KFC Rustington in Arun

I ordered 9 pieces of Chicken with cash pay Until I get home I didn’t open it I was so hungry after 12 hours shift When I get home and refresh, I opened there was only 4 pieces of wings I paid for 9 and I don’t know why I got only 4 I was tried to go back but I called the store but no response The staff lady was bit unfriendly when I ordered Really bad

As seems to be the norm now, expect rude, sullen staff with absolutely no customer service skills. I ordered a large meal but only got a medium drink with it. When I pointed this out, there wasn't a "sorry" to heard anywhere. She simply got a large cup, filled it up and threw it in front of me. How hard is it to say "please" and "thank you" to your customers? My 5 year old niece knows how to do it so surely adults have no excuse? Sadly I believe the art of customer service is dead.

Pulizia, prodotti impiegati , conservazione del cibo….e poi l’educazione verso i clienti. Non aggiungo altro se non: diffidate dei prodotti di questo locale🤷

Ordered the KFC, it’s taken them nearly an hour and 30 minutes to drop off at box mail

They were brilliant and sorted my problem out lovely manger

I like a good KFC and this is my local. Usually get delivered from Just Eat. However, can be a bit hit and miss

After using the store 5 times & deliberating with other customers. Boneless fillets so salty inedible. Hot wings so hot inedible, 9 chips in total in a portion. Uncooked corn, tasteless gravy. If in store collection expect 45 minute wait if more than 3 people because delivery drivers get priority. If delivered you have a %10 chance your order will be correct.

I walked past KFC.....I am vegetarian and would not have gone in there . What more can I say?

We ordered 2 fillet tower box meal but me got a zingerbox meal instead. I did no see it said zinger on the box now my month is on fire .not going to order food from them anymore .they can't put the right food in the right bag .not happy at all now

Disgusting. Ordered a popcorn chicken and they arrived cold as if they'd been left for ages. Also got some of the chicken fillets and they might as well have had no coating on them at all. They just looked like plain bits of chicken and they tasted far to salty. Won't order again

If you get there an entire hour before closing time they probably wont let you eat in! They pack up the chairs and make you order take out instead. No sign or indication of this

Chicken was fresh and tasty as you would expect. Friendly staff.

Very rude gentleman in there last night, shouting and swearing aloud infront of customers, my partner had to ask the girl on the counter to tell him to stop swearing, will not be going in there again, and I advise people with children or those easily offended to stear clear too. It was totally unnecessary.

Lukewarm burger, chewy popcorn chicken that tastes like a microwaved fridge raider, chicken that is dryer than the Sahara desert. Would not recommend.

Got served by Tilly. The fact that Tilly was working the till was an unexpected Aptronym that kept us mildly amused whilst enjoying our chicken. Better than Burgess Hill KFC.

First time in this takeaway rubbish outside the shop. Stepped inside and there was mud all over the carpet. It wasn't fresh as the mud was dry, so hadn't been brushed for a while. Ist table on the left had a dirty face mask on the floor plus other odds and ends. The staff behind the counter were like zombies. No greeting or smiling long miserable faces. The food I would rate as 5 out of ten, the service zero. If you go to a Mcdonald's they greet you and are very polite at all times. Would never buy another KFC, from the Rustington branch.

Worst Kentucky meal of my life. Bargain bucket full of tasteless chicken legs, no seasoning so nothing like how a Kentucky should be. Dried out skin that looked more like an Egyptian mummy than a Kentucky meal. Never going back to this place again. 8 out of ten pieces were dried out chicken legs - rubbish.

Just ordered a bargain bucket through just eat. No chicken wings, totally missing from order. Tried to call store, tells me it's closed. It closes at ten. It's 21:45. Screaming children right now, really not impressed.

What has happened to KFC Rustington. If you want burnt dry chicken this could be just the place

Food was cold. Chips unedible and chicken was like a rock.

My food did not arrive, but said it had been delivered. KFC wouldn't do anything because it was ordered through Deliveroo and as was all over the TV this morning the product I ordered was from KFC, not the delivery company they chose to use to deliver it. They should of sorted the problem not left me in the shop on Christmas Eve in my pyjamas trying to live chat to someone at their chosen delivery company! One of the other delivery drivers actually helped me more than they did and another delivery driver was telling them it wasn't right that I'd ordered and paid for something, that I didn't receive. What's worse is that the person before me had exactly the same problem! After the 3rd person I spoke to at Deliveroo finally said i would get a refund I left KFC and went to the Chinese instead, as there was no way I was giving them my money again 🤬

Chips were half cooked and tasted of old oil ,they were cold when they arrived. The coating on the chicken was like powder in places and again tasted of old oil. I won't be ordering again from this KFC as we were very disappointed.

Food is fine, but visited on two occasions and they are severely understaffed, feel sorry for the staff working there having to do so much.

Ordered bucket for 1. No spicy pieces in it. Ordered popcorn chicken and 3 mini fillets. Got home - no mini fillitsinstead they put in a chicken in a bun.. not what I ordered at all. The drink came with bucket but was awful, not sure what it actually was. My Son was very disappointed .

Check your bag before leaving. Asked for barbecue sauce which was acknowledged and ignored. Chips description 'crunchy golden skin on fries' awful soggy things in reality.

We've been waiting over 2h for the food to be delivered and they're still finding a driver... No way of contacting them either. DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE

This review is based on going into the restaurant physically and picking up the food myself. I have ordered through justeat before, and there's either food missing or some of it is cold. However, when going in to collect it myself, it's perfect. Food is always hot, never have they forgotten anything. Not sure why the experiences vary so dramatically, but I definitely reccomend going in to pick it up yourself.

By far the worst kfc I have ever had I had it delivered asked for 3 breast and gave me drum stick and they was the same size as wings so I had taken it back down there to change it over and the manager told me there isn't anything they can do. DO NOT GET YOUR FOOD FROM THIS KFC and they told me it was the people who was working there before which is not the case they delivered it at 16.15 if they need to get new staff which if kfc is a good combo then they need to do this

Popped in tonight for a treat. The store was empty as it was closing in 30 minutes. I looked at the menu for the price of a zinger tower burger and a popcorn chicken snack box. Couldn't find either. I guess to pay for all the flashy signage they only want you to buy the full price meals. I asked the cashier, jo, and she said the zinger tower burger is 5.99 the same as a meal. But the meal came to 6.99. Then she charged me 2.99 for the snack box which should only be 1.99. The food was ok but I don't like being lied to. I won't be visiting here or this franchises other restaurants.

I usually order from here and despite having parts of my order missing ect it’s generally okay but I have ordered it 2 days ago and today come down with food poisoning!!! Made me so so so poorly!! AVOID😓

Yet another rubbish order. No original chicken and other items missing, yet we got an ice cream, not ordered. No number to contact so no dinner for me. Happens so many times.

Polite & timely for a collection order. Even despite a payment issue (contactless declined, had to enter pin, no real issue), they were patient and explained it. Also helpful in finding a better deal than I initially used.

Dirty tables, food left on floor, asked them to clean so I could sit with my 2 children, was met with rolled eyes and tutting as if an inconvenience. When I went to order in an empty shop the 3 staff were completely disinterested. When the one who finally came over wiped his nose on the back of his hand I left. Disgrace!

Useless, waited about 25 minutes in store before i left with the order, staff like headless chickens, store was not busy either.only saw one other customer enter the whole time the rest was uber and deliveroo drivers, one online order they forgot something and the poor customers food just sat on the counter. Food was very average, won't be returning.

ordered our food on the touch screen chose table service picked our number, sat down to wait for the food, 5 minutes later a just eat driver approaches us and in a rude manner and said you ordered food they're not happy with you they've been calling out your number, I replied we asked for table service the woman simply replied 'and what' 2 stars for the food, the service was terrible

Reasonable price, tasty food and the service is fast. Staff are pleasent and friendly and the offer the blue light cars discount.

Walked in to 2 in a que Walked out after 15 mins as que didn't even move. More tills need to be in operation. Not just just eat orders

Good fried chicken, chips are pretty meh... The staff here didn't really care, it took us a much longer time to get served than any other fast food place and the food looked like it was thrown together. You could see the staff chatting casually in the back and they gave off a vibe they didn't care.

This KFC is useless they NEVER get my order right and it’s impossible to contact them, every order placed is delivered wrong, missing items even a few times the wrong order entirely and it’s always late. A total waste of time I will never order from them again and would recommend no one else does either..

Chips and filet burgers tasted like they had been microwaved, buns was chewy will not be going back. Price was very expensive for poor quality food

We were in Rustington and decided to grab a KFC and go down to the beach. This is the worst KFC we have ever had, it was as if they had cooked the chicken from the day before and fried it again. We will never go back.

First time we ordered, food was luke warm and loads items missing. Second time food missing, even after my partner drove down there and spoke to the employees they still gave her a bag with food missing.

Always check your orders as 9 times out 0f 10 there will be something missing staff are very lazy and always on there phones

KFC closed 20 minutes earlier than stated in store and on the website with staff sat watching the locked door and us trying to understand why it was shut. Staff could of said they were closed early before when I went passed 5 mins earlier but closed as I got back to order some.

Ordered again via Just Eat and again as usual my order had missing items again. This is now the fourth time that Rustington KFC has done this and there is no way you contact them again via Just Eat. Every time something goes missing

My son & his friend ordered Boneless Banquets through just eat, both arrived with no chicken. Complained but heard nothing, been 2wks now so no refund expected.

Absolutely awful tonight !! Cold & soggy ,and sent mash potato instead of coleslaw, how as one is cold and one hot !! Smallest portion of chips ever in tiny box that were cold and soggy and when you try to ring the branch its a recorded customer care message that the store is closed even when it's open ,Halloween tonight definitely trick not treat !!

Ordered a 12 piece dipping bonus feast. Arrived without the dipping part as all the dips were missing. Fries were, I would say only just about cooked, soggy & lukewarm. The beans had more sauce than bean although that did come in handy as it became the dip.. Have to say the chicken & corn on the cob were reasonably tasty. Message to self... Must read reviews before ordering, not after.. Dohh..

Order with just eat and the kfc leaves out 2 popcorns witch both was my kids and u can't get hold of kfc 😡🤬

Food was cold and hot wings were pink and raw in the middle which we only discovered after biting into them. Can't complain as clearly they avoid feedback by having a phone that can't be answered.

This will be my first negative review and purely because I have no other way to give feedback (phone number doesn’t work and from reading other reviews, not much point going to the store again) every time I have ordered from this branch of KFC the meal has been wrong. It has been cold. Desperate and lazy times force me back to try again but I won’t after this time. Someone in this branch is doing their job badly and it’s letting the whole place down. My water bottle was received open and partly drunk… I didn’t receive the side I had paid extra for and the food was cold (despite very quick delivery… so suspect food has been sitting somewhere for a while before i unfortunately ordered it) I would say if you order from here 8/10 times your Meal will be missing something and cold. Hope it improves.

I’ve been in here a number of times, I have been unhappy with quality of food and service I have tried to complain only to be told that there was nothing that could be done. My daughter had asked me to go in there on Sunday after travailing from London and was hungry we went in with great reluctance. We ordered food which again was over cooked and one of the order completely wrong. I tried to ring but couldn’t get through. Went in the next day with recipe to be told well if food was that bad where is it I told her it was in the bin and again was told that there was nothing that could be done. Advice to people is to check food is right and fast it to see if it is over cooked before leaving. In this shop customer is always wrong.

They were very busy but when you are waiting and then the uncle of one of the staff walks up, they get asked what they want and then walks out before other customers who have paid it doesn't look good. When I raised my issue they couldn't even look at me, turned and walked away. Not the best customer service, and doesn't give a good impression to someone who has recently moved to Rustington.

I have ordered from this restaurant the last 3 times and every time I have ordered the same thing: 12pcs Boneless Feast and I always order 6 extra garlic buttermilk Mayo dips as there are never enough dips for the amount of chicken. They have forgotten the dips every time plus another item either a side or the popcorn chicken. I am very annoyed that the staff are so incompetent as to remember a very simple small task and would like something to change. I don’t want to take my business elsewhere as the food is tasty I just want something to change.
