The ranch burger need more sauce in it and put together better it was ok not as good as it can be

We have ordered 4 drinks but we got it without straws struggling to drink

Seriously?! This is the worst Mcdonald I've been, whole upstairs with toilet closed, the only toilet downstairs for disabled was closed so I've asked the staff to use it, the came out from the back of the house with the key to open it, really??? There was like 10 tables and I was the only one there, I've ordered my food for the table service, there was like few ladies chatting (quite loud as well), doing nothing, and when my order was ready the lady called me from the window : "table number 3"!?!? I cant belive, worst service ever, this needs to be investigated...

Came in had food parts of order was missing, my little boy needed the toilet to which I was told they cannot open the toilet seemed more like they couldn't be bothered to open them, I waited at counter to be seen was looked at multiple times then ignored whilst waiting patiently then served someone who came in after me, whilst I watched what looked like 2 superiors a lady and a guy called Ali arguing who should go to the counter, training required with customer service skills I would advise, very rude. Showed all chaos in front of customers that do not need to see that.

Food was nice but I order a big mac without pickles but I got just 2bugers without a bun with cheese that was for my son luckily I ordered a extra burger otherwise he would of just had a burger with no bun was given someone order as it says til on the box and I ordered online lol

No Chocolate milkshake, replaced with another coke was disappointing. Delivery driver was great though.

Everything was packed neatly, got the sauces (sometimes you choose sauce n there's none), one nugget had a weird hard bit in it so knocked off a star (I know, it's McDs not Masterchef) the burgers were nice. McDs is not a cheap meal anymore, (unless you buy for 1) it's a considered purchase when ordering an ever increasing cost for a family treat, overall it was nice (I felt no energy to cook). Nice to have an option to still eat. The burger and fries for 2 for 9.99 was a good option.

A muffin was missing from the order

Food was cold as usual. Couriers haven’t got proper heat bags. Just ridiculous. Tastes meh when u re-heat it.

Nothing different from any other Macdonald's apart from the speed of service is appalling, they would rather serve uber or just eat delivery people first, totally ignoring the walking customer, don't waste your time here

night shift workers talk, laugh and don't care about customer service, they are rude and obnoxious, the shift manager should lose his job, he stood at the back and stupidly joked about the situation, 3 customers, 25 minutes of waiting for food

Without a doubt consistently the worst McDonalds I have been to. Do not order from this location on a delivery app, I have had missing items on practically every order I have placed with them and they don’t refund. The last order I had had an apple pie which had not been sealed upon one side, so was just an empty casing with a couple of chunks of apple. It had also had a ‘dispose of’ time that predated the time I placed the order. The experience at the drive thru is no better. Asked for a double cheeseburger on its own, they kept asking about fries and I said, no fries please - i was given 5 x fries and no burger. They looked at me like I was lying when I said I hadn’t ordered it. I mean… This place has poor food, bad attitudes and they are rip off merchants. I will always go to Dunstable rather than this place even though it is much further away.

kept moving the delivery time. can't really be classed as fast food when it takes over an hour. when the food did finally arrive it was stone cold. fantastic 👌

It's a normal food my kids love the fries but apart from that is normal very busy at certain times as it is right opposite the school if I was you I should avoid going between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. extremely busy too many kids inside

(BEWARE) Dont order on the mcdonalds app if close to this location. They repeatedly leave burgers and other items off the order and give cold food. They take no responsibillity and dont replace your items or refund.. they just referr you to a useless SUPPORT number where they continue to fail at providing any customer service! If you order use uber eats directly, at least your purchase will be covered! RUN!

the delivery driver had no clue what he was doing. I kept getting keep an eye out on your courier message. he kept going round round round the area. he could have called my mobile but didn't. I had to throw on my coat and go looking for him. the food arrived cold. He never had it in a proper thermal bag. just bag for life was it any wonder the food was cold when we received it. he had attitude when I said I could feel the food was cold and he shouted at me "no food not cold." not happy.

McDonald's is the worst possible choice to go to eat at. Wherever you look at it, the service is poor, and the food is half frozen and heated. Toilet, i won't even begin to discuss.
