McDonald's in Cheshire East

Disappointing. Waited over an hour for cold food to be delivered from this restaurant and my burger was missing entirely. I only ordered 3 things! According to the delivery driver the restaurant was chaotic and my meal was packed by the manager. Thanks for ruining my lunch. First time using the McDonalds app, will not be bothering again.

Driver refused to deliver the order. absolutely unacceptable leaving 2 children hungry.

Delivery driver extremely unprofessional, dropped the food and drinks when got out the car and proceeded to rummage at the bags drinks came with no bag, and was given a can of Pepsi instead of a Diet Coke. Driver was disrespectful, rude and arrogant. Completely disgusted with this service.

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets got 17 Asked for two barbecue sauce and two curry sauce got three barbecue as for a drink without ice got ice had to wait For about 20 minutes Then, when I got my food, the McFlurry had melted and the chicken nuggets were cold and then when I said they got our order wrong And I’d like a new McFlurry they denied it.

I don't know what kind of this place is but I can say only - TRAGEDY!!!. Yesterday I ordered food and waited over half an hour to get it. People who ordered after me get theirs. When I asked stuff after 20 minutes of waiting, the answer was "They lost my ticket". In the end, after 40 minutes I got my food. And instead of a cheeseburger with jalapeno, I got it double cheeseburger. I do not even mention about the size of the burger itself. Now burgers are smaller but price the same plus they cheat me on 50p. I'd never come back to mcdonal ever.

Awful service! Took nearly 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Staff walking around in filthy, green coats. Food left on counter to go cold. Car park was heaving! People left waiting in cars for food for up to 40 minutes. Manager was asked for several times whilst we were there. We’ll go to another one next time

Dunwoody Maccies’s are beyond a joke tonight , not hating on everyone who works hard there normally but I am sorry to say it was beyond APPALLING service tonight, meals wrong twice, if anyone had serious allergies would end in hospital because of the lack of attention to the requirements on orders, the staff seem all stoned or bone-idle teens who just couldn’t care less at all, and then the guy on the I spoke too gave me a false code to use and hung up on the phone when I called to calmly talk about this. Disgraceful.

All food arrived eventually after driver spent 20 minutes trying to find address, in the complete wrong area he was in and food all arrived freezing cold, extremely furious with just eat! £40 straight into the bin this order was wasnt it!

food didn't arrive until 1 hour after I ordered, driver then proceeded to go in the opposite direction of my address and then proceeded to take an unnecessarily longer route back, food was stone cold, and ice cream was melted over everything when it got here, and they refuned me a measly £3. ridiculous, this is just one of many issues I've had using just eat, but usually just get on with it, and seems to be no way to contact anyone to further the complaint

Order never arrived after saying it was delivered. Full refund not given. Still had to pay the delivery fee even though the delivery driver failed to deliver.

Failure every single time. I ordered fillet o fish and big tasty and sauces which I paid for, I ordered the extra sauces because they forget to put them in last time with 20 chicken nuggets so I thought I’d keep some in but they didn’t put them in, the food was stone cold and why can’t the staff put the items on the bun properly! Posted photo. Our order before that my husband went to collect and they gave him someone else’s food so someone had ours. Another time we ordered an extra patty on the breakfast so when it arrived he had a muffin with just cheese, no patty’s at all. I’ve been sent coffee with milk in when I have ordered black due to an allergy. I call up and speak to a manager but they seem to just real off words of apology but you can tell that was in the training and not genuine apology. Yes I’ve had replacements but I’d rather not have the issues in the first place.

Most of the time, food is cold and poorly put together.

it was cold af, missed out the brown sauce on my mcmuffin, the bacon was just about cooked, the egg was revolting as well, hash brown was really greasy and the coffee I asked for a white coffee large not a large coffee with espresso in it way too strong

My breakfast order arrived earlier than expected. It was still hot and very tasty. I took advantage of the free item with my order, and received an egg and cheese McMuffin meal for free - bonus!

incredibly understaffed - waited 50 minutes for a meal that never came, as well as others in the lobby who waited longer whilst cars being served in the drive thru consistently. asked for a refund after 50 mins and the manager was laughing about the situation. surely if you’re understaffed - prioritise either lobby, drive thru, or turn off deliveries to compensate?

I was charged £4.49 for delivery and then waited almost an hour for it to be delivered,it kept adding extra time onto it and then it went to the wrong address so it was almost lunchtime when my grandsons breakfast arrived so I’m not happy at all with this service

Ordered via McDelivery This store / staff cannot count! Missing burger and food stone cold! U pay for a service and they appear to fail consistently to get the orders right.. Managers need to read these online reviews and take actions.. Maybe Maccis could scan each burger into the bag? Keep away from this store.
