McDonald's in Cheshire East

Failure every single time. I ordered fillet o fish and big tasty and sauces which I paid for, I ordered the extra sauces because they forget to put them in last time with 20 chicken nuggets so I thought I’d keep some in but they didn’t put them in, the food was stone cold and why can’t the staff put the items on the bun properly! Posted photo. Our order before that my husband went to collect and they gave him someone else’s food so someone had ours. Another time we ordered an extra patty on the breakfast so when it arrived he had a muffin with just cheese, no patty’s at all. I’ve been sent coffee with milk in when I have ordered black due to an allergy. I call up and speak to a manager but they seem to just real off words of apology but you can tell that was in the training and not genuine apology. Yes I’ve had replacements but I’d rather not have the issues in the first place.

Ordered via McDelivery This store / staff cannot count! Missing burger and food stone cold! U pay for a service and they appear to fail consistently to get the orders right.. Managers need to read these online reviews and take actions.. Maybe Maccis could scan each burger into the bag? Keep away from this store.

incredibly understaffed - waited 50 minutes for a meal that never came, as well as others in the lobby who waited longer whilst cars being served in the drive thru consistently. asked for a refund after 50 mins and the manager was laughing about the situation. surely if you’re understaffed - prioritise either lobby, drive thru, or turn off deliveries to compensate?

Nearly an hour to get 2x happy meals for kids. Joke....

Based on the other reviews, it’s evident that the standards at this particular McDonald's branch are disappointingly low. However, I felt compelled to add my voice, as the service here consistently demonstrates a remarkable level of apathy from both staff and management. It’s disheartening to see such indifference toward customers. Regardless of how one feels about their job, it’s unfair to treat paying customers with such disdain. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, issues are constant. With delivery, missing items are almost guaranteed with every order, to the point where you feel as though you’re being accused of trying to scam for free food when reporting errors. On one occasion, a coffee was spilled inside the delivery bag without any acknowledgment. The spilled coffee ended up being tracked up my garden path by the delivery driver and into my hallway and living room carpet before I realized what had happened. Inside the restaurant, the experience is no better. Staff frequently appear disengaged, more focused on their phones, chatting with each other, or simply leaning on fixtures. When you finally manage to get someone’s attention at the till, they act as though you’re inconveniencing them by placing an order. Given the consistency of these issues and the volume of similar feedback from other customers, I’m surprised that McDonald’s hasn’t sent someone senior to address these problems. This branch is a poor reflection of the McDonald’s brand, and it’s disappointing to see this level of neglect.

My order there was no cheese just a few bits of onion on the burgers nothing else i will not have a order delivered from McDonald again.

Every time I order there’s always things missing or the order is wrong.. I ordered a family meal of 4 burgers and chips and none of the burgers arrived and all the other stuff we got was stone cold.. we tried calling to get them to send it out but no answer. We managed to get a refund from just eat but we still now have to order again and wait for it to arrive..

asked for only cheese and sauce as I cannot eat tomatoes and onions. burger came with onion and tomatoes. apple pie was missing

I am so unhappy with this order! We ordered milkshakes and got sent coke? Which was spilt over in the bag, also ruining the ice cream McFlurrys as they ended up with coke in them! Not only this it’s gone all over my cushion as I got it from the bag never again will I order from here! Chips are cold! It’s all gone into the bin! AVOID!

Well I ordered it at 9.14, and it said that the courier was at the restaurant , it arrived at 10.30 COLD NOT the couriers fault...!! The courier complained to me that he was waiting over an hr to pick it up , Seems to me You need more staff cooking especially dedicated to mobile deliveries, Cold food just isn't on and will lose you custom...!!!

It's like they get the order wrong on purpose, I mean I get it, sometimes things are missed, like a whole burger, however giving me only 4 nuggets instead of 6 as well, that's just taking the piss. I feel robbed.

Found a hair in my food and when I took it to the staff the woman was very rude about it no apology and said no one there have that type of hair but neither do i and she blamed the manufacturer. Food was completely cold. I don’t believe much blame can be placed on the driver, but on the restaurant, as not many food products are made to order. Things need to improve. Everything arrived and delivered with care, with no spills or missing items.

Typical McDonald's. I'm sure it was just human error but despite the stickers on the burgers being correct (no pickles, etc) both burgers were identical and had everything on them.

Once again the order was wrong. Bacon roll with no ketchup arrived with ketchup. Strawberry milkshake ordered but Coke received. It wasn’t a complicated order :(

The fries were warmish and tasted as if they had been standing for a while before being served, we sat on the car park to eat so not much time had passed from being given the food to eating the food.

Speakers on drive through are quiet so you have to really listen to make sure they are there.

Tough to give anything but 5 stars. It's a clean, fast, decent interior Maccies. Adequate parking. Pretty much what you expect from a fast food place.

First time getting McDonalds delivery, but really CBA to wait at the drive-thru at peak times. Nice delivery driver [random assignments, I know], food wasn't missing and the bagging for the drivers is better than the drive-thru haha. Thanks.
