Best takeaway iv'e ever had in ages, I had a chicken burger, chips, fried chicken. SO CHEAP, since inflation has gone up this is a very cheap takeaway for your family and friends, Family meal for 6 people, You get 4 chicken burgers, 4 fries medium, 4 pieces of fried chicken, 6 strips, 1.5L bottle of fizzy drink. FOR GUESS WHAT 18.99£ brilliant takeaway better than kfc, Suprisingly across the road. 10/10 please try.

I like this place, although it’s not your ideal setting for a nice meal their chicken is tasty. I always phone ahead and get freshly ordered chicken so it’s always tasty and hot. The wait can sometimes be long even after phoning in advance but because the food is good I’ve given 5 stars for that…

The food are so COLD!! I’ve order their chicken wings and is just all cold. I try to ask them to get another one politely instead but they refuse to do that, and just said ‘we won’t accept that once you touch the food’. How ridiculous is that I would notice the food is cold if I not touching it. If anyone want to try fried chicken, there are plenty of options on the same street, so try to avoid this one.

Been coming here for 11 years been a loyal and regular customer I came in today for my usual and the strips were discoloured all black watery and undercooked and asked the guy to make me fresh ones or if I can have a burger instead and the guy tried telling me they were fresh when they were stone cold to top it off and the guy smirked and said I'll give you your money back and you can eat elsewhere, sort your staff out the rudeness is a joke after I've come for so many years the staff back in the day would happily change if it was bad but the new staff can't take criticism and cant accept that the food isnt always being done to the best quality.

I am a local. First time here, Ordered a meal and didnt want the fries. I asked him to change the chips for “1” wing. And he didnt do it and suggested i buy a portion of wings for another £2.40. Lol. i said dont want the chips then. He was ok charging me the full price, smirking to my face. Never going there again.

Get what you'd expect from budget fried chicken, staff are good and listen to requests but their website is outdated and 90% of the time they don't receive the orders placed via it so you'd be best to call direct.

Before covid this was a great takeaway for chicken and chips. Absolutely loved it. But went there today, and never again. I know prices go up etc., but the portion was smaller than I remember over 2 years ago. Next time I will go to KFC.

Food came out cold, orders were also missed and workers didn't seem interested when asked where our food was! All the tables were dirty and full of rubbish from previous people, asked them if they could clean the tables.... they didn't! Overall not happy with my experience there! Won't be returning

I ordered 10 wings and 4 chicken strips to my house, the strips were fine but the wings were gone off and stale, sometimes the wings are ok but the shop is inconsistent with the quality, it’s absolutely appalling service. I reported the food and called them and the manager said he will not be issuing a refund or giving me a fresh set of wings as he insisted that everything’s cooked fresh, I wondered why they gave me 9 extra wings but it made sense once I realised they were stale and gone off, they was just trying to get rid of the remaining wings they had left over for however long that they did, they do not care about health and safety whatsoever and are argumentative when you try to peacefully get the issue resolved, I’ve even seen rats in the back where the fryer is and they act like it’s not there, please do not eat here it’s terrible.

Took over a hour and half to arrive when it finally did come after chasing it up was stone cold. Asked for a refund the driver telling me the food was fine I wouldn't be wasting my time calling and complaining if everything was fun but no instead waited for a 1-half hour for cold food not pleasant at all

Just had chicken and ribs for the 1st time from crazy chicken in hemel Hempstead Sooo much tastier than kfc Ribs were how they should be. Big with lovely sauce and very tasty This will be my new place for chicken. Try it youll love it

Every table was dirty as hell. My 1/2 pounder was ruined by the disgusting ketchup they put in it. No tomato flavour, just some synthetic rubbish. On the plus side the fries and spicy chicken wings were tasty. Don't think I will come here again as there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

Ordered tonight told delivery will be hour, I rang after hour and half to be told another 10-15 mins. Food arrived stone cold when I rang I was asked what do I expect them to do. Then got call back to be offered half price next time I order. Will not be ordering ever again. This is how they treat customers how about offering refund for the food we got delivered cold

I have just received the worst dinner of my life.. My sons burger was rock hard he couldn't even bite into it, my gravy was a dark huge thick fat lump! The chicken stripes where extremely dry.. When I called I was told I'd get a free one next time.. As I stated My SONS burger was inedible.. He's a child and needs food so no I want it right now... I was told you will try your best? What an absolute joke.. So considering me and my son have missed out on a meal as it was awful I'd like a full refund please!

In terms of fast food, this place is amazing! Low on cash? No problem! This place is so cheap that you can get a burger, chips and drink for £2.69! The staff are good, I've been coming here every now and then for years and it's also a great alternative to KFC across the road! Again, much cheaper too and compared to KFC, it's faster to order and faster to get the food in your hands and into your belly!!

Great offers for great food. Not had any problems in all the time I've been there. Good deals for free delivery. EDIT: Beginning to get more and more disappointed with the online order as 9 times out of 10 I have received a call to say that the order didn't get the full order. Tonight I had an email to say the payment had gone through on card, but no confirmation of order so I called to say this and they tried to tell me it is because they close at 10pm (which has NOT been changed on their site. They also said that they didn't have the food for the order (again, noone had contacted me) and then they finally caved in when I asked why they hadn't contacted me and said they would get the food cooked and deliver it.

Staff are okay can be a little intimidating and rude but the food and price is well worth the downside. They do very delicious chicken. The staff are very friendly as well. There is a KFC just across the road which obviously charges a whole lot more for pretty much the same food. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves KFC but can't really afford it.

Opposite KFC but that was full of some shady-looking characters. The Crazy Fried Chicken was good value for money and chips were freshly cooked while I waited. Happy to revisit

When ever i go to Marlows i definitely visit Crazy Chicken. They have their own spicy taste and i love that. Their meal deals are crazily cheap.

The chicken is incredibly salty and otherwise tasteless. On at least 3 occasions I have been overcharged so check your change. The shorter guy is the friendliest and most polite otherwise i would say customer service is poor. The chip portion used to be alot but not anymore (still more than KFC though). chips are refried during day. i think they get away with poor quality and stupidly high prices because there is little to no competition.

They removed their food rating from the front door glass because the rating is zero, and they couldn't even be bothered to clean off the sticky mess that's left on the glass. Haven't eaten there, took one look inside and went across the road.

Out of every halal and fast food establishment in Hemel Hempstead this is the one. I will just give a little background story to this shop really quick because I think the owner certainly deserves good credit. The owner used to work in KFC which is just opposite this shop but he worked really hard and saved up to buy this place. Now back to the shop, tastes brilliant every item you can think of and they are not stingy with there portions. Burger taste good and wings are fantastic. The only downside which may not affect many is that they have limited sauces and I am a huge fan of sauces minus the usuals. But you won't be let down when coming here.
