I didn’t receive half of my meals and now have hungry children

food arrived absolutely freezing cold, I got given no straw for my drink. and whoever made the drink put way to much ice in the drink to the point it was practically water had no flavour of coca cola whatsoever very unhappy

delivery 17.10. got put back future & further. meal was cold when delivered. won't order again from you. lost a good customer.

Completely missed a whole meal out. Driver said they had but no one contacted to let me know.

Order was prepared at 9:30. Didn’t get to me until 10:37. Food was freezing cold and rock hard. Went straight in the bin.

Time kept changing it’s freezing cold!!!!! And to top it off there were 4 items missing!!!!!!!!!!!I even sent them a message!! Back wards or what!!!

Worst Maccies Experience I’ve had , Asian Lady With Glasses , was very rude , had no manners , and proceeded to lie to us over a Coke Zero , Manager also wouldn’t give his name nor the employees name

every time whenever we are ordering we think we will get our order perfectly but they just amazingly make mistakes which can be avoided. uncooked fries, drinks spilled, main items never correct. Good job guys 👏🏻 I am paying for my food not for your mistakes…

I stopped here because I was feeling pain in my tummy. There were two kind ladies who spotted I was unwell. They kept on offering me help and checking me. Offered to call ambulance . They took care of me inspire of their busy work schedule till my friend arrived to take me to hospital. My gratitude to the to kind women. I am eternally grateful.

Pressed buzzed to let driver into block of flat (as requested on delivery note) driver walked off when I opened the door, got into his car and walked off. Absolute joke of a service

order wrong and missing items for the 10th time this week

Order first said it would be with me by 17:25. it arrived 18:29. Way too long for "fast food". if I ordered a curry it would have arrived in half the time

So when we ordered the food it said that our ordered delivery time would be 1030 then it changed to 11 o’clock then it changed to 1130 by the time the food got here it was absolutely freezing. The coca-Cola. Wasted everywhere in the bag. The food you couldn’t eat it because it was just cold so it went in the bin. It was a waste of money in my opinion.

No fault of the driver due to restaurant congestion but this order took 1h 15 from point of ordering. Other orders are usually less but this was shocking on this occasion.

out of all the other delivery aaps your kick thete butts there has only been one time the food was cold and could not warm it up i never said any thing because i understand about the roads being bissey .all your drivers are so nice To me you are the best out off the other two aaps.

Very bad service, i came through the driver through and i ordered, and they told me to wait at the parking, i wait for 20 minutes and no one show up. When i went inside they said sorry we didn’t find your car :/

I opted for the drive-through service, and this was my experience. The customer service representatives were patient, kind, and provided information that made my selection from the menu easier. They were friendly and smiled, which helped to brighten my day. Overall, excellent service and good experience. A definite recommendation for the Luton Retail Park branch.

Can only order through machines at this site. Could not get breakfast as I wanted to pay cash. Seems a nice site, but customer service is appalling . Don't forget your reading glasses if you want food from here.

Sat in the drive thru for too long before anyone could be bothered to answer. Considering I was the only one there!! No hot chocolate, no Latte!! White coffee it is then!!

Food cold when due to driver collecting for other other delivery company’s. Food also not in hot bags. Was offered £3 refund when the food was £20. Unacceptable mc Donald’s wants to think again about using just eat.

If I could give no stars I would absolutely terrible. The only part of the service that was good was the delivery driver. Everything was terrible missing items wrong items delivered not the first time. Probably won’t be the last time gypsy Lane McDonald’s is the worst if I knew swearing wasn’t gonna get taken down I would say some very strong words.

Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s in the UK. I ordered two double espressos, and unfortunately, they tasted heavily watered down. I waited for my order for 15 minutes, and for 10 minutes, I just stood there watching my drinks sitting on the counter while no one came to serve them to me. I had to reach over and grab my order myself. When I pointed this out, one of the employees made a snide comment, saying I should have told her. But I did! She was just elsewhere at the time. The second employee, meanwhile, was standing at the terminal laughing with a customer and then refused to hand me my order from the counter, saying she couldn’t do that. Finally, when I approached to ask about the watered-down espresso, the staff member responded in a very rude tone, almost mocking me, saying, “Oh, now you have a question?! Well, good luck handling it yourself.” Such treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible drinks, awful service, and a complete lack of willingness to help mean I will definitely not be returning to this location. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.

I requested to get dips for my order meals and never received any even after I put a note and said that I never receive any dips every time I order so I'm not happy with that :/

There are not many places open at 12:30 at night, but McDonalds was the only place open, but I regretted eating there. Quality of the food was poor (dry and stale) and the atmosphere is not friendly at that time of night. Would rather remain hungry than eat here again.

When the food arrived over an hour latter from when i placed the order, the meal was stone cold, infact it was inedible. As a disabled customer who suffers in chronic pain 24/7 it's sometimes easier to order food then make a meal myself.

Pretty poor this time around. App didn't take payment even though I was connected to McDonald's free wi-fi... Tried to order at the counter where a server was standing but she said in a very sullen voice "You. Order on screen...". (Nice, demeaning customer service!) So ordered on the screen. When the food turned up, no napkins, no salt for the fries - the server walked off before I could ask. And the McRib looked like it had been thrown together...

Order was due to arrive by 10:10 but didn’t arrive until 10:31 so not very happy with that.

A whole meal missing ! No option to let the restaurant know so someone has no food !!!

Clean, friendly staff, lots of parking, fast service.

The food was cold as was the tea. The pancakes were cold and also over cooked , was like eating cardboard. egg muffin was cold and also looked like it was over cooked . Overall this was a very disappointing food experience. Will probably not order from here again and not use Just eat .

The driver go to the wrong address and I don't know if he is coming to deliver to the correct one as on app is saying is delivered but is not, I have 2 addresses in the app and I selected 1 cypress Road 21 Heather Apartments Lu1 4fy, what shall I do now, wait or place another order and get refund fir this one.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's Gypsy Lane while on a JustEat shift. I was made to wait 45 minutes for an order, which affected my entire 3-hour shift. The staff were not only slow but also incredibly rude. Despite the delay, I only got paid for the delivery itself, and neither McDonald’s nor JustEat were helpful in compensating for the lost time. Very unprofessional service, and the experience significantly impacted my ability to do my job.

So, there I am at the drive-thru, thinking this is gonna be smooth sailing. The young girl at the window? All she had to do was hand me a bag. A simple, glorious bag of food. But no. Apparently, checking what's inside the bag is next-level difficulty. I went forward, all excited for my feast, and what do I find? No sandwich, and a 20 nugget box as dry as my trust in this drive-thru. No sauce! I asked for sauce! BBQ sauce, not "hope-you-have-sauce-at-home" sauce.I specifically said I wanted sauce, but she must've decided my preferences were a suggestion, not a requirement. So now I’m parking in the rain, trudging back inside like I’m on some BBQ sauce pilgrimage, just to get what I was supposed to have in the first place. At this point, I’m considering sending a memo ahead of my next visit: Please consult checklist before handing over food.

I ordered the breakfast wrap with no egg because I can’t eat egg, but as I came to open my wrap I seen both eggs in there. The wrap was broken in half so I threw it away, and I was really looking forward to eating it

Poor management and orders are regularly incorrect. Make sure to open your burger and check the contents before leaving.

Apple Pay should have been discarded at 15:49, but was delivered to me just before 5pm. The quality control is poor as this clearly wasn’t checked. Needless to say that I won’t be eating it.

They focused on the drive customers not the ones in the restaurant. The people waiting started to pile up and everyone was fustrated. No one even came to greet us for 15mins. Barr in mind this is at 5:30am I couldn’t even imagine in the day.
