McDonald's in Luton

After showing food has been prepared does it take Freaking half N hour to deliver the food is COLD like snow. Man im gonna Uninstall just eat and prefer other app “. Im tired of hoping better from just eat now

Time kept getting moved. Nearly an hour after it said it would come - kids were starving. Turned up stone cold. This was after we had already ordered from the other local Branch who had cancelled our order! Not bothering again.

The food has been finaly delivered!

my food is cold i asked for curry sauce and didn't get it and not even a strew, and when I opened my big mac it wasn't even put together properly

It took forever to come, I was given no straw for my drink and it was so cold none of the cheese in my burgers had melted at all

I ordered my daughter the 9 chicken nugget meal with a chocolate milkshake and when it arrives its half cup of hot chocolate which i didnt order, the bag it came in was breaking cause its soaked

the order was incorrect,, ordered two quarter pounder got a big Mac and quarter pounder and allergic to pickles and both had pickles

Both drinks spilt over food..Bags were handed to me soggy and had coffee all over fries and burger so had to throw away. £15 including a tip for this service is so bad.

The food was lovely and hot which makes a change. The delivery drive was on a personal call when he got to my house. I found it very rude he was continuing to talk on the phone while delivering my order.

This was such a frustrating experience. I have been waiting for almost an hour for my delivery, the delivery time kept getting pushed back, customer service were not able to give me an update. an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience as I have reactive dogs so I wanted to meet the driver before they came to the door so as not to wake sleeping fafamily members and also it was very late, so if I had known the actual delivery time I would not have ordered! feel very misled.

Worst Maccies Experience I’ve had , Asian Lady With Glasses , was very rude , had no manners , and proceeded to lie to us over a Coke Zero , Manager also wouldn’t give his name nor the employees name

every time whenever we are ordering we think we will get our order perfectly but they just amazingly make mistakes which can be avoided. uncooked fries, drinks spilled, main items never correct. Good job guys 👏🏻 I am paying for my food not for your mistakes…

I stopped here because I was feeling pain in my tummy. There were two kind ladies who spotted I was unwell. They kept on offering me help and checking me. Offered to call ambulance . They took care of me inspire of their busy work schedule till my friend arrived to take me to hospital. My gratitude to the to kind women. I am eternally grateful.

Pressed buzzed to let driver into block of flat (as requested on delivery note) driver walked off when I opened the door, got into his car and walked off. Absolute joke of a service

So when we ordered the food it said that our ordered delivery time would be 1030 then it changed to 11 o’clock then it changed to 1130 by the time the food got here it was absolutely freezing. The coca-Cola. Wasted everywhere in the bag. The food you couldn’t eat it because it was just cold so it went in the bin. It was a waste of money in my opinion.

Rubbish delivery completely cold driver rude

Order first said it would be with me by 17:25. it arrived 18:29. Way too long for "fast food". if I ordered a curry it would have arrived in half the time

No fault of the driver due to restaurant congestion but this order took 1h 15 from point of ordering. Other orders are usually less but this was shocking on this occasion.

out of all the other delivery aaps your kick thete butts there has only been one time the food was cold and could not warm it up i never said any thing because i understand about the roads being bissey .all your drivers are so nice To me you are the best out off the other two aaps.

Very bad service, i came through the driver through and i ordered, and they told me to wait at the parking, i wait for 20 minutes and no one show up. When i went inside they said sorry we didn’t find your car :/

I opted for the drive-through service, and this was my experience. The customer service representatives were patient, kind, and provided information that made my selection from the menu easier. They were friendly and smiled, which helped to brighten my day. Overall, excellent service and good experience. A definite recommendation for the Luton Retail Park branch.

Can only order through machines at this site. Could not get breakfast as I wanted to pay cash. Seems a nice site, but customer service is appalling . Don't forget your reading glasses if you want food from here.

fantastic customer service friendly rang instead of knocking door

Sat in the drive thru for too long before anyone could be bothered to answer. Considering I was the only one there!! No hot chocolate, no Latte!! White coffee it is then!!

Food cold when due to driver collecting for other other delivery company’s. Food also not in hot bags. Was offered £3 refund when the food was £20. Unacceptable mc Donald’s wants to think again about using just eat.

If I could give no stars I would absolutely terrible. The only part of the service that was good was the delivery driver. Everything was terrible missing items wrong items delivered not the first time. Probably won’t be the last time gypsy Lane McDonald’s is the worst if I knew swearing wasn’t gonna get taken down I would say some very strong words.

The food was a bit cold but the customer service from the delivery was great.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s in the UK. I ordered two double espressos, and unfortunately, they tasted heavily watered down. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, and for 10 minutes, I just stood there watching my drinks sitting on the counter while no one came to serve them to me. I had to reach over and grab my order myself. When I pointed this out, one of the employees made a snide comment, saying I should have told her. But I did! She was just elsewhere at the time. The second employee, meanwhile, was standing at the terminal laughing with a customer and then refused to hand me my order from the counter, saying she couldn’t do that. Finally, when I approached to ask about the watered-down espresso, the staff member responded in a very rude tone, almost mocking me, saying, “Oh, now you have a question?! Well, good luck handling it yourself.” Such treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible drinks, awful service, and a complete lack of willingness to help mean I will definitely not be returning to this location. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.

I requested to get dips for my order meals and never received any even after I put a note and said that I never receive any dips every time I order so I'm not happy with that :/

There are not many places open at 12:30 at night, but McDonalds was the only place open, but I regretted eating there. Quality of the food was poor (dry and stale) and the atmosphere is not friendly at that time of night. Would rather remain hungry than eat here again.
