Hajeez peri peri in Luton

Ordered a takeout from here, hugely disappointed. 1/2 Peri peri chicken was stale, cold and smelly. Honestly, looks like old chicken that was chucked in the freezer and microwaved with a few seconds on the grill lol. Please don’t serve this type of food to your customers, it’s not safe at all. Defo won’t be revisiting.

The lovely Ikram and his staff that are ever ready with a warm greeting and a smile to cater to whatever you desire from their extensive menu, consumption within at the tables therein or suitably packed for you to takeaway. The food is very good both in taste and in value and is thoroughly recommended if you fancy skipping cooking the dinner. I shall be back ... 👍👍👍👍👍

Baba Lal is a place you can trust. The best in the town. Food was fantastic, second to non. Staff is very friendly. How can I forget to mention pizza. The best pizza you will find in town is Baba Lal.

For health sake, money sake— change oil frequently.. worstt oil taste.. they gave fries and chiken cooked in very old oil.. avoid this place

The peri peri chicken and chips I tried was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The flavor was alright, but lacked the boldness I expected from peri peri seasoning. The chicken itself was cooked well, but overall, it left me wanting more excitement in both taste and presentation.

Take mix platter for my family, chicken overcooked, 5 wings and 5 chicken strips missing, not recommended.

Good pizza , great taste. Went at least 50 times in last 3 months. One fine day, slipped my mind to pay the 15 pound bill after I ate, owner calls me back rudely and says “this place, you need to pay for what you eat”. I said , “sorry slipped my mind”. He says “lot of folks come here and say same”. You guys decide which side you want to be on this chaotic planet.

Terrible experience, wanted lemon strips as advertised. Ended up with the burnt ends of a chicken donner kebab...... and no sign of lemon despite asking twice. To be avoided

The boys and I went to Baba Lal Peri Peri in Hightown Road for dinner tonight. The place is much nicer and brighter than other chips shop in the area. Plenty of seating space to have a family gathering. We got the Fish burger, grilled chicken and a burger called After Burner. Mine was really good especially the special spicy sauce. Definitely one of my favorite burgers places in Luton.

Boss man is a top guy! Fast and friendly service. The crispy lemon chicken is banging! One of the only local take aways that also does cheesy chips. Visit here atleast twice a week! Thin based pizza are also an all round favourite

I have visited this place a few times now and I absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely delicious, hygiene was immaculate and the customer service was 10/10. I can't say a bad word about this place. Money well spent and I will most definetely visit this place again in the future.

Amazing burgers very filling nice chips with the garlic and chilli sauce however I found a metal wire in the burger it put me off buying again I do miss the taste of the food .

Visit this place first time and order tower burger on it's own. Price was £4.50. Burger was very good. Chicken was cooked nicely just little bit salty but good. Hashbrow was good to.Definitely this place is worth visit.

If you ever had Baba Laal during your teens in Bury park then you will not be disappointed, the main man himself has opened his joint in hightown. The pizza was tasty, the sauces go with the food , the chicken burgers and fried chicken are awesome too. The same good quality food, pleasant customer services and a pleasure to consume the food , as always. Keep up the great work, I must try their strips and chips which I have heard is awesome.

The original man , from Baba Laal Bury park has opened his joint here . I remember the days from high school, visiting his take out joint , the food was always awesome and the owner a pleasant man. The food quality is still the same, I have heard his strips and chips are something to try. Will give it a go next time.

I ordered a mini platter and a Half-pounder meal and the chips were old and hard, everything looked like it was old the chicken was not even mild it was plain and dry. Not to mention the burger bun was soggy

TJ's is one of the up and coming best Peri Peri/Chicken shops in Luton. The staff are really welcoming and always polite. The food is amazing and always cooked to order. They have a great menu with a wide range to choose form at affordable prices. The also allows for customs to eat-in as well as order-out. They also have toilet facilities which most take-away's/chicken shops don't have.
