Pret A Manger in Camden

Completely standard Pret but the food should have a bit of rotation. Nothing has changed in years

I go into the New Oxford Street shop a couple times a week in early morning before work. I don’t understand why they have the air con on full of blast - it’s freezing inside the shop - can’t sit inside to enjoy a cup of coffee without cold air hitting my head and the back of my neck. Is air con necessary now that the outside temperature has dropped?

Really bad hot chocolate and poor WiFi

My wife and I ordered the new Mango Surprise and Raspberry Lemonade. What a disappointment. All we got were two cups of ice with coloured water. They were devoid of flavour. Both tasted identical. It's been a while since I was in Pret. I won't return.

The staff were really friendly. My phone battery was dead, so I tried to go to Starbucks, but there were so many people at the Starbucks in front of the museum that I got lost and found it. It was great.

I had white filter with oat milk. It’s tasty. The shop was cozy, but it was a bit hot because of the weather.

Well it’s a Pret, good sandwiches and coffee perfect if you’re in a hurry or on your way to work. There is sometimes a weird odor floating inside the place, could be cleaner. That being said never had any problems with the food. A staple for busy londoners

Packed with laptop users, sometimes they go in groups and everyone occupies a table.

Like every other Pret, this place has cheap, dilapidated, broken furniture and split seats. I'm sick and tired of wonky tables. Why does Pret not look after its stores? They're horrible places to be in.

The wifi at this location does not work if you want to use your laptop. The coffee is also mediocre and that comes from someone with the subscription, so if you don’t have one get coffee elsewhere!

The little Latino South American venezuelano lady is rude and has awful customer service, try tell me I used my QR quote within half an hour when their till network was the issue!!!

Nothing to complain its a PRET! I love Pret so much especially the cinnamon danish they are absolutely on another level. If you can get them warm I would. They are the best. The service is okay but saying that it is a coffee shop so I don't expect the most. But nevertheless it is very good and would highly recommend always.

Nice place, you get to enjoy after views with your coffee

This corner location is beautifully placed and with their high tables you may observe the world outside. Tables are well spaced out so affording privacy for zoom calls. Their pastries are fresh and even they are similar to Costa (table layout, company colours), I prefer Costa’s coffee. However, this is a new establishment so it feels clean and fresh - a lovely ambience.

Great Coffee with economical price

If you have limited time, a surplus of money, and a need for food that is not too unhealthy, then this is probably for you. It is, as they say, what it is.

Always a good place to go for your sandwich and coffee. Service is quick and staff are friendly.

Strange way the barista prepared cappuccino in that shop : there was only one nozzle in the machine thro which coffee ran into ONE cup! The barista then distributed that concentrate coffee into other empty cups and toppled them with frothy milk. I asked for a refund! The barista was loud and rude, talking back…. No go place ….

Forced to go by work colleagues, over priced sandwiches. You can get two meal deals elsewhere for the price of a soggy sandwich here

Stopped by for some drinks while escaping the rain. The Feelin' Peachy cooler tasted ok, but wasn't very flavourful. The Iced Matcha Latte was extremely disappointing, with barely any flavour. About half the tables were available, but all of them were very dirty.

I realised that I have left my scarf that my husband gave me. I was devostated and called the shop. Miss R picked up a call and she looked at thoroughly but could not find ut. I could not give up and retuned to the shop. The staffs are genuinely concirned and try to help but could not find my scarf. I went outside and with lost hope. R came out and informed me that she might have found my scarf. Yes it was in the rubbish bin and she extracted it from the bottom of the bin. I will never forget her kindness and Blue Hair💎🙏💙

Személyzet hozzáállása lehangoló! Az asztal amelyiknél ültünk annyira szakadt és öreg volt,hogy a forró kávé a ruhákra ömlött és senki nem segített! It has been a while since I last ate at a Pret. Great chicken and bacon ceasar baguette. Fairly quiet.

Ampia scelta di cibi pronti. Molto presente la maionese nelle varie pietanze, quindi attenzione agli ingredienti se non piace. Consiglio il wrap con il pesto e il pollo. Servizio veloce. Prezzi un po elevati per alcuni prodotti, ma nel complesso onesti.

A well positioned pret located a minute from Tottenham Court Road. A large selection of sandwiches as well as hot and cold beverages. Que not to bad in this one when iv been there. Would go again.

A very good place to start the day with a good breakfast there's a big section of sandwiches and pastry there.

Very hot day, but perhaps not enough staff. Tables not cleaned, we had to clean two chairs before use. Stopped for drinks only.

The staff provided excellent customer service

I was surprised to see any bad reviews of staff here. I just went to this location every day for a week while staying down the block (and not needing the hotel's 16pound breakfast when all I wanted was coffee). The staff (especially Mekdes and Kristine) went out of there way to be both friendly and helpful, and someone even "comped" my coffee one morning. Great pastries, and if you're from the US and looking for just basic coffee (not latte, espresso, etc.), this place has "filter coffee" with milk that was the closest I could get to my preferred home brew. I enjoyed starting my day here, and will return when back in London.

After travelling to London and checking into a nearby hotel, I was desperate for a cup of tea, and this Pret a Manger was the nearest place. It is much like any other Pret, but I was served quickly and efficiently, service with a smile!

I visited this Pret this morning. Pret used to have the best customer service; great staff and coffee. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee only for it to be wrong. I returned to the counter to ask for another coffee only to be screamed at by the guy on duty. When I asked him why he was so rude he said, it was because I had complained three times. A. This wasn't true and B. I received no acknowledgement. Avoid Pret. Their customer service, which used to be so good is now non existent. I won't be visiting this branch again.

Visited the New Oxford street branch yesterday. Was appalled to be waiting in the queue for one of the members of staff to stop flirting and chatting two guys up. Telling them how nice his coat was and that it suited him, all while we was waiting. Honestly this is ridiculous. I wanted to be served by him so I could tell him to be more professional. Not too sure what his name was as I did not see him wearing a name badge, but he wore glasses and had a beard. Very disappointed in the service here, so I will be going somewhere else from now on. You need to teach your staff to be more conscious of what he is doing.

A fairly standard Pret store and the usual friendly Pret standard of customer service. Came here for a Matcha Latte, which tasted delicious. There's a good range of food available to buy, pretty much what you'd expect to find in any other Pret. This Pret does have a toilet and requires a 4 digit pin to get in. The pin is on the receipt, so make sure you keep that if you want to you the bathroom. There's a mixture of seating inside, some comfortable cushioned chairs, wooden chairs & tables, breakfast tables etc.

Pret serve a limited (but nice and non budget breaking) range of hot and cold food and drinks. The shop I visited was clean and well presented. However, despite the queue of people waiting to be served, only 1 person (out of the 2 at the tills) was serving. The other was simply staring at him serving or around the shop. When she finally decided to serve, apart from the initial rushed greeting, nothing was said - she even walked off in the middle of my paying (I could have easily walked out and not paid). Next time, I'll go to the Costa Coffee shop within walking distance.

Had a great lunch. Service was excellent. Very clean. Good value for the money. Love their sugar cookies.

Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois, dans plusieurs quartiers de Londres ainsi qu'à la gare St Pancras avant de repartir pour la France.

I love Pret! This location is a little smaller than other Pret, but it is still a good place to grab a quick bite. If you'd like to eat relatively healthy while traveling, I highly recommend Pret. I love good pastries, and yummy salad!

Disappointed that you can’t get a much bigger coffee. The one size fits all for the price is not acceptable and the brand look is rather tedious and out of date. Rather a disappoint even for a quick lunch. Overpriced!

Not very original but for a quick and easy meal that is still healthy, it does the job. Fresh fruit juices, wraps and soups.

If you are in London on holiday, be adventurous and go somewhere else to explore the culture. But if you need a consistent, affordable and good quality option, Pret is the place. I prefer to take away since the tables are not so clean due to the high turnover. It is fast food, but good quality.

There are plenty of Pret A Manger outlets all over London. If you need a coffee or a snack, you should stop here. They serve fresh food daily so rest assured you will enjoy your snack. I enjoyed their wrap and a cup of hot coffee on a cold day.

We went in here to get a drink and a bite to eat and my son went to the toilet whilst I had a look at what food was available. It was quite late and I was impressed that there was a fairly good selection considering it was around 8.30pm. When he came back I was about to tell him what I'd found that he might like when he told me the men's toilets were disgusting and filthy. I just said, come on we'll find somewhere else to eat and we left.

As it had been coined in its name: ready to eat. You will find a lot of sandwich combinations (pretty British of course) and a range of drinks from coffee to juices. A good stop for some early lunch or late nibbles.

Baguettes are good but can sell out quickly in certain combinations. Range good - but a little pricey compared to local sandwich bars. Opening hours are good

Delicious snacks and coffee, and reasonably priced. Service is quick so it is a convenient place to go if you are in a hurry.

A very good place to eat healthy food. I love their salads! (Especially the one with chicken and pistachios.) I also really enjoyed the fruit salads and the blueberry muffins.

I have breakfast nearly everyday in pret. They have quite nice croissant and I really like filter coffee it is fresh and cheap!!

Has several units scattered around the city. Is great to breakfast, lunch, snack. Have a lot of healthy foods, paleo, lowcarb, functional food, no sugar, no gluten, no milk. Isn't expensive.

Pret A Manger has a good variety of healthy sandwiches with reasonable price. Coffee served here is also good.

Like all other Ptet-s - the food is fresh, tasty, to sit or to take away. The usual menu, for breakfast, lunch or light suppers in a rush.

At lunchtime Friday this Pret was fully stocked and with plenty of comfortable seating. Absolutely lovely staff, kind and helpful. You can sit and relax, watching the many buses of London go by while you plan your next few hours, wifi too.
