missing part of the order not happy at all

This was the best meal I ever had - I went to Geneva so I had been practically starving for 3 days because it’s so expensive there. When I landed back in London I knew just what I needed - a McDonald’s. I was worried as it can be hit or miss but when I tell you this cured the past 3 days of hunger it was insane I rejoiced at the taste of my chicken nuggets, chips and Mozzarella dippers. It was super busy but there was one woman who was keeping everything in check and I aspire to be her, she even made sure I got my sauce and salt, she was amazing!

Whoever is running this joint is amazing, could be a royal marine icl. Food was amazing, Staff were kind, ngl atmosphere was a bit dindgy but you can’t expect much when in a train station McDonalds. Was just what me and my friend needed before our 10 hour bus back to scotland. xx

Fries packets half empty? Medium was the amount of a regular. It was take away so by the time i left was too late to go back and complain! Not satisfied as I used to work for the company and were always very careful to fill up appropriately.

A new style of services where 1 staff is in charge of complete service. Fast, friendly & sometime they are overloaded. Happy with ordering here 🎉 for quick grab & recharge calories

No straw and my drink tastes like cleaning products what is going on!?

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever seen regarding speed of service. No one cares not even the managers...

Awful, missing food and no sauce or straws

Food was still hot and everything that I had ordered had arrived!

I took the takeaway breakfast menu, when I was far from there I opened it and found a nice pile/hair inside. I was therefore unable to make a complaint

Can't complain but my syrup wasn't included for the pancakes and sausage meal which is the whole point of having pancakes but there's no where on the app to mention extras!!!!

I ordered 4 chilli chicken wraps on 6.10.2024 at 18:49, all 4 wraps virtually had no sauce, they was dry and tasteless, i did try to leave feed back on tell us what you think, it didnt seem to work, tried it a few times, was really disappointed

Coke spilled into bag drenching all pagaging including straws and soaked chips and tainted burger through packaging

I tried the McCrispy, it was dry and tasted like cardboard. I suggested adding more sauce or removing it from the menu.

Order was missing a drink but the driver was very friendly and delivered the food on time

Slow slow slow service and cold food. Had 20 mins between trains —McDonalds at Victoria station. 21:45hr ( so not exactly rush hour) 26 mins Missed my connection train. So eat food straight away with exception of walking (running to Concourse) Bloody cold Do not use them —a disgrace for fast food

boy was very rude, we accepted order, he rode off then came back shouting obscenities up to my window. Disgusting

Hi good evening, I write an review to let you know there was boy by the name of Kashwair or something he was so rude i was starving i order fish burger unfortunately they gave me a chicken burger because i m muslim I can’t have that i went back after few minutes to get fish burger and he said you have to pay extra for that, my question is why i have to pay extra this is not even my fault you’re not repeating order and not providing any receipts. I didn’t get any refund and gave my burger to him he’s not even ashamed what he did. Really worst staff i have ever seen in my life. I often came here because i working near, for onwards i ll never come back for sure.

Food was like any other McDonald’s, quite nice but the staff were rude and rather slow, and the service was not the best as the food took quite a long time. I understand this was in Victoria but we shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a ‘fast’ food. But again there are lots of people in Victoria. Otherwise this was okay.

Missing items but delivered quickly

Very rude members of staff who are also very dismissive and refuse to take orders all for some mediocre food, most definitely would not come again, stay away.

Very rude staff wont coming back again! Came from my 13 hrs shift and grab some food took so long and the guy who’s name was WILL SMITH apparently put the wrong order in the system and when I told him off he started to swear at me that even some customers were furious about his behaviour he DID not even apologise and look at me that he’s going to kill me anytime. And they only refunded me £2.00??! For waiting 20 minutes whilst 10 people after me got their food first!

Squad deal mentioned medium fries we didn’t get any and no dip was sent either.

Mcdonalds apple pie is not an apple pie. What they are selling is a fried slice containing only apple sauce.. It states it on the packaging, Claiming it is a pie and also apple is very misleading and a scam to say the least.

Very cramped place for staff and I didn't see much cleaning. No tables or external supports

It’s nice to get a McDonald’s for once and everything was hot and still be able to eat

I just popped into McDonald's and usually spend about. 20 mins in between bus journeys I couldn't find burgers on the screen and the whole system on screen is made far more difficult so in future I'll dine elsewhere I left without placing an order and don't need the stress of asking an assistant

The manager was amazing!!! Samuel delivered incredible hospitality services and was super friendly... He ensured that I caught my train on time!! Will definitely come back just for the outstanding services!! Thank you Mr Samuel!!!

Despite the negative comments, I have not experienced any problems. They seem to be very busy and they do not have the customary Kiosks to speed things up.

I ordered with just eat but I also went to the counter. Definitely better than just eat, at the counter there was only a queue and few interesting things.

McDonald's has over the years gotten worse and worse. It's now at the point where for the money, it's not even slightly worth it. The burgers on the 3 for £3 are smaller - I'm convinced they are increasing their water content or something (as they claim the uncooked weight is the same), as when it comes out, it's absolutely tiny! Pretty sure the bread rolls are thinner too. Get yourself down to any other place that does burgers and spend that few quid more. The McFlurry malteasers tastes nothing like malteasers. The chicken nuggets and apple pie are okay, but genuinely think we're at the point where the price/quality ratio is bad, given all the alternatives out there.

The staff at mcdonlds put a drink in the bag with out the appropriate lid everything is soaking wet the nuggets and chips the meal is ruined I would like a full refund

Our delivery man uses my number and calls me privately loads of times and keep texting me that he likes me and want to meet up. I had to block his number and think this is very unaproperiate. He won’t leave me alone. Scared he will show up where we live, as he knows it. His name is Jaymin Ramanandi. Hope he forsmå do this with all the girls wanting food safely on their door.

NO STRAW?! for 2 large milkshakes. Bought 2 large meals but 1 of the fries were medium/half 🙄 I couldn’t be bothered to complain.

Original time upon ordering was 30-40 mins. The time kept increasing and in the end we waited for over an hour and needed to check out of our accommodation. We waited outside on the street for it to arrive. One bag contained 3 cups of tea which had all fallen over and spilt. We probably got 1 cup of tea out of 3 ordered. Very disappointing ☹️

Disgusting! 🤢All I wanted was a juicy burger to go home to and Enjoy and sleep with and what I got was a dry, sauceless piece of cardboard! Lucky I was on the tube before I noticed! otherwise I would have sent it straight back where it came from! Never again 🤮

The worst slow service at a McD. The till staff kept walking away to get pack food leaving at times not a single person at the till. Long customer queues.

When we ordered...we didn't get given a number so that was stressful. Then the number on the board said collect, which was surprising we were a large group After finally getting our food, we left, rushing to get our train since it took much longer than expected. Once we sat down, we found the food was cold and a drink was missing. Quite disappointed 😞

Staff is friendly. Fast and polite. Ques are long but its bussy station. What do you expect.

Nothing wrong with the food but would it hurt but some of the staff to actually open their mouth and say something? When you ask them a question maybe they could answer it without saying "OK" I literally ask them where I should collect the food what sort of responses that? Na manners are not important anymore. My food took 1 hr20 mins to be delivered when the courier came he was incredibly rude! When ai opened my order it was WRONG and freezing cold so went straight in the bin! I ordered as treat I wont bother in future

Tasty burger (Steakhouse Stack) but missing the cheese it was supposed to include - didn’t realise this was missing until I was already on the train home.
