Just been done up people ordering foodnext to where u are eating made to feel like you are being spied upon

Be prepared to wait a ridiculously long time for your food

New refurb is clearly to get people out the door. They've replaced all the soft seating with much harder benches and wood chairs, clearly in attempt to get people to eat and hurry up out the door by making it uncomfortable to stay. The problem is now I can't bring parents as the chairs are all uncomfortable for them at their age. Frustratingly obvious cash grab to get people not to stay too long

Good vegan options. Spicy veggie wrap is only £1.99 on Monday's and Thursday's. I can also recommend the mcplant burger and you have the option to add an extra patty for a small extra cost.

The queue for collection is super long during midday. Tried the limited edition McRib. Isn't worth the hype but is still good

This is the pits of the McDonald's estate. Food was cold, thrown into a bag in the worst fashion. Only 1 member of staff I saw that had anything about them. Ordered "eat-in" but it was shovelled into a takeout package.

Quick service despite the usual ebike hurdle event outside, place was immaculate and very tidy, toilets spotless. Didn't matter to us but didn't seem to appear on the app. Excellent.

For some reason since the refurb they've removed the power sockets which is no use for people like myself who use it to grab a coffee and work, odd decision.

Service was slow and staff was confused when asked a simple question. Spending 10 minutes waiting for staff to ask if your OK at the counter as they failed to complete an order correctly. By the time I was seen my daughter had finished her fries, and she's a slow eater.

Such a welcoming environment and much better for access since the recent remodel, the Friargate McDonald's restaurant is an excellent meeting spot and a consistent gem on the high street.

Just your average McDonald's really.

Food came hot and on time. come machine needed syrup changing so coke tasted nasty but great apart from that

Delivery rider arrived and told me the bag with drinks in was soaking wet because of condensation of staff placing hot and cold drinks together. I opened the bag and the lid was off the latte and 2/3rds empty. I didn’t pay for a shot of latte! How and why?! Condensation still making me chuckle! 😂

I was greeted with the biggest and brightest smile. A very lovely guy that delivered. Thank you.

food always arrives cold, no matter what time it’s ordered and how quickly it’s delivered. chips always undercooked, i have to throw them in the air fryer every SINGLE TIME i order here. It’s not worth paying for the delivery if the food arrives cold and needs reheating. just eat does not refund for cold food either so you can’t do anything about it. it’s ridiculous!

Didn’t get my latte due to it being spilled all over delivery guys bag so cup was empty

I phoned the restaurant and the told me the driver picked it up 10min after I order about 6ish and I only just got it at 8.40

This never got delivered also I did not receive a refund, absolutely disgusting as I’ve never experienced issues before. Also, for the record there should be an option on the JustEat app to raise disputes.

No issues with store as ordered delivery . 50 minutes later arrived stone cold Uber accept no responsibility as this is acceptable time frame but food unable to eat 0/5 if I could

Arrived soak when rider took out of bag everything fell on the floor and all over my clothes. worst delivery ever had told me someone else will redeliver and said he complained but still nothing so am I expected to wait all night.emailed justeat and said 48hrs for reply. no more money so now have to starve because of there fault. why do bike riders get mcdonalds they always spill the drinks with how they lean over bike and bag tips. I even had to pick up myself they didn't help

The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very kind. He did an amazing job.

It's McDonald's, the reason for four stars is due to the lack of accessibility for disabled people. It is very unfriendly Just eat and Uber drivers sitting at tables in and out playing loud music, shouting to each other. Hate hate visiting this one now , trying to avoid electric bikes, food bags scattered on floor needs sorting disgrace

Half my food was missing again!

Drink had spilled before I got it due to it being transported lying on it's side. Disappointed as I gave delivery driver a tip and they still spilled it.

Delivery time perfect I've ordered many times and food as always been cold due to other Delivery drivers getting lost and being late but today I have a happy little boy who says his food is nice and warm and chips are better thankyou to the Delivery guy couldn't fault anything

None of the sauces was included in the order! I ordered a side that included the tomatoe sauce which was missing and ordered additional mayo and curry sauce. Its not difficult to read the order! So my food and side was dry as didnt have any sauce!

I ordered a fillet o fish meal, and got fillet burger fit for a child's meal. The for ever shrinking fillet, TOTAL SCAM FOR WHAT THEY R CHARGING FOR THE MEAL

The food is absolutely horrible and stone cold for the price of delivery and everything else. I will not be ordering again as this isn't the first time the food as been cold. The chips are soggy and tbh I am quite shocked the ice cream didn't melt .delivery driver got lost bless him he tryed his best I guess

Easy service, warm food, called when he got here, allowed for quick collection.

Oh man. App wouldn't let you select site (presumably meaning they were refusing any more online orders). Only 4 terminals, one was stuck in a boot loop, 2 were inaccessible because - I'm not joking - kids had wheeled their bikes in and used them as bike lock posts. Food took 20 mins wait as they were prioritising a queue of 10 odd delivery guys, so you couldn't make orders at the till either. Nowhere to sit as entire ground floor taken up by 2 teams of little league footballers and upstairs was - at peak time - unaccountably closed. No table markers and terminal printers were out of paper, and the place was generally filthy. Oh, and a homeless guy was giving himself a *very* intimate wet-wipe wash in the doorway - not that that's McDonald or his fault, poor fella. Overall - I've eaten in more congenial toilets, frankly, but your options are limited if you need something fast after 6pm making a connecting train. Pros: staff were very nice.

The whole meal was cold including the cup of coffee, the only item that was fine was the cold drink of fanta. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

They take a very long time to serve. they make coffee, and it costs 15 minutes, when it was cold and I came up and demanded the order, they gave the order. They simply refused to give the order. They refused to change the coffee when I said that the coffee was already cold.

food came absolutely freezing, wrong burger came chips half full and they sent them garbage little cartons of kids milkshake paid nearly £30 for absolute 2 meals and some nuggets Ronald McDonald is getting chinned absolutely shocking!!!!

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited for customer servixe to the point I've made a complaint to McDonald's itself.

Kids meal was completely missed off the order, I now have to reorder and pay fees again to get his meal delivered.

it was early probably because they forgot half of my order im not happy and want this refund to be put through as soon as possible. how they've managed to bring the drink i ordered with the meal they forgot but not the extra drink i ordered by itself i dont know. ridiculous
