If I could give less than one star, I would. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had, anywhere. Waiting for order in carpark as asked for over 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and had to go back round drive thru to find out where they were - the staff had no idea. Not a single apology. Numerous managers walking about chatting and avoiding multiple frustrated customers. Too busy doing online orders to care about visiting customers. Shambles.

Fast and friendly staff serving great food as expected. Very clean store and plenty of staff available.

Just received two burgers via just eat. Package was sealed. Arrived way later than expected due to restaurant not the driver. One burger had a bite taken out of it, both burgers burned and looked like they’ve been sat on by Adele. Absolute disgusting staff members.

On arrival no table service available, toilet floor was dangerously slippery. Food- fries were barely warm, gave the wrong burger. No red sauce in the dispenser, went to ask for some, no one at the counter after waiting a while had to call out twice to be served, fies now cold. Why has service at Mcdonalds, in general, become so poor?

The kitchen was deserted,they took that long I was late.

Even the coffee was Stone Cold.. not to mention the missing burgers from the order?? Ordered at 14:02, was sat in the bag at 14:16, and wasn't collected until 15:20 & didn't reach me until 15:35 ... inedible. Really disgusting to hand that bag of cold food and missing items to a delivery driver.

Food turned up so cold I had to take it back it was completely inedible. The order was placed at 21:30 and did not show up till 22:30 and as I found out it was cooked when the order came in and was left an hour before going out for delivery. Not sure about any one else. But I find this unexceptable

Dirty tables , cramped lay out , sloowwww table service 30 minutes .. disruptive teens left throwing chips at windows other customers getting rid of them .. lemonade taste like fizzy water exchanged but again took over 15minutes to swap a drink left waiting and super slow.

Mcdonalds food is never world beating but if your after a treat and you can get a odd bargin on the app, it worthy of the odd lanuch and the handyness of the quick food/drive trough. The thing i like most is not there burger, its wrap of the day, £2 a good little lanuch.

Staff are foul. Waited half hour at the window for our food which is rediculous then they shoved it on us with no apology for the wait considering its supposed to be FAST food, then the orders all wrong. Had to pull up and go in and wait even longer. Still no apology. Refunded us with bad attitude. Mcdonalds seriously going down Hill. Especially this one. Sort the manager&staff out. Won't return. Went KFC instead, never have issues with them.

delivery driver great and polite unfortunately the food was cold which I think this was macdonalds leaving the food out too long! no fault of the driver as I could see he was at the resteraunt waiting for a long time and once food was ready it was delivered quickly which only means the resteraunt themselves are to blame

Absolutely shocking service and not capable of getting an order right. This is the second time I have ordered from this McDonald's and the order has arrived with a missing item I have paid for. Call McDelivery and they can't sort the issue, they can only give a refund which I am told will take 15 days to return to my bank account. Call McDonald's about the missing item. Speak to the manager (Harley) who has no telephone etiquette, gives a patronising apology and takes zero ownership or accountability for the error and tries to fob me off to the head office to log a complaint/feedback.

order was fine but we ordered sauces and not one of them came, which was upsetting as it made the rest of the meal dry and not as good as it could be and the food was also cold.

BUNCH OF MORONS!!!!! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT !!!!! Ordered a delivery... Arrived after an hour (watched the driver deliver go to Nantwich first) Half of it missing and what did arrive was stone cold!! Now got 4 people and a toddler hungry because it's unedible, literally had to give it to the dogs!! This restaurant is a joke!! The staff can't even get a simple order right and just leave it on the side to go cold. £40 WASTED and people now hungry because if incompetents!!! Bring on Burger King coming back to Crewe, hopefully puts this place out of business!!!!

Food was fine, but service was shocking. Ordered on the app to pick up at the drive thru, gave my code at the speaker, drove round and they couldn't find my order on the system. Had a wait getting it resolved. Yet when I went to the last window to pick the food up, they had it ready waiting there all along.

Again the same problem you write that delivered and not delivered . I want my money back. It appears that you do not meet the requirements and your suppliers are scammers. You have not improved at all

Sad to say that we waited about 25 minutes today for 3 meals, and it wasn’t busy! Stood there waiting for number 51 that didn’t even show up on the order/preparing board 🤷🏻‍♂️ A couple of orders were placed on the counter, then for about 5 minutes there was no staff! Then a staff member came to the counter and called 51 🥳 I did say that I hoped that the shake was okay and the food not cold. We sat outside, with our meals that included cold fries and a sloppy shake, couldn’t be bothered to go back in. P.S lacking bins outside, noticed people had placed their rubbish in the plant pot. No worries, yes we cleared someone else’s rubbish off the table before we could sit. Needless to say we won’t be returning 👀

Driver was rude on arrival and just dropped the order on the ground outside the building and drove off. I have an image of the state of the order on delivery. The cappuccino was upside down in the bag and had spilled everywhere and thus was undrinkable. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

This has to be the worst outlet we’ve visited. Arrived at 10:55 breakfasts still available and had an interminable wait for our breakfast. Others waiting were similarly disgusted, grumbling so much for a fast food outlet. Both my wife and I are diabetic and I felt a hypo coming on, and when I raised this, we eventually received our meal 25 minutes after ordering. Then to add insult to injury, my wife’s sausage muffin came minus the requested egg, a further delay, albeit she gained an apology with an extra slice of sausage. I admit they were struggling with drive in customers, but they seemed to have that under control, it’s a shame the restaurant customers paid the penalty of pitiful delays. I spoke to a local guy who stated this outlet is the worst in the area!

I always have to wait as I have a custom order I dnt like sauce or pickle. But food is ok . Dnt go often

Turned up, spent ages putting an app order through. Eventually realised from a tiny notice on the door that this 24 hour McDonald's was shut. Full of staff standing about. Rubbish service, why not cone off the whole car park and turn off the app, I'll tell you why, they couldn't care less about their customers. I won't be ever going back, it's about time these franchises learn the long term impact of turning customers away. Look at the Whitbread group closing a quarter of their under performing restaurant. Turning away customers was a regular trick for them and look what happened. Good luck.

Keep serving drinks in paper bags, which is the worst idea ever. My drink came as basically a plastic cup swimming in a bag of smoothie. Some was saved, but it's half full and all sticky. Fries stone cold and not edible. Only 4 pieces of chicken when I ordered 5.
