While eating there, we were harassed by other patrons threatening to shoot us, beat us, etc, for being Jewish. It was really not ok and no one in the staff did anything about it. A very nice man at the other table tried to help us but it was just unpleasant and we did not feel safe.

Order had food missing, chips were cold and tasted like they’d been left out and then fried again. Tasted so bad I threw them in the bin, drinks were just filled over half mark for a medium. I usually order from Kentish Town as I’ve never had a problem, seems like McDonald’s everywhere are now going downhill.

Came to this McDonald’s in Kentish Town for my evening coffee, like I always do once a week. As I placed my order I went into the toilet. To my surprise it was riddled with flies. I’m not sure where they even came from. As I recieved my food and coffee it was very bland and cold. I had to request a new batch of fries since my were cold. The woman who took my order gave me attitude just because I requested new fries that were hot. In addition, as I was more than half way through my coffee I was horrified to find a fly. This is absolutely outrageous and this McDonald’s clearly does not value hygiene or their customers. As I requested to speak to the manager. There was a Caucasian, Eastern European lady who attended to me but with a lot of attitude which I did not appreciate. Unfortunately, I was not able to perceive half of the speech she was saying as her English was not the best. As a result, another member of staff had to tend to me which is surprising as the manager could not even do a simple task such as tend to a customer.

Food cold, hardly any chips and was so cold

As I was waiting extremely long for my food, I decided to go to the toilet and saw an extremely disgusting bathroom. The establishment is dirty and clearly the managers and employees cannot be bothered to clean. There was flies inside the store which isn’t surprising due to how dirty the place is. There was two store managers, a black lady and a Eastern European lady, they seem more busy talking to each other and cracking jokes rather than doing their job. This is the second time I’ve had food missing from my order, I’m really frustrated. This confirms that I will never come back.

On Saturday, I came from far to this mcdonald’s branch and was appalled at what i received. I stood and waited almost half an hour for my order. The person that i can see making my food, a tall asian guy, i’m quite surprised he didn’t check the patty when he gave it to me. When i received it, i took it for takeaway to eat it only to be met with a completely raw burger. This is extremely careless and shows many health and safety concerns. Lack of communication in the store, what sort of management is this ?! As you can see in the picture, it’s raw meat. If the managers don’t care then the employees won’t care either.

every time, these people need to sort themselves out, ordered a double big mac and got a normal one instead, very frustrating.

I live 5 mins away and the food was cold, it always is. Dry and flavourless.

This place is very busy and attracts a lot of Camden's street homeless, begging inside and also mobile phone thieves, and drug addicts entering the restaurant seeking to rob vulnerable people. Particularly the elderly. I was recently approached to be bullied out of my table seat by a rough looking young family who also strongly verbally abused me when I refused to move.

Worst experience ever. Just Eat really need to ensure their delivery partners can read a map and understand basic English. 45 mins late, broken bags spilled drinks and soggy food. Drivers should be trained to read maps and speak basic english.

I hate picking up orders from here as a delivery driver. I have to wait for ages and there's a white woman in a white shirt and black jacket and also a black girl who keeps telling me to use my phone to complete a receipt review form even though I don't want to. Every time I'm there to pick up orders they keep on doing this so that's why I stopped going there for orders as it wastes a lot of my time . They pretend to be friendly and offer free food to use my phone for these receipts. Using the free food to coerce me into giving my phone. On the day of buying the triple burger, I found a strip of hair in the burger just because I didn't have over my phone. I feel like it was placed there on purpose

I walked for a hour at 1 am from hospital to get food because they said it’s open 24 hours on google but it was closed. It is absolutely ridiculous that I had to walk with a broken arm.

food was super late and stone cold, delivery driver had no idea where he was going via map or in the street, tried calling but only response I got back was "delivery, yes"

Food took 40 mins and all stone cold bar the McFlurry which was fully melted. Obviously all just sitting there going off.

Why is it that always there something missing from McDonald’s ??

I simply ordered some ice cream and a couple of drinks, not only was my ice cream served melted , but my order had been messed up and the server refused to properly read my receipt in order to confirm what I ordered, instead she put my ice cream aside and refused to give it to me until I requested firmly she check the receipt. Terrible manners, I feel rather insulted and had it not been her colleague to let her know she was incorrect I doubt I would’ve revived the correct food.

Went to this McDonald’s for my lunch break. When I came back to my office and took a bite of my burger I felt an odd texture and checked what I bit in to and saw 2 hairs sticking out. I felt sick to my stomach seeing this so what kind of hygiene practices are going on for there to be hair in the food. This definitely isn’t my hair as I have platinum blonde hair so it can only be a workers hair. Awful awful experience! I tried to upload the picture but google didn’t allow me don’t know why I’m never coming to this McDonald’s Kentish Town

I ordered a quarter pounder burger on past Thursday and didn’t expect to find a strand of blonde hair inside. Straight away I was disgusted and threw the whole burger in the trash. 🤢🤮 on Thursday 18.07.24 time around 9pm evening

food came on time but delivery driver was very rude called me up on the phone refused to bring the food up to me on the 1st floor told me to came down I got down stairs he wasn't even there he was at wrong block I understand he was properly hot and frustrated with the weather today but everyone has been please have a word with him I could have been disabled or unable to get down the stairs he didn't even ask me

They keep getting my order wrong. If you pay for extra parties they won't add it, they don't read the order. It hasn't happened just once.

I recently visit McDonald in Kentish Town branch. And unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The behaviour of staff, food quality and environment was appalling. The communication between staff was bad. The shift manager was lacking in communication with the team and customers. This makes it also frustrating for customers who were waiting a while for their food. I was waiting a long time for the food. And when it had arrived it was cold. The fish burger had half a slice of cheese and drink was half full. I was very disappointed with the meal. Customers were waiting for a while and a few started raising their voices towards the manager who just ignored them. McDonald’s should not be hiring someone like her. She is in the picture below. A Middle Ages European woman with blonde hair. Very bad communication skills and neglect of customer service. The environment was messy. Tissues on floor. Food trays left on seating areas with no one bothering to clean them. I had to clean my own table to eat comfortably.

I ordered a big order for my family but it seems like this manager doesn't know what she's doing there was items missing as I got home the lady that served me she was a small eastern European With blonde hair tied up in a ponytail. I ordered 5 fries and received only 3 fries and two 5selects only received one 5selects box and I didn't receive a chicken nugget That was for my kid and I've received other things , when i got home I checked in the bag - I am not happy With this mcdonald's i won't come back They need better management How can you forget customer's food I Feel ripped off

I didn’t get the x2 sweet & sour dips that I ordered. This has happened on other occasions also with dips but I haven’t complained about it before. It has happened too many times now for me not to say anything about it. The staff & Management of Kentish Town branch of McDonald’s do not add everything that you’ve ordered. More care needs to be taken when getting orders out to customers and to add what they’ve ordered.

The driver did not know here he was going he had to call me to come doenstairs to collect my food and he said my apartment didn’t have a door. Very confused man

The food was cold. Actually, quite nasty. I tailor made my quarter pounder to have no gherkin, which is normally two pieces. There was five in it. The only decent thing about this meal was the milkshake. Enough to put me off McDonald's for a very long time.

The drinks were spiled in side the bag every thing was messed up and sticky when I asked the driver what happened he said he is really sorry for the mess and he also said that he will cancel the order so I get a refund....we I asked if this is possible he said yes .I am still waiting for my refund as the stage the food arrived was unacceptable

At this McDonald branch I ordered food but I was met with this ( Manager name is Geanina ) came and took my phone and my friend phone to completed the Receipt survey on our phone behind, which took 5minutes each I asked her should customer be doing this ? the fries warm just about warm but the burgers were cold not even slightly warm, very disappointed with McDonald's 4 out of the last five orders have been delivered with cold food. in future i will go to five guys because although they are slightly more expensive at least the food arrives hot.
