Very unpleasant experience. Very bad customer services after waiting for over 20 minutes for our food we wanted to wash our hands and use the toilet but we have been very impolitely informed that they won’t open the toilet for us. Staff are very rude!!

The worst restaurant ive ever been too. The staff were rude and arrogant, they get orders wrong and refuse refund or to look into things no customer service or values in place , place was filthy, i asked for a cloth to clean the table before i went to eat my food they were just awful, we even ordered table service and they couldn't be bothered to come over and just shouted out the order, food was cold, service terrible i would avoid eating in at this place at all costs, worst mcdonald's. worst evening staff..

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to, extremely slow and messed up my order as well as a number of orders while I was waiting.

Placed an order via Mcdonalds app. When delivered apart of being completely cold, the order was also missing some of the items. I rang the customer service line who said they won’t issue a refund nor deliver the item that was missing. Looks like the restaurant simply forgot to pack everything, as all the items appear on the receipt, they are just in the bag. It’s the second time I’m having issues with mcdelivery within the last month and the second time no one is willing to help me. Very disappointed not only with quality of my order but also the help “I received” or should have said “received NOT”!

Amazing service, food was delicious & the staff were friendly. Very pleased 🙂

Ordered 6 ice cream milkshakes and received zero straws. Don’t know how they expect us to drink it.

whenever we order from this particular McDonald's they always get our order wrong and we always have to complain about it. when we got our food (eventually) it was good.

Don’t recommend ordering from Luton Chaul End McDonald's. Every second order is incomplete! Refunds are useless because the staff don’t care about their job. You might end up with a broken meal and not be able to enjoy your lunch fully. I just don’t understand why they keep this kind of staff, because as far as I know, a lot of Luton customers are aware of this place. NEVER WILL ORDER AGAIN!!!

Came through the drive thru today ( 21st July 2024 between 18.00 and 19.00 hours ) and ordered a McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse and a Mc Chicken sandwich meal. Apon picking the McCrispy box up the underside of the box felt soggy and we opened it to find we had been given a half eaten burger! Took it into the store to complain to a manager who took the buger and said nothing and then be questioned by whom I believe to have been the shift manager on if it had really come like that in a way that would suggest this couldn't have happened.. and something along the lines of she had packaged the orders. Next to no communication from staff on the matter, Zero apology and just thrown a new burger like they hadn't just given us half eaten food! Absolutely Disgusting health and safety and awful customer service! If Tun is still business manager at this store he needs to sort it out!

I ordered £30 worth of breakfast and we got were 5 hash browns..you completely messed my order and worse you are not picking your call as I have tried calling you. So gutted …

Come on guys I tip every you come , and yet you leave off every dip I ever order , I should’ve learned my lesson with this place

Got the squad meal deal and only received 2 big macs and a veggie dulex, wheres my 3rd big mac, ruined my meal

Food was absolutely cold and Rock hard for a restaurant that open in the morning and was serving breakfast early morning absolutely disappointing

There was mayonnaise in my Big Mac and not burger sauce which wasn’t a good surprise unfortunately which I do have a picture of if needed

For a large meal I only got half a box of chips. Was expecting alot more for paying for a large portion.

This is the second time in 2 days that something went wrong with my order. Yesterday my order never arrived and today only 1 meal arrived when I ordered 2.

Everything good food hot and on time

My order never came I fell asleep after waiting to long !

Usually it is quite and plenty of space, also there is play area upstairs and tablets so kids may find something to play with. I have had good experience with the place and orders are mostly accurate. I am happy with it

absolutely appalling how you order 20 nuggets and the sauces are left out, workers just can't be bothered to give a good service, fries are ALWAYS COLD AND DISGUSTING aswell!!!!!

Service is very poor and slow ☹️☹️ staff more worried about serving Uber and just eat delivery drivers!!! I think they should also think about their walk-in customers, also the drive-thru is very poor. Cannot recommend this McDonald's at all

Food isn't fresh ,it's dry,especially fries,funny when you order food inside it's always hot,soft and fresh,but when you order online it's always dry,and they charge good money for fries ,disappointed ,won't order again.

The McDonald’s on Dunstable is an absolute nightmare with getting any orders right!! I ordered almost £50 of food received my drinks and somebody else’s food. Just eat are refusing to give me a refund/credit it’s not like anyone can afford to pay for food and not receive it.

No stars!! Ordered food for 19:15 and still waiting and it’s gone 9pm!!!

Not received my order. It's now 22.24pm and it's saying now it was delivered at 20.50pm. My sister & father have had to go upto the restaurant to see where our order is because we haven't received it. Kept saying on the app it was being prepared. Absolutely disgusting. Never had this before but definitely won't be ordering again from you. I want my full refund please too. Over an hour & 15 mins waiting for it. Not good but took my money over £40. Not delivered.....

The driver had no idea where he was going to the point I had to go find him cause he wasn’t in the place he said he was, he the proceeded to walk past me 3 times. Then when he did finally get to me it took so long all my food was cold and I didn’t even enjoy it, so I’m a I’ll patient at the l&d my food was off and I’m in my pain now from having to find the driver. I’m not happy with this experience at all

Ordered salad! It was a box of ropey lettuce two slices of tomato and cucumber and three rings of onion. The drink was wrong too. Disgusting won’t order again. McDonalds really are only capable of producing junk food.

The delivery driver was lost so food arrived cold and inedible. Milkshake was poor quality, watery consistency.

Needed some ‘emergency’ meal together with my friend way after midnight. There was a group of teenagers that were hanging around, talking quite loudly with unnecessary swearing. After ordering through the kiosk, my payment did not get through. When I went to the unmanned counter to pay I waited there at least 10-15min before duty manager (assuming he was one) came around and took my payment. I feel there was either new person on shift he had to assist at the back/drive through or simply not enough staff to cover the front/back of the restaurant.

Some idiots are smoking and saying that their system doesn't work😡😡😡😡

I paid by cash it was 11£ , 9 £ was in 1and 2£ coin , 2£ was in 20,10p .. i waited 10 min for them to come and paid , then men came count twice , then lady came and count twice .. I ask is ok ? And she said rudely no I’m still counting . 20 min all together with waiting time then counting .. what the hell It’s not like they are giving anybody favour , it’s their job , customer service sucks! At least cleaning ladies are nice!

All dips missing and no straws

The food took ages coming and then the driver parked in my neighbours driveway before cutting across my grass/ garden to give food even though i asked for my food bag to be left on doorstep cos of not disturbing my dogs. Once about to start eating we realised there were no straws or napkins and the ink from drink cup was dripping everywhere and staining hands.

I waited over an hour for my food when told it was coming an hour before it did and my food is cold and stale and my order is wrong

Drove passed my house, went to the other side of the town, drove back again through every estate then arrived food was freezing, ice cream had melted.

Nothing was missing from the order. Chips didn’t taste stale they even remembered the straw and threw in some napkins. Very good day at the office. Well done lads.

You have to watch this place a couple of times messed my order up either forgot something or left something out entirely the atmosphere is well what can I say non existent service is shoddy few staff been OK but why should I have to go back to get my proper order

Delivered to wrong address 4 Arthur Street. Luckily the person who lives there knocked on a few doors and finally found me.

We ordered different types of coffee and we cannot distinguish. Because the lid was not pressed to indicate which is which.

Coke absolute no bubbles, no gas...food full of coffee and the coffee was half. No sugar at all for that coffee, or the rest of it... I don't mind waiting 20 more minutes if the order it's ok, but like this it becomes hilarious...

No deluxe quarter pounder instead u have sent a double cheeseburger in it's place I have waited for that it's the main thing on our order. And the treble cheeseburger is cold

my order didn’t even arrive cause the driver said he was in a hurry and leaving the food outside when i opened my door it wasn’t there and tried calling the driver back he didn’t answer my call just kept ending my calls

Don’t wast your time going through drive through!! Totally wrong order given. Drive back and got order rectified. Was given few extras as a sorry. But food was total crap burgers were flat as a pancake and tasteless!! Fry’s tasted like yesterday’s leftovers reheated. Never again!!
