Seriously?! This is the worst Mcdonald I've been, whole upstairs with toilet closed, the only toilet downstairs for disabled was closed so I've asked the staff to use it, the came out from the back of the house with the key to open it, really??? There was like 10 tables and I was the only one there, I've ordered my food for the table service, there was like few ladies chatting (quite loud as well), doing nothing, and when my order was ready the lady called me from the window : "table number 3"!?!? I cant belive, worst service ever, this needs to be investigated...

Came in had food parts of order was missing, my little boy needed the toilet to which I was told they cannot open the toilet seemed more like they couldn't be bothered to open them, I waited at counter to be seen was looked at multiple times then ignored whilst waiting patiently then served someone who came in after me, whilst I watched what looked like 2 superiors a lady and a guy called Ali arguing who should go to the counter, training required with customer service skills I would advise, very rude. Showed all chaos in front of customers that do not need to see that.

Nothing different from any other Macdonald's apart from the speed of service is appalling, they would rather serve uber or just eat delivery people first, totally ignoring the walking customer, don't waste your time here

night shift workers talk, laugh and don't care about customer service, they are rude and obnoxious, the shift manager should lose his job, he stood at the back and stupidly joked about the situation, 3 customers, 25 minutes of waiting for food

but some of my order was missing

Most of the time WIFI isn't working and even network is down for mobile data due to the location. Very frustrating. Admin please review this call out. P.S-Feedback is not related to the food quality as isn't the case Never had issues related to the food,not even once

Without a doubt consistently the worst McDonalds I have been to. Do not order from this location on a delivery app, I have had missing items on practically every order I have placed with them and they don’t refund. The last order I had had an apple pie which had not been sealed upon one side, so was just an empty casing with a couple of chunks of apple. It had also had a ‘dispose of’ time that predated the time I placed the order. The experience at the drive thru is no better. Asked for a double cheeseburger on its own, they kept asking about fries and I said, no fries please - i was given 5 x fries and no burger. They looked at me like I was lying when I said I hadn’t ordered it. I mean… This place has poor food, bad attitudes and they are rip off merchants. I will always go to Dunstable rather than this place even though it is much further away.

kept moving the delivery time. can't really be classed as fast food when it takes over an hour. when the food did finally arrive it was stone cold. fantastic 👌

(BEWARE) Dont order on the mcdonalds app if close to this location. They repeatedly leave burgers and other items off the order and give cold food. They take no responsibillity and dont replace your items or refund.. they just referr you to a useless SUPPORT number where they continue to fail at providing any customer service! If you order use uber eats directly, at least your purchase will be covered! RUN!

It's a normal food my kids love the fries but apart from that is normal very busy at certain times as it is right opposite the school if I was you I should avoid going between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. extremely busy too many kids inside

The food was not delivered even though that was saing delivered

the delivery driver had no clue what he was doing. I kept getting keep an eye out on your courier message. he kept going round round round the area. he could have called my mobile but didn't. I had to throw on my coat and go looking for him. the food arrived cold. He never had it in a proper thermal bag. just bag for life was it any wonder the food was cold when we received it. he had attitude when I said I could feel the food was cold and he shouted at me "no food not cold." not happy.

I ordered food by app with a table service. No one came to me and after 30 minutes I went to the till and they told me that they were not doing the table service after 22:00. It's horrible by MC Donalde. If you don't make it don't allow the app to offer this service

5 double sausage egg muffins and hash browns didn’t show up

Forgot drink and chips what a joke

Grilled chicken extremely dry and without flavour. Cesar sauce stinks and tortilla wrap was just disappointing. Extreme dirty toilets and broken flushing mechanism. Not my first time in this place but each time more and more disappointing

Good food came on time nothing to moan about the delivery but as it happens sometimes a few items were missing. No cheeseburger or salsa dips. Not happy about it but for an ad-hoc get together it was alright. It's not easy I am sure but can the order be checked before sending it out? Just saying...

absolutely shocking my food wasn’t delivered and i’m unable to contact just eat as they won’t answer i’m so disappointed i want a full refund

Very annoyed as never received half of my order that I paid for and even tried contacting them about the rest of my order but the restaurant didn’t answer and it just rang out so I tried contacting just eat customer service but again no answer so I’m extremely annoyed that I’ve lost £120 worth of food that was for a party and when I filled out a refund form I’ve now been told that I will receive no refund or credit so will no longer be ordering through here.

Had a coke and a coffee for the drive home. The coke was disgusting and just tasted wrong, and there was no sugar available for the coffee. Had to ask 4 times before someone went to find some. Toilets locked as well. Very diappointing.

They were missing all our fries. Another time another mistake. Every few months I give it a try and it is so rubbish. Never again. Was trying to call them multiple times no one is answering. The main reason I order from them is the fries without them the food made no sense so even the refund didnt satisfy me. So rubbish service.

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with fries and a drink and a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets. The fries were only just filled and all the dips I had selected had not been delivered and no straw. So 24 dry chicken nuggets.

Usually it is quite and plenty of space, however most of time even not many customers they are very slow and do not get the orders right. Before you get your food is left waiting for 10 minutes and you get cold food. They do not pay any attention to customers. Very poor food quality and very unappealing and wouldn’t recommend.
