Chips were cold and drink was half full to a large Coke

I not received a gucking food , i wanna send my money

the chips were cold and rubbery, too much sauce in burgers it was leaking out of the package

I put in a complaint about the coke on both meals were flat and the chips had no salt on them!! Then you wanted photos I don’t know how that would show how they were!!

Food was late and cold. Driver also pulled up with the food on his front seat not in a bag to keep it warm, then put it in a bag to come to the door with.

Head office ought to pay a visit here , iv been to many McDonald’s and iv never seen such a filthy disgusting restaurant in my life , especially 1 wearing the McDonald’s logo. The toilet was a straight up infection hazard , the dirtiest pub toilet in town is way cleaner than this one The kitchen looked dirty and disgusting. Being run by kids who don’t give a damn about any sort of hygiene , might be a co incident they all look mostly Indian where food hygiene is a myth . If a food inspector walked into this establishment i wouldnt be surprised if the place got shut down , considering how close it is to the airport and train station this is a pure insult to the brand . Literally in the middle of filing a complaint to McDonald’s HQ cause that place needs to shut down before someone gets serious illness from their dirty place , Vile avoid !!

How can it take almost an hour to prepare two double cheeseburgers at midnight?! Such poor experience

Bit of a weird visit. Food was pretty bad, not enough salt on the fries. I was trying to work out why my big Mac was so bad, then I realised there was no cheese in it. They swapped for a new one so I can't fault the service. Just seems like it's getting worse and worse quality food wise. Haven't been for months and now I remember why.

Waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger, asked team member to go look for it, they disappeared, another 10 minutes later I gave up and left without any food or my money

The driver delivered in a very timely manner & I know he arrived to the restaurant in a prompt manner too, according to the app, however, the time kept getting extended, and by the time my food reached me, 15 minutes after the original ETA time, my fries & both warm desserts were cold and the burger was barely warm. I’m usually quite happy with the service, however, this evening, I have been left feeling extremely disappointed

This mcdonalds is great during the day but during night! You're better off going home and making your own burger because you'll be waiting for atleast 20 minutes.

It's a MaccyD decent burger joint food and you know what you are getting. Food was hot when it was delivered to the table. Decent view of the flight path into LLA if the wind is kind.

Pathetic staff. Makes you wait for hours and tells that they haven't got your order. Hell place to pick up food for delivery riders.

I always get missing products in my order, and wrong. I don't understand why employees aren't careful to obey the order. Think that a child gives more are eager to eat, and when he receives it he does not find what he ordered. Shame!

The delivery driver did not know where he was going, he went to two different addresses before he got to my address so the food was cold, I left notes to tell if exactly where I was, when he finally arrived me I asked him whether he read his notes he replied no I didn't, so I said to him what was the point of me leaving notes of telling you where to go if you're not going to read them, he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. The food was okay The delivery time was not that bad.

I went to get a coffee last night as I was working in the area and was served by a rude lady I asked for an extra shot of coffee but that coffee tasted so bad I had to throw it away It was just like water mix with some instant coffee No customer service whatsoever The manager needs to train the staff properly about customer service I wouldn’t go back there again and won’t recommend anyone going there.

They are more happy to serve uber eats, just eat and other apps based order. Special caramel latte is nothing but water. Avoid hot drinks. Total junk food 24 /7. Quality is big mac is rubbish. Very very slow at night. Utterly useless people

Order came with both large Philly cheese stack meals missing. Not very impressed

This place is the worst McDonald’s in Luton! Anytime you order it is sure there will be something wrong, missing items, swapped items, sandwiches with two bottles of mayonnaise on it etc., when you finally learn to check your order before leaving to make sure they didn’t left anything out, this comes! Now it is looks like I have to actually open every single item to get it right, otherwise don’t expect food meet with standards here!

Eating on the second floor is whole new experience.

I never complain much, but this is the third time food was delivered cold and it’s only 1 mile distance to deliver.

Wrong order again ! And none item were right ! Driver threw the food on drive as I refused to take the order as the number did not match my order number and whole order was wrong

Generally good but I've deducted one star because the toilet stank. Maybe that was a one-off, or maybe they need to clean it more regularly.

We don’t want the driver to get in trouble. He was so apologetic. However when he arrived all the drinks had spilled. 4 x cokes had fallen over and unsalvageable. We have photo evidence. Also 1 x chips were missing.

I was supported by a very helpful member of staff at Gypsy lane. I mobilise with a walking cane and I was immediately helped by staff member Anita, as I arrived. Thank you very much Anita.

Customer Services need to be improve

Majority of food was missing. Spoke to the restaurant who were so unhelpful, wouldn't even take my order number to check anything.

Over 1hr late, food cook time shows 20:08, delivered 21:14. Missing milkshake

Nothing special except maybe the children's outdoor play area which looked fantastic. I haven't had a McDonald's for a couple of years, and to me, the patties are smaller and the bread bigger in a Big Mac. The chips also had little taste, and this was proved by how many customers were asking for salt!

They don't get your order right very often. There is something wrong with the coke here it don't taste write . Plus long queues. xxxx

I’m really not sure how you can get an order so wrong. You order a full meal and they don’t even send the meal.

This McDonald’s in Luton delivers exactly what I expect from the brand — nothing more, nothing less. The service was smooth, the food was fresh, and everything looked clean and well-maintained. If you’re a fan of McDonald’s, you’ll feel right at home here. I have nothing to complain about and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable fast food stop.

I'm sorry to tell you, but employees aren't paying any attention when preparing orders. They should think that some children are waiting for the food they order, not missing or adding other ice, some may have allergies and can not eat what they put extra. thx

I placed my order at 10:04 am and it was not delivered until 10:58 am. I watched the couriers journey and assumed that the delay was caused by either 1 of 3 problems: Too much traffic, road works or the driver didn't have a clue where he was going.

Ordered a Minecraft meal to have a toy and and did not come with one. We received no straws with either of the drinks and the food took 45 minutes. When it arrived the bag was ripped open and the food was freezing cold and all had to be reheated. Very unhappy with the order

As always, quick, immediate food to take away or eat in. Upstairs is nice if you can sit beside the window.

Asked for takeaway then I was given i tray, when I told the man that was serving me. He then emptied the tray in the bag, everything slid on top of each other and my hashbrowns became many potato pieces. Ugh

the restsraunt got something wrong

Specifically asked for a plain fillet of fish meal and explained no tartar sauce and no cheese didn't think I needed to check the bag. How hard can it be to put fish in a burger with nothing else. On the drive home went to eat the burger and it had tartar sauce and cheese in it too late to go home as I was more than halfway home. Really poor service,unhelpfull and rude. Can't really expect much from something that costs less than a fiver but extremely frustrated and annoyed.

The place is cool, big parking lot😉😉😉
