Ohanner Burger Preston in Preston

First my food tasted like McDonald’s, I was hungry so it wasn’t too bad. 7/10 reasonably. Now I ordered milkshake for £6 they gave me no cream. You could tell they watered down the milkshake instead of making it with actual milk. Furthermore the service was poor they acted like they didn’t want to even be there. Honestly such a shame also who gets a milkshake made and they don’t even add toppings ?

Visited for the 3rd time today 16/3/2025 great food as usual atmosphere and surroundings could be warmer but the young blonde lady serving is an absolute credit to the restaurant, I have on multiple times found her extremely helpful, polite and diligent 🫶🏼

This place is very good, I order online sometimes with requests in the comments and staff always go out of their way to fulfill, very good food and very good service. Would recommend!

Great place, ordered delivery multiple times and have been at the location with many of my friends, and they all liked it very much. Good food, friendly staff, the place is clean, the music is often decent. The prices are a bit higher than McDonald's, but it's worth it for the fresh, great quality burgers, heavily seasoned chips, and a variety of drinks. 10/10 Recommend

My order was incomplete, this is now the second time this has happened. They would not send the missing items and the staff seemed dismissive. Food was cold. I will not order from them again.

A great burger spot. I was recommended by a friend. On arrival the staff were welcoming, the place was clean and the menu simple and accommodating. I like how they didn't try to rip you off with expensive drinks! The blonde lady was really nice to my daughter and was polite and professional when taking and handling our order. We loved the burgers trying a beef and chicken one each with lots of fresh seasoned fries. My daughter had the nuggets with unseasoned fries and they were proper chicken breast. We'll definitely be back.

A great burger place with a variety of 19 burgers on the menu. Went with friends and all 7 of us ordered something different. All burgers were nice and flavoursome. They could’ve done with a bit more heat for me 🔥 But no complaints overall. The loaded fries were nice crunchy with a mixture of meats and sauces. Drinks - need some other non boycott choices. Paid around £12 with Blue Light Card Discount. Parking is not good as city centre. Clean and nice inside - just a little cold inside but at time of writing, temp outside in 2 degrees. The 3 staff members were excellent for a Saturday night. Shout out to Laura for being very helpful and organised. She was patient and smiled throughout - I don’t expect anything less from a scouser 😬

Meh, it was average. Wasn’t worth £25 for one burger, chips and chicken wings. Won’t be ordering again

Steak burger was incredible. Friendly staff, easy-going atmosphere.

We had the buttermilk chicken burger and the steak burger with fries the burgers were delicious the fries were slightly over seasoned but was still very nice food was delivered quick and was still hot would rey again

Very clean shop, nice burger, but chicken mania is special one.

Walked past this place loads if times meaning to try it and finally decided to give it a go and order in . Really regret putting this of so long food is on point welly good seasonings and well presented will be back

Took a long time and by the time it arrived, most of my food was stone cold. It was all very nice, the burger was exceptional, was just a shame that it was cold.

Unbelievable food this place. I did tip the driver on the app but the driver told me he doesn’t get it so if you wanna tip them give him cash when he comes

I ordered through Uber eats but can't leave a review on there for some reason. Got 2 cheeseburgers that came with fries and aoli and I give it *chefs kiss* Beautiful! Aoli can sometimes be too garlicy or too oily but it was lovely. Creamy and delicious. The fries were well seasoned and crispy and were even better dipped in the aoli. The burger. Well what can I say?! Perfect balance of meat to veg to bun, and tasted so fresh. Not happy I didn't get my free jalapeno poppers though 😔 hence the 4*. I was really looking to them. Edit: forgot to mention the Biscoff milkshake. OH MY!! incredible!!! Like a little piece of heaven rushing up that straw into my mouth. If I was on death row this would be my last meal and I would be happy to die after completing a meal from here and washing it down with a tasty ass milkshake. The only thing I'm missing is my free jalapeno poppers 😔 Edit to edit: changed to 5* cos it was my fault I didn't get the poppers (I didn't add them to the order!)

I received a completely different item from what I ordered. Instead of Ohannes, I get food from pound baker.

Honestly the best burger and fries I’ve eaten in forever…taste 100 I can’t praise these guys enough the quality is outstanding the fries are crisp and full of flavour without being overpowering the burger with mushrooms is juicy and packed with flavour!! I over ordered without knowing I had as the burger comes with fries and onion rings and a drink I’m blown away with how good the food is I will be ordering again without a doubt keep up the good work guys you are outstanding

The beef loaded fries, unreal. Was thinking about them everyday since last week when I last had them, ordered again today on my cheat day. now will be fantasising about them again until next week👍

First time in Ohannes, and my impressions were that the place was spotlessly clean bright modern and funky. They have a great selection to choose from and wow, the food was amazing and has to be the best burgers we've eaten in a long time, paxked with flavour and fresh ingredients. Along with a very generous portion of seasoned fries too, all at reasonable prices too.

ive ordered 4 times. 3 times quality was great. this time I was disappointed. i had 2 guests and told them it would be a great burger and meal. the chips were not fresh. cold and seemed to have been fried ages ago. i am a returning customer. so keep quality same or you will lose customers.

Would try again but would get delivered rather than eating in restaurant and try something different. I had schnitzel burger and my partner had a mighty meat burger and goodie box to share. Chips were over seasoned. Staff weren’t the friendliest. Only one toilet to use, in restaurant, which is unisex/disabled and there was no toilet roll in there.

Went for the first time. Had Mexi burger, Swis burger and the big stack with onion rings and jalapeño poppers. Everything cooked fresh and tasted great. Will definitely be back and trying the lot!

Ordered takeaway today and had the buttermilk chicken burgers. Absolute rip off, £10 for a meal and the burgers are frozen. Seriously if your going to charge that sort of money tell customers your burgers are frozen. Taste was average as well. Won't be retuning.

I ordered a classic hamburger with a waiting time of 30 minutes. you can eat it but without any revolution French fries frozen, with added spices. I give it four stars for the whole thing ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Personally, I might go back to try another item on the menu, maybe it would be better

I got from the kids meals chicken Berger and Beef Berger with French fries , apple juice and orange juice with amazing service by Loaura and excellent cooking by the Chif Mohammed Ameen 🌷

I pre ordered for 5:30 and food arrived at 6:00. I also asked for no onions or gherkins, they ignored my request and were on the burger.

I'm always interested in gourmet burgers so I gave it a shot..nice looking place, well lit and very inviting. One thing I noticed when I walked in was that alot of the tables that were full of rubbish and they didn't bother to clean it. I ordered the biggest burger and it looked really appetizing but the biggest drawback was it lacked seasoning, it was so bland, I regretted buying that. The chips tasted really good and very crunchy though. But not coming back.

Not sure on names but the blonde girl behind the counter was very polite and friendly her customer service is excellent and so is the business as a whole! Not once have they got my order wrong or had any issues when ordering online and in store! My favourite restaurant in preston!

Food was divine, best burger and sides in Preston, it also didn’t leave me belly busted which I don’t find anywhere else . The lettuce in the burger was crisp and fresh and we will be back :)

I ordered from here for the first time tonight! Food arrived early, you can track where the driver is and exactly how long it’s going to be. The food was lovely, of good quality & arrived early with hardly much waiting time :)

Ohannes is usually our go to on just eat. By far the best burgers in town. Unfortunately tonight the standards have slipped well below what we are used to. The food arrived stone cold, there were drinks missing and also no aioli at all. I hope by the time we order again these issues are rectified.

I am just so happy right now, as I found the delicious quality burger for my fill. I had the spicy buttermilk burger which was so yummy. The service is wonderful. Staff Nihaal was really good with the customer service. Will definitely visit again for a good burger!

Food was extremely greasy, small portions and not worth it for the price.

I misread the menu and ordered a Naked Burger, which comes without a bun. I gave a look of surprise as it was brought over. The server checked all ok and once she realised my mistake, she brought ut back 2 minutes later with a bun. Beyond the call. Excellent burger and fries, highly recommended

Excellent really delicious a little expensive but worth it

I've only had takeaway and the chicken burger always comes neatly wrapped and really moist and juicy for breast. The chicken bites are also full of meat and soft but crunchy on the outside. The fries are also well seasoned and crispy. Added as one of my go-to when in the mood for a burger. I like.

From my own experience at ohanes it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. The food is incredible and the workers are so polite and respectful. It’s a very highly recommended place to eat at.

Food has always been amazing from here but today the delivery time kept pushing back and ended up taking double the amount of time it originally said it would be. When it arrived the food was cold and the delivery driver was so rude and ignorant, disappointed 😞
