Food poor - Masala so sweet it shook my teeth & Nan bread tasted stale!

Have had the same meal deals previously and had no problems, but tonight the meals weren't the best at all!! The burger meals arrived and one was saturated in mayo, phoned up to complain......got no apology, told not to eat the food and they will deliver another one, asked for no mayo this time, "we can't, can only send you out the same as you ordered" when the food arrived the second time they had put different chicken on, which then tasted like spicy chicken, so they can obviously change the order when it suits!! Chips, some were like rubber, others dry and hard and suppose to have had nuggets not sure where the nuggets come from had no flavour to them, plus we're rubbery too!!

Food tastes amazing pizzas come warm but not hot enough for the cheese to be melted I go my pizza with dry cheese that didn’t stretch at all.

Ordered and it arrived 40 minutes late, having to wait 90 minutes in total. When it did arrive it was incomplete. I had to question the driver about the missing items as he started walking off without saying anything. He then told me as he walked off that we were given some free items. The driver left and when we got chance to open it up the free extras were not something we wanted or would enjoy. When contacting the restaurant they said we would not get a refund for the missing items as we accepted the replacements despite not being able to check them before the driver left. The chips were cold and the food not great. Horrific experience overall. Mediocre food and terrible service will not be using them again!

I ordered a 12 inch pizza I ordered a pepperoni pizza I said could I have extra peppers, I paid £15 pounds, I opened it up it was full of black olives and pineapple, no pepperoni, I called them up and said Shug I think I have the wrong pizza they said that what yoy ordered, why would I order a pineapple pizza when I’m chronic allergic to it and black olives which I can’t stand, I said I will get a life and bring it down they said no yoy ordered it, I didn’t order it, I’m not suicidal, it’s a joke and I’m gonna be making a full complaint

I dont eat spicy food and had a kebab with mayo and the meat was that spicy i cudnt eat it 315 am im now still awake in amounts of stomach cramps on loo i wont be ordering again this is awful

Amazing service young lad at the front is a star. Food is fabulous full of flavours. Definitely give it a go👍🏽

According to google they close at 1am. But whilst ordering online their facility stopped working at 11pm. So false advertisement so will never use them

I ordered a Chicken burger and I had the worst chicken burger ever! Where I can start … well the burger had the more cheep frozen chicken in a cold bun without nothing … (no mayo, no salad nothing like the ones offered at the menu). Lesson learned: better go to McDonalds, for sure it will be more tasty and cheaper £

Food is always delicious and on time. My favourite is the Rogan Josh. Also love their kebabs and pizza. Can’t go wrong really! Always our go to takeaway when we need a curry or kebab fix. The staff are great too.

Awful avoid the chicken tikka value box at all costs, dry hard chicken luckily there wasn't much of it which is a plus hence the 1 star.

Went in for a gorgeous scran of 12 chicken nuggets and cheezy chips bossman was very nice we ate the scrumptiousness This meal is enough to keep world peace excuisite takeway

Nice chicken tikka kebab but got all the way back to hotel and realised there was no salad after asking for all salad. What a let down

I love to order the currys from you. But I think this is the last time. I like naan bread, not burnt crispy naan bread. First time in a while the poppadoms were fresh they are normally stale and chewy instead of crispy.

Cold tasteless food not happy the milkshake was nearly warm. chips hard and cold worst takeaway in a long time

This was my replacement pizza from an already burnt one..... this took nearly 90 mins to come. I have to eat a pot noodle now. Omg this was so bad, the only thing that was good was the spicy chicken the rest was gross. Wish I could get a refund for the rest we threw in the bin.... so disappointed.

How do you mess chips and cheese up? Just ask sizzlers. Dry and bland tasting. Ordered a beef burger and was served a dry bun and thin chewy beef - no seasoning, flavour, sauce or anything. Fancy a pizza? Burnt round the edges, dry and chewy. The pizza must have sat in the oven for a good hour before being shipped out. Altogether, underwhelming.

Called in after midnight on Sunday as everywhere else was closed. We had to wait a good 15/20 minutes because everything was cooked fresh. The service was brilliant. The mixed grill kebab was incredible. We live out of town but will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Southern fried chicken must have been kept warm for days ....disgustingly sour dry meat that even my cat wouldent eat

5* service on the phone and when collecting. I ordered yesterday and was very happy with the quality of the food and price. Will return again if I am in the area.

Thought we'd give this place a try as not been for ages, well we won't be going back. Just ordered 2 x chips in naan bread and it was terrible. The naan bread didn't fold it snapped as it was that burnt and crispy, all you could taste was burnt bread. The chips were dry and over cooked or re-cooked. If my husband hadn't just finished a 14 hour shift then he would have taken it all back and got a refund. Dont waste your money folks

Requested delivery 6:15-6:45. Delivery arrived at 5:35! Helpful! Food was okay, just would have been better if it arrived at the allocated time!

Food was great! Ordered 3 gourmet burgers and 3 kinder bueno shakes and they tasted amazing! Best I’ve had so far In Congleton. Will definitely be ordering again from you guys!

I ordered from uber eats and I can just say woow. It's much better than other takeaways around here. I would definitely order from them again. Best dish: sizzlers mix grill starter and Balti chips

Is this person sure he bought this meal from Sizzlers, I find his story too good to be true. I and my friends have been using Sizzlers ever since they opened in Congleton and we have never had a problem. Good value for what you pay and free delivery. Staff are very friendly. Still if you you are not happy, there are plenty of others in Congleton that that keep changing hands that I avoid. Keep the good work up Sizzlers.

Food was over an hour wait ended up having to ring to ask why it was so late - it arrived few minutes later so microwaved it was inedible. Chips were indented into polystyrene tray which had holes in from being overheated in microwave - chips dry brown crispy and inedible. Garlic bread looked like and tasted like cardboard again microwaved to death. Onion rings - not a full one in there all flattened and dry and burnt. Pizzas just about edible what a waste of £30 avoid this place!

Just ordered a lamb madras curry's deal.. Not expecting the best as it mainly does burgers and kababs. And I'm blown away £10 and a top notch curry naan bread poppadoms and pilou rice. Just as good as Rusholme Manchester. 11/10. Will be ordering a curry from there more often no watery curry thick gravy base and all you can taste is all the flavours as well as being spicy . The Indian places around this local town you would expect to be ace. This over does them all and the price is phonominal. Food was piping hot and arrived within 30 minutes. Thank you very much

I ordered a cheesy chips with no salt & vinegar because my child has just had surgery & she can't eat salty or vinegary foods. she took a mouthful of the food & she cried in agony because it stung her mouth out that much that she had to put it in the bin & it was too late to cook anything so she had to not eat anything because she was in that much pain as they drowned it in salt and vinegar. On the other hand the chicken nuggets and chips were amazing 10/10 but the cheesy chips weren't great at all.

Ordered a Pizzas they said upto an hr delivery OK. Got hr half later said one of the cars had broken down. Husband phone up its on its way. Got it cold. Will not be buying anything from here again

Everytime you order you get the wrong thing and miss things out what you've put on your order and dont care that kids wont eat with or without certain things! Very unpliote

Sizzlers is my go to place for pizzas. My favourite by far is the Hot & Spicy. Never let me down and staff are always up for a chat whilst I wait for my food. Best pizzas in Congleton!

I've ordered from here twice, both through Just Eat. Both were late, the second time by 30mins (so 1.5hr wait) I was advised and got a phone call to apologise. The first was very nice, king prawn korma, saag aloo and garlic naan, although the sauce was thinner than expected. The second, king prawn biryani, saag aloo, king prawn balti, peshwari naan and special naan, was very salty and the naan were burnt. Investigating other reviews it seems our issues are regular ones so you will be taking a chance if you order from here.

Absolutely disgusting. Never had a takeaway like it. Burnt food. Wrong order. Absolutely no empathy or option to resolve the issue. Never ever order from them again and if you are considering ordering from them, i advise you to consider alternative options.

Used to love sizzlers. Unfortunately portion sizes have gotten majorly smaller, delivery takes ages. Had to call several times last week to ask where food was- really unhappy with them recently!

Good food for the price considering other takeaways in town. Not always as hot as I would like but hey...they gotta bring it to me... 99% happy smiles and a good service. Thanks guys.

Horrible attitudes and terrible customer service you hear them arguing on the phone and when you order your ment to get what you order however our order was made wrong tonight and yet we are usual customers it's not the first time the orders bin wrong terrible place it needs closing down most of the time the food is burnt bad idea going every time they deliver they ask you to leave a nice review before you even have the food absolutely rubbish go to hot spot more ideal

had food from here last night and it was awful - 1 piece of chicken was dark grey the other was so overcooked i couldnt even pull it apart to eat, it was like rubber. The 'chicken fillet burger in breadcrumbs' was actually chunks of chicken tikka so i rang to say there was a mistake - to be told no mistake thats how it comes. awful food & awful service

Fab food but their time keeping is atrocious! They are never on time! Given an hours wait when ordering through the Just Eat app, an hour and 35minutes later it finally arrived and was barely even luke warm. My mixed kebab portion was awful, definitely not worth £6.50, they just tossed the pitta on the top too. My other half had a cheese burger which only had cheese on one half, think children put together cheese burgers better. It has so much potential but they just don't seem to care for customers at all, a call to say you're running late would be nice and some care going into the food they're preparing. Unlikely to ever order again as I've already given them chance after chance.

Ordered a Take Away tonight, we collected from the shop.We ordered 2 mixed kebabs with plain chicken, one with sweet corn relish the other with mayo and chilli sauce, curly fries and onion rings.When we got it home(2 min away) both kebabs had sweet corn relish on, both had chicken tikka not plain and both the fries and onion rings were cold and soggy.When we rang up they just lied and tried to claim it was right.Safe to say this will be the last time we order from there.

Food was nice although the chips were cold. it was delivered on time but the drink wasn't given to us so we had no drink

Awful don’t recommend at all the food was disgusting the service was crap it was late. Firstly the food was cold and undercooked we had burger and chips the chips were cold and hard they looked like they had not even been cooked , the burgers were undercooked and raw it was awful. The food was 30 minutes late and we already waited and hour for the food so another 30 minutes was awful when the delivery man got here he didn’t even apologise for being late won’t be going back their again

Ordered through JustEat, food arrived cold 95minutes later. Confirmed 9:30, delivered at just past 10pm. Staff were very unhelpful and after 4 phone calls and being told that each time the food would be here in 1 minute it finally arrived. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to order food from. £25 spent of food which we had to throw 60% away as it was inedible. Should be 0 stars.

Had at least 10 takeaways from them and last time it wasn’t great. Decided to give them another go and it was worse. We both had a curry meal deal. The nan bread was stale. Both curry’s had a bit of a foul taste and now the day after feel rotten and keep having to go to the loo.

Yo no he pedido nada más que pizza y patatas fritas desde aquí, así que esta es la única cosa que puedo comentar. Me encanta la pizza de comidas chisporroteantes, buena relación calidad-precio y siempre se entregan en menos de una hora. Mucho más barato que Dominos - ¿Por qué pagar 20 libras por una pizza cuando puedes conseguir una pizza tan bonita por menos de 10 libras. Ni gastos de envío. Sólo una vez ha sido entregado la pizza tibio, no caliente, así que no puedo quejarme. Yo como siempre volver para mi Pizza solucionar!

I have just got my food back from here and I am shocked!never tried here before so thought I would.i ordered 2 kebabs firstly I asked for them in a garlic naan bread but for whatever stupid reason they put it in a garlic pizza bread that was rock hard and burnt...if I wanted that I would have asked for garlic bread!secondly the chicken tasted stale!i had 1 bite and it went in the bin and so did my partners I would have rang them but didn't really want to give them the satisfaction of trying to justify themselves will certainly not be ordering from here again and unless u want to waste money and go hungry I strongly advise u not to!

Shocking!! Delivery man very nice but unfortunately that's where it ends. I have photos in case they want to see them, and of it all in the bin! Chicken n chips, cold, bone free chicken so small and dry Hubbie couldn't eat it and all freezing cold, heated in oven but taste horrid Birryani, nothing like, no egg as promised?? No free garlic bread or cake as promised?? No free popadoms or mango with the curry as promised?? Pizza, cold, but ok. Need everything but pizza refunding !
