Mcdonald's Restaurants in Camden

Not surprised reading recent reviews, toxic and aggressive staff, starting from manager, other staff are very unprofessional. Would recommend visiting other stores as your food will also be cold on top of having a horrible experience!

Got my milkshake wrong because they are Indians

The Staff I'll give five stars any day. My one star was for the manager. As soon as I got in the restaurant I heard him shout and tell someone off. It didn't stop there. He was like a UFC fighter trying to fight everyone. A very rude arrogant guy. Maybe he was on a bad day. But McDonald's please send a mystery customer and witness it yourself. Lastly a Uber guy came and asked if he could put the two bags in a bigger bag to make it easier to carry and the manager carried on with his negative attitude. I feel sorry for the staff

Listening to the manager talk to his staff puts me off going back

Usually I wouldn’t think to review a Mc Donald’s but the woman was bringing food to the tables around 13:00 to 14:00 was so friendly and nice. She was cleaning everything and was being attentive far beyond what I’ve experienced from other fast food chains. The food also came in a good time and it was hot so perfect McDonald’s experience.

I’m a regular customer at Kentish Town McDonald’s at 11pm this moment at lot has changed customer service seem very slow and lazy. When i received my food it was very cold it wasn’t very good . The small female Romanian manager was talking about something which was very sexual to one of the male staff. What has this come to this should’ve be acted upon in a professional place.

Good service fast and quick delivery service food not bad Manager not so good or polite he is a bit arrogant he don't even have a welcome small on face we need to be polite in food places remember food is our life not a horrible person or people.

The driver was impolite with me and my boy and he was doing a mistake with the order !!! My order was delivered to someone else and the delivery man came with other order The people touched my food and the driver came back with my order opened ..He didn’t care about it

I didn't receive two items from my order, and the burgers came all messed up and my large drink came half full 😡it seems every time I order from kentish town I always seem to have items missing!

It was freezing cold and seemed like it was left out for ages in the shop

Driver was very rude and wouldn't even take the food out of his bag himself hes shoved it towards me so took the food and knocked the bag away and he become agressive trying to take photos of me and taking photos of my door.

Stone cold, half of the drink was missing and the delivery driver kept tipping it all over my doorway. The delivery time was changed and made later and later 3 times. Probably won't be ordering again, I could have walked there and back in the time it took and got hot food and a full drink! Took so long the ice has melted in the drink by the time I got it!!!

Food came hot and delivered early

Compared to big prices everywhere McDonalds coffee is a really good price and quality .My preferred is Toffee Latte.

Missing items happens a lot with McDonald’s especially Kentish Town. Not sure why??

Ordered a triple cheeseburger. They gave me a double with a triple label on it.. sneaky guys real sneaky I came back here for lunch, what a fool I am right, on the inside of the burger I received there was something extremely salty and off putting, spat it out and wouldn't finish it. They also like to hide grill dirt under the cheese, I would advise anyone to open up the burger and see what you're getting before eating it. It might make you never want to eat McD's ever again. Besides the chicken selects and the icecream, this franchise is a total toilet. Am I going to get a perfectly clean burger or something from gordan ramseys nightmares, you never know. Fed up with this chain. If you want a good burger go anywhere else. You won't find anything here except disappointment

It's busy but the service could be better

None of the sauces were put in the bag EVEN after politely writing on the note to do so. My kid and autistic brother ended up not enjoying the food and didn’t eat most of it because of this. My money was wasted. Not on!

Came here for quick bite with my friend. Really loved the atmosphere here. I would like to mention Maninderpal for his amazing and friendly service. This was first time at a McDonald's in the UK and I was unaware the menu, Maninderpal guided through the menu patiently. Had an amazing experience.

Had to wait for my food which is good for me because it tends to be roasting. I was apologised to for the delay which was appreciated. Overall experience was good!

Checking your order is not enough at this branch. You have the literally open the burgers and make sure there’s meat inside etc. Last night I received half the burger. Literally looks like it was dropped in the floor and half of it was picked up. It’s also not the first time

the driver refused bring the food upstairs and insisted on me going downstairs to get my order and I am disabled so can't, also was very ride and also the food was missing from the order we only received ice cream, no food was delivered, so there was 3 m3als missing plus sides aswell absolutely joke of a delivery woman absolutely shocking and now I've got to wait and see if I get a refund for my my food so now hot no money and no dinner
