We ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs tonight, one with salad , peppers and onions one without salad. They arrived well within the time that was allocated but both had salad on and very little chicken which wax definitely not chicken tikka very disappointing we will NEVER oversee from here again an absolute waste of money 🤬

The worst burgers I ever had and after having the food I got sick… I tried it for 1 time and I never recommend this to anyone

£20 for a burnt kebab with hardly any meat in at all and soggy lettuce and a small cheese and tomato pizza. Also gave a tip. Rang back and was told by “Adam” he is sorry he can’t stay on the phone to me there is nothing he can do… he can’t send a new one out and I can’t go to the shop for my money back. What brilliant service. Quick enough to take the money and tip though. You don’t deserve custom.

Used to be a regular customer here, and previous orders were delicious, but todays order was the worse food I’ve ever received from this establishment The chips though warm were soggy and unappealing, the kebab my partner ordered had charcoal stuck to the outside, the chicken nuggets were the cheapest ones I’ve ever received from a takeaway

Spent £25 tonight on donner kebab, chicken n donner and fillet burger. 1/2 piri chicken with rice and salad. There was lettuce supplied that's the extent of salad. The donner kebab was the thinnest rolled donner I've ever seen. It was like a tescos fajita wrap meal deal. I also asked for carved donner and chicken and they misheard and I got some minimal chicken and donner mashed together. I understand times are hard but places need to understand if you are well fed you will always return. Unfortunately we won't be returning our custom here. I'm sick of paying good money for minimum return. I wish you the best in the oncoming hardship. I contacted the place to Inform them, expecting them to offer some form of extra to compensate for the 2 thinnest kebabs you've ever seen and unfortunately the person replied that's our portions. I did inform them that the whole families reaction to unveiling the kebabs, if echoed in other people's houses, will be the same...shocked! And feel cheeted.

Do NOT order the onion bhajis or the naan bread - the former were tiny for £3 and the latter as thin as paper! Additionally, all portion sizes have shrunk considerably. Not as good as it used to be.

Banging food good amount of meat in kebab pizza was delicious too.

I would say they are making best kebab in preston i have tried their mix grill kebab and everything was spot on very generous portion.

The kebabs, pizzas and stir-frys are all banging . The staff are great too 🔥

Ordered twice and twice in a row they undercooked my pizzas and ended up in toilet 3 times in a day, kebabs are good though.

Really gone down in my view. Have ordered with this company for years and had some great quality food. Recently we have ordered and have found the food to be luke warm to cold and not even close to the standards we have had in the past. When returning the food staff were rude and unhelpful and were more concerned about the receipt then actually solving the complaint. Lost a valued customer in what is a difficult time. Such a shame as they used to be good.

One of the best kebabs I have had... brilliant.

My son and his friends ordered kebabs and chips etc. Unfortunately they were inedible totally disgusting, even the Chios were stone cold. It looked like the contents of a tin of dog food it was that bad. They even managed to burn the Naan bread. I’m glad they all ended up in the bin rather run a risk of catching anything. Please avoid

Absolutely terrible placed an order over an hour and half ago turned up 35 minutes late the lettuce was brown the chips old and soggy and so greasy like it’s been left there for days really disappointed and won’t be ordering again if I could I would happy get my money back and send food back I happily would food straight into the bin

Waited 20 mins for confirmation of delivery an hour after confirmation of order they cancelled my order so I rang them to ask why, they said they tried to ring me and it went to voice mail (understandable considering I can’t change my phone number on my account on just eat) so they then said they would re make the food and send it out as soon as possible and said it would be about 35-40 minutes so I waited 50 mins just to make sure they weren’t havein me on to no avail so I rang them back no answer I rang and rang and rang no answer 11 times I had to ring to get through still nothing so after 3 hours from the initial order being placed I rang them on my mates phone and they picked up which tipped me over the edge and I said they can shove there food where the sun don’t shine about 10 mins later the delivery driver turned up and tried to honey dip me and said that it took 45 minutes to drive from the take away. I then said not only have you taken so long I have also just ordered from another place and he just dismissed me and said it took 45 mins for him to get to me. When I told him to go away I looked up how far away the take away was 17minutes away 4.5 miles away which just annoyed me further DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE waste of time

They have the best mix grill calzone and kebab really loved it. I have tried many places for kebabs but they have the best in town.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star! Worst kebab we've ever had! Ordered chicken tikka and donner kebab, plain chicken and chopped thick pieces of doner meat, was absolutely disgusting, also ordered fries and they were like rubber! Safe to say will never order from gazebo again!

I thought this place did Mediterranean food so was amazed when I got one of the best Sunday lunches I've ever had. Well worth a visit even in these strange times.

Food is good here but 15 notes for a delivered kebab is shocking I will be getting my monies worth from them one way or the other

The food was awful. Chips felt 3 days old. Donner was fatty as was the chicken kebab. Covered in sauce to disguise the contents. Garlic bread was tasteless, no garlic tasted. Needed a tissue as food disgusting. Majority went in the bin 😩 did not order chips with chicken kebab but got a tray of the dried up chips to bulk out the fatty chicken kebab laid on the top . Worst £27 I’ve ever spent. Give me Micks Hut any time . You learn by your mistakes in life and this was one BIG one. Think any positive comments are from friends and family . Soz but absolutely dreadful

Deserve no star at all 2h 15t mn waiting for my order, i am in fulwood same area, line busy cant speak to them. find out from just eat order cancelled 😡 disgusting. til last mn kept saying order on its way

didnt even want to give 1 star rating but thats the lowest you can give. we ordered our food at 7pm and was told the food would be delivered in 45 mins, 2 and a half hours later we are still sat waiting for our food. we rang the takeaway after about an hour asking how long it would be and the man on the phone was very rude and just told us that they are very busy, i have rang and rang the takeaway over a 100 times since we last spoke to them and it just says user busy so we cant even get through to cancel the order. we have also been looking at reviews and noticing the bad ones are being deleted so they have time on their hands to delete bad reviews but not enough time to deliver 3 kababs in over 2 hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU'LL GO HUNGRY

Ordered food @20.15 was told 45 min to an hour rang them up @21.45 to be told its nearly ready 10 minutes..arrived nearly 2 hrs later with a free can of pop for waiting...or and my cheese cake still frozen...uttter disgrace gazebos no way to run a delivery service....would give no stars but it wont let me

Worst take away of all time. Dry chips, wilted salad and tough meat.

Food was edible. Paid £10 for a mixed kebab.. What I got some chopped up scraps of meat cooked in this horrible sauce which I asked NOT to have it cooked in. Asked for salad also and received NO salad. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt a few times and constantly despite asking and making my order crystal clear it's wrong. Will be avoiding in the future.

This places offers some decent takeaway type foods but in three attempts they have got my order wrong every time. Ask for salad, get no salad. Ask for Tikka and get plain chicken. Ask for chicken get a mix keebab. Ask for sauce, get it plain. Ask for no onions, get onions. You get the picture here. Whoever is taking the telephone orders needs retraining. Shame really.

Told 45 mins delivery - waited 1.5 hours. Food was just about warm. Absolute garbage food, honestly, it was below standard. Really gone down hill this place, was once a great takeaway - Will not be using again. Disappointing to be honest

Amazing Food. Love this place. Really tasty food and definitely worth the price. I will defo be ordering again. Lovely staff just wished they had seating otherwise perfect. Highly recommended!

Ordered a chicken Donna kebab , this turned up. Rang up to tell them they had made a mistake and all I got was alot of abuse and swore at and the phone slammed down. Will never order from this place again absolutely disgusting service and food

Just had gazebos we only live 5 minutes away it's arriving 30 minutes early and was not in a keep warm bag just freezing cold mush a joke

Paid £8 each for 2 kebabs and chips. You expect something nice and big. Wrong! Soggy, mushy meat, salty, small, no pitta or naan bread. It was very, very bad! Never go to this place!

Stood in the takeaway waiting for someone to speak to me 2 people came in payed and left with their food I was asked what I wanted after 10 minutes I told him and he said have you ordered to which I replied no, then he told me that they had a 40 to 50 waiting time due to the phone orders so I told him to forget it and ended up with a Chinese from Kim Yin on Brookfield I was really looking forward to that mixed kebab

The last time I ordered from here,the chicken tasted like its not been washed, food went inj the bin.since then I wont order again.

We live in lostock hall, order accepted and payed for. The driver got to within a quarter mile on the app and vanished with order apparently delivered?. No food and excuses from the shop. First and last order.

Delivery due 20:15, rang to see where it was at 20:50, they said it was on its way, I said it would be cold, they said no only just left they were very busy. Tea arrived 21:00, the man on phone gave me 20% off which I thought was ok, but the driver argued very aggressively in my face and said I had to pay full price. The meal was cold and not appealing. Disgusting

Popped along to get the lay of the land, and had a great donner, in a freshly made fluffy nan, finished on the grill with fried peppers and onions which was different and very delicious - chips were a bit dry but all in all excellent!

Excellent food, bit of a wait for food, but it's worth it in the end.

First and last time trying this place, I got a Margarita Pizza for my lad and he could not eat it as they had put chilli powder on it, I thought he was over acting, but I tasted a slice and it was mouth burning . If they are that careless with a plain pizza then I'm never going to risk eating anything else from there ever again.

Poor food, delivered cold, chips uncooked, pale and still frozen. Called to ask for refund of uncooked fries only to be told no as the person cooking friesTonight cooks them right. I asked for the manager to be told he’s not here he will ring you. Needless to say he never. It may only be cold, frozen food, however extremely poor customer service, just a simple little refund on affected foods but no just was called a liar. Simply won’t visit here ever again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed the mixed kebab . Fast delivery . Food was piping hit on arrival . Even the little one commented on his cheesy chips saying " how do they arrive so hot " . Thanks for a lovely meal . Will defo order again x

Good but dont take card which is strange

Ordered lamb chops with mint sauce and fries received no chips and the most disgusting absolutely black chops inedible no mint sauce sat on soggy lettuce they sent out second set which was no better !!

Kebabs are good but quite sloppy if you get onion and peppers on, not enough salad, and every time we have ordered the order has been wrong, chips missing, wrong garlic bread

I ordered a takeaway at 8.30pm and waited an hour (9.30pm) and it still hadn't arrived. Rang them and they said it would be leaving the shop in 10 minutes. No apology. I only live about 5 minutes drive away so I thought 15 more minutes isn't too bad. So I waited another half an hour (10pm) and rang again to be told they would be leaving in 5 minutes. No apology. ANOTHER half hour later (10.30pm) I rang and was told again they'd be leaving in 5 minutes! 2 HOURS since I ordered! I said I don't want the food and we wouldn't be ordering from them again. No apology! Appalling delivery service and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Nice small shop- friendly fast service and lovely tasty cd kebab! Previously a fish and chips shop and i only called in on passing and realised shop had changed hands but i can tell you ..try the food and then youll know for yourself!

Ordered online which stated 1hr delivery , rang to see where my delivery was after 90mins to be told it's in the grill and will be leaving soon. Then said he will chuck a couple of drinks in as compensation so he got told to shove it!!

Ordered the mix grill as recommended by colleagues at work. I had the kebab cooked in Fried Onions and Fried peppers with a sprinkle of lemon served with the naan seperate. The taste was unbelievable! Will Definitely be ordering again...Thank You.

To be fair we have had Gazebos take away and generally it's been quite good, although tonight it was horrific the cheese garlic bread had hardly any cheese and was vey doughy. My kebab had hardly any meat, what was there was burnt and I found a hair in it. The chips we ordered were like cardboard over cooked and cold. Very disappointed customer 😡

I travel a lot with work and needed to find somewhere that was good quality food at reasonable price. I ordered a chicken kebab it was delivered to my hotel at no extra cost and was within 20mins of ordering. It's the best food I've had in the North West England.

I used to believe I'd had the best kebab I was ever going to experience Untill I came to gazebos. Fresh, Fast and tasty food and the staff are very friendley. Now in my opinion the best Kebab shop in Preston.......

Just ordered the mix kebab and by far the biggest best and tastiest kebab I've ever had. (Shoe box) you have to try it and u will understand

I placed an order for delivery at circa 19:00 ordering 1 mixed grill and 1 donner meet and chips for £12.00 and was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. This we accepted as we had a few things to do. We called the shop after 1 hour 30 and the order still had not left the shop and were told that it was on its way out at that time. Some 25 minutes later the order hadn’t made the 1 mile journey from the shop to our house and we were told that it would be with us in 2 minutes. The delivery of our order actually came at 21:05 a total waiting time of circa 2 hours. This is the last time we will order from this place, the food arrived hot but not as ordered and was in part burned. This is far from the best in Preston.

Tastes good but didn't realise you only got child portions

Popped in on Saturday night after work really pleasant, clean and welcoming, ordered the mixed kebab - fed me for 2 meals really tasty and thoroughly enjoyable

Went here on sat night after hearing good reports and i wasnt disappointed. I ordered a chicken kebab which was cooked whilst i waited. It was so delicious and very good value for money. The staff were really friendly and very chatty and answered any questions i had. Will definately be back.

Ordered a donner kebab for me and my husband. Yet again definitely not disappointed, Amazing kebab on the best naan bread. Full of flavour. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back
