KFC Rustington in Arun

Second time going to kfc ever, i normally dont really like fast (cheap) food. But this was alright, the chicken was nicely seasoned with the fries. But they were a bit saggy and sad looking. For €22 (£18) for 2 people it was honestly not terrible. But again, my expectations were 0 like mcdonald food so it was a pleasant surprise

Awful customer service. Was waiting to pay cash at the till and multiple staff saw me but chose to ignore me. Was waiting for over 20 minutes just to pay cash. A frequent event that also happens is they always forget to put chips in the bag. This has happened multiple times. Awful service.

wrong wrap i ordered super charged and kentuchy but got 2 kentuchy but doesnt matter as everything was absoluely spot on

Chicken was dry and inedible popcorn chicken was really spicy. Chips were lovely as was the gravy

was stopped for 20 mins. delivery time kept changing to 9 or 10 minutes

Ordered at 5.30, for dinner with my young granddaughter, delivery time kept getting moved, when eventually arrived it was almost her bedtime and it was cold.

It said 15-20 minutes took 1.5 hours

Awful customer service, or complete lack of. Ordered a dessert from the kiosk and paid. A few moments later my order number is called out and I’m shouted to and told they don’t serve that item. Fair enough, mistakes happen but what followed was a complete lack of apology and customer service. Assistant manager mumbled while looking at the till, asking if I’d like a refund. No attempt at being apologetic.

We Attended while it was really busy but food was lovely and hot. The staff was welcoming and very hard working to get through the busy rush but keshav was very knowledgeable with our queries and very helpful with our order so big shout out for him good job guys keep it up

been waiting 2h, delivered cold

I ordered fillet burger the give with not fried one I can see the blood in fillet then i give it back , after a minute the give me same burger and blood part cut it . Very poor service

Disgusting. Ordered a popcorn chicken and they arrived cold as if they'd been left for ages. Also got some of the chicken fillets and they might as well have had no coating on them at all. They just looked like plain bits of chicken and they tasted far to salty. Won't order again

Great food, perfectly cooked, delivered professionally. Just the way it should work!

Lovely meal. However would not order an extra piece of chicken as an addition in future got the tiniest drumstick for £2.79. I’ll just stick to the meal deal. Expensive for what it is but the chicken from KFC always nice.

Delivery time was estimated at 30 minutes before order, this changed to 40 minutes when order placed. Finally despatched after 45 minutes but the delivery driver waited at another food chain to collect another order for 10 minutes with my food sat in the car. Order finally arrived over an hour after order was placed.

Cold chips, cold chicken, mushy corn on the cob, no burger garnish just ¼ of a bap with mayo...won't be ordering here.

The order arrived practically luke warm , The Chicken pieces were all Drum sticks ( no breast meat portions ) but the delivery driver that eventually arrived apologised for the delay. I think this KFC needs an inspection.

No popcorn chicken in the banquet

Me and my son decided to get kfc Saturday evening my son drove to the restaurant to order our food. We didn’t get a lot just 2 meals. When my son got home we opened the bag and NO FRIES!!! How is it even possible to forget to put fries in the bag!!! I phoned the shop straight away to tell them and asked them to deliver them to us I was told they couldn’t do that!!! He said I could go and collect them but wasn’t going to drive another 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back the man I spoke to has offered to replace them the next time we go there I then asked how he was going to remember my complaint he said from my order number then he just hung up on me. NOT HAPPY!!!

Missing items everytime and never get any help with this

An hour and 15 minutes to delivery one box meal!! Appalling.

Food never arrived and when I made a refund request I was told the driver tried to make contact however this was not the case and I am still to get any money or any food!!! Extremely unsatisfied and very unhappy.

The food had to go into the oven to reheat. It was tepid at best. It tasted OK once I'd heated it up.

I saw the driver on the map, go past my house and pick up another order, my order then came to me late, and cold

The staff is awful, completely ignored me when I was trying to pay with cash. It took a good 2 minutes of walking passed me to finally been acknowledged. It looks like all staff walked out at the same day and the owner picked up some random people on the street to work there. The fact this place still open is mind blowing.

Ordered through Just Eat and had 4 regular fries missing from the order. Just Eat refused to refund because they said they couldn’t based on the information they had!!! What information do you want? A picture of 4 regular fries that we didn’t receive! Not the first time this has happened from KFC Rustington. Food we did receive was ok ish but not very hot. Not sure how someone can place 1 regular fries in a bag when the receipt clearly states 5 regular fries. 4 should have come with the Bargin Bucket. Very disappointed

Order was done and paid for at 8:45pm but didn't arrive till 21:50ish so was cold and not the freshest of quality. Won't ve having this again!!

Ordered at 19:20, eta said 20:00. Ok I can live with that. It’s only KFC so should be “fast food”. Times kept changing on app. Food arrives at 20:40. An hour and 20 mins after I ordered. Tried calling the store. Couldn’t understand anything he Said !
