McDonald's in Luton

Went through the drive through to get our app order after parking up and receiving food, drove home to eat only to discover my mayo chicken was missing. Had to drive 20 minutes back to ask for it; brought receipt and the bag of food. To only be treated awfully by manager and the kitchen crew trainer. Even tho I explained my self am a crew trainer at a McDonald’s they continued to call me a liar and refused to give me my food. He wouldn’t give my receipt back to leave a complaint. As a McDonald’s worker I’m disgusted to see how this store treats customers and fellow employees. I never once raised my voice or treated them in a negative way, they just spoke to us like we were stupid right off the bat.

All McDonalds are not the same. Food can often be substandard. But this was a restaurant with great food and friendly service. It goes a long way. Other franchisee’s take note! If I go to a bad one, I don’t go back.

Quite often after going via the drive thru, you have to park up to wait for your meal. That kinds of defeats the purpose of going to the drive thru in the first place.

This was the worst order I have ever received from McDonald's. Upon collecting my order, I found that despite not requiring delivery, the food was still very cold. Additionally, the burger emitted a strong odor of cigarettes. The marshmallow latte was simply a regular latte; had I not been at work, I would have returned it. It is unclear where the management's attention is focused.

I visited this place by car quickly and efficiently.

I wont use this drive through again. Ordered double qtr with cheese got single, ordered 2 dips with chicken selects got none, fries were hard presume old. This is not the first time i have had issues here, not good - will go to restaurant on Chual End Lane next time.

Love how convenient and usual speed of this branch, but, QUALITY CONTROL, QUALITY CONTROL, QUALITY CONTROL, a mistake is a mistake and of course, everyone is human but I'm sure they forget sauces on purpose, it really is a consistent problem that needs to be addressed

Ordered thru drive thru and waited half an hour for my order for nothing. Had to go in and check how was my order. Drive thru is nonsense, thought will be quicker but worse. Improve your service and learn to apologise properly. And the manager went to my car to double check if we didn't really get the order. Lying for just £10? No thank you. I can pay you triple, it's not a problem.

Every time I visit this McDonald’s, the food is it’s always cold or my order is wrong.

Went and ordered food through drive through in Leagrave, when I got home hardly any fries in the bag. One was that empty it had serviettes & 4 pots of sauce inside. Tried ringing to speak to someone but couldnt get an answer. Note to self.. Must check all items before leaving in future.

Such grumpy face staff with no greetings at all. Rudeness at their peak . Never have seen such staff in my whole life. No customer service. No smiles on face. No greetings.

Don't like the whole set up. No real pleasure in the experience .The open production area with no tills is poor

Paid on app. Mcdonalds took money out twice from my account. Took me 16 messages to McDonald's to get my money back. This isn't the first time app has gone wrong for collection at this site. I'm dubious about going back there and I prefer to pay order via app

Missing items again. Just eat need to be regulated they take our money before we get our food and 70% of the time either cold late or missing items, rubbish company and mccy d is the worst, they must only employ the dumbest people around who can't count.

If you go through drive thru. Be sure to check your bag that everything is in there firstly and secondly they love to give you half a box of chips. Almost every time.

Rubbish not only did I not receive my order apparently my refund which I didn’t ask for I wanted the food could take up to 5 days no reason given for being told order delivered when it wasn’t 👎🏻

There is almost always something wrong or missing with an order from here, although the food is good.

Great staff, great service! Very poor parking management, the delivery drivers/ riders continually used the designated disabled bays as their own little private parking area. This stops people with disabilities from accessing these bays. This is never questioned by management.

abysmal. every time I order from here something different is wrong. Either they add cheese when I say no cheese or the food is cold or one time is one someone else's complete order. Terrible.

Really annoyed that our order was not what we ordered. I didn’t get the bacon roll that I ordered but got a breakfast roll instead but I’m allergic to eggs so couldn’t eat it. It’s really frustrating that orders are not checked properly

Just had the displeasure of dealing with Afy who has no customer service skills whatsoever. I paid via the app, showed them evidence of payment and they wouldn’t give me my order. Why? Because it’s not showing on their system but it showed enough to give them my code and recognise what I ordered. So I show the evidence of payment, I’ve paid for the food, can I have my food and go please! No. Then comes Afy who has no training or skills in customer care and proceeds to say I’ve done this for years bla bla bla she knows what she’s talking about and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I should take it up with my payments and get a refund but if I want my food I should pay twice and inconvenience myself to get a refund. What shop do you do into and pay and they refuse to give you your food and they say pay again and go sort your own refund out?? Afy your attitude is disgusting. You’re in the wrong job your attitude leaves a lot to be desired for a so called manager. McDonald’s please sort your staff out to do better. You will continue to have frustrated customers with staff members like that!

i ordered a decent amount of items to only have some crossiants and a chocolate bar delivered and everytime i try to contact for a refund i either get cut off or told they'll look into it within 7 days which i think is just unacceptable

the big mac double burger was dry I couldnt see and sauce on it. The chicken nuggets were also dry and although I clicked for dips none were included. I really didn't enjoy the food at all.

Terrible service. Not the first time. wrong order sent AGAIN. Waited over an hour for delivery to receive a wrong burger within the order. Also, ordered 2 large chips and one came less than half full. Too many mistakes at the restaurant, there is always a problem of some sort.

The chicken nuggets were gorgeous very full of flavour and well cooked. The chips were nice and fresh and hot. My milkshake was only half full for some reason when i ordered large think they put small in, but the coke zero was full and both were nice .Excellent service very quick delivery from my driver who was a pleasent polite young man.

My food did not arrive for over 2 hours, I had to go to the restaurant via taxi to collect it and when I did arrive it was all wrong and had to be remade. Spent £15 on taxis, I want a refund! There was not even a way to contact Just Eat or complain as it was a guest checkout. This is awful service!

Nice McDonald's restaurant, standard decor, kept nicely clean and the service is quick. This restaurant is a drive through with a moderate sized car park.

Delivery driver was a nice guy - happy and conversational in the wet weather. delivery time pushed back and back. food tepid temperature on arrival

driver left restaurant at 19.58, it's 8 minutes to my house. watched him on maps, went in the opposite direction to my house and took over half an hour to get here. by the time the food arrived it was cold and inedible.

Again something is missing from order it is not first time.

Shame about there delivery driver by moped that keep parking there bikes in the disabled bays even in the hashed area which then makes it impossible to open my door up to get out the car. I'm fed up with this and it means I have to stuggle more than I should because of some idiotic deliver driver

It's the worst fast food restaurant I've ever ordered from. They were so slow to make the food that two drivers dropped the order because they were waiting too long to collect it! Avoid ordering from there; it was an hour late! This restaurant should be called "Slow Food"! Never again!

Why do you get an option for sauce when the sauce is constantly forgotten? If someone asks no cheese, then please, no cheese. Top effort for driver, was still hot when it arrived.
