Very friendly staff and quick service

It's more expensive to buy a burger+ chips than burger chips and a drink. So if you don't want a drink you're supposed to get it anyway and throw it away? How's that reasonable with today's resource challenges? It proves rotten reasoning at the top decision making level.

Crap! Can’t order on the app, the kiosk won’t accept offer codes or QR codes, etc. Tells you to redeem at the counter, but as there was a queue of 3 people with nobody serving them I left and went somewhere else. No wonder Burger King doesn’t have many branches if this is the level of service - it’s actually (and I can’t believe I’m saying this) WORSE than McDonald’s!!!

I stop by regularly as I work nearby and they are really efficient and quick, and my vegan royale is perfect every time

Staff uninterested, when I questioned something, all I got was a, “ better luck next time”. Food was luke warm at best. Total waste of money.

Visited on a week day around 4pm. Area was nice and clean and plenty of kiosks available to order. My food was ready quickly and all items were fresh.

The food was ok. I ordered a breakfast meal, and it took ages to prepare because the staff was playing/checking his phone for 20 minutes.

Long wait for food, staff not in a rush to do anything and forgot the sauces. My main gripe is paying £27 for two burgers, chips and drinks equivalent meal at my local is £15.

Visit north bound Burger King haven’t a clue where the word king comes from?. Cold food two staff on food prep one cleaning? No time to say hello and omg the food was cold disgusting would put it lightly. Last visit from me waste of money. Come on burger get your act together. Staff too busy chatting to serve customers. The guy that was on the till seen I was waiting but decided going out for a break without saying anything was more important. Waited for a while as I could not order what I wanted on the self service. Wouldn't go back there again.

Absolutely ridiculous, stood at the counter for 10mins as wanted to order a burger with extra pickle which you can't do on the self service screens. Spent the whole time listening to staff casually chatting behind the scenes but nobody on the till to serve you and no way of getting anyones attention. Gave up in the end and walked away. Extremely poor. Don't waste your time.

Got in the queue 10 minutes before closing time, waited the whole 10 minutes just to be told when 2nd in lane that no more orders but proceeded to serve the people in front once they complained. When we tried to explain that we were in the queue as long as the people that still got served after closing time we were told “no food left”.

Was queuing up 10 mins before closing time, they said nothing till 23:00 when they closed but served the people in front of us after they complained. Once we got in front and explained that we were also waiting with the same people we were told they had no food left.

Paid over £20 for vegan royal meal and ordinary royal. Small burger The royal was probably cooked last night and why can I say about the burger.. Took one bite and left it. Couldn't take it back as it was a take away. On the way to Blackpool. Definitely not be visiting this bk again.

Visiting a burger king on the service station is such a depressing experience. Drab 1960s design, miserable faces and over priced for no good reason food. Incidentally the quality usually takes a hit here too. I've gone with 4 stars because bk is trying hard with plant based options.

Went to use a voucher Fri before coronation weekend, but the manager smuggly said it wasn't valid. However, undeterred, I took it back out of his hand and used it upstairs at KFC, which I had totally forgotten about. The KFC was amazing, big box meal. Better staff too. Go up the stairs for better value guys.

I stopped here for lunch having recently installed the BK app on my phone. However, I wasn't able to use any of the offers on the app as this branch of BK doesn't accept mobile phone ordering and my discount code was rejected, which made me wonder whether the app was worth bothering with at all. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, which was tiny and slapped together so quickly the cheese didn't have time to melt. As a meal costing £9.49, this was extremely underwhelming and poor value for money. Next time I'll buy a sandwich meal deal from WH Smith for half the price. I am so disappointed with BK at this branch. Never again.

Came here as google said it was open till 11pm (business updated times 2 weeks ago - so trusted it'd be open on a Sunday as it said it would be) only to find the store is shut. Do not trust this place to be open because they clearly don't update on Google properly... We were here at 8pm btw

stopped off here after travelling from Manchester Airport. Nice food but unfortunately left my Levi jacket behind! Contacted Burger King who were extremely helpful and offered to send it to me as I'm 120 miles away!! Thank you for help with my favourite jacket!

Over priced. Average food. Served by disinterested staff with no obvious supervision. No hairnets or gloves on whilst handling food. Eat in orders put in bags not on trays. Dirty tables and floors. You are just a number.

I hadn't visited a Burger King for a long time but I was impressed with the taste and quality of the food. I visited at Keele Services and the service was quick. It wasn't cheap but I will be back for more.

Ordering was smooth and came out guick. Had the limited edition katsu Chicken royale. Got to say was a bit disappointed. I had a chicken burger yesterday and was one of the best ones I've ever had. So it was a big contrast to what I had to today. The pickled slaw was BARELY pickled but was fresh. The chicken looked like it was blended and not whole chicken breast and wasn't crispy. Katsu sauce was absurdly sweet (its meant to be a bit spicy and curry like but wasn't). And why did it have mayo in there!!!! Either change it to your tastes or just order something else.

I just been in an baught the royal breakfast, while eating this I got halfway through the Royal to find someones nose dirt at the bottom of my bun. I will not be going there again wash your hands and wear gloves blow ya nose else we're. nasty

Arrived at knutsford services for a quick leg break and a bite to eat I must say burger king have a great location see it as enter toilet and as you exit toilet, great for passing trade I havnt had a burger king for at least 10 years, so thought id jump back in and have a try I went for the triple whopper burger large meal Pop was fine, chips have a different taste than what I'm used to, not saying good or bad just not used to The triple whopper WOW it was a whopper says what it is on the tin, a triple burger The 1 staff was very friendly but didn't expect to get to car and have such a greasy burger, i guess it is beef so expected but i feel burger king is a sit down meal not a eat out or takeaway to car meal Eat 3/4 of burger and chucked rest was to greasy and didn't want get over me car or on me clothes. A quick review here of a relatively good fast food restaurant. After a frustrating drive northwards from Birmingham (heavy traffic), my colleague and I needed a break. We were relieved to find the Knutsford services! The restaurant itself was fairly quiet and my order (on the touch screen) was painless. There was plenty of seating, shared between a few businesses, hidden around the corner. The area was acceptably clean. I ordered a 'Double Bacon Cheese XL Burger' as part of a medium sized meal, with a chaser of 'Six Chicken Nuggets'. No complaints at my end - absolutely no different to any other meal I've had at Burger King. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Good burgers of course. Clean and bright but staff could honestly do with a course in customer interaction .. not everyone speaks Burger King shorthand!

Absolutely disgusting the way the manager named 'To' spoke down to me after complaining about mayo on my burger after specifically confirming twice "no mayo". Complaints line didn't take my complaint seriously after chasing up after three weeks of zero contact from complaints. Hit a brick wall with the complaints procedure.. It's OK because that member of staff is now going through the wall instead!

We stopped for a Burger King crispy chicken burger god it was so hard it would of broken windows with cost 18.99 what total ripoff while I’m drinking my drink they have bulider in the place while your eating. And then heard a bloke not happy he’s listening to the noise from them working so I’ve got headache 🤕 from the banging and up set from the bugger. So if you thinking booking a hotel make sure it’s at night time I did feel sorry for the bloke he was on nights shift will I stop again no I’ll keep going ..............💩💩💩💩💩💩

Deliberately serve undercooked fries. You can't really do this accidentally because there is a timer. Someone needs to choose to take the fries out before it goes off. There were quite a few people waiting for fries, but I bet we would all have rather waited until they were actually cooked. Likely think it won't matter as anyone who orders food to go will likely get too far to come back to complain

Not bad, got food quite quickly. But the fries were soooo salty - I literally had to scrape each chip of salt before I could eat them.

Heading south, I stopped for a breakfast today. In all my life I don't think I've ever seen such a clean fast-food restaurant! The lady working there... May have been the manager, was floating about, being extremely bubbly and chatty to everyone, all the while wiping and organsing everything. Very impressed!

I have given 3 stars because although the Halloumi burger was nice, there is nothing for vegans and if I hadn't specified no mayo, it would have been non veg by default. It would be good to have a better range of choices for vegetarians and vegans.

The food is just as good as any other Burger King but the seating is right by the toilets and absolutely stinks (or did on the day we visited) so we sat in the car!

It’s not where it claims to be on the map .. it is not in knutsford town center at all .. furious brought my kids out and now faced with taking them on the motorway services for a BK .. which is not gonna happen. Get it sorted BK

Burger king is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants.

The food is ok but they're charging restaurant prices for their fast food now which is a shame.
