Ordered with Uber eats can never get an order right food turns up stone cold staff have bad attitude when u call them on the phone order sits wait to be delivered for the longest time before delivery they will even hide pickles in your burgers when you order no pickle

Came here this morning at 2 am like usual and everything was amazing. In and out in less than 5 mins, everything correct and when we got it home and dished it up it was all hot, tasty and well cooked. I know I write a lot of bad reviews about McDonalds but when it’s good I will tell you too. Obviously no communication because non of the staff speak English but the food spoke for them. Side note: if you’re waiting in the drive thru with your foot on the brake, use your handbrake instead and you won’t blind the car behind you. Thanks.

Ordered online to pick up food myself, stopped at order box No 1 and waited 3 minutes then another car pulled up at order box No 2 and got served straight away so I drove round to the window, the woman at the window was clueless about my order, she didn’t understand any English so I showed her my order number on the phone, eventually after another minute or trying to put my order through she pointed at the next window. Got to next window and was told to wait at the other window, waited there whist 3 other cars behind me all got served first, eventually when I got my food I asked the staff member how I could be first in the queue and be served 4th? He said ‘because your food is cooking’ so I asked him if the other cars food wasn’t cooked. I then said ‘aren’t you going to say sorry for making me wait so long’ oh yes Sorry, definitely was his response. And the food wasn’t cooked because it was all cold. Also the cars behind me all had large orders, one driver even lined up all 4 of his burgers on his dashboard for some reason. I would be very surprised if any staff member has had training with serving/cooking or English lessons. This was at 02:00 on Saturday morning 10th of December. Arrived first, got served last.

Using the drive thro service - McDonalds cannot provide jacket for their staff in this cold weather!!! They have to bring food outside with no jacket, on the window shivering from cold. Next thing, i will take pictures and take to the press on poor service to their staff. Including managers shouting on staff Look after staff to enable them look after customer.

Never seemed to have an issue with this branch however this time the staff in particular a guy called Mark was obscenely rude. Somewhat didn’t believe that I had placed an order via the app, my approach was polite nevertheless I feel I didn’t receive the same approach by a long shot! Someone do something about this guy, utterly rude to customers and staff!

Never seen a worse macdonalds in the country, staff are clueless and useless, the actual restaurant never seem to get the orders right whether it’s ordered via the app, drive through or actually in person, tills are always going down, nothing but problems since this place has been built.

Just back from the drive through, hot day so wanted an ice cream or smoothie or something. Firstly there was no menu on display, just adverts for what they want to plug, and as I didn’t want a chicken legend I found myself having and awkward discussion with the girl over the speaker trying to explain there is no menu so I don’t know what to order as I don’t know the options. In the end she didn’t even try to assist she just told me to drive to the window. At the window the person had no idea what was happening, there was still no menu and she couldn’t quote what they had other than McFlurry. I ordered McFlurrys and headed to the final window, they were handed over and without exaggeration there was less ice cream in them than there would be in a mini flurry. Easily half the amount there should have been. They are obviously trying to save money as there was a manager stood watching and he clearly wasn’t quality controlling anything. I couldn’t be bothered to complain. All it leaves me sure of is the fact that I will not give that branch any more chances as I have been disappointed on every single visit. Does nobody actually bother to check that things go out to any standard anymore? Seriously, this is a new, flagship location.

Really should have known better as have had problems here before. Yet again received wrong order, although only two burgers with one portion of fries, cold and dry as sawdust. Phoned and spoke to Manageress. She responded to complaint of one wrong burger: "person placing order pressed wrong button but you were charged correct price for burger you received. Will get them to be more attentive in future". Ignored food cold and dry. Our hard luck then. Very cearly didn't give a flying f**k.

I made the mistake to visit this restaurant. After covid... They used to be friendly and helpful. But now - when you come in - instantly, they moan to you if you want to eat in or outside! No "good morning Sir", nice to see you back. Or anything well behaved people do. They treat you there like sh...t The food is sill ok, and is usually served fast. I am also aware, you are not getting paid well at a Mc Donalds restaurant, but is this the reason so be so unfriendly? Also, every 10 seconds a Just Eat-Driver passes by. There is not much enjoyment anymore.

Horrific. Horrific. The first man couldn’t serve us as he’d had a bad customer who had had an argument with him. The person handing the food out at the next window, then when we’re had paid. We moved to the next window when the man abruptly launched the food at us, then when questioned he made a big fuss. When we queried it he then insisted on us returning the order including the water that he hadn’t past us out. He then insisted on us returning a bottle of Evian sat in the middle of the car, only thing is, they sell Buxton.Crazy rude, no apology and food wasn’t even good.Shocking!Not even an apology

Went in for vanilla milkshake and Maltesers McFlurry. “Simple,” I thought. Unfortunately it seems I was wrong. I was kept waiting for ages, during which time several staff walked past me without saying anything. Finally when I got served, I asked the grumpy man behind the till how long it would take: “It depends.” Right. Perhaps milkshakes and McFlurries take longer to make than I had anticipated... As it happens, I didn’t have to wait much longer, but then it transpired I’d been given a banana milkshake, not the vanilla one I’d ordered. Luckily I was eating in, and didn’t have to wait as long to get it changed as my initial order. The woman who changed it for me was - to my surprise - polite and friendly, unlike the other staff I met beforehand. Also: dirty tables and chairs, PCSO turned up about something (presumably some incident), and the take-away delivery people there were also complaining about being kept waiting. More like “slow food” than “fast food” at this McDonald’s during my visit this evening. On the plus side the McFlurry and milkshake were tasty.

I always go to this subway I’m a local Coustomer.I went to shop today and bought a steak sandwich with double cheese and drink she worked alone today on Tuesday 12/07/2022 at 17:19 she putt too little steak I said to her put extra steak and cheese I will pay extra I told her please can you put me more sauce she told me no I can’t. I told her Why you annoying me? I want large drink and sauce and steak cheese I paid you but you didn’t give me!! she spoke very rude to me!! She said don’t order to me while you are on your phone?? I was surprised?!She said to me don’t come here anymore!!?? I understood she want to make a problem, I said I’m very rush you give me my food I need to go, she did keep my food and discuss and argue to me I took one glass large for my drink she did hit my hand and threw the scanner at me she shuts on me I said to her what do you do?you don’t give my food and hit me?! What a customer service is that, Even she didn’t want to give me my drink, all because I was talking to my phone, I had to call the police at the end. I don’t go to this subway anymore and I don’t know how subway give a job to this girl. She was so rude and very bad customer service.

Had a takeaway delivered. How hard is it to get a cheese baguette wrong?! The baguette although not stale wasn’t fresh and the cheese was grated not even slices of cheese. Such a shame that a company like Simmons can’t deliver a fresh cheese baguette!

Best takeaway iv'e ever had in ages, I had a chicken burger, chips, fried chicken. SO CHEAP, since inflation has gone up this is a very cheap takeaway for your family and friends, Family meal for 6 people, You get 4 chicken burgers, 4 fries medium, 4 pieces of fried chicken, 6 strips, 1.5L bottle of fizzy drink. FOR GUESS WHAT 18.99£ brilliant takeaway better than kfc, Suprisingly across the road. 10/10 please try.
