We ordered a delivery, got told it would be 30minutes to 45minutes! One hour late, Called back to see where our delivery was and the guy on the phone called my partner a C**T unacceptable customer service!

We always order our kebabs from Krispy foods and we have never had a bad one. The food is always hot and tasty. They always deliver in the time they say and the drivers are always very friendly.

I asked a very simple question how many pieces of chicken do I need to order to get it cooked made to order, as I didn't want any of there dried up left over chicken that has been left on display when It should of been thrown away. The answer was 8 so I said OK I'll have 8 and was told the wait would be 45 mins to an hour, after an hour and 10 mins I called and asked where my food was, to be told the driver had the wrong door number, than he himself went to the wrong door, and than said they could come back out. I never even bothered asking if they really went to the wrong address than how come no one phoned, no I just said well as he went to the wrong door number at least I don't have to worry about him going to the right one and hung up. For some strange reason the guy decided to now call me back and wanted to now come back out, so I said after you clearly lied about the first hour why would I want to give you another hour and explained to the guy why I hadn't used his dodgy company in the last 12 months and clearly nothing much had changed. This time he now hung up on me but to be honest I had to order some food from someone else so I wasn't to bothered by it.

Had large donner Kabab it wasn't fresh it was pre cut I think it was microwaved cos normaly Kabab shops display the whole donner machine this guy went round the back and got it. Same evening middle of the night I started feeling sick and threw up twice. If you thinking of going please be carefull in what you buy.

Terrible food, the chicken tasted like fish, the panini was soggy like the homeless in wintertime, absolutely poor performance. Would give it zero if i could!

Food was dry and milkshakes wasn't blended properly, took a long time out of all not worth the price.

It’s a local and I have to highly recommend the cheese burgers really are one of a kind well cooked and juicy and there grilled chicken is really good as well

This is a typical fast food emporium which is on par with many such places in the country. It serves food which to anyone with a reasonable pallet would not describe as being great.

Same old story I was a regular customer a couple of times a week and I left a negative review in the past, but decided to give them another chance and the delivery driver said any problems in the future just let them know and they will correct it blah blah blah. Anyway fast forward to last wek and one piece of the chicken is pink in the middle, only one so I left it until today when I placed yet another order. After placing my order they try telling me the chicken was pink because some pieces are bigger, not that they didn't cook it long enough. After 1h20mins the order eventually arrives even though I'ts only a three minute drive. Of course it's cold so I phone and tell them I would like hot food like I even asked them for when I placed the order, I'm phoning like your driver told me to but It's up to you I can go to another chicken shop in the future if you want. No no we will be with you within 30 mins of course after another hour I phone again now this is the fourth call, to be told the re-order will be with me in 20 mins, I said keep the food I won't be ordering from you again and tell your driver I phoned like he told me to and hung up on the guy. The good thing is chicken shops in Bletchley are like banks, there's always another one around the corner.

We used to place an order each week for delivery but service is poor. Last week as I was placing my order on the phone the chap, who reckoned he is the Manager, started talking to somebody in the shop, what was that about!! He then came back to me with no apology or anything but reckoned he had apologised which he did not. He then swore at me saying I was treating him like s**t. At no time did I swear or lose my temper but he certainly did. Eventually order was placed but not happy at all. My wife placed an order when our grandson was here, but I was not and was informed would be 30-45 minutes for delivery. After 1 hour and no phone call my wife phoned and cancelled the order. Now we are not allowed to order it appears and I would advise everybody not to use this establishment and wonder with its diabolical customer service how they are still in business.

Not sure how still open, ordered slice pizza & chips for my lo, well the chips were rank & the pizza was rock hard & curling at the edges it was that old. Not freshly prepared, bloke serving and doing the food, no gloves worn or hands washed in between. How this place isn't closed down its beyond me, it's a health hazard. Would never eat from there again.

This fast food outlet has dropped from glory since it 1st opened. The service is slow, nothing is ever cooked and ready. The shop and staff are scruffy and look in need of a wash! They constantly talk to each other in their own language which makes me think they are talking about the customers! The Shop is often frequented by 'youths' who hang around doorway making you feel slightly intimidated when asking them to move! I feel the prices have increased but quality hasn't. Not somewhere I would recommend

Chips were nice. Pizzas were rubbish - hardly any topping or sauce. Everything else we tried was average.

I have lost count of how many times I have been to Krispy Foods & you can't fault the food at all, the interior might not be great but the customer service and food is just want you want from a takeaway shop:

Only ever buy Kebab and chips from there for my husband, Place really needs a clean, food down the side of the front cabinet which looks like its been there for a year. always full of kids.
