Sandos in Preston

Used to be great but recently they are adding too much salt to the grilled meats and it can sometimes be over cooked / burnt.

Ordered Peri Chicken with Rice. It was supposed to be Hot as they said but not as spicy as it should be. Ordered Calzone also. It was very delicious 😋. Enjoyed! Must try Kabedo

Been to Sandos many times over the years and will continue to go back. Best kebabs in Lancashire, absaloutely delicious. Staff always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience. The food is delicious 😋

Food quality has gone down... I was given hummus that had gone off and I had stomach upset. Next ti. Ei ordered chicken and that was hard. I don't think I will be getting these things again. I do however like their kobeda kebab

I visit here frequently, a huge thanks to all the staff. I popped in last night to get a meal , which was beyond fantastic , whilst in the shop , a very scruffy lady was shouting at the staff that she wanted her pizza on a plate and not on a board 😳 Then started shouted if she was Asian she would get it on a plate ....... pizza served on a pizza board is the first sign of a good pizza 🍕 I would have thrown her out if I was management. By the by, this place is ones of Prestons finest establishments . I've never had a complaint, long live Sandos

Overrated Too salty and a lot of spices that makes you don’t feel the taste of the food Only tha taste of spices The falafel not good at all

No Greek food here, no gyros. just kebab. The place looks dirty, not much of a nice ambient.

We have spent nearly £46 on foods and it was not like use be, the naan bread was very hard and cold by the time we got home and even chips was cold. From now on I would not recommend this place.it is waste of money and I will never go back again.

Sandos for me personally is the most consistent spot in Preston, never ever fails to disappoint. Not much more can be said.

Spent over £50 and don’t offer cutlery to eat food when dining in. I than asked a member of staff if he had any plates that we could use as we had bought a big pizza as well, so we could share it. However when I asked about the plates he said he doesn’t have any and I than asked for a take out plate for each one of us and he charged us a £1 per tray witch ended up to be £4 as there was 4 of us

This was my first visit to Sandos after an extremely flattering family recommendation... I had the chicken Shawarma Kebab... it is the best Kebab I have ever had... Absolutely delicious! 😋 I will soon be back again!

I've rdered 1/2 half plater chicken with half-half rice and chips with hummus, salad and sauces for eating in didn't get any salad and sauces. When asked about it one of their staff answered that I need to pay extra but clearly on the board with menu is stated what you will get with your food. Wasn't first time when I dine there and as much as I like their food, today felt very disappointed.

I ordered a regular shish kebab for £8.50 and this was the portion size. Pathetic 4 little pieces never go again

The local joint. Cannot fault. Everything on the menu is spot on. Car park available at the back (don’t forget to put registration in) and good value for money!

The service from this place is terrible. They overcharged me adding a drink to my order when I didn’t order one. They are very stingy and will try anything to charge you more. The food itself is not very good, the kobeda kebab tastes very artificial, floury, and overly ground. The chicken has barely any flavour and tastes very plain. Overall I’d avoid this place

Once the best place for Kobeda Kebab has gone down the hill big time. Service is awesome with friendly staff, atmosphere is ok as well but the food is not the same. The taste is kind of blend and meat taste wierd. The prices are ridiculously high, a larger kobeda kebab is £12-£14 which is too much. We ordered Large Special Sandos Kebab for £22 which wasn’t actually large enough. Order a kobeda wrap which my son left because of the wierd taste. On a positive side, plenty of parking at the back for free as long as you put your car registration number in the tablet inside the premises. Won’t be going anymore

Rude and extremely arrogant staff especially manager Samir. Would not confirm if chicken genuinely Halal or sourced from abroad. As a regular customer i will not visit again and will warn others too to be cautious. Very cagey behaviour from people take advantage of the Halal industry.

Good food, try the flame burger. Plenty of seating inside. The shawarma & Kobeda are popular. If you’re going to collect place a phone order before. Unique chilli sauce.

Change is prices which is not reflected on the online menu ! Apparently a prove increase of £3 on each of the chicken tikka & rice !!! I suspect it hasn’t and it’s more to do with my daughter going in to collect whilst I parked outside . We use this all the time & work for a large employer nearby .

15 items ordered for collection. Every single thing was perfect down to the salad and sauces on each Individual item. I forgot the sauces and the man ran after me to make sure I didn't go home without them. That's what I call customer service.

Medium size dine in or take out restaurant. Nothing fancy but food is always good. I usually go for tikka naan but had the kofta naan and it was really nice.

Im writing regarding the way sandos staff were treating me, im a 16 year old from blackburn and I come preston once or twice everyweek whenever I come to sandos to buy food the staff are very negative towards me, as they always give me dirty looks talk bad about me and take the mick out of me. So however I was wearing a mask today, I ordered some food and when I collected it the staff were covering his face with his shirt just to make fun of my mask, wich clearly unacceptable and rude as they cannot judge someone on what they wear or who they are or where they come from so and will never order from this place again

Got the single Kobeda on naan, which was a large portion and struggled to finish. My colleague got a Kobeda with chicken donner on naan with chips, which he couldn't finish. Good fast service, maybe it was on the quiet side, however would have been a 5 star but the naans were both too crispy and burnt. Worth a try and will be going again but will request the naan to be slightly lighter.

Its lovely place to eat, I like kubeda kabab and pizza. Sometimes we take food out or sometimes eat in.

Kobeda Shawarma mix is the go to at this place. Great place to have a good fancy kebab. Not bland and tasteless like other Arabic cuisine places.

food is not great. I got shawarma which was okay, nothing special. But the lamb sheesh kebab was arguably the worst tasting lamb sheesh kebab i've ever had - smelt terrible, disgusting aftertaste and odd texture, struggled to finish. Only redeeming factor is the price - so I guess you get what you pay for but it's not great

Not been going here as often as i used to since I moved. Still the food makes up for the lack of customer service. In that sense never fails to deliver 🙂

Chicken was good 👌🏽😋 and i was really looking forward to the falafels but I think they may have been fried in same oil as chicken because they smelt very bad. 😖 🤢

Nice food bit pricey some of these food places need to start taking notice that a lot of people are changing the way they eat .ie. no carbs ..offering low carbs and a conivore menu

Very good food. I would have given 5 stars if they did delivery. Then I'd definitely be having a lot more Sandos !!!
