Best McDonald’s in south london I did not have any problem, staff are so friendly and managers as well

I had McDonald's Vege Burger after the ages. Before it was a proper Burger filled with lots of Salad & Sauces which was even difficult to hold in full. I mean manage it. Today when my Son brought it, I was highly disappoint looking at it and more after tasting it. In a bun there were two vege fingers as if it was made for kids. there was only Lettuce Salad and two vege fingers. That's it. And price even 10 times more than what we used to pay earlier. And Chips, we used to love it. the thickness, smell & flavour and taste ofcourse. Todays chips were like a thinnest person who has not eaten for ages. totally this and dead chips. Sorry to say but it was a totally degraded food.

Awful Awful food, food cold.. like very, like it came all away from Russia!!! parts missing, ee, the best one, smoothie, literally the one who supposed to be cold!! no one answered the phone. Great job, thank you for nice morning Karens* and bye Felicias

I arrived at 1:45am from St. George’s hospital to a security guard and staff dismissing me as they were apparently closed. They close at 2am. The guard consistently exclaimed that they close at 1:45am, and I highlighted that their own opening times sign on the door said 2am. The guard was leaving at that point, so had no choice but to let me in and speak to the staff directly. As he left, he looked at the opening times. He didn’t stop me entering. I was met with rudeness and disrespect before even arriving at the counter, the staff dismissed me. I explained that my 2 day old baby is in an incubator in intensive care and I have not eaten for 10 hours running up and down to support her and my partner. I need food and your shop is legally open. Why say 2am close if it’s 1:45am. The woman told me, “the shop was quiet if you come with 5 minutes left what do you expect?” It was 1:47am at this point. I told her “Do you know the time? I came here at 1:45 to be told it’s closed.” They dismissed me despite hearing about my baby and continued eating their food. Every staff member there made 20 minutes wages from no work. I will be back here tomorrow and the day after and the day after until I can ensure I get the woman’s name that dismissed me and will be in contact with the management and all relevant parties in regards to her ignorant and dismissive conduct, I expect her to be disciplined accordingly. A poor representation of McDonald’s.

I live in the area and i order from vendors regularly - on the few times i order from maccies. They are 1. ridiculously late with my order and 2. serve with a horrendous quality. In-Person the service is mildly better. However, you wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone even if they were desperate for sustenance.

It was such a busy day and the staff where dealing with such a huge backlog of orders they received my order and gave me it wrong but the most lovely helpful staff member Maria she's a superstar and loves taking care of her customers thanks alot Maria

No shakes or mcflurry. Nuggets arrived without sauce. Filthy toilets. One of the worst maccy dees I've been to

Visited today for my 74year old mother who fancied a fillet o fish meal. Ordered the meal with additional plant based burger. The fillet burger was dry and cold the fries were half full. Very disappointing how can you serve dry and cold food ?? How long was that burger made??? The plant based tasted good but again cold!!! I think it is time that this chain is closed no longer good quality or experience.

I didn’t actually visit the McDonalds in Mitcham road Tooting. My order was an Uber eats order. As this restaurant deals with the order’s. I want to tell about the awful service. I’m a frequent customer via Uber eats. But lately I’ve been far from impressed. My brother is a vegetarian and has the vegetable deluxe burger. For the last four orders. I have not received the vegetable deluxe burger. Also I have requested that my big tasty doesn’t include tomatoes. The last two orders have still come with tomatoes even though the label is on the box. It seems like McDonalds in Tooting is very amateurish and really needs to sort itself out.

I went there to order food take away they keep insisting to us to only one of us to go inside but we didn't know what we gonna order that's why I said we both want to go inside, we were using mask whole time and even with no busy time they ask to one of us stay in the to pick up he food, while I waited outside the security guy left a group of girls to go inside and wait there. Just writing the review because we would be treating of the same way

I visited this restaurant to pick up my Uber order to delivery to someone else! All normal until miss Tatiana come to the door and not allowed me to enter inside the restaurant. Ok understand that. But in fact I can’t wear a mask because I have got one problem in one of my ears and I just can’t hold the mask! When I showed her ( miss Tatiana) and her colleague. They start laughing in my face ! I am a big boy and I have no problems with that but the company have to avoid ppl like that working for them because this kink of attitude can hurt someone. Apart of that The Mac. in Tootint have Great ppl working hard. Tatiana you are wrong laughing in pppls face when they are not perfect as you and your colegue in door

The queus can be long and there are a really large number of uber eats drivers or whatever and it has changed the vibe of the place

The service is awful. I order from them all the time and they always give me the wrong order. There's not even a point in running their business if they can't even make a meal properly.

Asked for selects, no joy, asks for nuggets NO NUGGETS, what kind of establishment are you running here? Very disappointed with service and overall result, ‘Jamaican chicken burger’ was not what I came for. Upsetting.

Wanted to charge my phone whilst eating breakfast. When I realised that the phone wasn't charging i enquired with one of the staff members. To my amazement, naively honest,she said: "the manager switches off the plugs so the costumers don't use electricity charging their phones. Naturally i asked to speak with the manager and asked if there was a problem with the plugs. With a well rehersed lie she said that there was a problem with the plugs and they were waiting for an electrician. As not to get the staff member in trouble regrettably i just nodded. How CHEAP.

Met friends for a coffee and apple pie catchup and free wifi its a bit slow,The place is big but can be slow service

En cuanto a restaurantes de mcd, este tiene una amplia zona de la parte superior y buen aire acondicionado en un día de calor. Algunas cabinas de abajo, el personal parece decente, y muy práctico para los autobuses y la estación de metro. No está mal si tienes prisa y necesitas tomar algo de comer en el camino hacia o desde algún lugar

Good place for a quick breakfast. Love the pancakes and the muffins. I visit at least twice for mid week breakfast with my husband on our way to work.

The first time, they didn't give me syrup for pancake. Second time, the butter. And this time, they have forgotten to give the sausage!!! This is disappointing.

friendly staff, food is always fresh, only salt is too much in chips but that i guess in all the mcdonalds depends who is serving you :) overall safe place to eat
