Subway in Luton

First order - no sauce on bmt sandwich with lettuce (extremely basic order but forgot sauce some how) Second order - two sandwiches ordered, mixed breads up, put sauce on half sandwich this time so I suppose I should be grateful for that. Obviously all untoasted even tho requested toasted. May be a training issue but just feels like a laziness issue. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately came toasted which wasn’t requested as we planned on eating later while travelling. Unfortunately ended up in the bin as toasted ruined the taste of our order

I never got my order, tried to call the store and the number isnt recognised. Now im just waiting to get my refund back, wont be ordering again

Order has not been delivered. Shop said there was nothing they could do and that I have to contact just eat. So money has been taken and we have no food.

Food wasn’t up to standard and was missing some stuff from the subs. The waffle fries were soggy and undercooked. The delivery person knocked and immediately tried leaving after knocking as we were at the door waiting and when we opened they were half way back down the stairs with the food.

Ordered a foot long and they sent me a six inch! Not great

I ordered one ham foot long with pickles and garlic and herb sauce with side of waffle fries with south west sauce you have put the put the south west sauce of the sub not on the side for the waffle fries

Got the wrong items. Says on the reciept that they were out of stock and was given other items instead. The restaurant did not call me to ask what i wanted instead and gave me items that are not of the same value as what i ordered. I ordered items on a deal that had added cost on top of the deal and was given basic items as replacement. not happy at all.

By far the WORST subway Iv ever been to, onions, jalapeño etc cut like big wedges, the bread is rock hard , hardly any steak on a steak & cheese, more sauce on the roll than anything, if you don’t like working at subway get another job, don’t look severely depressed and angry cause customers want to ask you something, the way the subs were wrapped got in the car and half of it fell out , the staff are absolutely clueless, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE

Order was over an hour late, stone cold and what’s worse is that the complete wrong order turned up with missing items. This shop is ridiculous

Missing 12 cookie need refund, been called subway 2 day ago still not money back

Used to be a decent enough subway and I had gave it 5 stars but has really went downhill to the point I had to edit review. Recently the staffing has been really poor. One employee in particular constantly listening to music in earphones whilst serving (3 occasions I've witnessed it) same employee sat outside on ground vaping saying store was closed whilst opening hours where showing open. Outside that individual employee the store it's self is being ran poorly, constantly out of stock of items and don't make customers aware before beginning order. I now use the one in whitburn as a result, significantly better ran store.

Shocking. One came with no veg or sauce just meat and cheese so called and was basically accused of lying. Great customer service

The 6 inch sub had been squashed it was all over like it was just flung into the wrapper both weren’t wrapped properly all falling out everywhere was a disgrace from subway and won’t be getting again

Wrong juice, the Dorito chips look like cardboard and taste like it aswell sandwich and cookie is fine but the rest is inedible

Sub rolls were rock hard, completely stale and inedible.

Subs were good but they gave us the wrong crisps and the wrong cookies which is kind of upsetting. Not sure if they were out of both our options (quavers and double choc cookies)

Order was 40 minutes late and then had a missing salad, no drivers available so had to go and collect this - this meant it's over an hour late for the missing salad. The other items received were of a poor standard - I understand the store had an emergency however this order should have been cancelled as the items received were not up to standard, and 3 people were unable to eat their lunch.

The bmt sub was missing and a sub was missing have the items that was meant to be in it other than that the food was good

Delivery driver turned up with someone else's order. Mine was for 6 items, and it was for my daughter's birthday lunch. There's no way I can order from elsewhere because I only kept enough money by for this as a treat for the family on her birthday. Now I feel awful because I can't make up for it. She's had a great day so far, but this has definitely soured things. Subway need to either get things right the first time or put things right straight away

Was looking forward to getting a subway after work, walked up the precinct to see shutters were closed this was at 6pm even tho the shop stated that they close at 7pm knocked on the door the employee came to the door and said “I’ve been on my own all day since 2”, with attitude, not really my issue yous are understaffed or whatever but I’d rather get served it’s not like it’s a lot to ask for it is what you are employed to do

Fast delivery, arrived in around 20 minutes from ordering. Very tasty. Missing peppers and lettuce but other than that it didn't ruin the flavour. It's a bit pricey but worth it as miles apart from other baguettes in the area. Still licking my lips 😋🤤

Food was freezing and took around 2 hours in total, when I called the restaurant they said the driver had taken it out over an hour ago.

Food was ordered at 1pm, called the store around 2:45pm to see how long the order would be and was told “it’s ready but we are busy and waiting on a driver”, the order finally arrived at 4:30pm by a very rude driver who didn’t apologise for the delay or even say hello as he handed me the bag.

subway was burnt, crinkle wedges was a regular not a large and freezing cold.

Very disappointed. Unfriendly and poorly treated by the 2 members of staff when i tried to go in for a sit down meal with a friend. A friend and myself goes in a few hour before closing and was refused sitting because they have just cleaned the tables/floor.

Shocking service from both store and driver. Store couldn’t care less that our £25 order went in the bin because I couldn’t even bite into. The Brie was like rubber. Driver basically Chucked our order in our faces and say complain on the app. Never again will I order from subway just eat.. when asking for a fresh order from the store they said no it wasn’t there fault. It was the drivers fault for going 20 mins in the other direction. They also could give me a full refund and take the goods back

Food was a little cold upon delivery, but was fine after microwaving. Food was tasty for a quick lunch and delivery option was convenient

No crispy onions on one when we had ordered them and the state of the toasted bread is awful, falling apart - is Bathgate shops ovens working correctly or do the staff need training as we don’t get toasted in the state these are from any other store

Honestly the worst baguette I’ve eaten in my life. Things missed off and stale bread!!!

The food was good, but the wrong cookies were delivered which was a bit disappointing. The delivery needs to be fixed for the area I live in as consistently drivers are taken to the wrong address, and without a function to message your drivers on this app there’s no way to contact them to let them know. Disappointing considering my order would’ve been on time and still not had I been able to get in touch with the driver, or had the navigation taken them to the correct address initially.

My ice-cream and milkshake are missing. Refund please

Both sandwiches were freezing, mines was wet? The cheese bites were abysmal the fact that they were sent out was horrible they were cold felt stale and when i bit into one the consistency reminded me of mashed potato not cheese. My boyfriend asked for his sandwich toasted, it was freezing and there was little to none sauce on it. I've never had problems with subway before but this was a disgrace and we couldn't even finish it it was that bad. The cheese bites were chucked after one nibble.

Missing half my order got a meal deal only received the sun and hot main no drink no cookie , I orders another cookie and hot side but didn’t receive it .

So stingy with toppings. I asked in the notes for extra onions as it’s the only thing I get on the Turkey sub. They sent it with less than 3 small strips of onion and missing the crisps. Always an issue when ordering here. Never again

Food was made incorrectly. Asked for plant based steak in two wraps, both have been made with something that is DEFINITELY not the plant based steak. It is more like the veggie patty and is also SPICY.

Delivery time kept changing, ordered at 1pm exactly started saying 13.20-13.40 but arrived and an hour and 40 minutes later. Wedges were stone cold, subs missing items on it and also cold and hard (were down as toasted) and wrong cookies. Not impressed!

Order was delivered with missing wrap. Just short of £50 for a subway for 4 people. Absolutely terrible customer service. Told us they couldn't get the missing item delivered to us as "it was out of the drivers way and they don't want to do it". Basically they wouldn't pay a driver to bring the missing item.

Missed out 3 things from our order

Next time make sure everything is there and correct. We were missing juice, crisps, a cookie. Cheese on the sub and cheese and sauce missing on the salad. Everytime we order there's something missing.

Usually there is a problem with the order but not today. Today it was better than perfect. Really delighted with it thank you it was gorgeous food.

Order time was moved 3 times, it took an hour to come and when it did I was missing a nachos, drink and cookie. Phoned the ship and they said they will try and get someone to deliver it. 🙄

Waited over an hour for my food for them to turn up with the wrong order, i then asked about my order & was told another driver was away with it, don’t know where he was away too right enough…greedy man… Then guy in shop was useless at trying to resolve it and I was told I need to pick my food up if I still wanted it…had to try cancel through just eat app. Pain in the hole

Ordered the steak and cheese with added vegetables. There was no cheese added however it tasted really nice without, only other issue is sometimes there's too much sauce added so it goes everywhere.

They got everything I ordered wrong I ordered ice cream and got a cookie I ordered Pepsi and got Fanta and they got the wrong crisps

Food was on time however arrived cold. Cold as though my nacho chicken bites hadn’t been cooked. I couldn’t even eat them. Also didn’t get my dip with them either. This is the second time subway deliveries have been a let down.
