A very reliable location throughout London! Free Wi-Fi, good quality, products, and good prices. If you are on holiday and do not have any sort of Internet access, this is a great option to figure out where you are and how to get to where you wanna go!

I review the breakfast: the prices are acceptable for English standards. the cappuccino was very good and the biscuits were also very "buttery". the clerks do their job nothing special.

My cap was stolen and it was pink on the table. The toilet was broken and I had to find a public toilet. When I came back my husband was sitting and talking on the phone, but my hat was gone. I'm glad I didn't leave anything else there. When I came back the shift had just changed. I used to run a restaurant myself and don't understand when the staff are more than the guests. The coffee was good and the gentleman behind the counter was friendly. Otherwise it was rather special and no one seemed friendly.

Staff are super efficient but still kind! Lady at the counter made my day with a sweet compliment

Prets usually okay but this was the worst coffee I’ve ever paid for. Would recommend Nero next door.

I recently returned to the UK from Australia for Christmas, and my trips to London have been what my family now call "powered by Pret." After more than a year without my favourite cheese and tomato melted croissant, I was thrilled to enjoy it again—and it did not disappoint! Beyond the great food, Pret has always been a comforting and reliable part of my travel experience. There’s something special about stepping off a plane and seeing a Pret—it’s a warm, familiar welcome back to the UK. Thank you to the whole Pret team for doing what you do so well. I think I need to start the petition to get Pret to open in Australia!

Pret Paddington Square centre (could not find it on Google). Just got myself a cold croissant taken out from somewhere under the counter at 9am not from the top trays, not freshly made clearly. And a cappuccino without the coffee just foam….🥲water was the best purchase

The cappuccino was actually quite tasty (considering it came from a vending machine). I didn't like the meatball wrap at all. Staff friendly. I'll probably never forget the discussion that latte macchiato are two different drinks...🙈😂😂

It's fairly small, all staff seem to be Spanish speakers. They go on my nerves as more often than not they don't take cash, or say we don't have change, any change.

I was given a burnt croissant, I asked to change. The girl at the counter got upset at the request and gave me an undercooked pitiful croissant. If you charge £1.99 for a take away croissant make them perfect or don’t get upset when a customer is unhappy

Coffee unworthy of the description, warm milk with a coffee bean seemingly waved over the top. Don't waste your time or money.

As another reviewer has commented a rather scruffy Pret and not up to their usual standards. Also rather unfriendly staff who seemed to get several orders wrong- including our order. Also for once my sandwich was not up to standard with the smoked salmon having far too much pepper. I won’t be visiting this particular Pret again

Big lack of energy and customer service. So far the worst place I have ever visited. When you come into this place you can feel the bad energy this place has. Grumpy faces, a bad attitude, members shouting to each other and shouting at the customers. No way you will find a good experience at this place. It's all miserable and not the right way to talk to people, if you don't like your job just leave it but don't treat people in a bad way just because you are frustrated in your life. Sorry but you don't even deserve one star. Disgraceful!!!

Bought sandwich and water for my journey, staff friendly and quickly served and was able to catch train.

I've been to this Pret w a few times now, and it always looks so scruffy. This time, I also wanted to get some food, and there wasn't a single vegan item in the whole shop. All cold sandwiches and baguettes had meat, not even anything veggie. There was one veggie toasties, but I can't have a diary. I asked if anything else was coming out that's vegan and was met with a weird attitude like the assistant didn't want to be there. The till assistant had a bag attitude, definitely not made for front house service. Not to mention they don't have ice!! 31 degrees out, and they don't serve iced drinks, tragic.

The manager of this store, the company should pay him a school of good manners, we are a group of Spaniards who went to have coffee and the young man was bothered by our language and it is clear that it is not English, I tell him this is bad for one of our companies. de.trip, let him calm down that he is not with the goats. I don't recommend it at all, the only thing that saves the boy with long hair is very friendly and pleasant, but with bosses like that ...

Today, for the first time in I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pret. I handed in my toastie to the female attendant with long braided hair, however to my surprise she only toasted it for 2 seconds making no difference whatsoever to my frozen toastie. I might as well have had it frozen. So when I asked her to toast it again, she immediately looked annoyed and said it would get burnt if she should do so. Reluctantly she toasted it again, and the toastie came out perfectly fine. I was very annoyed by such arrogance and ignorance and I really hope the manager takes appropriate action against her.

One of the best, role model of all Pret shops that serves honey and seeds with porridge👍 unlike other cheap ones that cut costs only provides honey. Please come to this Pret instead of other only honey Prets.

Operating hours indicate 05:30, arrival at 06:30 and the staff inform me they open at 7am!

Absolutely disgusting experience this evening from the staff member “honey”. I paid full price for the Mac & cheese at around 9:15 this evening; I asked to sit in and was told I could until 9:45 (despite the sign saying they close at 10:30 but no problem) It gets to 9:30 and an unusually instrusive person, named “honey” approached and said I had to leave. I informed her the member of staff behind the till said I was able to stay until 9:45. She literally looked me up and down and said no, you have to leave now. To which i replied okay give me 3 minutes to pack up myself. She rolled her eyes and started back chatting me, saying “you have no manners” “you’re lying”. I was appalled. The food was cold and stale and I rushed to eat it. She then asked her colleague who confirmed I was in fact in the right, but refused to refund me for the vile food. Extremely disappointing, I use pret a lot but never again. So incredibly rude!!

Sometimes, when you’re in a rush, all you need is a smile and quick, efficient service in return. Sadly, I got none of this at this particular branch during my recent visit. I ordered a coffee (white Americano) and the only thing the assistance said to me was Are you paying by card? I replied that I was going to pay with a card, the transaction went through and nothing more was sad. I stood in front of her waiting for some kind of direction or response, and she said move to the side. No, please, no thank you. I moved to the side and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. People who had been served after me Were handed cups of coffee and food and were leaving the store. I asked what had happened to my coffee and was told, it was coming. A coffee with a lid which had not been securely fastened was then plunged down in front of me. I took it with me, and once out on the concourse, took a sip to find the tip was Only taped. My train was about to depart so I didn’t have time to take it back. Dreadful service, appalling coffee, and not somewhere I would return to.

Slowest Pret A Manger in the history of Earth. Honestly in a busy train station where everyone is rushing you’d think they’d get their operation right but it’s absolutely appalling

I never feel the need to leave a review for a popular company, however the staff at Paddington tonight (21:30 Tue 6 Feb) were an absolute joy after a busy day. Spotless venue, much needed positivity and great food. Thanks guys!!

Filter coffee has been 'back soon' for about two months and all other coffees are an eye watering £4. Food is just better than train food.

For some reason kicked out an hour before closing.

Incredibly rude staff. I asked if all the hot food was out on a day which was -3 and they said yes only to put loads of hot food out 10 minutes later. Then they outright ignored me and wouldn't look me in the eye.

Just wanted a decent coffee to start the day. The flat white coffee was a JOKE. No flavour and it looked more like a cappuccino with loads of froth. Staff courteous and service was extra fast but what a disappointment. Mental note - Pret = rubbish coffee

I came to this pret for my usual pick me up. The gentleman who served me was nice and polite but the young lady who made my drink must be new. She was not professional answering 'what' to her colleague who called her to make the drink, then talking to him while making the drink...... And on too of that it wasn't made well. Do better......

They honestly tried to charge me for a full tea when I just asked for some hot water (with other purchases and no one else in there). Crazy petty…. (Got it from the nice people at Upper Crust instead).

Pret located near the toilets in Paddington station. Latte was good, quick service. They also have breakfast, lunch and good selection of hot and cold drink options too.

Dine in or eat on the run. Fresh foods ready to go, sandwiches, yogurt, tastiest with excellent coffee. Many locations located near public transport if you are on the go

Delicious coffee, delicious snacks. Maybe it's just that there are a lot of people and that's why it's not very cozy... But if you want to have a quick snack or drink a coffee - it's not bad at all...

Pret in Paddington station / Whilst buying other items , I asked for a cup of water for my very thirsty dog , the lady said yes of course , and got me one. The manager overheard and chastised her in front of me,telling her she should not give out cups ! I felt so sorry I got her into trouble , I told the manager it was my fault , he said it was fine , well it wasn’t fine or he wouldn’t have made a big deal about it.I left the water there . I asked instead at Nero when I was getting a coffee where they could not have been nicer , such a grumpy manager who has no people skills , do not tell off your staff in front of customers!

Fresh and tasty food with a smile! Just wanted to say thank you to the person who served me on Sunday morning they didn’t know this but I was buying breakfast for my family staying with our daughter in ICU at St Mary’s hospital. They were very helpful and kindly gave a pastry on the house. Have always loved Pret for food but the customer service is also on point!

Why is the bin sealed up with a sign that they “can’t provide a bin at this branch”? Is this for the same reason so many reviews of Pret branches mention an “out of order” toilet for months on end?

Tried the main Pret at platform 12 this morning but they were out of the hot food I wanted, so I went across to the check out the other one I never visit, and they still had some. (Both branches seemed overflowing with Tuna melt toasties, which apparently no-one wants.) Service is a bit impersonal but the food and coffee are good, and you don't have to wait too long, which is what counts.

This particular store uses ingredients which are well past their best. Brought an avo wrap today 21st Dec at Paddington Train Station store, opened at Regents Park for my lunch and found black avocado which tasted rank, chucked away. Complained (politely at store) but told by the manager no refund as I hadn't taken photos! Even though I had proof of payment. Don't feel confident using this store in future.

In London they have London eye and Pret😏 If you visit London, you must eat what is in the picture or not consider that you have visited it

El café no sabe a nada y la leche tampoco. Es barato pero la comida deja que desear. Si lo comes fuera sale a mejor precio. Para salir de apuro viene bien. Los bocatas mucho lirili y poco lerele.

Expensive compared to other pret's

Wife ordered a gingerbread latte which came without whipped cream. When asking the staff upon realising this the answer was “we ran out, but just go to the shop and buy one and we will put it”. Interesting answer. Imagine if Burger King sells you a cheeseburger, doesn’t put cheese and then just tells you go to buy some and they will put it. Understandable you can run out stuff but advise your customers up front or YOU just go buy something in a shop as emergency, or just don’t sell something you can’t deliver on. Staff’s attitude is what bothered me here, just no need, use your heads folks.
