18 mins waiting inside when no-one else is in there is a bit of a joke I can see your Priority is Uber eats !!!

(BEWARE) Dont order on the mcdonalds app if close to this location. They repeatedly leave burgers and other items off the order and give cold food. They take no responsibillity and dont replace your items or refund.. they just referr you to a useless SUPPORT number where they continue to fail at providing any customer service! If you order use uber eats directly, at least your purchase will be covered! RUN!

McDonald's is the worst possible choice to go to eat at. Wherever you look at it, the service is poor, and the food is half frozen and heated. Toilet, i won't even begin to discuss.

I ordered food by app with a table service. No one came to me and after 30 minutes I went to the till and they told me that they were not doing the table service after 22:00. It's horrible by MC Donalde. If you don't make it don't allow the app to offer this service

Ordered at 9:22am food finally arrived at 10:40am stone cold and driver was on the map in the next road for over half an hour

5 double sausage egg muffins and hash browns didn’t show up

the food was really cold i have asked for it to be fresh and hot and i git a refund or 4 pounds im really not happy

Grilled chicken extremely dry and without flavour. Cesar sauce stinks and tortilla wrap was just disappointing. Extreme dirty toilets and broken flushing mechanism. Not my first time in this place but each time more and more disappointing

Good food came on time nothing to moan about the delivery but as it happens sometimes a few items were missing. No cheeseburger or salsa dips. Not happy about it but for an ad-hoc get together it was alright. It's not easy I am sure but can the order be checked before sending it out? Just saying...

absolutely shocking my food wasn’t delivered and i’m unable to contact just eat as they won’t answer i’m so disappointed i want a full refund

Very annoyed as never received half of my order that I paid for and even tried contacting them about the rest of my order but the restaurant didn’t answer and it just rang out so I tried contacting just eat customer service but again no answer so I’m extremely annoyed that I’ve lost £120 worth of food that was for a party and when I filled out a refund form I’ve now been told that I will receive no refund or credit so will no longer be ordering through here.

My food was cold and this is a regular occurrence with you guys I requested a refund on my hot food only and get told no, awful service and paying good money for the food and delivery aswell, very unhappy customer right here.

Had a coke and a coffee for the drive home. The coke was disgusting and just tasted wrong, and there was no sugar available for the coffee. Had to ask 4 times before someone went to find some. Toilets locked as well. Very diappointing.

They were missing all our fries. Another time another mistake. Every few months I give it a try and it is so rubbish. Never again. Was trying to call them multiple times no one is answering. The main reason I order from them is the fries without them the food made no sense so even the refund didnt satisfy me. So rubbish service.

Other than a missing sauce this was great

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with fries and a drink and a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets. The fries were only just filled and all the dips I had selected had not been delivered and no straw. So 24 dry chicken nuggets.

My drink had soaked my entire meal

Usually it is quite and plenty of space, however most of time even not many customers they are very slow and do not get the orders right. Before you get your food is left waiting for 10 minutes and you get cold food. They do not pay any attention to customers. Very poor food quality and very unappealing and wouldn’t recommend.

I making delivery to come food home and for all this I buy 12 £ and it's missing cheeseburger I'm very upset... this it's happening no first time...

Delivery driver said it’s a ‘replacement’ of what was available but I didn’t even get a call from the restaurant asking what substitutes I’d prefer. I paid for a Philly steak burger and got a Big Mac. No garlic dipper sharer! Absolutely ridiculous!

The food was cool , and I order o double cheeseburger and got a normal cheese burger . Lately McDonald’s is doing a lot of mistakes and missing food. I’m not a happy customer at all.

Placed an order via Mcdonalds app. When delivered apart of being completely cold, the order was also missing some of the items. I rang the customer service line who said they won’t issue a refund nor deliver the item that was missing. Looks like the restaurant simply forgot to pack everything, as all the items appear on the receipt, they are just in the bag. It’s the second time I’m having issues with mcdelivery within the last month and the second time no one is willing to help me. Very disappointed not only with quality of my order but also the help “I received” or should have said “received NOT”!

Triple cheeseburger with extra cheese was delivered as three dry patties in a bun. No sauce, no cheese, no extra cheese, no salad.. Two smokey BBQ sauces ordered and paid for never arrived. A waste of money and one hungry person!!

Was ok, not all that impressive as the same amount of chips was in the large portion as the medium portion. Ordered double big mc with bacon and no cheese. Had no cheese sticker on top and on the order ticket yet still had cheese so had to remove that part of my burger unfortunately
