Chips came cold, no staws for drinks.

Missing at least one item and had a drink that was incorrect, store also doesn't answer their phone so can't call to get the missing items delivered

Absolutely shocking. Food was soaked with the coffee I ordered. Only refunding a small amount of my order which is disgraceful

ordered food and the app tells me it was delivered at 7:15, after delaying it twice. it's 20:05 and I still don't have my food. Restaurant won't pick up the phone and just eat are no help

ordered at 9.14am and it was delivered at 10.37am and all the food was cold.

Its never great. They never fill the chips and the burgers always look like they have been punched.

Missing several items totalling £15 not the first time part of the order has been missing.

I ordered the breakfast wrap with no egg because I can’t eat egg, but as I came to open my wrap I seen both eggs in there. The wrap was broken in half so I threw it away, and I was really looking forward to eating it

Food cold drinks where spilled so ended with half the drinks

Apple Pay should have been discarded at 15:49, but was delivered to me just before 5pm. The quality control is poor as this clearly wasn’t checked. Needless to say that I won’t be eating it.

Driver disappeared with my order for 10 minutes around the corner of my home food arrived cold driver was too busy on the phone to his family.

food was stone cold , salad box was all lettuce, 1 piece of tomato 2 bits cucumber and no red onion. no straw to go with the milk shake .

Ordered large meal …half portion of fries in box,no napkins and missing all the dips for chicken.this issue has happened twice on consecutive orders.the food is good and delivery good..

Driver clearly doing more than one delivery and once again cold food

Large fries only contained enough fries to fill a happy meal bag, nuggets were hard and dry because I was not sent the bbq dips I ordered to go with it plus I ordered extra bbq dips that I paid for to go with the fries and didn't get those dips either. I have emailed my complaint and sent photos as evidence. Bad enough that the drivers don't read or follow any delivery instructions you write either.

My food was freezing cold. It took over an hour to get here. The driver was apparently at the restaurant for an hour but told us he got the notification 25 minutes ago, so the food was sitting there for almost an hour

No toilets at McDonald’s ! We can’t wash hands before eating

I don't trust McDonalds if there is no "time & date" on pies... Got "back chat" from a "manager" until a higher one overheard.. The high one sorted the problem instantly. DO NOT ACCEPT PIES WITHOUT TIME AND DATE..! EXAMPLE.. Drive thru at 5pm - pie said DISCARD @ 3PM (A41 BOURNE END)

SHOCKING! First of all, the self service machine didn’t work and no one bothered to try and fix it or put a sign on it. Then when attempting to order at the counter, no one even looked at me. After waiting 20 odd minutes, my food arrived in shambles. My mcplant with an extra patty only had one, and a wedge of horrible lettuce. Next my chips were undercooked, soggy and chewy followed by a diet coke that was obviously contaminated with another drink, probably oasis. It literally could not get any worse, i wish i could have received a refund, but i’m not even gonna bother ever going back. 0/10 sort it out.

was checking the driver on the tracker and he was clear lost and in the wrong area, so my food was stone cold when it finally arrived, not happy

Always missing items when I order online. And it is very hard to get a refund on the McDonalds app.

Only a disabled toilet is available on the ground floor later at night, which is probably illegal. (Upstairs is closed.) Otherwise the food and service is fine.

I visit this McDonald's quite often. Here are some findings: Make sure to either customise your order or insist on freshly made - the staff will keep old burgers on standby for hours. Do not expect access to a toilet if the first floor is shut for the day. ALWAYS check your order. Drive through can be difficult - screens off, people not at their work station, etc.. Do not expect fast service if you are coming at busy hours - service completely crumbles during busy times, as I doubt management are very keen to deliver support. Other than that is a simple MacDonald's that has severe staff retention and management issues. The staff are students or people that well.. get paid whatever mackies pays - do not ever expect much. I have been to many other, worse Mackies and better ones too. Just manage your expectations and you will not be disappointed 🙃

NOW I KNOW WHY I ID RATHER STARVE THAN EAT AT ANY MCdonalds ….. The cross contamination here is TERRIBLE . I’m watching as she mops and then goes to fill cups . Then her other colleague keeps constantly touches her hair and then fixes hidjab without even looking to wash hands and this is at 4am . I’m totally shocked at what im seeing . How can this pass food hygiene practices . Asked for fresh chips out the frier and got these … so much for fresh!!!

Fries extremely cold. Not happy with the quantity of fries given as some fries barely reach the top. Sorry for this review but first time experiencing such bad service.

Like all McDonalds now useless. This one is 65 mile from where I live so an honest opinion. Slow impolite service wrong orders and useless overall.

Good food, reasonably priced, with the usual high quality and quick. The place was clean and the staff friendly Cannot say anything negative. Just wish they would serve all day breakfast as they do in the US and Canada

The workers were rude and they gave us the wrong order and second of all, we ordered a Diet Coke and we got a Coke Zero WHICH wasn’t even coke it was literally brown water/ it was like water with a hint of Pepsi

I’m a Muslim person I have ordered and got served bacon , I had to go back the workers where full of Black people who didn’t even apologise or anything just made a new order, this is very unprofessional behaviour and disgusting serving a Muslim bacon.

Been hungry today. Relatively affordable to buy a meal when you're on the way.

Spent an hour in preparation status with our lovely courier stuck waiting for the order for 40 minutes! The food then arrived cold, which makes me wonder how long the order was sat waiting to be packaged and sent on its way? Really disappointing.

McDonald's breakfast of double sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and latte was delicious and stood up well to travelling. The latte was very on arrival and so was a joy to drink.

I didn’t get my order yesterday didn’t even get my money back as well.

Absolute disgrace. I queued up in drive through for over 15 mins although only about 6 cars were in front. Paid for my order (6 cheeseburgers and a coke) from the pay window to the receiving window took another 8 minutes where they asked me to park on the bay and they will bring my food. Which I refused at this point as I was getting late from airport so I just said the same thing to them. This is an absolute disaster and if they couldn’t get me 6 burgers in 8-10 minutes f…ck that. Just refund me and I’m out of here. Asked me to park at the next window and someone came after couple of minutes asking if I’m sure that I want the refund cos half of the order is ready which I obviously said yes. Asap as I’m late from the airport. Another 3 minutes passed and I decided to leave to the airport before I miss my flight cos of this wonderfully McDonald’s experience. As they work in franchise I’ll be reaching out to the head of a UK management to complain there too. This is unacceptable in any way. Wasted half hour and £16 and left empty handed. DISGRACE!!!!!!!

we ordered with no Gherkins? every burger had Gherkins, we ordered coke zero and we got sprite. please refund full order this was bad service! wanted milkshake or mc flurry. not available! poor

Put a meat cheeseburger inside the Mcplant box instead of the Mcplant i'd ordered. Noticed something didn't seem right but I only realised once I'd started eating it. Disgraceful.

My delivery didn’t arrive. The driver was very rude and unprofessional ending the phone while I was speaking. Staff is very lazy here and don’t get the right orders I asked for cheeseburger and they gave me a patty with two buns and ketchup, ridiculous. Absolutely disgraceful. The food was good though when I got my right order not happy McDonald’s. Lots of customer inside store and at the drive through but staff is barley moving at the speed of snails. Someone even stole my order I feel like they should’ve checked the receipt before giving it to them. They should really start working instead of acting like little slobs. The worse store in Luton.all the machines are beeping.

it's about time you either taught the delivery drivers how to read a sat nav or got a sat nav that works. the delivery guys constantly go to the wrong address. First they go to the road behind then they go to the road one street over. food is always stone cold by the time I get it!!!!!

There is always an issue with this McDonald branch. Saturday night visit there were beggars coming in to the restaurant and asking people either for money or to buy them food. The only toilet available downstairs had no toilet paper. Food was ok

Good parking, table service if not too late. Still a long wait (considering it's McDonald's) and over 40 quid for family of 4 with 2 small kids... But it works.

The food is tasty as you can expect from the McDonald's franchise and they can last a lifetime if you decide to put it away to eat it later. 👍🏼😁. Overall they have friendly staff and they try to do their best to keep up with the workflow .

I am putting in a complaint as my food didn’t come correct. It was stale cold and they forgot my 20 chicken nuggets. I tried to call my delivery driver but no number showed up on my app. I am very upset as I order from McDonald’s regularly and never have issues like this. I waited 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers. Despite only two people being ahead of me, five people who arrived after me were served before I got my order. The server silently placed it on the counter with a bored expression, and the food was already half cold.

The McDonald’s was like any other, they were quite snappy with the food and mashed it up, but overall a pretty nice McDonald’s. Well Children aren’t allowed to dine in for some reason though…

The delivery driver decided to pick up another order on route to me. By the time he got to me the food was cold. I know he picked another order up as I was watching the tracker.

Bring snacks for the drive thru wait. Came to the drive thru for a light meal, got to the speaker where the display screen was either turned off or was broken, I was told to come round to the kiosk. Already I thought something was off, so I ask at the speaker if the store was open and if I can enter the store, 3 times but got ignored. I thought let's wait in the drive thru queue which ended up like a nightmare, I'm sure I waited a total of 30 mins in the drive thru, by 20 mins I just wanted to leave but I had cars Infront and behind me felt like I was being held hostage. When I finally got to the kiosk the server did apologise. I just wanted something light, so I ordered a nugget happy meal and a cheese burger I was told at this point that they could not make me a cheese burger or any other products made using hamburger buns, as the last manager forgot to order hamburger buns. I knew right away that this place was run by people that are a few slices short of a loaf. Then the server had the audacity to say we have more expensive items, implying that I have no money. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any McDonald's in my life. This was early hours of Tuesday 3rd July about 00:20am. If you want a bad experience, go to this McDonald's, that's what they specialise in.
