Order was missing a drink but the driver was very friendly and delivered the food on time

A little disappointed as there was no tomato ketchup with our order even though we ordered it!

boy was very rude, we accepted order, he rode off then came back shouting obscenities up to my window. Disgusting

Food was very cold,drinks spilled all over the bag. One of them was a large drink, arrived almost half… just not acceptable

Very rude members of staff who are also very dismissive and refuse to take orders all for some mediocre food, most definitely would not come again, stay away.

Very rude staff wont coming back again! Came from my 13 hrs shift and grab some food took so long and the guy who’s name was WILL SMITH apparently put the wrong order in the system and when I told him off he started to swear at me that even some customers were furious about his behaviour he DID not even apologise and look at me that he’s going to kill me anytime. And they only refunded me £2.00??! For waiting 20 minutes whilst 10 people after me got their food first!

Mcdonalds apple pie is not an apple pie. What they are selling is a fried slice containing only apple sauce.. It states it on the packaging, Claiming it is a pie and also apple is very misleading and a scam to say the least.

I just popped into McDonald's and usually spend about. 20 mins in between bus journeys I couldn't find burgers on the screen and the whole system on screen is made far more difficult so in future I'll dine elsewhere I left without placing an order and don't need the stress of asking an assistant

The driver was on time when it changed and the food was perfect but kind of cold

The manager was amazing!!! Samuel delivered incredible hospitality services and was super friendly... He ensured that I caught my train on time!! Will definitely come back just for the outstanding services!! Thank you Mr Samuel!!!

Despite the negative comments, I have not experienced any problems. They seem to be very busy and they do not have the customary Kiosks to speed things up.

So it is good for when you are catching a train as it sometimes may be busy aa it's not that big and the only thing I don't like is that you can't use the mc donalds app to/from that mc donalds

I ordered with just eat but I also went to the counter. Definitely better than just eat, at the counter there was only a queue and few interesting things.

McDonald's has over the years gotten worse and worse. It's now at the point where for the money, it's not even slightly worth it. The burgers on the 3 for £3 are smaller - I'm convinced they are increasing their water content or something (as they claim the uncooked weight is the same), as when it comes out, it's absolutely tiny! Pretty sure the bread rolls are thinner too. Get yourself down to any other place that does burgers and spend that few quid more. The McFlurry malteasers tastes nothing like malteasers. The chicken nuggets and apple pie are okay, but genuinely think we're at the point where the price/quality ratio is bad, given all the alternatives out there.

Our delivery man uses my number and calls me privately loads of times and keep texting me that he likes me and want to meet up. I had to block his number and think this is very unaproperiate. He won’t leave me alone. Scared he will show up where we live, as he knows it. His name is Jaymin Ramanandi. Hope he forsmå do this with all the girls wanting food safely on their door.

i’m so angry i waited 45 minutes for a driver to be assigned then twenty minutes later get told that the restaurant was shut and i can’t get a refund run my money back

NO STRAW?! for 2 large milkshakes. Bought 2 large meals but 1 of the fries were medium/half 🙄 I couldn’t be bothered to complain.

Original time upon ordering was 30-40 mins. The time kept increasing and in the end we waited for over an hour and needed to check out of our accommodation. We waited outside on the street for it to arrive. One bag contained 3 cups of tea which had all fallen over and spilt. We probably got 1 cup of tea out of 3 ordered. Very disappointing ☹️

Disgusting! 🤢All I wanted was a juicy burger to go home to and Enjoy and sleep with and what I got was a dry, sauceless piece of cardboard! Lucky I was on the tube before I noticed! otherwise I would have sent it straight back where it came from! Never again 🤮

The worst slow service at a McD. The till staff kept walking away to get pack food leaving at times not a single person at the till. Long customer queues.

When we ordered...we didn't get given a number so that was stressful. Then the number on the board said collect, which was surprising we were a large group After finally getting our food, we left, rushing to get our train since it took much longer than expected. Once we sat down, we found the food was cold and a drink was missing. Quite disappointed 😞

Staff is friendly. Fast and polite. Ques are long but its bussy station. What do you expect.

Nothing wrong with the food but would it hurt but some of the staff to actually open their mouth and say something? When you ask them a question maybe they could answer it without saying "OK" I literally ask them where I should collect the food what sort of responses that? Na manners are not important anymore. My food took 1 hr20 mins to be delivered when the courier came he was incredibly rude! When ai opened my order it was WRONG and freezing cold so went straight in the bin! I ordered as treat I wont bother in future

Its a very convenient McDonalds right inside the station next to the railway and it is usually a very quick service. There is no seating area at this McDonalds but there is a bench few metres away where you can seat and enjoy your quick meal. If you’re travelling from Gatwick Airport and want to get the train from Victoria then you can simply get your food from McDonalds then eat it on train

I got a completely different order to what I asked for, but couldn’t change it otherwise I’d miss my train, already missed one by waiting for my food to arrive. Service was below average but I do appreciate it gets busy. At least the chips were fresh.

Abysmal, avoid unless you like getting a mystery bag of items that aren't what you ordered. The staff didn't comprehend basic English, they got my order wrong, and tried to charge the customer next to me for items he'd already paid for. I had to ask for a receipt. Napkins were not provided.

Missing most of my order and came cold

Says on Google it’s open till 0030 but the station closes all the exits at 00.00 so you can’t even get to mcds. And now I’ve ordered online and made the walk to pick up for no reason

I ordered my food at 9:38 pm and I received it at 22:35 while the estimated time was at 22:00. Fries arrived cold and burgers all wet as there was Coca Cola all over the bag. Not happy about it.

Hadn’t had a quarter- pounder for a whiling, so was really looking forward to this, whilst I waited for a train. Service for quick, but when I sat down and opened it up, I found a small overcooked and dry burger in front of me. Nothing like the pictures on the wall. Really awful and has put me off ever going back to a McDonald’s. Seems shrinkflation has arrived for the chain

Shocking service which I didn't love at all, surely if the machine doesn't give receipts or numbers of your order it should be turned off? Absolute chaos as many people like me were in the same boat, really frustrating experience.

This place gets very busy, but it is conveniently located for platforms 1-5 and underground. A bit hit and miss for food quality. Also, a bit hit and miss for quality of service. If there's a small wait then handy to get food takeaway for a train. I always find supplementing a meal with the Wrap of the Day is good value.

I cannot fault Mcdonalds they were amazing and they make the food when instructed by just eat..but If the driver doesn't show up intil 1h 30 later they remake it and have to take the hit for Just Eats mistakes...which means that food goes in the bin and that's horrific when have so many staving families in London

The place was nice, quick, and nice staff. I am not a big fan of McD but went there due to the other place not wanting to serve you. All in all it was nice.

Wouldnt even give maccies a 1 star. The staff are extremely rude. I waited 20 minutes to order my food and even long to collect!. When I came to collect my food. The staff member didnt even put the correct dips and didnt even offer me a straw, then had the audacity to make a sarcastic comment.

I was sent only drinks, no food. This happened at the exact same time I didn’t get Glastonbury tickets. I couldn’t be more devastated.

Asked for a burger with bacon in and they pretended and said they said they don't serve bacon???? I laughed and went straight in the cafe and ordered two bacon rolls. I will never use macdonalds in Victoria ever again, and will be advising people to do the same. This is the uk. Abide by or jog on..... 😄
