Good Mcdonald served quickly and efficiently

Go daily no issues. But wish the app was easier to use.

I placed an order through the Mac Donald’s app. They got one item of my order wrong. Instead of Mac muffin egg and cheese, that I asked for one extra egg and one extra cheese, they brought Mac muffin with egg and bacon, and no cheese!! I tried to inform the app, but there is no place to easily do so. And the virtual assistant was useless. Didn’t let me upload my photo. And and the end said the same thing that you can read on the apps note, which is respond to text that they sent you while waiting for you order! That text was coming through a driver’s phone I believe, but even that didn’t work. Called them and the store said as they don’t have any drivers and it’s only Uber drivers, they can’t do anything. This was the second time that I lost my money over this. The first time I let it go.

how hard is it to just put an entire order in the bag? I ordered pancakes with syrup... turns up with butter but no syrup... good job people!

This Mcdonalds is open 24/7, but you can not order and can not enter inside at night, so it's open for no reason at night. In the daytime, it will take you 20-30 mins to receive just a soft drink inside and a line of people waiting, and no one receiving their order for a whole 20 mins when mcdonalds isn't even busy too.

Waited 35 mins past the original delivery time, was charged £4 for delivery on a £7 meal and when it turned up the food was wrong and cold. Didn't get refunded delivery or service charge so even with the refund im still over £5 out of pocket

STALE CHIPS if I wanted stale chips I would’ve headed to my Nans crematory Oli

Food was absolutely freezing cold and drinks had gone watery from the ice melting!! Never using just eat again!! It’s becoming an absolute joke and waste of money when I’m having to just throw the food away.

we just got off a 18hr flight, get McDonald's because it's quick and easy ordered around 11:40pm said delivery would be about 00:05 - 00:10 it the time then kept changing, apparently the driver was at the restaurant, clearly wasn't food was ice cold

The meal was stone cold, where its often warm to hot even. The sauces were not sent & there was no straw for the Milkshake either! This is common experience for me when I order from with this particular store!

Ordered at 6:30. Order took an hour to arrive. I could have driven there and got served and come back in that time. No reason for it to be late. Time and time again this happens. I don’t know why i still use this service. FOOD STONE COLD!! Thanks

Second day in a row my food never turned up. Today says delivered and he never even came to the house.

Late delivery over half food missing after waiting over an hour for food!

The delivery time kept going up but the order received was correct this time. Only issue was the flurrys were quite melted and my husbands burger preferences were wrong. But definite imprivement on last time.

Didn’t get extra cheese in one of the burgers, got ketchup in the bacon rolls but wanted brown sauce. Wanted a flat bread with bacon and no cheese, but got a flat bread with cheese and no bacon! Pretty much threw it all away!

We were missing one whole meal and half of another one. No good getting a refund when people are sitting with no food. Should bring missing items.

Typical McDonald's, lukewarm food at best. Drive through goes at a reasonable pace. Breakfast is hit and miss as to how greasy your egg McMuffin will be. And later in the day, lukewarm burgers and either great crispy hot chips or a cold stale mess. No consistency on the product they serve.

The delivery time went up double the amount. It was ment to be delivered at 6.49pm, and the delivery time kept on going up and up. Finally at 7:04pm the food was delivered. I had watched the driver on the map and he was in no rush. My now very upset as they’ve got a cold meal to eat as their treat for doing the first week back at school. Not impressed!!

Drive through coffee very efficient and good price

driver spilt the coffee so less than half a cup left and spilled coffee went over my doughnut so that was ruined absolutely disgusting meal ruined i want a full rebate and teach your drivers how to deliver properley again disgusted!

Terrible service. Ordered 4 items to eat in. Came in a take out bag they forgot 2 items and the 3rd item was completely wrong and it seemed they didn't care, no sign of an apology or any interest.

No dips delivered again, even paid for dips this time. 2 full fat cokes delivered instead of oasis & Coke Zero. Driver asked ask to walk 2 mins down the road when we have a one year old asleep, because road closed when all he had to do was go round different way mean food was cold when delivered. Food took nearly an hour to be delivered for two meals.

Delivered to wrong address thanks they are now enjoying are food nice 1 I gave you a tip as well I live at 14 Layhill there’s a huge green shed outside it how do you deliver to the wrong address!!

This is a joke second time today I have order from this place and second time I have received the wrong food McDonald's blame uber and uber blame McDonald's nothing can be done to correct the problem except refused that doesn't help me with my child's meltdown because there is nothing in the order they will eat

it's a shame the order was wrong again and again when you ring up there's nothing they can do it's not there fault when it clearly is.

Delivery to applications takes a long time and I don't understand why. Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats spend several minutes waiting for the snack to be prepared. The environment is too small for people to consume snacks. Why isn't the space bigger?

So the food arrived on time in perfect condition and on time, driver sounded like a alright chap. After I closed the front door, I saw him through my cctv stealing my amazon delivery packages around the corner, dropping them when i chased him down...
