The delivery rider was quick and friendly, but the restaurant took almost 50 minutes to prepare my order and when it arrived, the food was lukewarm. For the most part, it was tasty, but I’m disappointed from having to wait an hour to receive food that wasn’t hot.

Small restaurant so a bit hard to sit and eat due to costumers demand. Friendly attendant but with bad English and bad knowledge about the burger’s options. No ice at this place. Burger King UK is really expansive compared to the rest of Europe but still delicious.

Definitely the worst Burger King to visit; it takes 40 minutes to get one order, whether it's busy or not. They seem more focused on online orders, making takeaway customers feel unimportant.

The truth is that I am not very happy with the service, I think I pay a lot of money and the food is delivered in small quantities, I am referring to the potatoes 🍟 It was to take away, it turns out that if you eat inside they give you more, if it is to take away, that is where the trick is and the environment is dirty, there is no cleanliness.

Takeaway quotes 15 - 30 mins delivery, when that's far frm the truth...food always arrives cold and unacceptable condition. fast food should at least arrive warm in a edible state. Just Eat asks customers for feedback of experience but don't help when things go wrong. I'm disabled customer justin want decent treatment and exp.

Lack of basic hygienic practices. The employee who prepared the burgers used his bare hands without utilizing any gloves to make the burgers. Genuinely disgusted.

Cone in, paid. Then my food was saying ready, I come to collect, he said to wait, he served 3 other people that come aftet I paid, and my order was still not ready, he said to wait again, but if you keep missing my order...

Staff rude and ignorants.Went in 16:00 o'clock and been told is closed.I went next door McDonald's ordered and passed by 5 min later to see they serving people.

I had Royal Feast for four.food was amazing but you only get one burger instead of 4 and 3 sandwiches instead of how they advertised.

I recently had a satisfying Burger King experience. The food arrived warm and was great. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. The restaurant was very clean as well which enhanced the experience overall. I will definitely come again
