food cold had to go to store for new food store helpful driver doing multiple drops

Courier driver was very friendly

Said it was delivered at 18:10 but no sign of driver or food

didn't get my coke and misses a brownie

All the fries wer missing from our order amd no dips either

The waiting time is appalling the time was just up and up nearly 2 hours I’ve been waiting

Arrived cold and delivery time kept changing and getting longer

Food took twice as long as stated and food was stone cold

Waited nearly 2 hours driver was rude food cold waste of 20 pound refund required

From the original delivery time the order moved several times and ended up 45min late. When the driver left McDonalds he made good time and this isn’t a delivery issue, it took too long at McDonald’s. Also we called separately to ask for sauces but these did not come with the delivery. McDonald’s need to up their game!

My order was late for about an hour and then the delivery driver left my food outside without even calling me. I had to track my order to find out that it’s been delivered

I ordered the breakfast Mcmuffin duo deal, which is excellent value for money. The food arrived bang on time, and was still hot and tasty. I also order a mixed berries muffin, which was a delicious treat.

delivery driver was great 5 stars for them and was on time from when the app said the order was out for delivery. the downside is the order took a long time to complete, over an hour the status kept bouncing from order being prepared to driver at the restaurant. order ended up coming cold, feels like this was made and just left on the side at the restaurant for an hour before finally being given to a driver.

waited an hour for the food to arrive rang the restaurant and they said there was no drivers but the app said that the driver was at the restaurant, when the food arrived it was stone cold.

Super fast delivery, within 20 mins from ordering! All items ordered arrived. Food was piping hot and super tasty. Breakfast ordering has always been spot on for me. Many thanks!

My dad went today and placed an order on the app and was told he couldn’t have his food because they had a ‘power outage’ even tho the lights were on and when a manager or member of staff spoke to him I think her name was Bev or Beth told him there was a power outage and couldn’t care less that he is paid for the food that he’s not giving and to add she literally walked off from him too! I’m honestly fuming it’s called fast food for a reason and why hire rude staff who treat customers like that honestly do better with some of your staff as I know some are loevly

This McDonald's franchise is kept very clean, staff are fast with your order and is accurate 98% of times. Whenever you have an issue there will be someone able to sort it out for you. The place itself is kept nice , tidy and clean all the time, never had an issue with cleanliness. Totally recommend!

This McDonald’s is now beyond the joke as I thought this was better then Macon Way but the staff in there can be very rude and they also can get your orders wrong and I hate it when this happens to me so I don’t think I will be back here and I am disappointed because I never had this problem in the past and I used to like this maccys but not anymore and especially I don’t like west street one that is even the worst one

Ordered a large meal but got a medium. McFlurry had melted and strawberry milkshake was like water. Fries were cold. Tried to make a complaint but forget they need photos but I threw the McFlurry and milkshake away. The mcplant burger was ok but meal incorrect size and difficult to take a photo to show the fries were cold.
