First time of using the service and awesome!!!!

I ordered 2hash browns and 2 sausages butties and got2,hash browns and no butties very disappointing andthey were cold and old

2 x medium coca cola where missing

All my food is cold and my ice cream is completely melted

1 hour 50 minutes to deliver? I ordered at 8 am left for for at 9.30 still hadn't arrived, apparently the driver was waiting at McDonald's the whole time

Missing food claimed refund but not the point I’m hungry

The food was cold and soggy and the ice cream was like water we weren’t able to eat it

Food is cold on arrival kept pushing time on delivery time ended up waiting around 45 minuets later that delivery time for food

stone cold as my driver was clearly at KFC collecting another order en route

The food took over an hour and was cold, a refund would be the least you could do

Ordered at 11:30 with ETA of 12:05. Didn’t arrive until 12:30. Food was cold when it arrived and ice cream was melted!

Ordered over an hour ago, waited way too long. Food arrived and it’s stone cold and also missing one of my mayo chickens! Not impressed

We travel to enjoy this treat. Its very rare we have a macdonalds and a special day for my children. They were really looking forward to the minecraft happy meal box. They recieved their happy meal box with no notice that the branch had run out of minecraft happy meal toys. If my children hadn't of opened their meal there and then they would of been more upset when travelling home. I do feel that staff should be making parents and children aware rather than throwing in the next thing they can find and expecting no one to say anything or children to not be upset. Won't be travelling to this branch for a very long time.

My daughter was disappointed that she only received 3 chicken nuggets in her happy meal instead of the 4 it should have had, otherwise all was fine.

The worst McDonald's in the world. If they get your order right it's a miracle. Must hire people constantly who can't read orders, or maybe it's part of the job description: "Do everything wrong".

Worst mcdonalds I've ever had. Forgot half the things on the order and the rest was stone cold and looked like it had been slapped together by a 3 year old. Burger wasn't even on the bun and sauce was everywhere in the wrapper but not on the burger. Do better 😂 hire competent staff and why aren't managers doing quality checks anymore ?!?!? If the stores ever looking for a new manager hit me up

told it would be 20 minutes then it changed to 30 minutes when i checked 30 minutes later it was not even being prepared so 1 hour and 20 minutes later it arrived and of course it was cold i was not surprised it was not the first time its happened.

Came at 2am could here the fryers going off had one guy running about whilst prince charming manager with his head band mopped the same spot for 15 minutes whilst were sat at the window hearing buzzers go off for the food. food bein served every ten minutes per customer. plus this mcdonalds has cheek to charge 20p for sauces and not send them.

The service is absolutely atrocious. I went through drive through and ordered two wraps. They told me to wait in the parking lot which I did. I was waiting 20mins for two wraps, I had to walk in to get my wraps and I heard the employee talking about how I was walking inside and said out loud “Who is dealing with this then?” To the other employees. This level of customer service is ridiculous. I am disappointed especially after finishing work and then having to wait for two wraps for 20minutes and then having to walk in to see employees talking down on customers when they couldn’t perform their job to the expected standard is unprofessional and unacceptable. You really need to consider your employees, and having a look at other reviews just shows how much improvement this place needs. Oh and the wraps were cold. Which was even more disappointing. Overall experience was horrendous.

Waited for 5 mins to be served and no service, I then used self service with table service. I waited over 15 minutes for sausage and egg mcmuffin, pancakes with syrup. I approached the counter and asked about my order, even though I had asked for a sit down service they gave me the food in a bag, after opening the pancakes and looking in the bag no syrup I went back to the counter to which I was quizzed by a member of staff why I wanted it! Because I've paid for it. I then went back to the counter another time as there was no knife or fork in the bag. This mcdonald's is by far the worse one I have ever visited. No apologies and the food was cold.

I really don't mean to be disrespectful but I'm getting so many items wrong over the past 6 months or so. Yesterday I had an order and I got chicken in my quarter pounder, no beef! I was baffled. I'm always getting onions in burgers when I request there not to be - I can't eat onion so I have to give away or throw away my food. Today I had a hash brown missing - can the staff not do their job? It's just getting frustrating, I don't think it's worth ordering anymore.

It pains me to have to write this but this branch will get your delivery order wrong EVERY time. What's worse is that it's gotten so bad, they've resorted to having Uber solve the problems? I've been there a few times drive- thru and been told to park up, to get home and find out things are missing. Don't tell me it's my responsibility to check my order, the branch pays at least minimum wage. The manager doesn't do a good job of training their staff & needs to be replaced before somebody crashes out on the place.

Chips could have been a bit warmer/fresher but everything else was on point! All special requirements followed and all on time even on friday night! Ps. shamrock shakes were incredible! 🍀

Should be 0 star. We have waited 3 hours for our food and we haven't been able to reach anyone after they told us our food was on the way two hours late.

Please be aware if you ask for sauce, they are charging you 10p per sauce. But if you go on the app, sauce (condiments) are free of charge. When we gave them the money, the money went in a cup and not in the till. I have contacted head office

The worst macdonalds I've ever been the staff don't seem to give a dam about anything took ages for my order even tho the place was empty and it was only a coffee then on another occasion the manager was at the till and was absolutely filthy looked like he had just been rolling round on the floor not what you want to see when you are eating food from there the whole place was actually filthy don't go here at all cost

Got a chicken burger kids meal, absolutely disgusting 🫣 worst I've ever had! Such a disappointment 😞

Fries were cold but that’s most probably because of the time it took from cooking them to delivering them but at least everything was there unlike last time half of my order was missing the delivery guy was very polite

Pathetic, waited 2 hours for food to be delivered… apparently it was delivered (it wasn’t) So we called mc Donald’s and they gave us 2 numbers both which were pointless…. So after all this went in store and the management and staff are completely useless. We are now down £37 and no food, and very little chance of getting a refund.

Always cold when delivered. Not the delivery at fault. Isn’t food checked prior to collection to ensure it’s hot. The coffee was also cold.

put a order in worth of £43 and when it was delivered it turned out to be the WRONG order usually mcdonald’s is good but this is a huge put off as they always do this when it’s a big order it’s not on really considering not going back here again. DO BETTER

Waited 20 minutes for the food. Don’t know why we were told that there was a wait because they were making it fresh…it’s meant to be fast food..the fries were cold and disgusting. We had to ask for the medium meal fries too after they forgot to put them in the bag. There was no one in the payment booth so I then had to walk back to pay & I was in a taxi which ended up costing up a lot more than it should have done. People warned me not to go here after midnight and I should have listened. What a waste of time and money.
