Mcdonald's Restaurants in Preston

My favourite McDonald's in the North West. Never had a single issue here. Really fast service and food always perfect. Been coming here since 2018 and still great. Love this McDonald's so much!!

Sensory overload. Many alarms sounding and seem to be ignored. No service. Asked for my order to be taken. Two persons looked at each other, looked at me, didn’t respond in any way and walk off. Strange way to run a business but I guess when you’re the largest chain you don’t need to worry or care about the customer’s experience.

If you get a drink from McDonald’s, don’t use the lid. They are diseased. My baby got impetigo off it around his face. It’s a bit like what happened to Mcdonalds in America in the 80s check that out.

Waited over 40 mins for my order & was cold by the time they found it. Useless manger needs sacking letting teenage boys run into pregnant women throwing stuff around!!! Seriously pussed off I wasted 20£ here

Possibly a very dangerous place despite there being a security guard working and police nearby (who are all there for an important reason: it's a dangerous place), so my advice (sadly) from experience last evening 5/12/24, when I was maybe being targeted for an attack: I don't advise you use this store to avoid possible violence. Most people are ok, but it only takes one young thug to ruin your night or your life, it's not worth the risk. There are plenty of other burger bars and fast food places that cost a little more but don't have this kind of problem because the owners wouldn't put up with it. Or get it delivered, then it doesn't taste good does it, but you won't or can't be threatened or attacked!

All food was cold no straws for drinks

Happy meal burger came with mayo and lettuce on when I asked for none on and the mc cheese burger came with only the bun, chicken and lettuce when I asked for it to be without only without bacon and without pickled onion chutney also the chips was cold and soggy

10/10 experience on this one, food and delivery time both spot on

received my drink less than half full. absolutely useless sending drinks with the cyclists with boxes on their backs!

Burgers were cold , fries were cold , ordered 3 barbecue sauces not of them in the bag , and got a cookie instead of mixed berry muffin !!! Awful and the driver wasnt pleasant. I can understand it’s raining while I ordered this but extremely poor . No exaggeration for the whole experience

Be prepared to wait a ridiculously long time for your food

New refurb is clearly to get people out the door. They've replaced all the soft seating with much harder benches and wood chairs, clearly in attempt to get people to eat and hurry up out the door by making it uncomfortable to stay. The problem is now I can't bring parents as the chairs are all uncomfortable for them at their age. Frustratingly obvious cash grab to get people not to stay too long

Good vegan options. Spicy veggie wrap is only £1.99 on Monday's and Thursday's. I can also recommend the mcplant burger and you have the option to add an extra patty for a small extra cost.

Cold and missing half the order

Mc muffins are always good but the breakfast wrap they're horrible, not sure what that potato thing is inside but it smelt and tasted horrible won't ever order that again that's for sure

The queue for collection is super long during midday. Tried the limited edition McRib. Isn't worth the hype but is still good

This is the pits of the McDonald's estate. Food was cold, thrown into a bag in the worst fashion. Only 1 member of staff I saw that had anything about them. Ordered "eat-in" but it was shovelled into a takeout package.

Not great at all, ordered pancakes and syrup, the butter and syrup came but not the pancakes. How can they get it so wrong, it's not difficult to do a quick double check before the bag is sealed

It arrived cold as the delivery person didn’t know where the house was, my food is stale and is awful. I have spent £30 on this and am not happy at all!

Quick service despite the usual ebike hurdle event outside, place was immaculate and very tidy, toilets spotless. Didn't matter to us but didn't seem to appear on the app. Excellent.

For some reason since the refurb they've removed the power sockets which is no use for people like myself who use it to grab a coffee and work, odd decision.

Hasn’t arrived but says delivered, no one has called phone to try to deliver

Service was slow and staff was confused when asked a simple question. Spending 10 minutes waiting for staff to ask if your OK at the counter as they failed to complete an order correctly. By the time I was seen my daughter had finished her fries, and she's a slow eater.

Cold food, drinks crushed and spilt and sauces were missing

My delivery driver had let my supposed to be hot drink spill all over the bags soaking all my foodthat was honestly stone cold.

Such a welcoming environment and much better for access since the recent remodel, the Friargate McDonald's restaurant is an excellent meeting spot and a consistent gem on the high street.

Hi there everything was great but i think you guys should check your location system at McDonalds for JustEat? My address is 6 Winckley Square but on the map it directed the driver to 6 Camden Place. That is a complete different postcode.

Delivery rider arrived and told me the bag with drinks in was soaking wet because of condensation of staff placing hot and cold drinks together. I opened the bag and the lid was off the latte and 2/3rds empty. I didn’t pay for a shot of latte! How and why?! Condensation still making me chuckle! 😂

I was greeted with the biggest and brightest smile. A very lovely guy that delivered. Thank you.

food always arrives cold, no matter what time it’s ordered and how quickly it’s delivered. chips always undercooked, i have to throw them in the air fryer every SINGLE TIME i order here. It’s not worth paying for the delivery if the food arrives cold and needs reheating. just eat does not refund for cold food either so you can’t do anything about it. it’s ridiculous!

Didn’t get my latte due to it being spilled all over delivery guys bag so cup was empty

I phoned the restaurant and the told me the driver picked it up 10min after I order about 6ish and I only just got it at 8.40

This never got delivered also I did not receive a refund, absolutely disgusting as I’ve never experienced issues before. Also, for the record there should be an option on the JustEat app to raise disputes.

Arrived soak when rider took out of bag everything fell on the floor and all over my clothes. worst delivery ever had told me someone else will redeliver and said he complained but still nothing so am I expected to wait all night.emailed justeat and said 48hrs for reply. no more money so now have to starve because of there fault. why do bike riders get mcdonalds they always spill the drinks with how they lean over bike and bag tips. I even had to pick up myself they didn't help

The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very kind. He did an amazing job.

Drink had spilled before I got it due to it being transported lying on it's side. Disappointed as I gave delivery driver a tip and they still spilled it.

It's McDonald's, the reason for four stars is due to the lack of accessibility for disabled people. It is very unfriendly Just eat and Uber drivers sitting at tables in and out playing loud music, shouting to each other. Hate hate visiting this one now , trying to avoid electric bikes, food bags scattered on floor needs sorting disgrace

Delivery time perfect I've ordered many times and food as always been cold due to other Delivery drivers getting lost and being late but today I have a happy little boy who says his food is nice and warm and chips are better thankyou to the Delivery guy couldn't fault anything
