrap was fresh and tasty. Will be eating there again.

We (family of three) had three one foot long sandwiches whcih were filling, delicious, healthy and great vlue for money (as experienced worldwide at Subways). Te Saturday we went the shop was incredibly open until 4am Sunday morning which, as we had had a very long and busy day, was ideal but unfortunately the toaster had broekn which detracted from the meals a little (although they were still filling and fabulous)... just might have offered us a little something as compensation - even a free drink maybe?

The girl staff member (quite young) was extremely rude, she had a bad attitude which made me feel uncomfortable so I just had to walk out. Won’t go back again, which is a shame as I love subway

I go here about 3 times a week on the days I work as it’s a good healthy option and I really love the vegan sub and wrap! One of my favourites! The only negative I would say is that sometimes the staff really aren’t that great ....none I would say had particularly good customer service skills and some are a bit rude....also sometimes they just try and add whatever salad they feel like rather than asking you

There are times where you can't be bothered to go to a resteraunt and have something different , so having a Subway is the one to go for , the chices of fillings are great and the staff are quick on a busy day you don't wait long they are that quick

It was around 40 mins late as didn't arrive until 16:30 ( driver got couldn't find my flat because they hadn't read my instructions). Also after they left I realised they did not even deliver the drink I ordered... very annoyed

Stop putting less salad on the subs, they used to be jam packed, now it's like there counting there sweetcorn & tried rolls at the side of the counter, I would like fresh, that's wot it says

Staff were not good at constructing the sandwiches. Most of the filling was falling out. Interior of shop was clean and well kept though.

Not best stocked u order a meal deal but 1 flavour of crisps and no cookies this happened to me a couple of times over 2 different yeats

Myself and my colleagues always go to Subway for our lunches and the staff are always very friendly. The Manager now works at the Galaxy restaurant but he always remembered my order ( chicken salad, no green peppers or olives ) and made us feel very welcome. Excellent customer service, great food and very clean.

Feeling hungry on a Sunday morning while waiting on the shops to open I had a 6''sub turkey & ham as you would expect, clean and good service.

It's Subway, don't we all know what this is? 🤔

As subways go, the bathgate branch is on, good selection of sandwiches available at all times. The only issue is the size of the shop, it's very small and when busy is almost inpossible to move around in.

Subway salads are good value big potions friendly staff good range of salads and wraps rolls best sandwich and salads in town always busy

Disgusting this is the first time in a long time I have been back into this subway. Previously it was dirty and disgusting complained and they stated they had resolved the problems. Just been in again and it's still the same

When I tried to contact the restuarant about my order, on several occasions, First call they put the phone down on me, not very good service. After about 9 attempts to call back, got through, only to be told "we are too busy, sorry, only one food handler today". Not good enough. thoroughly disappointed.

won’t be ordering for delivery again!! not impressed at all! Wrong drinks, subs are cold and squashed and why did you charge me for extra cheese when I don’t have any?? also not toasted with cheese! 👍🏻 I’ll just order Dominos next time!!!!

Really disappointed, delivery was over an hour late and cold. Called and was told it would be with us in 10 minutes but it didn't arrive for another 40 and after another 2 calls. The driver however was very apologetic and polite.

I visited Subway sandwiches at Sundon Park Luton on 2-8-18 at 6.30pm trying to get a sandwich meal. There was just 1 person serving with no name badge so I don’t know his name , but after. 10 minute wait as the customer in front was confused and the staff member wasn’t trained but was running the place.The customer in front ordered meatball sandwich then after the beef , cheese was on the bread the customer said he wanted grated cheese not sliced.To my amazement the staff member took the sliced cheese off the beef and bread and threw it back in the cheese tray. This cheese was covered in beef blood and sauces. Now all the cheese in the tray has beef on it and sauces .When I ordered my sandwich he picked up the same contaminated cheese and put it in the sandwich.I mentioned I don’t eat beef so he took the cheese out and said he would get other cheese.His gloves he was wearing was covered in the beef and sauces now my sandwich was covered in beef I don’t eat and sauces I didn’t know what was in them.I tried to explain I don’t eat beef he said he would start again with the same dirty gloves on!!Subway should start looking at contaminated food and allergy’s before they poison members of the public , they probably have reading the reviews.Give Subay a miss , there hygiene is terrible and will poison someone soon I’m sure !!

What's to say ? It's a Subway with inexpensive fresh sandwiches. Lovely staff, friendly, prompt service, all the cookies you could eat and a customer toilet which Jackson particularly liked because there was plenty of space to pan-dance (the art of boogying whilst sitting & pushing out a #2) which is a new form of exercise that he's trying to promote.

Shocking service. Went in and 2 colleges were bitching about another college. Didn't acknowledge us in the que. Once we were getting served the server started cleaning down with industrial strength degreaser and then went to handle our food without changing her gloves. This stuff is highly unsafe for food. We had to request her to change her gloves before she started handling our food again.

Good food, sometimes very busy and small inside but always can get take away.

Go every week and the staff are amazing

My friend Sharon and I were here on Saturday 23rd December we were served by James who's customer service was excellent he was also very polite and courteous. We didn't know what to have. James kindly gave us a sample of the meat balls which Sharon decide to have I had a breakfast Subway. We will definitely be back. Merry Christmas James have fab time.

The place was a tip when I arrived and a tip when I left.. the tables were full of rubbish and weren't cleaned through my entire visit.. the place wasn't even busy.. the staff had the look of being at a funeral, they may as well have been.. I very rarely write bad reviews but I felt robbed that I gave subway my cash for this service

Mi marido y yo y nuestras hijas eran un poco temprano en un sábado por la noche para la película y todos nos apetecía un metro. La cola era casi alrededor de la parte trasera y la salida de la puerta, había un hombre haciendo todo sola. Él estaba intentando su más duro pero al menos 6 personas sacaron la cola por el peso. Él era sin duda solo como nos instalamos allí durante casi una hora y estaba trabajando solo. No es justo no en metro todo el dinero que haga, pero poner su personal en riesgo, para su lealtad se merece un aumento de sueldo.

Not great for eating in, otherwise a handy lunch stop.
