Was in McDs Macclesfield today. Only Congleton is worse. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and when it turned up it was cold ( to be fair chips were hot). Took it back, no apology just got told it was fresh!! ( Sure it was at some point!). Dreadful place, McDs is no longer cheap so customers will not put up with cold food and poor service.

Cold chips - no straw to drink a milkshake with which was a pain. Quick delivery though

Cold chips warm chicken on all 4 meals

Delivery- missing all sauces every single time without fail (even when you pay for them rather than ones that come with menu items).... seems as though they are intentionally not putting them in the bags. Around 50% of the time atleast one item is also missing from the order, generally a burger or nuggets, occasionally you recieve only the drinks and no food??? Drive thru- regularly takes 25 min+, around 20% of the time theres an item missing when you get the food. Ordering inside- almost always a long wait time to reicieve the order but you almost always get everything you ordered. All round it's a pretty poor performance.

Tonight I waited 25 mins and because of past experiences I check my food before I leave as its always nearly wrong and tonight yet again they hadn’t, put the Big Mac in I’m sure it’s not hard to read the receipt on the bag what should be in there I should not have to check it , the manager was just not bothered customer service is zero no wonder the team can,t get it right,

No barbecue dip and no straws also gave us a brownie instead of triple chocolate cookie

I couldn't give my order for my kids a five star review as they wanted tomato ketchup packs with their Happy meals which weren't in there,I ordered extra ketchup packs but we didn't get them too.Luckily I had ketchup in,Everything else was perfectly cooked and they ate the lot.

Worst McDonalds I’ve eaten. Ordered on Just Eat. It arrived stone cold and inedible. It took an hour to arrive to an address 10 minutes away.

Told to park in a bay and then forgotten about. Staff haven’t got a clue and seem incapable of apologising for a long list of errors

Nearly an hour to get an order from a MacDonalds that takes 10 minutes to drive to. Food it stone cold. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. Won’t be ordering MacDonalds on Just Eat again

Service was terrible. Id ordered food, but I tried to speak with someone at the counter about a coffee, but was completely ignored.

Credit where credit is due. Fast delivery. Food could have been hotter but glad to get it atall and in good time.

Ok, service is not always the best, more often than not you are asked to park and wait as they never have anything ready or they are prioritising the uber eats orders over the actual customers that make an effort and actually go to site to order, you know, the ones that have made McDonalds because they are the ones that get off their arse and go and get it themselves and are the ones that should be prioritised!

Chocolate milkshake is something I will always get from here when possible as it's a tasty dessert type drink...though recently coming in I ordered the usual and my drink tasted very strange. They have now started mixing banana in with the chocolate I presume to save enough for future orders although I'm not happy as I'm not a fan of banana and the taste is very apparent...other than that service and atmosphere completely fine as well as the food though just thought this was a poor slip up

Never normally leave a review, but that was an awful experience, when we entered the McDonald's it had maybe 10 customers sat eating, and it took 25 minutes to get our order, wasn't even busy. We even had to ask were our order was and it was like they forgot. Very poor management. There's was also a few others complaining who ordered after us.

Chips were cold, received the wrong drinks bag, I don’t like normal coke and that’s what I received rather than the Diet Coke, sprite and mini McFlurry that I ordered.

All the order was correct, nothing was missing and food wasn’t freezing cold, was quite hot.

Really bad service. Ordered two happy meals and neither came with the carrot sticks or fruit they were supposed to. There was also no option to have normal cheese on a McPlant.

Order placed at 07.08am arrived at 08.55am. Driver put my food down on a snowy iced ground whilst waiting for me to answer and give the code! I had to ask him to pick my food up from the ground! Needless to say my food was stone cold on arrival!

it was cold hard and overall not nice i am extremely dissatisfied as it took so long. Had to microwave when got here the mcflurry was like a milkshake if i wanted a milkshake id order one. Overall extremely unhappy and disappointed in just eat and their delivery service might have to switch to uber eats with this disgraceful experience. We want a refund.

Awful experience! Not fast food anymore, very slow service. I had to wait ages. I noticed whilst waiting, the Assistant manager was being extremely rude to his staff. I found it very unpleasant, especially on Christmas Eve. Not good at all especially when this can be seen/heard front of house. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Up your game McDonalds Macclesfield, cold food & small portions as well.

They forgot our drinks when we went to collect it. Then we got home to find our order was wrong and what we got was crushed in the bottom of the bag. Won't be going back.

Twice I ordered and paid todat, waited for the delivery but didn't receive it. courier didn't ring me, next I saw its delivered, where? I went out and there's no food delivered. I'm very unhappy, my kids are crying and hungry. courier probably delivered my food at a different address. I need my refund ASAP please

After a late squash match we thought the quick option would be to grab a Macdonalds on the way home. We sat in the drive through for 45 minutes!!! It took over 20 mins from ordering to get to the 1st payment window, then we still sat between the 2 windows for another 10 + mins, once we got to the final window we were asked what we had ordered....he then went and got the items from scratch.....another 10 to 15 mins.....shocking isn't it supposed to be fast food?

Appalling place. The wait times are absurd, food arrives cold constantly, wrong orders constantly, missing items constantly and they prioritise online orders above all else, above the people who are physically there and just ordered. Avoid. The KFC down the road is worlds better, actually FAST food, served hot and contains all that you ordered, no missing items.

Took my grandson here as we were visiting a local motorcycle dealer , great burger and good service in a clean venue
