Unfortunately money was taken however food never turned up and have tried phoning them numerous times and it just rings no answer. I have used them quite a few times in the past and have had no problems. They have been fantastic in person. This was a online transaction.

Ordered last week it never turned up they took my £30 and can’t get hold of them for a refund numbers don’t work

Ordered they never delivered it took the £30 from my bank and impossible to contact and I have to wait 15 days to dispute it with the bank

The food it really nice and well done but my cheesy chips were missing I was devastated. I had the chicken burger as well that was rlly nice but my belly was missing the cheesy chips .

so, the food was cold! I always order the same as it feeds two and this time it was literally half the amount of food that normally receive! I ordered two lamb shish and got 4 pieces of meat, the chicken shish was soooo dry and literally 3 strips of doner meat. salad was 1 slice of tomato and the same for cucumber!!! with extras it was £30 total waste of money

The kebab was so soggy, almost as if it had been dropped in water and wrapped up. Awful I couldn’t eat it! The pizza is also soggy, uncooked and inedible! Would not recommend!!!

Quick delivery. Vegetarian kebab was terrible… the worst I have ever had. No flavour, barely any roasted veg just all wet salad. I couldn’t eat it and I will not be ordering again.

Absolutely awful! Doughy naan bread. Overcooked garlic bread that was severely lacking in cheese and the cheesy chips were soggy with rubbery cheese-kinda felt like it’d been put in the microwave 🤢

Onion rings were fantastic but that’s where the positivity ends. Garlic bread with cheese had barely any cheese on, kebab meat just tasted of charcoal and the chips were that cold that cheese hadn’t even melted

Order missing an item which was quickly sorted but all the food was lukewarm at best, cheese hadn’t even melted on the chips, dunno why this happened as I live literally 2 minutes away so would expect piping hot food

Absolutely disgusted with this place, asked for a large box of doner meat and salad gave us a small box of half filled donner meat and small salad for £11 phoned and asked why they said they have done this for years, opened to eat was disgusting quality, had some bad experiences from them previously and thought would give then the benefit of the doubt, well never ever again if anything they have got worse!!!

Food was on time but stone cold, missing a dip I had paid for and salad so small it would have left a rabbit hungry! Extremely disappointed, no point in complaining to justeat, they have changed their polices when there are problems and come up with excuses!!! They are disgraceful

First time we’ve ordered from Flavour 38 and will definitely order from them again, the food was delicious, hot & plentiful and very tasty with a speedy delivery.

The food was amazing and the meat wasn’t stupid spicy so really enjoyed it and delivered what I requested so thank you definitely will be going back!!! Such amazing food and quality and haven’t had this great food in a long while so defiantly sticking to this place……

The chicken burger was bland....almost like chicken was boiled and then later grilled again, the chicken was chewy and tasted old and not fresh. The fries was too crispy and full of too much oil. We will never order this meal again it was so disgusting,

Although the food turned up early, it was cold. It looked as though someone had just thrown it together, so not at all appetising to look at. I asked for chilli sauce and it was swimming in it, meaning everything tasted of the over sweet sticky chilli sauce they had smothered everything in. Won't be ordering again, which is a shame as they have no minimum order charge, unlike most places.

I have had food from here on several occasions and I have never been satisfied with the food in general despite giving it the benefit of the doubt Time and time over. The chips were a lot better the last time round but In general they taste like cardboard, the prices are very cheap and good but I can see and taste why. Not good im afraid. Such a shame as the kebabs from here used to be good but the one I had from there tonight was awful.

The food was absolutely delicious, the lamb doner was so tasty and juicy. The lamb shish was also one of my favourites. The chips were crispy as well. The customer service was very good. The delivery was so quick and it arrived before the estimated time. Overall I’m really happy with the service and will be ordering many more in the future.

We usually go here and another kebab shop and we always collect but decided to get delivery. Delivery was 1hr 20 on a Tuesday, cold and was missing the lamb out of the platter. It's more the fact the lambs the best bit and £20 worth! Called up straight away and the shop said I was lying. Said everything was there and hot. Awful service from the staff, ended the call with them agreeing it could be cold but not they're missing anything. Didn't want to do anything about it. Will not be returning. Tip to future customers - ONLY COLLECT and CHECK, otherwise go else where.

Been ordering throughout the lockdown. My son always has a big king Kong burger, daughter is now obsessed with the cheese burgers. Flavour 38 is the only place in Hemel that is close enough to what Luton type food is. Chilli sauce is amazing garlic mayo is spot on. Salad has always been fresh. I always ask for red cabbage and it's always given. I'd say this is the kids weekly takeaway hot spot. Delivery is always quicker than expected. Drivers are always nice and polite. Kids love the milkshakes. My only downfall is I like the new boneless chicken pieces but there a bit high priced for the little you get. Food always to good standard. Pizza box with chips salad all the meats and naan is well worth the 15pound.

Have used this place a few times over the last 12 months but the service and quality had dramatically dropped off, can always forgive one poor visit but it’s been 3 in a row, ordered chicken and chips on my recent visit and when I got food home the chicken (what there was of it, 2 of the smallest drumsticks I’ve ever seen) was stone cold, real shame as place was good and so very convenient, I will never use again!
