McDonald's in Camden

I tried the best drinks of this business in this branch and I loved it. It was nice.

Food ordered to table and didn’t arrive. Half hour later went to enquire. Metal shutters were down dividing the restaurant. Was told to go outside and back in other door, despite being disabled. Staff rude and disrespectful. Manager no help. Refused to let us eat in the restaurant despite being unable to stand. Collected food as takeaway. Cold and disgusting. Horrendous place. No respect for disability. No respect for any customer.

Staff here don’t care about the customers and will slag them off in different languages even when brought to their attention that I understand what they are saying they disrespect the customer as nonchalantly. Very poor standards and poor management of this branch - replacement of management needed disgraceful leadership and behaviour from staff

Horrible location. They purposely short you fries (you can watch them gingerly scoop and shake to remove around 25% of what you should get). They don’t let the fry oil temp recover so the fries are not cooked correctly. My chicken sandwich was stale and had hardly any lettuce. Bathrooms were a disaster. I hope McDonald’s corporate strips this franchise of the right to operate.

Very busy at anytime as it’s is a very busy area. The stuff were ever so helpful. I couldn’t go to the counter for a missing item as I went on my own and I couldn’t leave my food unattended , the lady were there helping people using the screen went to get it for me. I give a 10 out of 10 considering it’s a mad house, as it’s always packed and so difficult to get a sit.

Was trying to enjoy my food. (Which was terrible and dry btw) when I had a worker approach me and try and get me to give them a good review. She would not leave until I got out my phone. I believe her name was Runa? (White shirt in the background) this was Very unsettling. On the other hand the lady in grey Was lovely very helpful!

Great location near Cambridge Circus, with the bus stop right outside which makes it easy for me to order takeaway and not miss my bus. When dining, you can choose to enjoy the view of Palace Theatre with the busy junction of traffic and people crossing. There are more seating areas downstairs if the ground floor runs out of available seats. If I'm too lazy to visit other dessert shop, I mainly get apple pie or a donut on my way home.

Usual McDonald's which is good if short on time. Very busy at time of visit. Unfortunately customisation of food was not done,so I reacted to food ( requested no onions) Have managed this in other branches

Forcefully asking people to do 5 star surveys while they eat, fraudulent. Also a very slow branch. Swear they’re just chilling in the kitchen

Nothing to do with the service in Mexico. There are only screens two meters away where you order everything, they give you a number and the status of your order appears on another screen. I loved that the happy meal comes with apples, melon and water.

More can't be said about fast food. What is that, just to fill the stomach.

Really busy McDonald's in central London. Not enough places to seat and the area downstairs was closed making the number of seats even shorter. No napkins, ketchup or coffee stripes available at least on the ground level as I couldn't find any and I had to ask for some at the counter. Food seemed to be a bit undercooked. Probably because they were so busy so, unfortunately, I won't recommend to pass by this McDonald's at busy times as it was a really bad experience.

Large mcdonalds Mostly kiosks to order. Found staff were inattentive and sharp, manager. Food average, double cheeseburger squashed. Decent deals on the app. Food came out in no particular order. Good access for disabled, ramp outside.

This would be a 4-star review if it was not for the fact that every time I do a takeaway order, they short me on my ordered sauces.

Clear fraud. They fill Cola cups Very incomplete, even though I ordered them large and I told them several times to fill them well, but they are to no avail. The issue is repeated very often. I hope for a fix

Very inefficient stuff - chatting and flirting and taking all the time they need, just not bringing over the food that’s already done.

I met Dharmik at McDonalds in Charing Cross, he was very helpful without me asking and always has a smile on his face; though it was very busy, he still made the time to help me and all the other customers equally. His politeness surprised me.

The nuggets tasted so bad it was rotten , i throw it away .. service was fast and the atmosphere was ok , but I don’t want a food poisoning

Order number 6 came after 33. How does the numbering system work. Vanilla milkshake has chocolate in it and staff pretend not to understand or hear when you speak to them. Food average for McDonald's.

Food took ages, missed items off our order twice then wouldn't believe us when we said "Still waiting for these" didn't seem as busy as a lot we have visited. But my god the toilets 😬 Glastonbury toilets are cleaner than these! Ended up walking nearly half a mile to public ones, never in my life have I urged when going into a restroom

Everything was fast and delicious. As an American visiting England for the first time, I was curious how the food would compare. England's is much tastier and the burgers are bigger and meatier than in America, so I couldn't even finish the meal. Service was fast and the place was clean. Seats were hard to come by, but that's expected in a busy area. I was impressed.

Good McDonald's always gets it right, I don't like that the prices are creeping up but McDonald's is one of the only places that aren't overpriced but they do own the farms so have less overheads 🤷‍♂️ but that's just smart business

The chicken burger tastes bad, the place is crowded and there are few seats.

Great food as usual but they looked the toilets- they should have been a sign as numerous people tried to go in!

Pathetic service. Elderly people are waiting for cash order but no one was at the counter. I order veggie deluxe burger but patty is outside of burger with just a hint of mayo. Even the fresh fries are dry. Worst McD burger ever.

One person most of the time 'front of house' about 10:20pm on a Tuesday, would have thought with a number or theatres in close proximity you would staff up around the time shows are due to end, like alot of others we had just come out from The Stranger Things show at The Pheonix and thought we would grab a 'quick' bite to eat personally I don't call 15mins wait time fast food, I'm sure McDonald's can afford more staff on show nights.

Too touristy environment. MacDonalds as always, its usual quality.

Tried the 3 items for £3 menu but wasn't impressed by the quality of the food. The portion of fries was tiny, and the burger rather small and lacking in ingredients - very thin patty and minimal veg. Think I'll stick to the regular menu in future.

I ordered sausage and pancake with syrup twice you sent the pancakes with no sausage and only one syrup

Not sure if they've had a problem with their system today or what, but many customers, including myself were waiting a very long time for our orders. Unfortunately I was waiting the longest - over 30mins. My order number 38 came up on the screen to be collected then disappeared and I was waiting patiently, however when the orders being called were 50+, I asked where my order was. I had to speak to 4 different people about it. The so called manager took the receipt and I assume reordered it again, but then disappeared without telling me he'd actually reordered it for me, and so I was still wondering what had happened to my order. By this time, orders in the 90s are being called. So I asked one of the staff members if I could speak to the manger, Bas or Baz (whatever his name is), and he refused to come and speak to me. The sheer and utter rudeness of it all. He's the manager? The man can't even manage a sentence. I will be making a full complaint due to the fact none of the staff even cared how long I was waiting. I could have literally stood there for the entire day and not one of them would have asked, 'are you ok' or 'have you been seen to?' Terribly run store, and not the first time I've had problems there, but this instance took the biscuit. Unfortunately for me it's my closest store to home, but I may change for the smaller one down Shaftesbury Avenue instead, be sure I literally don't want to see any of those people ever again. They are all so unprofessional. People are bringing back orders that the staff have got wrong, and the staff members are just huffing, puffing and rolling their eyes. Absolutely disgraceful.

The app didn’t even show when the food was being delivered and when the food got here it was cold, the milkshake had spilt all over the bag, and i was given a double cheeseburger when i ordered a double quarter pounder

I would love to come here during my stay in London. I think the restaurant is very good. You can try delicious food and morning coffee ;) Minus the crowds, but the service is fast and friendly. I recommend the McSet (Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola) and coffee ;)

I ordered food today in the evening time. My order number was 001 . I got my order and food was not look like fresh. I can’t eat it properly.

A female member of staff came to my table when I was trying to enjoy my meal asking me to fill out a survey & stood over me until I did it. I was so irritated & it ruined my experience there.

Seemed to take a long time to make 3 McFlurries and a hot drink especially as it wasn't particularly busy when we visited. The restaurant seemed clean but not enough seating on the ground floor - the basement is a bit depressing to sit and eat a meal so just as well we weren't there long.

Not sure any other customer got the same experience! A staff asked me to do a survey, after I said ok, she asked my phone then filled in a code and answered all questions for me then returned my phone and said here is the QR code for free food worth £2.99. I was worrying what did she do on my phone, especially confidential stuff, secondly it is cheating on survey (although no one cares). Aftermath, I felt unsafe. I noticed that the staff like to ask foreigners to do the survey ! Do they need to meet a target? Hope the management team look into this and find a right way to do it

I have come twice and the bathrooms are always closed. Cleaning well. Orders take a little while.

The food arrive with the drinks all spilt over the food and was cold and soggy because of this. The delivery bag practically ripped through the sides In my hands from how soaked it was. Driver literally legged it before I could say anything and when watching g th delivery progress it showed he went on a mystery tour 10 mins away for 15 mins before delivering

Hi guys it’s Kay here coming from underneath your mattress like a bedbug from Paris. I’m here again to write about an experience I had that ruined my entire day. I took a trip up to Charing Cross to see the sights on a weekday as a retired 47 year old woman. When I got off the train I was feeling rather peckish and treated myself to a McDonald’s breakfast as the grandkids had recommended I try it. As I walked into the building it was rather busy but I ordered at the desk and sat down. When I was called over to retrieve my order I left and went to do some shopping. Once I opened the bag I was FURIOUS about what I saw they had given me the wrong order and it was too late to return it. My blood was absolutely BOILING as they should have done a better job at checking the orders in case of a mix up. As I was starving marving I decided I was going to eat it. But when I took a bite it had cheese in it. I’m lactose and tolerant so decided against it but the idea made my stomach hurt all day. Ruining my entire day and cutting my trip short.

Needs more staff on a Sunday. Very slow and stretched team. Happy to change this review if that's changed

Food is the usual McDonald's standard though I do have to say that the wait time was pretty decent, considering it was quite busy.

13 mins from ordering to delivered. Amazingly quick and food and drinks (breakfast) all hot. Thank you! A*** to the driver

Extremely long queue compared to other McDonald's which was a real shame but the food was exactly the same so I couldn't complain.

Specifically ordered burger without dill pickles.... Guess what arrives.... Burger with pickles... Clearly don't take allergies seriously... Disappointing!

Dry burger and poorly frequented place...

Today my girlfriend's phone was stolen by a thief inside this restaurant. A report lodged to Police, request cctv footage from the restaurant, where it's cctv coverage just in front of our 3 person round table seat, next to the window, near the main entrance. I hope the restaurant manager can help with the investigation

Don't get me wrong; the food was great the place was clean, but the service? It has gotten worse from last time I went here, or maybe it's my standard being too high

I waited 30 mins for a latte, when I spoke to the staff I was met with a argumentative attitude, staff member didnt even check to see if it was made. I waited a further 5 mins and left without my order. Customer service training is needed desperately.

Rubbish. Got takeaway and as we were leaving, noticed there were no fries in the bag that we'd ordered, so had to go back and ask for them. I should have thought to check that everything else we'd ordered was there then, but stupidly didn’t. After leaving and a fair way away, realised the dessert pie wasn't there either 😔 The receipt is literally stapled to the bag, someone should be checking the orders are complete.

This is a very busy outlet. On the lunchtime we were there the automatic screen took our order and payment but did not issue a receipt. Our order was then not passed to the kitchen and we had to try to talk to a server which wasn't easy. The manager eventually intervened and we got our food about twenty minutes after ordering.
