KFC in Preston - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Visited on a few occasions and each time it's been the same, bins over flowing, tables not cleared or cleaned. We came today with the kids as we just fancied a KFC and there were 2 tables covered in rubbish and gravy all over the table and while not their fault that some customers are just rude and don't clear up after themselves (they would be first to complain if they went in and there was no were clean to sit) they weren't cleared the whole time we were there which was over half an hour. Ordered our food and my husband had to go back to the till as they had missed 2 items off. I got the 3 piece chicken meal 2 of them were really good and then I got to the third which was dry and not good at all so abit hit an missing really. I like what KFC have done with the chips now but nowhere near enough seasoning on them at this particular restaurant. The gravy is usually luke warm and the beans are red hot. My daughter got an ice-cream with her kids meal which they served alongside her meal so it had melted by the time she had eaten her meal.

What have you done to the food everything is covered in salt and some hot spice (pepper?) The meals were absolutely ruined i will not be going back anytime soon! My review was classed as terrible but that isn't bad enough!

My husband and I had boneless banquet meals with gravy and beans as extras. We were so looking forward to it but we’re extremely disappointed. The coating on the chicken was just completely tasteless and the gravy which always used to be delicious was very watery and tasteless. SF chicken pieces from any supermarket beats this hands down. We won’t be going again.

I can't remember the last time I visited a KFC. We were shopping at Deepdale and thought we would give it a try. NEVER AGAIN. The place was dirty and needed a good clean. The food was inedible. The staff lacked any customer service skills. I honestly think the senior management should look at this branch of KFC.

I was thrown a little when the auto order screen asked for a station number, apparently this was a seat number, as my girlfriend ascertained when she went to the counter - but there aren't any seat numbers, so put in any number and collect at the till. The guy at the till then followed her back, and said you have ordered tea, sorry we have no teabags. Hmm looks like the supply chain has failed, but no-one had been able to pop to Aldi over the road for some more. What's your receipt number he said, unfortunately I did not read it on the screen, ah he said, that machine is not printing. So I suppose after this comedy of failures, maybe they could have redeemed themselves by ensuring we got the best chicken. Sadly no, a pitifully small drumstick, and an even more scraggy wing which had barely any meat and a big lump of soft coating filling the crevices. The guy from the till was very pleasant, but clearly has had to put up with the failings of either management or the organisation to allow him to take pride in his work. He seemed embarrassed. I used to love a KFC, but do not had one near where I live, so was looking forward to this. I am afraid this experience has ensured I will not be returning soon.

We were served with soggy chips. So we just asked for fresh ones then one of the girl in the counter started arguing it’s fresh any way she changed her mind grabbed two packet of chips and thrown in to our plates like she was feeding dogs . Wish she been taught how to respect other people.

We were shopping on the retail park and was a little peckish, so having always loved KFC but left as a treat due to the grease we thought we would have KFC. Wish we had not bothered, wasted time in our lives we will not get back. We entered and tried to order at the till. I counted nine members of staff all stood around messing about and not a one would acknowledge us even though we tried to stand at several tills. There was also several other groups with the same frustrations, we left after a while and went across the road to the new American diner. You would think that they would be happy for custom, but guessing they have enough to just throw it away. Well they have thrown this custom away because I will not bother again, even though once in a while, it is a once in a while custom they will not get from me any more. Useless and arrogant, probably just as well cause the tables looked like they could walk themselves to the bins.

Been here several times and each time tbey have always failed missing food all of the time and too far to go back to retrieve tge missing items of food not put in by staff. Visited the restaurant today saturday the 7/8/21 staff just do not know what they are doing. I asked to order the 12 bucket pieces of chicken that costs £13.99 and the girl at the till told me that they did not do 10 pieces of chicken for 13.99 even though I showed the girl that this was available on the touch screens when you come into store and I said why havent you got this on your till but you can order this on the touch screens when you come into the store and also asked why the boneless fillets that you could not order on the touch screens for 5.99 where not available but the store where selling boneless chicken in store but unavailable on the touch screens where you come in store. I asked to speak with the store manager and was told by the member of staff that she was busy and then I asked her how long the manager would be if I waited to speak to her and the member of staff told me that she didnt know. A member of staff asked me what the problem was and when I told him he told me that they did do the 10 pieces of chicken in a bucket for 13.99 and he didnt know why she had told me that they did not do this. I was that angry with the way I was spoken too by the girl on the till and the lack of help by her to see the store manager paulina and the past missing food that I will not be going back here in a hurry. Also you get fined in the car park for either parking in a disabled spot even though you have a disability and for parkjng slightly on the white lines in the car park due to having a big car and the parking spaces being small so for me it was a costly visit to the retail park to visit KFC for a takeaway and a fine

I don't know why we went to this Godawfull waste of time and money KFC with its Godawfull useless ignorant waste of space staff for the 3rd time, even though the food they served was horrible the previous 2 times. This time in hope and because we were starving from a day out, I foolishly believed that if I explained to them they would do the right thing. I asked the serving staff member to PLEASE PLEASE give us freshly fried chicken because the previous times we got chicken lukewarm dry and rubbery. I even said I would be willing to wait however long it would take. Staff member informed us it was freshly fried. I should have known better, rubbery old shriveled dry chicken, a complete waste of my money as well as completely ignorant staff member. Seriously so bad had to throw all the chicken away, wouldn't feed it to a starving dog, but it's my fault for not learning my lesson. Spent £37. Needless to say that's the last time they get hold of my money. Still starving and very much p1223d off!

Stopped off here today (11/04/2021) for a quick bite to eat as me and my family was visiting the M&S food hall also on the Deepdale retail park. I decided to get a KFC as it’s a treat for me usually, my family went to another establishment on the site. When entering, social distancing guidelines were okay. Ordered my food (The KFC Trilogy box meal), and then decided to use the toilet. To my horror the gents urinal was filled with stagnant urine, which the smell suggested had been there for a while. It was so vile it very nearly put me off my food. Seeing as they have a sign in the toilets stating they are cleaned regularly, the state they was In is laughable. My food was okay. The gravy was watery with not much flavour. Zinger burger, chips and popcorn chicken were fantastic however. This example of a KFC eateries needs to up its game when it comes to hygiene in the toilets. I cannot comment on the state of the ladies toilets.

Yes chicken undercooked, missing items, I won't order from here again. Also think they are not qualified staff to be cooking chicken. The mash is the most disgusting stuff I've ever seen, off colour yukk chucked bin. Needs serious attention this place. The one town and docks are brilliant. Piping hot food.

Avoid avoid avoid, had food delivered SHOCK HORROR!! the order was incomplete missing food the staff in that place are a complete utter joke typical imbeciles seriously the staff are basic muooets come on how hard us is it to follow basic screen instruction

Ordered food for family, when it came parts of it were missing. Phone them and was given a number to ring, they wouldn't answer it, just kept cutting me off. Not be going here again.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!! ok a few week ago i went to get food for 4 of us came to 36 quid recieved the order brought it home in good faith and what a shocker a full meal was missing and one had been changed completely i rang up and some muppet who could barely speak English tried to tell me they would put my name in the book for my next visit ???? hold on i want my food that i have paid for ill be there in 10 minutes well soon resolved that situation so the week later i ordered via just eat and had my pants taken down and violated hence the price, that arrived a short time later and they goosed that as well, well tonight the kids wanted KFC i thought come on 3 times in a row surely they are not that STUPID unfortunately they are worse than that they are halfwits of a high calibre again the order was over 35 quid the place was busy with all the delivery drivers i was called forth to get my food off some kid that didnt look like he was fully aware of his surroundings, i know i should of checked yet i decided to show faith in the staff BAD MISTAKE they are CLOWNS, took my food home and low and behold there was a full meal missing come on KFC get your act together stop making online orders the priorty obviously you wont they are easy to scam people and make more money well i took the food back and yep i was livid to have a manager gawp at me and say what i would i like to be done here is an idea SORT MY ORDER OUT and to make matters worse i dropped my Galaxy note 10 5G phone now its knackered so i was not in the mood inside the shop prompting a copper to stare at me so he got the same stare returned eventually the same bewildered muppet gave me my food i asked him is it all there his reply was I THINK SO ? now this was the icing on the cake so i thought, got the food home and they had messed it up again SERIOUSLY no word of a lie i no its only a small error but i wanted the normal zinger tower meal not the spicy one as it stated on the reciept they they gave me the spicy, well i wont be going back here ill go the Docks or salmesbury PEOPLE AVOID THESE CLOWNS AT ALL COSTS Sorry about the lack of Grammar and the spelling mistakes im sore from the violation of having my pants pulled down from KFC

17th Aug, all four of us had food poisoning after this KFC. Stomach cramps and stuck on the toilet in pain for hours. Something needs to be done!!

Placed an order from here with value over £20 via Just Eat. Food did not arrive so contacted Just Eat. They phoned restaurant who said it had been delivered 'to an english guy'. Well that narrows it down to at least half of the UK! No appology offer of re-delivery or refund via restaurant or Just Eat. Just Eat promised to escalate and investigate but zero response. As far as I am concrrned its theft by either this KFC or one of its delivery drivers. Will not use this restaurant or Just Eat again. Liars and thie es. Avoid at all costs.

We love KFC on the docks in Preston, the service is decent and the proof is there is always a queue for the drive thru. The car park is poorly organised but usable. KFC is still a treat meal for us.

Absolutely shocking service. Called to talk to the KFC restaurant and they were downright rude and unhelpful and then called deliveroo and the customer service was equally appalling. Placed an order at 18.47 estimate deliver 19.30 then rider was in restaurant then left without order the delivery time crept up to 20.15 made a call to both company’s KFC lies saying that person maybe stuck in traffic as most delivery persons are in bikes I challenged this. Also have sat in this restaurant and watched deliver persons turn up with bike etc. Then deliveroo took 2-3 to process a refund. Great when you’ve got two hungry kids to feed

Went here today with my Mum and Dad. Good place to eat on the outskirts of Preston city centre. However on this occasion my pop (a Pepsi Max Cherry) was flat and I had to swap it for the normal Pepsi Max. Luckily, the person behind the desk was very friendly and professional when dealing with the issue. The food was also very tasty!However, the outside seating area isn't the cleanest compared to other KFC branches as the table we sat at had a tissue with suspected spilt barbecue beans on it from a previous customer. It did not deter us from sitting there though.So in summary:Pros: Friendly and professional service from staff, lovely food, good location on the outskirts of Preston city centre.Cons: My cup of pop was flat and the outside seating area was dirty compared to other KFC branches I have been to in the past.

Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket for my family to take home ...when I arrived home I discovered I was given 10 chicken breast pieces rather than a mix of thighs, drumsticks and chicken breasts. The staff need to check the orders more carefully!

Food was awful, chicken in mini burger was not a mini fillet, it had been sliced from a larger fillet, was soggy and seemed old, gravy had been watered down and was tasteless, chips cold and opened\used salt packets in the lunchbox!! I rang the shop to complain about the quality of the food to be told this had never happened before..... looking at other reviews I think it’s safe to say it has!!! I was offered a replacement meal, however as I will never be returning to this branch I declined the offer. Would’ve scored it zero had that been an option. Stay well away, disgusting.

Hubby and I was on the area sand decided to stop for lunch, I had subway he had KFC. Ordered a boneless bucket, side of corn and a drink. Came out with bucket minus corn with a drink, went back in to get corn 2 other customers also had missing items from orders. Seating area dirty (outside). Needs attention to orders and area.

Came here with my partner on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered our meals and then stood around waiting for our ticket number to come up. It took a good 10 minutes. When we sat down to eat it we had been given the wrong food. My parntber went up to the counter and it took them ages to respond to him. They ignored him then took the meal away and gave him the right one. No apology or anything! The staff are ignorant and unhelpful. It wasn’t even that busy in there at all. Won’t be going back here.

Love kfc and come here every Sunday eve. Since the refurb there are no staff, even if you order at the machine, expect to wait half an hour for food. Definitely not fast food anymore. Cost cutting to the point of losing customers - the fine line has been crossed I’m afraid. Staff try but no where near enough of them anymore.

Just been tonight ordered 7 meals plus kids got it all wrong and only gave me 5 meals the place is not at all good since it’s be refurbished just ripped me off will never go again I would of given 0 out of 5 but you can’t

Visited again on Thursday lunchtime. My husband is 81 and disabled. I took him to a table and then went to order our meal. After ordering it the person serving me (and I am sorry I cannot remember his name) said please go and sit down - I saw you come in and where you was sitting and I will bring your meal over! I cannot believe that a fast food chain can take so, so much interest in their customers. The food is always first class.

Called in at 9.30pm on a Sun night. Ten in the queue..only one serving out of six staff visible, one of whom was cleaning the seating area, one was washing up, one was cooking and one was trailing about and bagging fries. After waiting ages he eventually decided to man a till, apologised for the wait, and blamed staff shortage!!!! Lol!

After a glitch with our order earlier in the week things were rectified by a quick phone call and excellent customer service from Petru and his team.

Like any other kfc weve visited . Busy Tuesday night.. but enough room for us. Come to order .. the guy was so friendly & polite. The restaurant was very clean. Delicious kfc . What else can i say

Service is awful, slow service to be told when you finally get to the till to order that they've run out of they're Louisiana burger..how does a worldwide company run out of something which is being advertised just about everywhere you look! Order received which was wrong. Joke

Bought a 6 piece family bucket take away from the Kfc on Deepdale shopping centre and was very disappointed to find 2 reasonably sized and disappointingly 4 very small pieces. I guess the word "piece" does not have a defined size. The only thing to do is not to buy from Kfc as the advertising is visually misleading. Wish I had taken a photo at the time.
