McDonald's in Luton

Ordered food with drinks, driver arrived with only one bag- the food, no drinks. Something is ALWAYS missing from my order 😕

Food was totally COLD pathetic service , I cancel my order once then it gets accepted check yr system

Ordered a Minecraft meal to have a toy and and did not come with one. We received no straws with either of the drinks and the food took 45 minutes. When it arrived the bag was ripped open and the food was freezing cold and all had to be reheated. Very unhappy with the order

why does it take 30 mins to receive my order then when you get it your food is cold

How come you guys Coffee is always half the cup. Maybe you should be checking the cups before handling over to customers. It’s not fair on us.

ordered 2 chocolate cookies with our order and was missing

Asked for takeaway then I was given i tray, when I told the man that was serving me. He then emptied the tray in the bag, everything slid on top of each other and my hashbrowns became many potato pieces. Ugh

As always, quick, immediate food to take away or eat in. Upstairs is nice if you can sit beside the window.

Theres nothing worse than cold Mcdonalds, but this was worse than cold, it was Baltic. My burger was missing, along with all the nugget dips. I had some reservations about ordering McDonalds to the house but the kids insisted! Will not do it again. Dreadful.

Useless place. They can get a single order right! And when they do it's either cold or burned.

Specifically asked for a plain fillet of fish meal and explained no tartar sauce and no cheese didn't think I needed to check the bag. How hard can it be to put fish in a burger with nothing else. On the drive home went to eat the burger and it had tartar sauce and cheese in it too late to go home as I was more than halfway home. Really poor service,unhelpfull and rude. Can't really expect much from something that costs less than a fiver but extremely frustrated and annoyed.

The place is cool, big parking lot😉😉😉

Went there early in the morning…. Although we chose to have a table service, they decided not to… we had to collect from the counter

Slightly noisy downstairs with lots of pinging and beeping from various timers. Upstairs is quieter and there are ordering points. You can even get your food delivered to the table. Yeah, just head upstairs. Play facilities outside looked decent.

Delivery time kept going up and up, ordered at half 6, it predicted 7.15 initially, eventually it arrived at 8.35. Also my daughter ordered the stormzy meal and they forgot the Oreo Mcflurry which was disappointing

Awful service. No toilets available, have to use disable toilets and soap dispenser was removed off the wall. Food was brought out in take away bags and on a dirty tray. They give sweet curry sauce instead of salsa with our mozzarella dippers

Too often orders are not right. Just ordered 3 breakfast wraps to take home. No sauce whatsoever in any of the wraps. Last week they got the sauces wrong. This week no sauce at all. Really poor

Stopped here on way to the airport. Very clean staff ver friendly and helpful. Anita was particularly friendly and helpful and is a credit to the company

A very good location and good menu. However am very disappointed that the Caramel Frappe is not on the menu and multiple other McDonald’s around the country have it. Many people have complained. Can we please bring this back.

Large chips were no bigger than a kids meal bag of chips. Shocking!!

Fast food should be fast! That's why you goto a fast food restaurant. If youre going to supply just eat, uber eats, McDelivery etc, staff up to service that demand as well as serving customers looking for fast food. 20 min wait in McDonald's while a raft of delivery orders went out is not good enough!

No straw at all why that it’s not nice at all

the worst McDonald's I've ever seen, they close level 1 at 9 p.m. There are so many people downstairs and one toilet. I've been here every week and there hasn't been a container for hand soap for a month. How can I eat here, how can I wash my hands??!!

It too 1 hour 20 mins and the McDonald kept adding 5 mins each time The bugers were warm but chips were freezing. This must have been poor McDonald’s production. This is poor. My children were hungry and disappointed.

Been here a couple of times on way to airport. Tesla chargers right next door very handy. Service prompt and polite. Restaurant clean. As McDonald's go I'd say it's one of the better ones. Food put together with care. Condiments etc clean. Toilets clean. When passing through it's a handy stop for food, a coffee and a car charge.

After showing food has been prepared does it take Freaking half N hour to deliver the food is COLD like snow. Man im gonna Uninstall just eat and prefer other app “. Im tired of hoping better from just eat now

Time kept getting moved. Nearly an hour after it said it would come - kids were starving. Turned up stone cold. This was after we had already ordered from the other local Branch who had cancelled our order! Not bothering again.

I ordered my daughter the 9 chicken nugget meal with a chocolate milkshake and when it arrives its half cup of hot chocolate which i didnt order, the bag it came in was breaking cause its soaked

I ordered a toffee latte and I was handed a very cold latte with no toffee or cream. I took it back and I got a fresh one and an apology. Usually I give this place 5 stars but today it will be a 4.

I you order a hot coffee, they offer me water temperature coffee. And if u request for chenge it they might wast you good 10 mins just for a single coffe. Zero customer service. least bothered, if customer is waiting. So plz check your coffee if it’s hot rather than regret afterwards. They don’t need customers. They are just doing their jobs. Both drinks spilt over food..Bags were handed to me soggy and had coffee all over fries and burger so had to throw away. £15 including a tip for this service is so bad.

the order was incorrect,, ordered two quarter pounder got a big Mac and quarter pounder and allergic to pickles and both had pickles

The food was lovely and hot which makes a change. The delivery drive was on a personal call when he got to my house. I found it very rude he was continuing to talk on the phone while delivering my order.

Filthy toilets downstairs with overflowing bins and broken lock. Tables not being cleaned and floor not being swept and main bins full so space around bins piled up with rubbish.

Drink leaked through the bag and ruined the food
