McDonald's in Dacorum

I placed the order at 5.40 and it took until 6.05 to be delivered. The food was cold on arrival and 2 out of 3 drinks were incorrect. Not overly pleased with the service, will think again before ordering.

Recently been receiving missing items and frozen cold food!!

I would like to make a formal complaint due to the fact I ordered my food at five past five in the evening however has only just arrived and is Stone Cold and not suitable for my five-year-old child please respond with this as you will however I would like a full refund or a discount on my Next order kind of the reguards Chloe this is not acceptable.

Poor service from McDonalds, paid for dips were not put in order, no Straws for the drinks on the order, no serviettes, ordered a Happy Meal and selected Toy but received a Book. Total let down and will not order from Jarmans McDs ever again

For breakfast the delivery time was really bad. Over an hour before we got our food and that was a joke, missing bacon rolls, so all my husband had to eat was a hash brown and a cup of tea which he now has got to go and get breakfast from somewhere else.

Found the staff disgusting.Guy who was collecting the money through the drive through was picking his nose and touching his face and rubbing his hands. When confronted he was rude and denied us our order.

Delivery driver could not find the correct address and began to get mouthy with me about it over the phone as i calmy tried to explain where it was. He was getting very aggrivated and rude on the phone.

Typical McDonalds, plenty of parking etc. Be warned the drive through has not been opened on a number of occasions due to supposed system update. Did query this with one of the managers as i was told to wait in the parking lot for the update to be done but the car in the next lane went ahead and collected their order. Was told it’s none of my business and that i need to move on otherwise they will be calling the police! Left us in shock & we decided to go elsewhere as this was the manager threatening us & went from 0 to 100 on a power trip.

You pay for dips and they never come!! May only be 30p.. but when it's every time you fancy a mcdonalds!! absolute joke of a restaurant!! should really be looked in to by trading standards!.. Oh, and no serviettes or straws also!! These are basics!!! Appalling!! Order from one of the other stores... not this abysmal excuse for a restaurant!!!!!

So we went here to get some food at 00:40, everything is closed, you can’t order drive through, there are cones put up there inside you can’t go and app doesn’t work for this location, employees are rude and doesn’t give any explanation

I order a lot from this McDonald's and the service is awful. 9 out of 10 deliveries are missing something. The tea always comes without milk and the burgers without ketchup. I had enough. Awful service.

Another Delivery order that turns up cold. Also, what is the point of paying for source when they never put it in your bag? I ordered chicken selects with four sauces paid all the money and didn’t deliver any of the sauce

It took 20 mins from leaving the restaurant which is a 2-3 mins drive max all my food was cold I put in for a refund and my order cost 20 quid and uve basically tried to give me back a fiver like what kind of service are you running? I’ll be posting up online about the service and I hope that you actually resolve this issue as it’s not even the first time and it’s very poor service

Never arrived! we've ordered from here for years but this driver dilvered it elsewhere! waiting days for a refund...fun!
