The place is always neat, the staff very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is good and their toasties too. The blueberry muffin is nice, not too sweet. Some summer items have been added to the menu.

I visited Costa today, Clementina was very rude and unpolite to me. She did not smile and treated me disrespectfully.

I love Costa Coffee but staff on this brunch is very rude. This is the second time I experienced unhelpful and completely useless staff. I literally left the store without purchasing my coffee and bought it somewhere else. Managers should look at the attitude of the staff.

Não sei de dei azar, mas o atendimento foi rude, o café estava mais ou menos, e os cliente são muito folgados. Tive que tomar café sentado na calçada, as mesas todas ocupadas com as pessoas ou batendo papo ou usando notebook. Falta de civilidade .. no mínimo.

My regular stop-in for work breaks! I love the drinks and the Costa Rewards app is great. The employees are really nice and always remember me. I hurt my back a few weeks ago and wasn't in for a while and my absence had been noticed by one of the employees. All in all, a great coffee shop!

Why is close one hour before?????

I ordered two drinks from here this morning. The person serving me put the cups to the machine, by holding them between thumb and index/forefinger. With their two fingers inside the cup. They were not wearing gloves. I objected to this, and they denied it. I explained I had just seen them do it. The person serving me then ignored me, turned to their colleague and asked them to make me the same two drinks. If this person had something as simple as a cold, they could be spreading it to hundreds of other people. This is a failing of basic food hygiene.

A lovely breakfast / brunch spot - nicely decorated and friendly staff.

One of the best macchiato I have ever had in a mainstream café here in England. The milk was perfectly frothed and the coffee shot well extracted. Raj and Adina have put a lot of care into the service, the quality of the coffee and the cleaning of the place. Highly recommended, I will probably come back!

Coffee was ok not the best. A bit small inside with high chairs only not ideally if you going with a baby on a stroller. A few seats out side but at this time of year it’s cold to sit out side.

Great coffee, usual Costa standards. Well laid out interior with approx 20 seats inside and a few tables outside. Can get busy but we’ll Organised and the question moves quickly. Ideal stop off spot if you want to out your feet up for a bit after touring the sites.

I use this cafe a lot. I had mainly hot chocolate early in the morning. The barista makes best hot chocolate in the world that instantly lift your mood. And it is not too sugary. Other staff are lovely too.

I went here every morning for a week whilst staying at a hotel nearby, and it was fantastic. The two guys working there were entertainingly good at their jobs. 4/5 days my coffees were ready by the time I finished paying. Delightful!

This Costa is in a brilliant location right opposite the entrance to Embankment underground station. It's an average Costa coffee shop and feels cramped but it had everything. No toilets.

On Friday 11/10 I was there with a couple of friend, we bought some water and we took a sit for a couple of minutes and the barista told us to leave at 7:13pm when the closing time was at 8:00 pm. Bad experience.

Was told one hour before official closing time that they were closing so they couldn’t take my order... Well, you’re certainly never going to see my money ever again Costa!

Good place to go and relax, the seats are comfortable and the atmosphere is warm and calm. wifi and cheerful service. Costa. What more can I say? It's a way of Life, a culture, a vision... small but cosy, friendly but transient... the staff are always smiling, the coffee is always bubbling, the china is always clinking. I've spent many a lonely afternoon here, wiling away the hours, observing the almond and oat milk menus, pondering the fruit and nut flapjacks, wondering, what if, just what if, the Wi-Fi was faster. Until next time... keep it Costa.

Very kind and welcoming staff. The space is very limited but good for a quick bite or coffee/ tea and fast short meetings. It is very close to embankment station. The location is very good and easy to find or give to people if meeting in that area.

Very nice little Costa coffee shop just outside of the embankment tube station with friendly staff and the expected good coffee and selection of sandwiches and treats. Great place to grab a coffee or to just sit and relax for a little bit.

Very poor experience here the other day with a rushed and rude staff and a long queue. The coffee was not bad but the communication barriers made it difficult to get an order in place; I was surprised it was even accurate. Tables had old orders and were dirty as well. I understand they face competition with Starbucks right next store but there is a far better Costa nearby that is far less miserable to deal with. To top it all off, we briefly took a seat here, days later, to catch a breath and the owner rushed out to bark at us for sitting in their spot at a time when very few customers were around. Arrogant and rude. One of the few one star experiences I have had in London or stateside.

Wherever you try, the tea is great but the coffee is poor. Even McDonalds doesn't have a good cup. Don't waste your money.

The staff are lovely and work hard, however, the nice small tables have been replaced by high ones with stalls. One of which blocks the entrance, why? loud music, I know it's Christmas of course. Paper cups as well so not happy about that. Dark painted walls and dark flooring...........won't be going back in a hurry.

I like Costa in general, not overly snobbish or too expensive, always well served. And I saw they do A LOT to help youngsters in distress, e.g; by giving them a proper job. Thought this was worth mentioning ;-))
