TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I didn’t receive my nuggets or my sauces for the nuggets and when I rang them up I was told ‘you don’t always get what you want in life’ EMBARRASSING

Would be better to delivery at our address rather than make us to run out to looking for delivery guy car we not even sure which car the delivery is. thank you.

Only brought my drinks no food shocking service

all of the food was burnt, hard and stone cold. The chips were all soggy but overdone as well as cold?? The only thing that came correctly was the milk ! The food is inedible it’s disgusting

items delivered but triple cheeseburger crushed, missing sauces and straws.

Delivery man didn't know where location is when he arrived, bag with drink and mcflurry soaked and soggy, Double Big Mac with Bacon sloppy.

Arrived soak when rider took out of bag everything fell on the floor and all over my clothes. worst delivery ever had told me someone else will redeliver and said he complained but still nothing so am I expected to wait all night.emailed justeat and said 48hrs for reply. no more money so now have to starve because of there fault. why do bike riders get mcdonalds they always spill the drinks with how they lean over bike and bag tips. I even had to pick up myself they didn't help

The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very kind. He did an amazing job.

How hard is it to put the dips in, missing every time!

Drink had spilled before I got it due to it being transported lying on it's side. Disappointed as I gave delivery driver a tip and they still spilled it.

Delivery time perfect I've ordered many times and food as always been cold due to other Delivery drivers getting lost and being late but today I have a happy little boy who says his food is nice and warm and chips are better thankyou to the Delivery guy couldn't fault anything

None of the sauces was included in the order! I ordered a side that included the tomatoe sauce which was missing and ordered additional mayo and curry sauce. Its not difficult to read the order! So my food and side was dry as didnt have any sauce!

Never turned up. I love spaffing 30 quid on imaginary food…….

The food is absolutely horrible and stone cold for the price of delivery and everything else. I will not be ordering again as this isn't the first time the food as been cold. Easy service, warm food, called when he got here, allowed for quick collection.

The whole meal was cold including the cup of coffee, the only item that was fine was the cold drink of fanta. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

it was early probably because they forgot half of my order im not happy and want this refund to be put through as soon as possible. how they've managed to bring the drink i ordered with the meal they forgot but not the extra drink i ordered by itself i dont know. ridiculous

Not very good ordered 2 meals with milkshake and was give 2 small cartons of milkshake, if your going to charge full price for large meals at least send large drinks. Very disappointed

Stone cold all of it except the milk shake which was warm and the size was a child's size this is getting worse and worse if possible 13 pounds for a cold small meal

The delivery driver had excellent service and polite.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal along with other things for no burger to come with the meal when tried to complain just received a refund for the burger. Still hungry. 2nd time this has happened from this store. If you want a full meal go elsewhere.

To sit there for half an hour for a stone cold burger is appalling. Could've gotten a better and quicker service at an actual restaurant! I've seen busier mcdonalds with fewer staff and I'd still have a warm meal. Staff seem to also have an attitude problem when customers complain about the service. I get its a stressful environment but to imply shame to a customer is wrong. Won't be returning to this mcdonalds restaurant.

Collected order from the app had a long wait and the place was full of delivery drivers stood around shouting about at each other wasn't a great experience. Food of a good standard for Mc Donald's though.
