Burger King in Preston

Excellent food, very clean and tidy environment, great customer service, atmosphere was perfect, nice and quiet but it obviously depends on the time of the day but overall 10/10 would definitely come again and I recommend 😁

Over the top compared with most fas food services.....

Food is good and is ready in good time. Cleanliness could be better, as tables are dirty when you sit down. The accessible door button doesn't work and hasn't worked in at least a month. So disabled people such as myself struggle to open the door safely to enter the establishment.

Chip's undercooked, rude cleaner bump into my misses with the brush no apology what so ever, and half the order missing

Went In to order food and the machine had no plain options on the burgers so we made it plain by removing the cheese etc off of it and once we got the food it didn't come plain we went back and the lady said it wasn't their fault that the food didn't come plain not only that but whilst we were talking the staff in the back were messing around throwing items and cooking there own food this burger king is ruined by unsupervised children I will not be coming back and I hope nobody orders from this awful burger king.

Ordering was a faff as a member of staff told us that we had to order by the large self-service tablets in store instead of at the till due to "company policy". We explained we were paying cash but we're told that the machine accepted it - but it didn't & we had to go back to the same person to pay! Toilets here were absolutely disgusting - it is clear that they were no checked for some time. Burgers were just ok, but for the money you can get alot better. We will not be returning.

Always receive half empty frozen Fanta on deliveries and chilli bites are over cooked with no filling.

The entire main food was missing - we ended up with 2 childrens burgers and fries.

When they do it well it's great, can be hit and miss but the latest visit was great.

Food was very cold it should arrive hot no excuses

Here is a crazy notion, when you hire someone to make deliveries make sure they can understand English, or maybe they know English but refuse to use it.

Food as good as you expect from BK, crap. So I guess I got what I was expecting. Luke warm, half the size of the adverts and just underwhelming. No one in there either at peak time so I should have seen the red flags.

Nice to Eat in or Take Out! Always amazing food fries never soggy, burger cooked properly, Bacon and cheese fries are amazing aswell! Melt Burgers both beef and chicken are nice and would highly recommend if you are leaving Blackpool to go somewhere as it’s only a 10 minute detour of the M55.

Missed two items off completely, which I have been refunded after making a complaint to JustEat.

Asked to speak to manager whose name was Monika on her name tag and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. All the good fast workers are gone and have been replaced by young clueless kids. Skill issue from the recruitment team. Overall the worst restaurant in Preston by a mile.

Always problem with vending machines and ordereing machine . And staff attitude is very bad they dont know what customers service is . See the picture below after two weeks of broken machine .just now they starting the repair its shame for this mighty brand burger king.

Unfortunately it seems there is a complete lack of supervision or training. I was sold flat coke. I told them the coke is flat. They said nobody else has complained. I asked for money back. The shift manager (by badge, not skillset ) processed the refund without saying a word or even looking up. The refund was processed as 'ordered wrong item' so I guess the boss will not see the complaints. Went to McDonald's at Asda instead...happy smiley staff and manager!

Busy with just eat orders (there were other delivery companies) so our food was fresh and hot. The young woman who served us was very efficient and polite. We chanced it this time as previously the service had been appalling. However they were brilliant tonight, faith restored.....although to be fair we do not eat there often

Sort of hit and miss. Food however is always edible. Try not to put tooooo much tomatoe sauce. Plus a big one here, the lids do not fit on small beverages so ask to be put in large cup. This should be sorted out. 👌

This was my first time at this place and I will never be going again!!! After waiting nearly 30 mins in store for the food it was cold and tasted awful the staff were rude and unhelpful and to add insult to injury I watched one of the young lad push down the bin with his hands as it was full and then without washing them started bagging up the other customers chips overall this was the most appalling place we placed 3 orders totalling over £60 and I am so beyond disappointed 😞

Just Eats and Deliveroo takes priority over customers queuing - When I suggested would it be easier if I ordered Uber eats for delivery to my table did I finally get served

Missing onions rings and burger was bagged sideways so immediately fell apart when taking it out.

All the food was cold and very stale in texture. I'd call this overpriced cold garbage and they should be ashamed to even send this out.

The drive thru may as well be scrapped! They always get you to park up, and the last 2 times i was waiting over 15 mins to then go in and they have my order sat on the bench.

Order time changed 3 times, food was cold on arrival and I ordered a Diet Coke and received full fat which I can’t drink. Very poor service and would not recommend or order again

Food is cold, delivery driver said he had to wait half an hour at the shop for the order, I ordered chips with cheese and bacon and got no bacon, payed for 9 chillie cheese bites and got 7, asked for bbq sauce to be taken off one of the burgers and it was still put on.

Everything was cold. Probably the coldest I've ever had food delivered. Stale burger buns, cold stale fries, cold and soggy burgers. Not worth the price at all. Won't be bothering again. Food was delivered quickly though, so props to the driver.

My food was late and when it arrived my fries was stone cold and my burger wasn’t also quite cold, the food was nice as always but It wasn’t as enjoyable as it would of been warm

Not a good experience on our 1st visit. Waited over 30mins for our food it wasn't busy when we arrived and the drive through wasn't open. Ladies toilets were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Food when it arrived was good but not worth the £22.58 that I paid. I was about to ask for a refund when it arrived. Young man on the till was apologetic. The screens were down and I think he had forgotten to print a copy of our order for the kitchen. Hence the wait. Don't think we will be rushing back.

My kids meal had no fries and the large fries were barely any.

Outstanding food burgers were fantastic the fries were far better than McDonald’s.

Ordered via app to be delivered, missing whopper and no way to get intouch with store at fulwood Central, I kept ringing for over half an hour, nobody answering so i left to messages. It cost me over £20 for 1 burger, 2 fries and a portion of cheese bites. McDonald's next time definitely .

I asked for caramel chew ice cream last time and got four chocolate ice creams which I didn’t like

Visted last saturday. They had one drive thru on and another 2 people sat in already earing. Walked in and the staff were too busy talking to notice, ordered my food, my burger was barely warm, and they forgot the chips in one of our meals. They had nothing else on, just too busy doing nothing. The day after my other half was being sick all morning from chicken she ate, that was the only meal we had different in the 48 hours leading upto this she mentioned it tasting funny but you don't expect them to not cook food incorrectly at a fast food chain. I've tried to speak to someone from Burger King regarding this but no replies in a week so I feel its time to pop a review on here.

Ordered at drive through Didn't include all items in the bag. When I rang up I was told I could drive another 20 minutes back with no hint of remuneration. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. Poor service.

Visited with my 4 year old who was disappointed she didn't get a toy in her "Happy Meal" and that they had no cardboard crowns.

Gave me the wrong flavour of Monster and didn't include the extra burger patty that I'd paid £1.30 for.

Delivered in a timely manner minus the dip that had been paid for. Yes, I got refund for the dip but the omission does the fries and other dippable items so there is that. Plus why deliver hot food in the same bag with the ice cream?

I got sent the wrong order completely

Took my order on the drive thru made me park out front and wait which was fine till it took 20 mins considering I was the only customer I thought this was a long time then for them to miss a whole meal off and accused me of lieing even tho I got my drinks for the meal they missed it was absolutely shocking they couldn't find my recipe and I had to the rebuy the meal they missed... shocking and lazy to be honest I usually love BK aswell but this one is the worst i've been to just 3 young teens that didn't give an F as long as they could play on the phones

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food chain. Absolute disorganised chaos inside, slow service, slower order readiness and staff more interested in their conversations than their jobs.
