Burger King in Cheshire East

UPDATE: This franchise seems to have upped it's game the last couple of years. Service has been much faster, food is always good, and plenty of clean tables :) Original review from three years ago: Food is always great from Burger King. Our 15-month old LOVED his King Jr. meal :) However, it is notoriously slow and can be difficult to find a clean table. And they were out of decaffeinated Diet Coke this time :(

Do not vist, very dirty inside. None of the girls had hair nets on or even hair tied up.

The prices have gone crazy!! What's almost worse is the place is dirty!!! Food and litter on the flood in atleast 3 bays and walk ways, dispite being 4 staff working and barely any customers, so no there's no excuse! Also staff didnt wear hair nets either

Delivery time stated 20-30 mins, it arrived 1 hour late and it was cold

I don't enjoy the food bag being thrown at me with no manners. No wonder this place doesn't do well. They need to train some of the staff to be a little more polite.

Struggled to hear the guy on the order and paid £30 for some bits including the cheese burger with bacon XL? If was supposed to come with salad then it didn’t and was dry and boring. Not hot freshly cooked either. Thankfully we didn’t live near there and were just passing .

ordered 30 pound worth of food, precise location, and not shown up at my door? Where's the policy of asking for the codes? Why are the delivery drivers not getting the right message on where to go?

Quick service as went in when it was quiet, our chips were cold but burgers were fresh, we were all so hungry at that point it didn't matter!

Everything delivered hot. Order all correct.

Place was complete chaos and that was just the staff, a guy was fixing the coffee machine by blowing into the hopper through a straw. I walked out after 20 mins of madness without even getting served 🤣 Edited review... this place has turned a corner and has massively improved in every aspect, so up from 1 star to 4....

Delivery was repeatedly delayed, which to be fair was updated on the app. But when food was delivered all the burgers were squashed and all the food was cold. Very disappointed.

Service was quick, the restaurant was clean and the food was lovely. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Pretty disappointing really to be honest. The member of staff didn’t say a single word to me when I was handed the food and drink. It took several minutes for the food to come at the drive through and it wasn’t busy at all. The food was cold and for the price I wouldn’t expect to get a meal the size a kids meal.

I was informed that the counter staff don't take the orders anymore. Using the screen was a pain and I ended up with a burger without cheese, when cheese was wanted and another burger with mayonnaise that I didn't want. Also the fries were cold and the burger fell apart when bitten into. Definitely won't be returning. Ever.

AVOID! Disgusting, dirty, the worst Burger King I’ve experienced. We arrived heading home from Alton Towers and found this place along the way home. The food was bland, no seasoning on the burgers and very messily slapped together. The level of service is next to zero. Customers trying to operate the screens to place their orders with no help or guidance from staff. My friend was stood at the counter for 5 minutes wanting to order and pay cash but no staff member had seen to him. It took a fellow customer to show him to order from the screens first and then pay at the till. All screen machines also unable to print receipts for those that need them. This restaurant was very unclean. Tables all dirty and covered in rubbish and no staff member going round to give them a wipe down. The time we turned up it was not busy nor was it any busier during our time there and with 4 members of staff we could see not doing very much could have taken it upon themselves to assist customers and ensure the restaurant is kept clean. Whomever manages this particular restaurant needs to implement better levels of customer service standards and ensure regular cleaning duties are seen to. Thankfully I am not from the area so will not see myself returning.

Literally the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Tables and floor covered in food and sauces. Food cold, staff activity ignoring customers attempts to speak to them. Go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely disgusting. Wrong order when it was replaced was horrible and I left mine. Every table had left over food on. The floor was filthy and food all over the place. Bins inside and out overflowing. Second time I've been. First time was also bad with cold food and no deserts. Terrible place avoid like the plague

Not from the area and fancied the toilet and a bite to eat. Arrived at the restaurant to find it is completely shut on a Sunday at 13:30pm even with opening hours displayed. Disappointed is an understatement.

Staff need to lurn how to get orders right ordered 3 lots of 3 loaded chips 🍟 at £1.50 each an didn't get any and can't even get refund jokes. Train your staff properly or get rid as always getting orders wrong at this bk

The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Maximum dirty, always huge queues because there are 2 people working who are maximum angry. Just disgusting. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. There is a man at the checkout who speaks very poor English and also understands it poorly.

I ordered large meals they charge me 29 pounds and they gave coke without fiz and there were no fries in it .it a rubbish people they don't know what to serve

The staff are young and untrained. Very slow service, 2 of the self order machines out of order. Grubby floors, tables, and chairs. The food was warm, not hot, we ate inside, plus we both had parts of our orders missing, we couldn't be bothered to say anything because it took about 20 minutes to receive our food. You can't blame the staff. They were under trained, understaffed, and tried their best. The management needed a dam good talking too..

Foods underrated however female are toilets more like a park restroom, smelly, toilet doesn’t flush, and blocked. Not a single clean table in there manager should learn to clean a table instead of death glaring the only 3 customers in there

No cheese or sauce on burgers?

Got kicked out because my brother was being silly and swearing he also drop kicked a bin after dropping his chips. We are now banned 😔. Mcdonalds is now better.

I'd steer clear of this place what a dump. foods cold staff have no idea what they are doing and the wait for the cold food was ridiculous

The bags of food had been opened by the driver and items were missing we could not risk eating the food as it had been unsealed and we have no idea if it had been tampered with I want a full refund

I order from Burger King as I don’t live far so it’s usually hot. Tonight it was late, cold and the patty was actually crunchy because it was so over cooked. Chips and onion rings were cold too. Disappointing!

Been 4 times in the past 3 months on my way home and the drive through is always closed. Total waste of time. Try getting some proper staff that can actually be bothered to do there job instead of closing the drive through with a road cone because they can’t be bothered to serve.

I received the wrong burger . a capri sun missing and the bottle of drink was inside the open bag with the food so it obviously made it go cold . absolute joke

3 staff on duty the burger guy fine doing his job no issues the girl on the till taking orders just couldn't be bothered didn't smile once never offered me anything to increase the sale basically only taking the order the girl on the chip fryer was frying chips speaking to the cashier and stood leaning on the metal work there was a small queue on arrival so I could I observe the goings on before I ordered as well as whilst I waited for the order to be cooked certainly no enthusiasm for the job nor a "have a nice day" when giving you your order

It turns out that our order has been sent but we have not received anything and no one takes our calls

Food took an hour and a half. Selected no Mayo on a Vegan bean burger. They gave me no mayo and no ketchup so it was dry dry dry. They added cheese meaning it wasn't vegan and was inedible. Fries were limited in number and about a centimeter long. Very measly. Very disappointing and had to go in the bin.

Food completely cold and wrong drink sent.

Food had clearly been made and left to sit whilst they assigned a driver. It was cold upon arrival. I ordered at 12.45, time originally to be delivered was 1.15-1.35, they kept pushing back the delivery time and I eventually got it at 2.15. Waste of money and food as it went in the bin.

No Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency, on view for any customer to see. Burger King Team member using a mobile phone whilst on shift. Same Team member did not wash his hands prior to obtaining an unused drink cup and passed one to a customer. Same Team member obtained food for the same customer and put it in a paper bag and handed it to the customer. All tables were smeared with finger marks. Most tables had Burger King food debris on top and empty food wrappers and drink cups. Both bins inside Burger King were full to the extent customers were leaving their 'rubbish' on top of the bins 'housing'. Food debris on the floor and liquid on the floor by the self-serve drinks vendor, causing a slip hazard.

Restaurant tables are all dirty. Finger print smudges on all tables, food debris on all but one table. Used customer cups on top of tables. Trays with food remains on top left out. Trays mounted on top on the bin with food and packaging.

food cools down when cold drink is placed inside the food bag , needs to be kept separate ideally what is the point of trying to get food to the customer hot when a chilled drink is in the same bag???
