Wimpy in Arun

Again yet a lovely meal here decided to go after arriving back from from holiday very clean good food and friendly staff.

Wimpy back in LA , good food and service from the team. Food is cooked well.

Ordered just a plain burger and bun but came with lettuce and tomato, completely ruined the meal itself. Will not order from them again, no.enjoyment whatsoever.

Excellent evening meal out for my daughter's 11th birthday treat, but 4 stars because it was very expensive compared to other burger chains. £62 for two adults and two children. Would have been half that at one of the other two popular burger chains.

probably the worst food quality I've ever experience. don't know how it's possible to make a bun that soggy

food is cold, driver left food on doorstep. driver didnt move on map for 15 mins and took 25 mins to deliver when restaurant only 1 mile away

Cold coffee hadn't got a secure lid so had leaked not only on my door step but me and quarter contents missing

tango was ordered as a zero sugar because I am diabetic but a normal full sugar was delivered

Shabby service.. I ordered a Beanburger Meal and was sent something with meat in it. Gave them a ring and was told they didn't have a driver to send out a replacement. The whole thing went uneaten. Chips packed with a meatburger and a drink were not what I ordered. I requested and expected a full refund via Just Eat who refunded £6.65 out of £17.27. Made to foot bill for delivery, service etc and chips that went uneaten. Just Eat haven't replied further.

Awful we had to wait ages for our order to be taken then had to ask for cutlery when we got our food. We ordered the 2 meals for £16 which was on the posters went to pay and got charged more as we never said we wanted that deal!!!! Nowhere did it say we had to nor were we asked when we ordered. Will never go there again

.. swear the waitress was Alice Eve..🤣 Brilliant all round, the international grill.. with an extra bendy... because you can't get them anywhere else!! ... or a doppelganger serving..

Cheeseburger and fries. Good portion size of fries, hor and crispy. Burger was good. Served on a plate with a knife and fork. Thick chocolate shake is very cold but good. Fast service. Restaurant looks clean. Good experience.

Some of order missing then when we phoned wimpy to report items missing items woman on phone went off shift, handed it to someone then started shift and they then said I've just started work so not my fault, disgusting service!

Such a sad experience today, the order was delivered wrong, tasteless undercooked very thin slice of meat thing not a burger!!! Tasted of nothing and served slightly pink, chips were OK, cold restaurant, not Wimpy as it was and expensive for no advantage of other fast food burger chains, won't be back...

We waited 10 minutes before we were even served then waited another 20 minutes only to be told that they didn't have what we ordered. Just paid for our coffees and left. No apology or anything. Won't be going back there again

The food I was ok. But small portions for the price - if I didn’t have a voucher I would not have bought it. Burger was nice but could have done with more salad and sauce. Chicken dippers nice and tasty but very small and really expensive. Not good value for money. Food quite nice!

£20 for a triple burger meal. you lot are mad. I can get an actual gourmet burger in Brighton incl fuel for that price. How is anyone paying that price for a frozen burger and still happy. Nuts

First time visiting after seeing a offer in the window for desserts. I ordered the waffles and it was hard and burnt inside a disappointment. Ice cream was melted too, only enjoyed the scoop of ice cream on the top. Also ordered a sundae ashame it wasn't Cadbury flakes used in the ice cream for extra flavour. First time visit and don't think will be back

A nice change from Wetherspoon. Similar friendly service and low cost.

Missing fries and incorrect items arrived

Staying in Chichester and drove out to Littlehampton for a meal. Unfortunately the Harvester was burnt down recently so decided to find somewhere else Driving around the one way system (many times over the past couple of years) my wife noticed the wimpy bar.Parked up again and walked back to this place.3 lovely girls working there. Very friendly but professional. Had a lovely meal and music playing was just right. We used to take our 2 sons to Wimpy bar and this brought back memories.Will definitely go back.Thank you.

Ordered 5 meals all chips and half burgers arrived cold. Staff took them back and replaced them with new hot ones. Would have understood if the restaurant was busy but we were the only ones sitting upstairs.

Ordered takeaway on Sunday wasn't busy not even a big order I had an forget an item of mine I ring back they say will get sent half hour later ring back still not got it no one is coming to deliver it not good enough get ure car and deliver it mate stupid people

Over charged for kids meals was supposed to be £6.55 but was charged for the 3 items separately staff miserable and not welcoming won't be going back.

It was ok.. the place was clean, tidy and busy. The food was well cooked. Portion sizes varied between plates. The menu seemed scaled back from previous visits. The staff were pleasant.

For Milk Shakes you cannot beat a Wimpy one !. I’m so glad the Wimpy Bar in Littlehampton has reopened. We had two Bacon Muffins with Hash Browns and Egg, which were cooked to perfection. The staff were lovely and there was a nice friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming here again when I’m in Littlehampton.

I meet people in here regularly and enjoy the coffee. I've eaten here a few times and never had any complaints. The service is top notch, they are always very accommodating.

Love wimpy but waited ages and the food was cold, put the chips in the bin.

Delivery time kept changing, had to go and collect order to ensure it was still hot and what we actually ordered as we had waited so long! Called Wimpy to ask for an update, the manager said you would be better coming to collect, as I got into town he called and said the driver was there to deliver, wouldn’t bother ordering for delivery, waste of time

This shows as delivered and it wasn’t. The driver never came or told wimpy Littlehampton he didn’t deliver it. He called to find address and I missed call and couldn’t call him back. He couldn’t be bothered because of the pouring rain. My instructions were clear, he didn’t bother to read them and was impatient rushing off. Bit clearly not before he marked it down as delivered which is dishonest. Wimpy can confirm this as they tried to call driver. I’m still waiting for my refund and not happy with the slow service and no number to call. I will not use you anymore due to the delay and lack of customer service support. Bad experience. You can see we spend a lot with you. No other driver has ever done this. What are you going to do about it? He needs reprimanding! Refund asap

My Mum wanted to visit the Wimpy for her birthday today, we had a lovely time, the food was lovely and the staff where fantastic and even put candles on my mum's pudding, everyone was friendly and helpful, made my mum's birthday!, Thank you all.

Missing one item, kinda sucks but can’t expect it too be all good all the time, the item was the ice cream scoop thing with chocolate drizzle

Really can't understand why Wimpy has fallen out of favour with so many around the country.... Visited Littlehampton Wimpy. The food is as tasty as ever as a no nonsense burger restaurant..... The service was great, quick and friendly.... Atmosphere was quiet but it was 3 in the afternoon, but, the background music 🎶🎵 was amazing 🤩 good ol' 80s classics, brilliant....... Overall, more people NEED to experience a Wimpys.

Thank you to Mr Raj, Maha, Amelia and Aksa for great service and making this outing such a pleasurable one. Nothing was too much trouble (brown sugar was brought to us instead of white, jam was provided for our toast etc) and the food was served quickly and tasted delicious. Thank you for the vegetarian options too!

Worst experience ever. Ordered from Wimpy on many occasions, always great. Unfortunately on this occasion one burger was missing. Called Wimpy, said not down to them, come and pick it up or take it up with Just Eat. I don’t have a car so couldn’t pick it up. Just Eat looking into it but have 2 kids eating now, one not. Hungry night for me I guess. Never experienced such bad customer service. Surely if you get something wrong you do all you can to sort it out? They were not in the slightest bit interested though. They can stick their expensive burgers where the sun doesn’t shine now. Burgers and dogs, Uncle Sams or Burger King for our takeaway night from now on. Wimpy: Things will always go wrong sometimes, no matter how hard you try. It’s how you deal with it that’s important. You failed. 👏

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wimpy for breakfast, and I was very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. Food was delivered ontime but only because the delivery time got pushed back, riginal order time was 5.10pm to 5.20pm, I ordered food at 4.30pm and never got it till 5.40pm....long time for burger and chips !

Don't know why I see negative comments on here. We went as a foursome and thoroughly enjoyed your meals and service at this Wimpy. Looking forward to going there again. Maybe the cashier can try smiling though.

The best place around for fresh food, tastes great and friendly service. The reviews below from Shannon and Terry are fake and they are trolls, they are well known around the town as Terry always gets in trouble with police. Terry's an ugly guy and think that's where his behaviour comes from, as he wishes he didn't look so ugly. Shannon looks like a bulldog chewing a wssp.

ROTTE. food just left like a boiled burger in a ugly watery sauce chicken was like a rock wicrowaved beans tasted rotten and snow white dead finger chips first visit and the last I thought Tim hortons burger was bad but this boiled dog meat burger took the cake worst I ever tried don't waste your money
