I visited the store on Sunday evening around 18:45. The lady named Sandra did not change the gloves.She uses the same gloves for vegetarian and non vegetarian and .Very bad according to someone's religious beliefs .

There are no bathrooms, you have to use the public ones for a fee (0.5 pound each). Although the menu was advertised with 16 half sandwiches at 29.5 pounds, we were told that to have it we would have had to order it 4 hours in advance (it was not written anywhere). To be avoided.

Got a foot-long sandwich to share which came to be more that £10. The food was good but since the last time I was at subway maybe a year or two ago, the price had just about doubled. But the service was good, I just chose one of the sandwiches at the top, the guy asked what kind of bread I wanted, and maybe 2 minutes later it was ready. The queue was quite short too.

As a customer, you may not know the Subway operating system, this is happening for the first time. But if you work in this restaurant and you don't know how it works, you still have to ask yourself questions.... I was in this establishment, I order a sandwich (footlong). the sandwich is prepared and put in the oven. Then a 0-brain Zombie takes it out of the oven and starts adding the toppings without ever asking me what I want but according to his own preferences. Then he seasons everything again with HIS favorite sauce and here is my sandwich according to someone else's tastes. Wow, wow, and wow again, a minimum of training would be in order.

We ordered about 45 meal deals in advance for a school trip. From the initial email to the collection of the food, the whole process was perfect! The manager was extremely supportive, kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, cutting a labelling each sandwich to make it easier for the teachers to dish out to children. Highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again!!!

Without going into evaluating the food, which is not even worth it. say that the stairs to go down to the basement are very dangerous. In 30 minutes, two people fell and no one from the premises did anything to help, even though they have several cameras. I don't understand how they can give a license to start a restaurant business with this problem. Someday someone will have a serious problem

2 members of staff not changing their gloves inbetween handling subs cross contaminating them. Someone that is dairy intolerant and vegan this is VERY concerning. They were handling meat and dairy products then made a vegan sub which is awful. Only when mentioned that I was dairy intolerant and a vegan did they change their gloves. Very very basic food hygeiene which isnt being followed.

The attention of Sandra and Flori is 10 points excellent, as for the woman who is at the checkout with extremely poor attention, in addition to the fact that she treats her colleagues in a very bad way, pathetic and despicable, I do not understand how she can go around humiliating and mistreating in this way to their peers, that they go see a psychologist or that the manager pays attention to their behaviors. And if she is, send her away

We recently visited the Subway near the Tower of London, and it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who went out of their way to arrange halal meats for our sandwiches. The Chicken, Tuna, and mixed Salami sandwiches were all delicious and freshly made. The location is convenient, and the service was prompt. I appreciate the efforts to cater to diverse dietary preferences. A positive and satisfying visit overall!

The staff is rude. The sub was not filled properly. The employees didnt even provide cup and refused to accept the subway points. Quantity if wedges was purposely reduced. I will never recommend this subway

This place is terrible, I wouldnt visit here, staff are scammers. We entered and asked the staff if this offer was available, she said yes. Later on when we were paying, they said the offer wasnt available. Disgusting staff, they were rude when I spoke to them, and would definitely not visit here again. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else

I've visited tons of Subways across the world and this has to be the worst of them all. The subs are barely filled but come at the same price as those nearly overloaded subs you'll find in other Subways. Total rip-off, but given the location and overflow of American tourists, a goldmine while saving money as they only fill the sub for half the amount others do. I had a footlong and was barely full, while as in other Subways, a footlong will get me a long way. If there's 1 positive thing, service was fast and efficient. (not surprisingly because they save a lot of time filling half subs)

Well done to the workers, very efficient and friendly. Just remember to change your gloves when handling food for vegan and vegetarians.

My friend and I went for a late night sandwich. The chap on duty last night 14/07/2022 is the friendliest worker at subway that I’ve met . He chattered to each one of his customers asking how our day was and where we were from. I know he was from Bangladesh and he really showed such enthusiasm in making the sub. The shop was really busy but he kept his cool and treated each person with respect and helpfulness. Thank you!

Sunday 8 August 2021 around 18:30. We went to get a bite and Shilphe Ali was there in her own but she provided great service to us and about 8 other customers in store at that time. Hats off to you Shilphe you did a great job be yourself. Subway is lucky to have you!!!

Bad, just go eat somewhere else: too expensive for Subway, selected regular Pepsi but the fancy machine gave me diet, ice machine not working, seating area in the basement, long wait to order. The food itself is what you'd expect from Subway.

For those who don't know, Subway basically sells baguettes with a variety of fillings. The choise of fillings was, in my opinion, lacking. They have the basic stuff like pork, chicken and meatballs. Surprisingly many chairs and tables in the basement. Cheap but alright coffee.

This is a nice Subway with a good seating area Best of all, it has a really good selection. And is very good for Lunch times. Is situated right by Tower Bridge. And easy to walk to. The best thing I had here was the meatless subway. I couldn't believe. It didn't contain any meat, it tasted just like the real thing. I would definitely be visiting subway again to have that meatless sandwich..

What else i can say about Subway. it is a Subway for healthy food always. I got bored, it is high time for Subway to rethink about the strategy in food [but not same old food]

Tasty and simple. The place is full of tourists though if you want served quick be prepared to wait behind confused folk ordering!

No particularmente limpio. Encontré un pelo en mi comida. No volveremos y no lo recomendaré. Las malas prácticas de higiene y el sentimiento de orgullo en el establecimiento por parte del personal. El personal estaba más interesado en disputas entre ellos y luego en enfocarse en los clientes o brindar un buen servicio.

It's subway. I go with low expectations and they are met. Sandwiches doused in mayonnaise and other condiments, browning iceberg lettuce, just enough meat to make it a sandwich, flat fountain sodas, etc. Don't expect much and you'll be good.

Me detuve aquí con mi hija para un sándwich caliente antes de un paseo en bote. Noté muchas moscas pequeñas en el área del gabinete de alimentos. Queso carne lechuga por toda la encimera. Decidí al instante que era un no ir. Bajé a buscar a la hija. Escaleras muy empinadas, resbaladizas y muy sucias. El manillar también está pegajoso. Abajo estaba absolutamente sucia, comida por todo el piso, mesas cubiertas con maíz dulce, etc. Necesita una limpieza profunda a fondo. No volveremos

It's great they now have a gluten free option available. But be wary of cross contamination. They do take extra care but it is unavoidable in many situations. Thoroughly enjoyed my 1st ever Sub!

Stay away! The manager spends his time shouting at his staff, rudely and without any thought for the atmosphere that this creates for his customers. The problem ... it's cheap and he has a fully captive customer base and doesn't have to care.

Over 200 subways now stopped selling ham and bacon and sausages. Joke. So you can’t get low fat ham. Bacon chicken ranch. All because of appeasing one group of society.

Premetto che non ho mai dato un voto così basso ma è davvero il peggior Subway in cui sia mai stato. Situato vicino alla Torre di Londra, è un locale a 2 piani. Appena è il mio turno per ordinare, il personale non mi chiede che panino voglio ma prende direttamente quello grande, poi io gli dico cosa mettere nel panino e acconsento alla sua richiesta di aggiungere dell’altra carne. Poi gli dico che non volevo il bere e lui mi fa il conto: Alla cassa compaiono 9£. Poi all’improvviso diventano 16£. Ho pensato che magari mi avesse fatto pagare ogni singolo alimento che avevo messo e così ho accettato e mi sono andato a sedere di sotto, ma NON mi è stato fatto lo scontrino. Poco dopo dei miei amici mi hanno raggiunto e uno di loro aveva preso il mio stesso panino (con gli stessi ingredienti ) con anche il bere e aveva speso circa 9£. Li mi sono accorto che ero stato fregato. Poi la carne era freddissima, ciò significa che non lo aveva nemmeno scaldato bene. Inoltre nel piano dove ci si siede per mangiare, non è presente il macchinario del bere, quindi significa che per bere le bevande illimitate uno deve fare ogni volta su e giù dalle scale, il che risulta veramente fastidioso e non ci si gode nemmeno il cibo con calma. NON rimetterò mai più piede in questo locale.

Bedienung sehr unfreundlich, man wird stehen gelassen, wenn man sich etwas aussucht, das zum Sortiment gehört aber ausverkauft(ohne Hinweis) ist.Die Subs waren kaum lau warm, der Käse kaum verlaufen.Das Personal wirft die Lebensmittel hin und her, welche nicht benötigt werden. Die Theke war fast leer und kaum noch eine Auswahl an Belägen vorhanden.

I'm a regular visitor at Subway restaurant, I really like their subs and salads, they're fresh and varied. You get to choose which bread you want (various flavours), then your meats and finally your salad and sauces. They're really tasty and fresh and made right there in front of you. I really like the salads too, you can tell them what salads you want (what vegetables) and they'll either chop it all up for you, or keep it regular. Then, they'll add your choice of meat (you can ask them to heat the meat for you too), ham, bacon, chicken, turkey, meatball …, then you can add cheese and finally the sauce (mayo, sweet onion, southwesters...). The meals usually come with a bag of crisps (chips) and a drink, but you don't have to make it a meal if you don't want to. Nice tasty food made freshly in front of you, healthy.

I am not really a subway person as whenever I go there always seems to be issues. Slapdash preparation stingy with fillings and the tea was not that tasty.

Mi hermana y yo dividir un atún sub y tomé unas cuantas galletas y el joven detrás del mostrador era genial! Él estaba bien informado, amable y rápido! La comida era buena y el único problema que tuve fue que el internet era malísimo! Fue muy lento, incluso me dijeron que usar el Starbucks de al lado, pero aparte de eso, una buena comida!

Two 6 inch MegaMelts and two drinks for just six pound......yes, that was breakfast taken care of. The MegaMelt was sausages, poached egg, Bacon and a sprinkle of onions for me all topped with ketchup in a sub. Great value for money :)

I had just arrived in London for a few days. I was staying near Tower Bridge and wanted something light so my family and I called at Subway, Tower Place. It was 7.40 pm and the store was due to close at 8pm. The Asian man behind the counter was shouting at people coming in that they were 'closed', even though there was clearly 20 minutes before they were due to close. He spent so much time tutting and shouting that he completely got our order wrong. I had to ask him three times for red onions and then still put lettuce on the sandwich (which I did not want) . If he spent more time looking at what he was supposed to be doing rather than trying to stop customers coming in, then there wouldn't have been a problem. My daughter ordered the chicken pizziola but he used the wrong sauce, and then he was rude to her when she mentioned it. The food, when we eat was was not of the standard I expect from Subway- so disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

If you follow any of my reviews you will know I normally don't like write negatively, my philosophy is sharing where I believe people should go and not trying to tell people where not to go,... Unless I stumble across ignorance and disrespect of customers. Like at this place. I mean I just go there to get a sandwich how difficult can it be. No special wishes just what's on the menu, but they still managed to ignore me first although I was alone in the shop, too busy on their phones. One guy finally helped me but needed the other guys help (he was clearly new so I will forgive him)... But the other one just stayed on his phone clearly having a private conversation and enjoying it. Not willing to help his colleague, so I stood there watching my sandwich half finished cooling down,... It are people like that that ignore hygiene rules of working with someone's food; both metaphorically and literally, so I left and will not go there again,... And I love subway. (Oops)

I thought I'd buy us some nice subway sandwiches so entered this shop. It wasn't busy when we walked in so we were 'served' pretty quick. Once busy preparing our order one of the two employees walked out to help serve some people Ben&Jerry's (which they also serve at this shop) and left us, no appologies or anything. We waited a couple of minutes and thought your colleague might finish our order, but he ignored us completely.We were there first, you'd started preparing our (hot) sandwiches and just walked away to serve people who entered the shop way after we did. Very rude!I gave you a dose of your own medicine and walked out without saying a word. Honestly though some advice for the owner(s) of this shop; get some new staff.NOT going back.

Visited here easter weekend. The workers are sooo rude. Asked for 2 kids packs, one worker placed the meat on, another worker got the 1st sandwich and asked if we wanted sauce, we said yes then he preceded to put the sauce on both to which I said we only wanted in on the first and he then had the face to shake his head at me and tell me that I never said just on one and continued to argue with me only to turn round and say well hell just throw it away and just tossed the meat off the sandwich into the bin and put some different meat on it !!! There obviously had been no customer service taught here as we were treated appaulingly. Will not enter there again !!!!

This is a great place to get something to eat. Ben and Jerry's ice cream also available here. This is close to the tower of London. The staff are really friendly.

The hotel we stayed at was charging us £50 for breakfast so we decided to have a sub at subway for breakfast, so glad we did that. The person that was serving us was so friendly, laughed and joked with us, made us feel welcome. Glad I went there, would definitely go back there.

Dopo la visita alla torre di Londra mi sono fermata in questo locale per pranzare. I panini sono anche buoni se solo fossero un po' più caldi...una piccola pecca è che ci sono posti a sedere per potere consumare il pasto in tranquillità, ma non esiste un bagno...bisogna uscire e andare in quelli pubblici a pagamento. Lo consiglio a chi è di fretta e non ha piacere di fermarsi un attimo per riposare dopo lunghe camminate

В принципе стандартное заведение данной сети. Не подойдёт для солидного подхода к еде, зато позволит быстро поесть чтобы бежать дальше по делам. Порцию можно выбрать любую, так как по просьбе положат как побольше, так и поменьше. Хороший кофе. Ингредиенты салата все свежие, ничего не заветренное.Обслуживание нормальное, достаточно быстрое и аккуратное. Хотелось бы улыбок побольше, но тут видимо кому как повезёт.

Был жутко голоден, а тратится на еду не хотелось. Решил заглянуть в это бюджетное заведение и заказать самый маленький. Когда спрашивали что положить сказал: "всего и как можно больше". На что девушка любезно улыбнулась сказала: "ну совсем как мой муж". И положила начинки так что сэнгвич разбух в трое. Остался очень доволен.

I have to say I'm totally disgusted with the service what we received here. There is a blond skinny girl who is so rude. Me and my 3 friends went in around lunch time. There was a small que but at least we had time to figure out what we like. When we got our toppings and our sandwich came out from the oven, my friend noticed that there is a slice of cheese missing at the last half of her sandwich so she asked this blonde girl if she can put a slice there. She started to roll her eyes and making faces saying there is cheese already on it move on. So my friend and I asked again if its possible to get another slice of cheese and we pay for the extra if needed. The guy beiside her asked whats the problem so she pushed our sandwich over to him and say i dont know what she wants and turned away. So the guy finished our sandwich but before he could put the sauce on it tha last guy pulled it away and starting to wrap it up. We asked if we can have some sauce on it but he didn't even pay attention. So we paid and went downstairs to eat. All the sandwiches were dry and we couldn't really enjoy it. So after half a sandwich my friend went upstairs again to ask if she can get some sauce on her sandwich. The guy took her sandwich and asking what you want now? She said just some sauce. So he put a tiny sauce on it, wrap it back and throw the sandwich on the counter. My friend was in total shock and picked up the sandwich and saying the guy excuse me, is there a problem here? His answer was on a raised voice what? What you want? So my friend turned around and came downstairs very upset. She was close to tears so I went upstairs asking for a manager. A guy came out and I told him what had happened. I pointed out that the blonde girl behin the counter was very rude and when the girl saw me she came out from the counter whats wrong? She was very aggressive and I told her you were very rude to my friend and Im here to sort that. So she started to come closer to me and I had to take a step back she was in my face saying What?? Whats your problem? Tha mangager put his arms between us and ask her to go inside he will talk to her. On her way back she turned around rolling her eyes on me. I felt threttened as she was taking steps toward me very aggressively. The manager asked if there is anything he can do for us, but I was just so angry at that point that all I wanted was to get out from the place.

Ótima opção econômica e sem surpresas para quem não quer gastar muito, especialmente numa cidade cara como Londres.

Muito bom para quem está com o orçamento apertado para alimentação e quer comer um pouco mais saudável, você monta o seu sanduíche do jeito que quer.

Ótimo atendimento e rápido na entrega do lanche. A qualidade e serviço não foge do padrão da franquia. Recomendo.

Me gustó el hecho de que tenían mesas en el exterior para poder sentarse y comer con toda la tranquilidad, además los precios eran muy buenos, tomando en cuenta que comer en Londres es caro.

Los Subway de Londres son comparables a los Mcdonalds españoles, lo cierto es que se come bien y barato. Yo me tomé un bocadillo de atún porqué mis amigas y yo llegamos a King Cross, desde el aeropuerto, famélicas y no sabíamos por donde movernos. Fue la primera vez que entraba en un Subway, después supe que en España también había, no muchos eso sí. Si te pilla con hambre es una buena opción, no es la quinta maravilla, claro esta. No le doy las cinco estrellas porqué estaba muy guarro, un montón de bandejas de comida por las mesas, servilletas por el suelo... Al menos en España no somos tan cochinos y eso, ya es decir.

I really enjoy subway, its one of my favourite fast foods. If you come here i recommend the chicken teriyaki on italian herb and cheese, toasted with cheese, topped with lettuce, sweet corn and red onion, finished with sweet onion sauce.However the first person who served us (cutting the bread) was quite rude (the others were fine) and the downstairs was incredibly dirty... Looked forgotten about, as if it just gets a tidy at the end of the day.
