McDonald's in Cheshire East

Absolute circus in southbound service. Waited an hour for food. When I asked about my order the manager said ‘it’s gone in the ether’. Staff were laughing and at one point, the lady told us to give a round of applause to the manager as if they were doing a great job when at least 10 other people didn’t get food. Didn’t get my food, neither did multiple other people. The Apple pie given to an associate of mine was freezing. Food was under the heat lamp for an hour and didn’t move. Embarrassing

Hard working staff who were lovely but complete carnage and chaos ! Sandbach services south needs more food outlets

Amazing food. Perfect chips with salt and consistency i would recommend for friends and families!!!!!

Absolutely useless This one at Sandbach Services South is supposed to be 24 hours but they told me they were shut even though they continued to serve after me Filthy eating area

We had the misfortune of stopping here for dinner on our journey. Slow, surly staff who are poorly trained with no senior support so that they’re basically being thrown to the wolves in a busy services. Food was cold, order was incorrect and it took us 20 minutes to get our food, thus losing the “fast food” appeal. Felt sorry for the staff facing grumpy customers. Can’t imagine it’s a very nice place for them to work.

Lunch here today. Friendly staff, fairly quick service and it tasted ok. One of our orders was incorrect but not worth the hassle of changing it. All in all decent visit. Better than expected.

After a long tiring journey, I was nearing home but still not close enough so I stopped for some fresh air, stretch my legs and have a coffee. McDonalds have been advertising their 99 pence coffee. Ordered a white coffee on their self serve machine. I declined the offer to go large for 20 pence more. It duly arrived and I immediately noticed that they are not generous with the milk. I had to chuck in a couple of sachets of sugar to sweeten it up. They say you get what you pay for. Well it's not exactly battery acid but the taste did make me go eugh. Then again it did stop me yawning and the bitter aftertaste kept me going until I reached home. So it did the job.

Come on McBell-ends. Get open, get us fed in this pandemic. As someone who spends at lot of time on the road, I think it is appalling that you choose to open so late.

This is probably the worst ever I’ve been to..... service terrible .... food cold... I wasn’t the only to ask for replacement. The staff need to smile and learn manners!

Litter piled high on all tables, gangs of feral kids shouting, jumping over seats, cold food that looked like someone had sat on it and staff who have clearly lost the will to live.

Stopped off at Sandbach Services last Friday the 7th September on a journey heading south. I noticed that there was a McDonald's outlet, and was swayed by the fact that the prices were not inflated (like so often is the case at motorway services) and were standard prices like you would find in any High Street McDonald's outlet. I joined the queue. Service was slow, and then ground to a halt as something had obviously gone wrong with their card machines. There were two customers wanting to pay by cards at different tills and had not succeeded in the time that I was there. I counted at least 10 members of staff, goodness knows what they were all doing, but they certainly weren't manning the tills! I was eagerly waiting to order and pay by cash. Eventually I was served by a girl that didn't even look like she wanted to be there. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a chicken mayo, paid, and certainly my wait wasn't long after the order was processed. The food was to the usual McDonald's standards. The seating area was fairly large, but the whole café seating area, floor, and windows looked like they would greatly benefit from a good clean. Not one of the better McDonald's I've visited.

Ordered bacon roll and asked if the bacon could be made crispy. Told yes and the staff member mentioned it to another staff member who went into kitchen to tell them. Bacon came out hardly crispy so hubbie took it back and when it came back was hardly any different. Ours wasn't the only complaint while we were there

Ordered 1x latte and 1x strawberry shake... Got strawberry shake and 1x chips.... Ordered corrected but receipt was disgarded in bin behind till by staff member...... No apology given.

I was with my gf and her family and we order our food. When we got our food and looked at it. It was wrong order because we order 2 chocolate milkshake but it came out with 2 banana milkshake and spent 10 minutes waiting (not happy) then we order two apple pies it took 15 minutes to wait. I was really not happy. I though it's a fast food not slow food

Called in here for a coffee after a long afternoon. Place was clean and tidy and staff polite and efficient. Exactly what I expected and coffee was good too.

Cortado de rápido para comer algo y beber, pedimos 2 doble hamburguesas con queso y un chocolate caliente. La máquina estaba parpadeando en grandes letras "capital cambio de filtro". Tomó nota poco como yo no uso la pieza de equipo, aunque ya que después nos enteramos de la máquina sin duda atención requerida! Mi chocolate caliente debería de ser renombrado "agua caliente", como no había sabor chocolate para que, textura muy finas, así que prácticamente el agua muy caliente. . .En cuanto a las hamburguesas, qué desastre! Parecía que había sido improvisado en un rush con no mucho cuidado. Por el tiempo que habíamos notado todo esto volvimos en la m6 en el tráfico así que no exactamente la vuelta y volver. Nunca recibí una copia del recibo, pero era un chico joven que nos sirve a alrededor de 2. 30:00 el día del Boxeo.

I don't really like Sandbach services, it is fairly small, it is crowded and busy both in the car park and in the services and in the toilets three out of six hand-dryers were not working, however, we found the McDonald's restaurant to be a quick service on a busy Saturday afternoon, friendly staff ad the food was warm and tasty. If really hungry it's worth a quick stop.

Llamamos a un McDonald's en Sandbach servicios ayer en el camino hacia el distrito de los lagos. Pedimos dos comidas de club de tocino. La comida se sirve muy rápidamente, y estaba perfectamente preparado. El personal era muy amable y eficiente.Llegamos al mismo tiempo que varias multitudes de viajeros, pero a pesar de esto, McDonalds tratado muy bien con los números, y resultó ser realmente los pedidos más eficientemente.Una primera visita, y sin duda llamar de nuevo cuando pasando por la M6. Muy recomendable.
