The wrong food was delivered which we had to eat otherwise we would have had no dinner and it took 50 minutes to arrive

Outside a Sprite being supplied instead of a Coke Zero my order was perfect

Food was luke warm as usual ice all the ice had melted in my drink and missing something as usuzl!!!!

The food was cold and the milkshake and icecream was melted

chips are always cold i had to reheat the food im not sure its happening but im not happy my order is not what expected what I would have to do n my son's dinner. I'm.dnt know what they r doing down there plus my son's chips were not cooked so I had to.thown them awau

food order is cold n the happy meal £4:99 andvmy quarterpounder is £10 so dnt try n fob me with £3 0r £4 for my order im not happy at all.n I had order yesterday it was cold again n then u try n fob me witt same Amount

the chips were fresh for once. but the burger wasn't. it has clearly been sitting around for a while.

ordered this morning, app said driver at restaurant. then 5mins before delivery my order was cancelled. so ordered from Popeye instead without a problem

the food was actually hot i won't get the chips as they are always cold ..so i have cucumbers to.eat with my burger

Kept saying 4-5 mins, so turned up 40 minutes late. Was extremely cold and trying to give 20% discount when everything inc drinks had to be thrown. Never using again

The raspberry pie was missing. The McChicken sandwich was not closed in it's box properly and it fell all over the bag. All the lettuce and the chicken patty and the buns at the bottom of the bag. The napkins were covered in mayo and it was cold.

Food was actually wonderful fresh hot and tasty. The only fault was the straws were missing for the drinks but all the food was there.

Delivery driver was on time, handled delivery with care and was really polite and respectful

So disappointed with Unit 2B Chaul end Lane Luton branch. Most of the time in breakfast eggs with shell. Very frustrating you have to join the queue again just to replace your meal without egg shell

Food never arrived driver stole my food I think due to our conversation seemed really suspicious. Said my intercom wasn’t working when it was.

As McDonald's go this one is reliably good. Never had a bad one from here, its clean and not too busy and the service is quick

Dirty tables. Long waiting times. There were only 4 people inside and we had to wait for 15 minutes. Only after we asked someone about our order they started making it. It seems like they care more about the take away orders than the customers waiting in the restaurant.

Food never arrived tried messaging courier he read message but ignored me, he don’t try calling either probably ate my food, ignorant and very unprofessional I’ve complained but no response, even called the manager at the branch and couldn’t help me as it had already been dispatched, very unhappy!!!!

I'm regular customer of this Hatters way MacDonald. Couple of years ago I made one complaint and today I realised that it's still not sorted out yet. MacDonald WiFi is not working since two years. It's really very bad and shameful for them . It's really very busy but they don't have WiFi facilities.

the chips were stone cold n the burger was jst warm I got two strawberry milk shake it come with meal I did try n swap one of the milkshake for jst milk as it did allow me to do but it did not appear with my order so I had a unhappy neice

Chips cold, order incorrect, which happens regularly

Don't know what is the problem always gives half chips. You have to double check. Don't make profit on chips we are paying full price

Ordered food at 7pm, delivery time was 7.45pm. Order stated courier at restaurant for over an hour and a half. Canceled order and stated that it had not been delivered twice at 8.50pm and 9.20pm. Order arrived at 9.40pm stone cold

Ordered breakfast (with a 10am cut off time) at 9:15am got it at 3 minutes to 11am this is ridiculously late = an hour and a half

the food arrived cold, the fries hard, cold and bitter tasting. you should be more careful, considering that we also ordered two happy meals for the kids. they couldn't eat any and went straight to the trash. disappointing

It has a small kids play area and the tablet seem to working more often than some other McDonald's. Table service is usually quick. If your driving it can be difficult to pull out on to the main road depending on which way you're turning.

The food was cold it seems it was sitting in the shop for ages

The driver didn’t turn up with the delivery,but saying delivered this is not nice I had an austistic daughter who only eats McDonald’s.If you check on your system I ordered McDonald every day sometimes twice. This is not good for business they need to stop this what ever they are doing with somebody food.

We did not get two apple pies. We only got one. We tried to call multiple times, no response.

Took my order and the delivery time kept changing over 1 and half hours later 2 big macs and 2 portions of fries were delivered food was cold was not happy if the restaurant was so busy they should stopped on line orders
