Located upstairs in Victoria Place, food as expected for a McDonald’s. Only negative is the seating area can often get homeless/beggars sleeping over the tables. Security don’t seem to move them on.

Very complicated service, paying by cash too, noisy and very transient atmosphere. Just there to eat quickly when hungry.

Seating inside was full, so sat in the communal restaurant seating area, bins full, flies everywhere, and a punch up happening a few tables over.

Good McDonald's, nothing exceptional, if you try to eat quickly and at prices like in all McDonald's in the world. In Italy perhaps there are more choices, but these are tastes.

The two ladies that worked there asked me for no less than 4 different forms of confirmations that my app order was indeed mine. They were extremely rude and entitled and did EVERYTHING in their power to not give me the order, and also affected my arrival to the coach station. The two ladies must have watched too many movies, because they treated this McDonald's order like a bank withdrawal. In fact, I had a faster service, with less questions at the bank.

I mistakenly thought 25 minutes was long enough to grab a burger before catching my train. I ordered on the screen, and waited and waited and waited. Even 10 minutes after my number came up as “ready to collect” on the screen, no sign of my burger. After repeatedly asking about my order and being ignored, I had to leave without my food because I was about to miss my train. It wasn’t just me - several other people were complaining that they’d been waiting for over 30 minutes. Seemed like they were really short staffed, but it also chaotic and disorganised.

You forgot my child’s happy meal so now bc of you he is starving I swear imma get Kendrick Lamar to write a diss track for McDonalds and see the world vibe to it

Located in the small shopping mall next to Victoria Station. Pobably one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Quick service, plenty of seating and reasonably clean.

They forgot an item and never got refunded. Also the food came cold and chips of course came soggy and drinks melted and watery even though I specified low to no ice.

Delivery drivers personality was funny and polite.

Recently came here for food for breakfast. As usual, mcdonalds food is great, especially for breakfast. Staff members were friendly.

I don't usually eat at McDonald's. Unlike those I tasted in Rennes, Bordeaux and Nice. I really found better quality than in France. I don't really like English food but I found the hamburgers excellent!!!

Food, Service and Atmosphere was what you would expect from a Maccy D's. This restaurant is nice and open with plenty of seats. Easy access and good hygiene.

The ambience is fantastic, so crowdy at late night.. We ordered a veggie burger and they made us mcPlant burger which was actually great. McDonalds never disappoints. 🫡 Hats off to the hard working staff and chefs.

You guys keep forgetting part of people's orders !! Faster is not better at all !! Every time you guys forget to put an item in the bag is money, you are stealing from your clients !!!! Is not the 1st time or the second!! Is been multiple times , take your time to do your orders please!!!!

I do like this McDonald’s I prefer it over the small one near the southeastern platforms, the food tastes better and the order is always correct, no issues with the staff and plenty of seating

I don't know if this is just a one off or because it happened to be busy when I ordered but the food tasted very off. The big Mac tasted like it was old and reheated, chips had hardly any flavour and when they did taste of something it was also off. Even the nuggets which were fresh had a slightly off taste about them. Overall just not a great quality of food for McDonald's standards.

Nice quiet place to relax and eat.

No onions in the 3 double cheese burgers, and burgers not even wrapped up. Large Fries were less then a small Fries and meal drinks missing. Over all rubbish experience, clearly a few staff working there couldn't care less.

The food arrived cold and forgot the two Mcflurry's ordered.

Delivery driver just left it at the doorstep without even knocking/ringing (I checked the camera and they just flung it on the floor, drinks spilts and walked away) only reason I know it was there as I went to take the bins out. No founded it was freezing cold.

A lot of people, employees have a lot of work, they try, but customers do not help them.

Very good food but very very long queues and tables are joint with other restaurants but still nice.

Unfortunately only 1 star - I don't recommend this place. The food and atmosphere - ok, like in McDonald's. But the result was dominated by the rating for service. The order was for 3 people and considered of several items. After eating at the table, it turned that 1 cheeseburger was missing. And it was too late to complain about the lack of it, because most of order had already eaten. Cost - less than 2 £, but it's always money... Hence my advice for the future: when receiving the order, check whether everything is correct. Especially, when you order during busy hours at McDonald's.

The fries were dry there was no salt on them they didn’t taste like McDonald’s fry’s absolutely vile, the chicken nuggets were dry no moisture not hot warm, ordered a Big Mac I specifically asked for the order to be checked to make sure what I had ordered was all there well it clearly wasn’t checked the Big Mac was not in the bag!!!!! How can this happen why ain’t things checked??? Before they are sent out I won’t be ordering from this McDonald’s ever again very disappointed…..

I have a lot to say about this mc! My very first negative experience at the mc. I made the purchase on the machines and due to the finished card, the contless made a double payment! I ask for help from the manager Andrea (rude and not very interested), her only response is: "contact your bank, we can't do anything"... I contact my bank, they tell me that I have to contact the shop where I made the payment to block All! Luckily I found Monica very kind, but Andrea intervened again and said that I have to talk to the bank! Disappointed and disheartened (not knowing how to explain myself better) I give up! I will know how to move and report the matter! I may be a foreigner and I speak the language badly, but a person cannot be treated like that!

I'm from Belgium and we've never had so much on our menu. I'm really going to miss apple pie! Hearts to you and for your courage. I know it's not an easy job, you are the best and long live Apple pies!

I have been sitting here for 20 minutes, and not once has anyone wiped down any table in the entire establishment. They are all dirty, being here is disgusting. Do something about it!

Nothing to highlight. Price similar to Spain and very good location. Clean premises. The only thing that took longer than necessary to bring the food.

Well packaged but cold and no straws or dips including the extra dips I paid for. At least all the food was there and securely packed.

Very nice coffee and porridge this morning, and a good service was given to me. The music was a good level and uplifting without being overbearing. There were a lot of seats available when I arrived and no trouble with my order.

The delivery driver knocked on my door and then placed the hot food on a freezing cold floor, by the time I had gotten to the door there was no one in sight and my food was on the floor in front of my door were now eating cold food

What's the point in having table numbers and being able to order on the app if Staff are wondering around lost with no idea where that table number is forcing you to have to go and ask for it or the staff member ends up shouting down the restaurant. Awful service.

Today it was very fast Service and did not need to wait a long time for our food and drinks at all this is the first time this has happened to me in any McDonald's ever the food was nice nothing special its fast food lol it was cooked properly and it was nice and Tasty and hot keep up the amazing work

I am very disappointed... I placed an order but the system did not work and did not give my order number but the funds were withdrawn. When I contacted the staff, they said everything was fine and that I needed to wait and my order would be ready. I waited 30 minutes but my order was not there. Then I turned to the manager, who said that my order would be ready under number 034 and told me to wait. But another woman who took it had an order under this number. I again turned to the manager, who started shouting that she does not know where my order is. I left there and will not return again, as well as the funds that were taken for my order, which I will not receive after an hour of waiting. The manager has no respect for the fact that she yells at customers because of a malfunction of your own system

I asked for a cup of tap water cause I needed to have my pills. They refused to give me some cause the manager says that they shouldn't. Appalling and disgusting behaviour.

It is a nice place with beautiful staff but my problem is am always been served with watery chocolate drink and I only notice it when I have caught my train something should be done about it has happened almost about 3-4 times

The order was running late due to dispatch from McDonald’s, once with the driver, speedy delivery.

Food was delivered about two hours after order. Food arrived cold and tasteless. Wasn’t the delivery guy fault it’s the restaurant sitting there watching peoples orders.

No bacon in the 2 quarter pounders which I had paid extra for so a bit disappointed.

I have not received my food even though it says it’s been delivered this is not acceptable the driver was on the mad 6 mins away and disappeared off the map.

Dips and cheeseburger missing. Mccrispy burger bun was burnt and chicken tasted off. A bit hard, maybe double cooked? Plus, last day of monopoly and my drink and chips had no stickers on unfortunately
