Typical McDonald’s. Fast friendly service ordered via the app, clean, and cleaners on hand rest to immediately clear other people’s leftovers away without needing to be asked. Food all typical.

Avoid...you pay for a meal but no recept is printed.. the staff then suggest you are trying to rip.thrm off when you try to claim the meal you have paid foe. Rip off or scam...you decide..whatever it is, management is poor. Dont risk losing your money. There are other more organies fast food options that aren't a rip off.

My daughter and I , were about to go to the theatre across from this McDonalds, when she said she was hungry. "There's a McDonald's there let's grab something" Thinking that it being a "fast food" place we would be in and out in a few minutes. Wrong. First of all you have to order from the screen. These were incredibly busy (it was around 6:30 pm) and there didn't seem to be enough of them. When we finally got to order after about 10 minutes of waiting for a screen, we wasn't able to get a receipt to confirm our order number. Could have picked up anyone's order anyway no one seemed to check the tickets. And now I wish I had! The food we received seemed a little "worse for wear" Fries were not that warm, and my wrap was terrible I took it back. The replacement one was not nice either. I had the "wrap of the day" Chicken and Bacon. When I got it the chicken was burnt, to the point it was rock hard and I felt like I was going to break a tooth when I bit into it. I immediately took it back and said I wasn't going to eat it, then showed the lady why. "I'll make you another one myself" was the reply. She came back pleased as punch with herself and asked me to check it (At this time we were running late for the show) I took it and left. I ended up throwing it away as this to had burnt chicken "pieces" in. Not a very good show for a west end McDonald's. I will not go there again.

McDonald in the UK or maybe just in London should consider other breakfast options than those that the place offers. Everything is too oily or just fried, without any vegetables. If you want to buy some vegetable as a side dish, it's overly expensive and a little soggy cut cucumber in a closed and sealed plastic bag. I know that there are better options because McDonald offers different and much better breakfast menus in other countries. If not better direct breakfast options, I would really appreciate during breakfast time at least an option to have some Ceaser salad or chicken wrap, that McDonald offers regularly.

The reason I can't evert step in a McD's again.... Fries were cold, no milk or sauces were offered.... ordered via the electronic order screen but was called over by supervisor as we'd chosen from the breakfast menu but the menu had closed half an hour before...SO WHY COULD WE SILL ORDER IT!!!!.... staff seemed absolutely fed up and disinterested..... Thanks McD's over the years but this experience was dire and we can never go in another McD outlet for fear of getting the same Sh** food and Sh** service

Me and my boyfriend had the same meal with a little difference. He didn’t have the apple pie. I’ve had it and I’ve come down extremely Sick and have been vomiting since I had got home. The staff at the till were rude as well.

I had a nice experience visiting Mcdonald at Warren Street and one member of staff who served me that evening was Hakkim. He was very friendly and polite towards me, I make the order and he was working very fast at the service and I asked him about the berger and he very knowledge about the product and new sandwich and burgers 🍔 that Mcdonald sells. I will visit again as I liked the service in Warren Street Mcdonald the best service. Thanks Hakkim

During first term of uni we would uber or come here to order lots. Always missing items from orders. Wraps, fries, pies, nuggets, sauces, drinks, burgers, you name it I've had it missed. I work at a branch in the west country so I know how blatantly obvious the systems are, so the fact items are constantly missed, not just an irregularity, is massively disappointing.

Really rude staff and bad service from start to finish. Walk to the other ones around, its worth the time taken.

Considering most people who turn up there (at this hour) are drunk, you’d like to think that a sober customers would be greatly welcomed... think again..!! Rude rude rude! Absolute joke! Will never go back.

Was on a early HGV shift so parked and visited this restaurant was looking forward to a breakfast bap and a coffee always a good way to start the day..but needed to use toilet but main door was locked..asked employee to use the toilets and was promptly told No and he walked away..apparently they are not licensed must come back at 7am (45mins later)never heard of anything like this..absolutely ridiculous so left without buying anything..annoyingly they seem quite happy for a piss soaked tramp!! to be wiping and cleaning himself at the self order tills..very nice start so thanks for nothing Tottenham court rd..zero stars in my book..

Many self service terminals. Few tables in the not very pleasant basement and no seating from around 11 pm.

Absolute s***t! Using one the touch machines, ordered a drink, it didn’t register. Awful burnt offering of a cheese burger, dried up and a mess! Won’t be going again. Wake up!!

Annoyingly they got rid of most of the areas upstairs where you could stand and eat, but there are some tables outside on the pavement now. Self-ordering machines are in use but there's also a till with a staff member taking orders. Service is usually quick and the whole place is spotlessly clean with staff always clearing tables. Toilets are small but there's adequate seating downstairs. Music gives a good atmosphere and being straight opposite the tube station it's a convenient location. Never had any issues here and even when they got an order wrong once, the staff were very happy to sort out the issue and it was dealt with quickly. It's a decent example in the chain.

Located next to the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel and across from the Train Station. Long line and the service was slow, food was good and prices were very reasonable...Nice change.

Fast service and a quick bite at this McDonald’s, place is clean and well located next to Warren Street tune station. Very few seats.

It looks like a McDonalds, it has the same menu as a McDonalds at the same price as ad McDonalds. It's McDonalds. This particular site might want to consider changing the cooking fat more regularly though.
