Call in here in a regular basis. Food varies every time, but one thing always remains consistent- the coffee machine! Ever time we order, we ask for latte with our meals and every time we get told the coffee machine is not working 🙄. It’s been ‘not working’ for over four months now, with no reasonable explanation. Pathetic, not everyone wants high sugar fizzy drinks with their meal. But I was told by an ex employee that it’s because they don’t want to clean it, so don’t use it, which seems a more likely scenario!

Orders of the KFC website, the order took an hour to get to as and it was freezing cold. Husband call the store to complain and the supervisor Natalie told my husband it’s not there fault, we need to complain to Ober, when he told her we didn’t order of there she said we can’t do nothing. And said they don’t have the drivers they have to use Uber drivers, and they don’t know what time they are going to come collect the food. Refused to give us a refund, then told us if we go to the store she would give us one. And still had a MASSIVE attitude about it saying it’s not their fault. We did get the refund, then she proceeded to tell us we will never be served at the store again. And all because she didn’t want to admit it was their fault. I have heard nothing bad bad things about KFC but thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt, but will never be using again. Staff and management are very very rude.

Got a kfc using Ubereats. I paid for a bucket meal for one & a portion of hotwings. Upon receiving the order, the portion of hotwings are missing & where are my fries? Food arrived cold. The chicken was rubbery. Awful KFC. Judging by what I received, I would say the staff don't care what they send out!!!

Dry, unappetising chicken. Missed items from our order, won’t go again. Never known a kfc to be like this one. Need new management or staff training. This place could be a gold mine , yet it’s usually empty and now I know why.

Worst fast food ever. Staff were ignorant and impatient yet they told me 10 minutes after I ordered that there suddenly a problem with the frier so it would be another 10 minutes, which I really didn't believe, probably much longer. Got a refund and will never bother with them again.

Worst KFC, I've ever been to The service lets this kfc down. It's the kinda kfc you go to ask for a bucket and fill it with legs or the smallest bits of chicken. Staff seem untrained and useless

First time at catterick kfc , ordered zinger box meal, chips were cold , wings warm corn on cob looked like it had been there all day. We ate at 6 ish … The zinger itself looked very unappetising hardly any lettuce a tiny bit of chicken ! We’ve just moved to catterick and won’t be going again . Worst kfc I’ve ever had.

Sadly a common theme with KFC Drive thru now, they're collectively crap! I thought jct 59 off the A1 may have been unique after a couple of visits there, the last of which I aborted after waiting 37 mins stuck in the drive thru. Sadly I now add Carterick Garrison to this frankly shocking affair. Indifferent KFC staff only adding to the misery. After waiting for about 19 mons I. The drive thru for a single wrap, I get to the window to be told I had to wait even longer! I've managed to write this review in the time it has take to place my order and I've still not even recieved my wrap yet! A last visit to KFC for me I'm afraid, as this over weighted fast food chain, has now just become an overweighted food chain, eager to grab your money, less eager to ensure your quality of service!

The place was less than half full all free tables were dirty, husband went to the counter to get served he doesn’t like the touch screens left the counter after 5 minutes as no member of staff had attended him. Ordered via touch screen no table number pyramids and no receipt issued. Then waited 14 minutes for the food chips were cold original recipe chicken was oozing in dark brown oil , lettuce was brown, we left most of it and on our way out realised all the bins were over flowing so left our food on the table, we will not be returning #GRIM

Drove 30mins from Northallerton to Catterick Garrison after work, to enjoy KFC like we normally do 2-3 times a week. Friday night, Pulled up to the speaker in the drive through at 10.35pm and my wife the passenger ordered her fillet box meal, with leg. I repeated her order into the speaker loud and clear, I am Chinese and I speak perfect English. Young girl on the other side of the speaker told me it would take a few mins to cook the leg, sure we can wait, my wife said…. It will be nice and fresh, I waited for a moment for her to ask me what drink I would like with the meal and what size, but she told me they are out of chicken on the bone, and can sub the leg with 2 hot wings, (rubbish deal). I said I can wait, she then said it will take 20mins, sure we can wait…. And also I would like 4 more pieces of chicken… thighs or legs. She repeated that she do not have any chicken on the bone told me it would take too long to cook…. I asked her if there was a problem, meaning…out of stock or chicken still frozen? I told her I will write a review on my experience on trip advisor, (telling other not to come toward the end of the night just before closing time). She put her manager on the speaker, manager asked… how can I help? so I tried to place my order again, she too told me how long it took to cook the chicken. I was ready to go, but my wife wanted and accepted the box meal and 2 hot wings, instead of what we came for. As we pulled up to the second window to pay and receive the food, I asked the girl what the managers name was, she said it several time, but I couldn’t hear it through her mask, so I asked her to spell it, she didn’t know. She asked me if I would like to speak to the manager, I said no, I would just like to know her name so I could give her a shout out on this review. She summoned the manager anyway to deal with me. So I asked the manager what her name was and how would she spell it. C A R L Y N. Okay I said…. Whilst waiting for my food. She asked me why? I told her I would write a review on trip advisor. Then She tried to explain how long it take to breadcrumb the chicken and cooking time is 20mins. I told her what time I pulled up to the speaker and what I wanted to order, she said she knows, the speaker was on and everyone can hear how rude I was when I was ordering. Then muttered something about she doesn’t appreciate how I spoke to her staff. The problem was they wanted to finish early and didn’t want to cook the chicken, which wasn’t a big problem if they told me so. I went for a MacDonald down the road, and my son waiting at home Will have to order a curry from the Indian. Don’t worry I love the food here, and the other staff are very good! Ps, the peach ice tea has ran out again,no flavour!

Went last week for the first time in a couple of month and the improvement of staffing and food is crazy . We got a 10pc family feast , they proved that and so much more . Happy service , nice and friendly staff and great food . Some of the views must be on bad days because we went and it was amazing Well done

There was only one table occupied and when I went to find a table for us every single one of them was covered with food. Clearly covid cleaning measures are not in place here. I ended up sitting outside. The chicken was luke warm, dry and bland, the chips were cold and we had been given nothing to eat the beans with. Clearly the lack of standards here tell you why the Mcdonalds next to them was packed out and this was empty. Some staff training is required

Well, fancied a KFC so we drove 30 minutes to our closest one, which wasnt an issue as thats the norm for living in Yorkshire.. and this is where it all began. Firstly the lad who was serving us took a good 5 minutes to register we was even there - too busy chatting away, and when he did register he looked as if he had just woke from a coma and realised he worked on the till at KFC. They forgot my beans, yogurts, sauces, dips, napkins, forks & spoons, i wouldnt mind but we was the only ones in there. I did want a cappuccino, so not to put the already unseen circumstantial pressures that are already distracting these young budding KFC epmployees, i thought best to go through the drive through. It was then i started to notice the upkeep of this said establishment, there was cigarette butts littered everywhere outside the door which said to me, somebody has a dirty habit of smoking and flicking there cigarettes outside the door, if its not the employees then i at least expect a bit of store pride on the upkeep of this establishment. Lastly we went through the drive through for my cappuccino for the drive back only to be told by two giggly girls serving at the window that the machine had literally just broke because they hadnt cleaned it. They literally told me that! Well i was shocked and rather displeased, i tried to join them and see the funny side in it but there is already too much to push aside and instead questions are prompting. Like "what did these KFC employee kidnapping phonies do with the real staff? and why is nobody taking this seriously?"

We arrived at 19.45 last night(Saturday)used the order machine,then the assistant shouted our number out immediately from the counter.She told us there was a fifteen minute wait for chicken as they only cook to order at this time!!!!!no apology nothing!!We decided to wait as we were both hungry and we were going to the movies.The bins in the restaurant were overflowing!!nobody in the dining area to clean up!it was a right mess!!twenty four minutes later our number was finally called!the chicken was literally swimming in grease!the beans were watery and had no taste,gravy the same!!surfice to say it ended up in the bin!!we thought about complaining,however the queues at the counter were ridiculous!!staff totally useless!!first and last time at this KFC!!!nearly £18 ended up in the bin!,a disgrace and will not be back!!!

Arrived here after work at 10.20pm, excited to get my hands on a meal!Asked for a boneless meal only to be told they only have 7 bits of chicken left! I assume they couldn’t be bothered to cook any off before they closed at 11.The cleanliness of this restaurant is usually disgusting. Staff are more interesting in chatting behind the counter then actually working.Will not be returning!

As a treat my daughter collected a £13.99 bargain bucket for the kids. It arrived with just chicken legs with skinny bits of scraggy chicken and cold chips that we binned!!! Ended up cooking food as the KFC was horrendous!When I rang to complain I was give apology but offered a percentage off my next order and a few free bits of chicken thrown inNo offer to refund or a free meal - what a cheek!No thanks just will never go there again nor recommend- the last time I was there with a work colleague the lady on the order window was rude to us - so this is it!!AVOID

KFC is my favourite takeaway or fast food provider because I actually know what I'm eating! Service is always efficient, food is ready within a few minutes, always very hot, and consistently cooked. I know it should be "well, obviously" but I've been at KFC restaurants where I've been baffled they can do it so poorly.

First this is not the best KFC i have been too, but its local, i normally just ignore the dripping grease at the bottom of the bucket.My last visit i went to was ridiculous, they had ran out of normal cola, then told they had ran of sweetcorn, only to get my change from a twenty pound note to be told they had ran out of change higher then a 20p piece. My pockets were heavy on the way homeThe manager apparently had the money but could not be found..when asked what sauce i want, i was given one pot of sauce....with a 12 piece family bucket!!!!!!!!

Apparently a garlic bread comes with tomato.... I’m allergic to tomato but when I rang to complain I was told this is how garlic bread is served, no garlic bread automatically comes with tomato. And the delivery driver shouldn’t have his tiny kid delivering orders while he’s sitting on his mobile phone in the car.

Good food. No order at kiosk and pay cash at till option like kfc are doing now. Per £13 meal - you are allowed 1x sachet of ketchup. So mean it's ridiculous.

This is both a take out and you can dine in upstairs.we ate in , it’s basis furniture but we were not there for that ! We shared some chicken mo mos which were 🤤 delish ! This was followed by 2 set chicken meals which were both so tasty and hot and had obviously just been prepared There was a good portion of everything. We had two sprites and the the bill was £35 what a bargain
