value for money - less oly next time please

Taste is nice, but they didnt even bother to put sets of katchup or a mayo for us. Not even tissue. Literally nothing but our meals. Come on guys katchup is cheapest thing ever.

Business is Business, but the meet was to dry ,the taste very poor not fresh of the mountain burger even the bun taste not right, not sure why. guys you serving food to humans not to animals

Genuinely one of the best chicken shop’s I’ve been to in London. Food was excellent (the Peri dip really gives some extra spice), really clean, good prices and also bossman behind the till was so lovely and helpful. I saw him with other customers, in particular some visitors to London with weaker English and he was able to support them really well. Nice atmosphere too.

My order has missing items I order a bbq burger nothing came up and also my drinks missing

Good food, arrived still warm, quick-ish delivery considering the rider was taking a detour and stopped at the wrong place but spotted him, so all good. Better than Uber any day

My drink was hanging out of the bag and he dented my drink and made it fizz all over my table 1 star for quality

Does what it shows itself as (an affordable chicken shop) very well, fries were crisp but not dry, and the wings were tasty without being drenched in oil

Hot well priced food in a clean restaurant 10/10 You get change out of £10 for their boneless meal! It’s worth the walk from Burger King at Paddington - I doubt you’ll be disappointed :) It’s pretty clean and the staff are friendly and speak good English too.

The food was cold when it arrived as they had prepared it even before a delivery person had accepted the order.

Food was amazing and the two guys on the till very friendly and amazing guys I love their attitude and good behaviour with all the customers keep it up guys

Just keep the place cleaner and use fresher ingredients it’s not that difficult why do you guys always use lettuce that is close to going bad or is bad always improve the quality and keep the place cleaner then it’s a easy 4.5-5 stars

Grabbed food for takeaway for 2. The food and burgers were ice cold. Not even slightly warm. It was totally freezing cold. Did not enjoy my lunch at all.

I'm giving 1 star because of the cheap management and customer service. I ordered my spicy chicken burger meal deal. And I asked him is that’s spicy fillet burger. He’s said yeah but it’s will take 15 minutes. I ordered and wait for deal after 5 minutes he’s gave me deal with normal fillet burger. I asked him that’s not spicy fillet burger. He’s said he’s don’t have spicy fillets now and he’s was very rude and doing bad customer service at all

The food was moderate for a fast food restaurant and a quick bite when you are in a hurry. I normally don't go for fast food but this was convenient as we were not familiar with the area and it was close to our destination.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible service, food and nasty employees attitude. I order my food online and I come to collect it. When I arrived the place was empty, the employee didn’t greet me and I told him I come to collect my order. He replied saying the iPad was dead and he didn’t received my order and that it would take 20 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The first red flag should had been the empty place. Never buying here again.

Super outdated layout and shop, but open till late which is good. Ordered grilled wings no fries. For a chicken and chips shop the prices are laughable but the taste was very good and the wings were super warm. But seriously! They had to be the smallest of the smallest of wings. You pay the tourist tax here for sure. Took forever too for the grilled stuff and they guy taking my order felt done with life lol.

the chicken was was disgusting you could see the bone and had no sothernfried batter on the leg of both the so called chicken legs... rang the restaurant and complained he sed to go on to just eat and right your compliant and hung up the phone and VERY RUDE when spoken to.

Amazing food. Great staff, everything was just perfect. Love the way staff communicated and were really welcoming. Food tastes great. Definitely recommend if u wanna eat some halal chicken in central London.

Ordered deliveroo takeaway. Restaurant is only 2 miles from my house. Food is freezing cold and I’m having to warm it up in the oven. What a waste of £20. Never again

The cashier thought I needs a takeaway and pack cool food for me while he ask those eating in to wait for the fresh batch to come within five minutes. So gutted to waste my hard earned income.

I ordered my food just before 2am for collection as there were no other place open and they were the only one available closing at 3am. I got to the restaurant around 2:10am to collect my food and was told my food was not prepared as they had issues going on. They informed me that 5mins before I came, they had notified JusEat saying they had cancelled all their orders for the last hour and I should have received an email for my cancelled order. I told them I haven’t received any email or message to confirm and was told I should receive it soon. This morning I have checked my bank account and still no refund and no email, so I checked my JustEat account and saying my order was collected. Terrible.

It is a halal restaurant and the chicken pieces are larger than the nearby KFC. It is worth a visit. The staff are helpful and the food is good. 3 pieces of chicken for 5 pounds. Reasonable prices and the food is good. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. There is grilled chicken and hamburgers. I hope to God Almighty that I have conveyed some information about it. Burger was alright, but just not what I had ordered. Reciept showed the correct order. Lack of attention to detail could prove dangerous for someone with allergies. Shame really.

This place is horrendous the food is awful the staff are rude they dont acknowledge you cleanliness is downright the tables are dirty and crumbs all across the chicken smells weird its like gone off or just not stored properly and the deep fried wings are salty never recommend this place and prices are ridiculous for the quality of food

The best chicken take away shop in the area. Fresh, well cooked food and great staff!! The owner takes pride in serving delicious fast food... and like his many loyal, new and increasing customers, I will not be going anywhere else!

Never received my order and this was the first time I ordered from just eat. This is the worst experience I’ve ever received from any company and I’m in my 40’s. That says a lot. Lack of communication even though I purposely added a note and a number to call when they arrive. They still ignored it and I don’t know where the food was delivered to. Shocking and I’m still waiting for my refund in these hard times.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. He came 1 hour 35 minutes late that I was going to miss my train therefore I had to board my train. It said delivery was going to be from 20-35 minutes, so why did he arrive so late? I’m very annoyed by this and will require a full refund.

Chicken cottage have a certain standard and rarely to deliver on bad taste but today is most possibly the last time I’m going in again. The food was absolute horrible in flavour. Chicken was hardened and stale with no flavour had to throw a lot of in the bin. It was too disgusting never in my life have I had fried food as bad as that. This isnt the first time they have done mistakes someone has to take immediate action as this is definitely not the standard in other fast food chains. They also reject refunds when they give you wrong items. Horrible place. The person delivering the food however was a gentleman. But the food horrendous

Normally service is quite good, so I was very surprised when my order was taking way too long over an hour after it’s original time to get to me that Service is not acceptable. I even contacted the store and they told me the food was ready but there was no delivery driver to deliver it. Hope it doesn’t happen again cause food is ok and I’d to place an order again.
