Burger King Rustington in Arun

Went to burgerking in rustington with my family and was rudley told over the counter that you can't order food from the counter as thus is company policy, iv never heard such rubbish coming from his foul mouth, so we walked out and went elsewhere, we will never be using burgerking again

This Burger King produces excellent burgers and fries. It’s well cooked and delicious. I go there constantly.

Ordered lunch for my family and the burgers were awful (see pics) can only guess how long they were in the heating rack before we got them, slimy dry and chewy is not how I prefer my chicken burger

Terrible customer service . Terrible manager. Rude arrogant unhelpful . I will never return after how badly I was treated in front if my child. And the manager needs to be sacked for her awful Leader ship skills

Daughter has Chickenpox, as a treat because she's feeling so miserable, I ordered her a kids meal from a well known 'restaurant' which is literally 2 roads away from us. Predicted 20 minute delivery turned into an hour, and then 90 minutes! Burgers were thrown together in a mess of mayo and cheese all over the place and everything was cold and wet. I contacted ubereats to report cold and damaged food and tried to contact burgerking, whose line goes unanswered. Ubereats replied with "thanks for letting us know". I challenged this and they copied and pasted the same response. No refund, no help, shoddy service. And disgusting food quality..food in the bin. Honestly please don't bother. They have no respect for your money or custom and treat their customers like trash. I'm having now to claim a refund via my payment mechanism instead. Really dishonest.

Went with grandchildren kids enjoyed there meal. Got a take away was freshly cooked and hot. Staff were great with the kids. Clean and tidy. Will be going back soon. Thanks Angela.

Just ordered two double whoppers with cheese, stale buns, that just fell apart, luke warm burgers, looked forward to them all day, really disappointed,spent over £20!! AVOID

I thought after the building had been refurbished the service would improve but it is still incredibly slow for "fast food", even when the place is completely empty. Staff move at the slowest pace and don't seem to care about anything. If there were more fast food options closer I don't think this place would have much business.

The woman behind the counter waited 10 minutes before telling us they have run out of buns. we left.

Food mall with Subway plenty of tables if you want to eat in not very busy for a Friday lunchtime but the burgers were good but a bit expensive plenty of parking

thought i would stop here on my home from Worthing Hospital for a quick snack the place looks like its been closed down and being demolished

Been here a few times as we live reasonably close. Some times things are ok, but other times they are pretty dire. Had to go back and complain a few times as items missed off order, and the chilli cheese bites are totally empty of any filling.

As soon as I walked in the whole place looked dirty and messy Ordered my food from staff who didn’t really seem to care. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for food. Got home which is only down the road everything was Luke warm and the coke was so watery just threw that away. Need to up their game far better BK out there

Doesn't serve breakfast, and in an out of town location. Food is exactly what you'd expect from Burger King.
