I got fried halloumi sticks here, heavenly.

Slow service, certainly dictated by the large turnout of people but our order was delivered long after other people arrived after us. As for the quality of the food, well, certainly the sandwiches they offer in general are more or less all the same.

Service somewhat slow when serving. The food is good and the place is clean with a good atmosphere.

There's one member of staff who's always intoxicated and its so obvious to everyone. He can barely keep his eyes open. His speech and movement is super slow. Sad to see.

Literally the worst McDonald’s store that is out there. Today I ordered a vegetable deluxe burger and I was handed a lamb burger when I opened the box. This is so shameful as I am a pure vegetarian and yet this is not the first time that happened to me at this same place. This is the third time now and every time I take it for them to change they literally just change it without saying any sorry or anything. That’s why it’s not worth it for this store or this store literally has the worst manager who is managing such a place. Same goes for the area manager as well for this store. Please get a hold of yourselves.

Good little porridge before the London Landmarks Half Marathon. Can't go wrong with that.

It's a usual McDonald's, quick service. I didn't like that there was only an option to pay by card.

Nice little pit stop, right next to Victoria train station and an ok atmosphere.

Few dedicated spaces for those with children. Bathroom dedicated to infants impracticable. Quick service

The chicken sandwich was not put together very well Everything was falling out the roll, plus chips were cold and the waiting time was 15 - 20 miins

Open at 5am every day and open past midnight on most nights. The food is good and so is the service BUT there are a lot of homeless people hanging around and coming indoors asking customers for money

Ordered - no receipt and no order number. Had to re-order to be told it’s a 25 minute wait. Ended up leaving having paid twice for food I never received. No way to complain on their website. Joke

More expensive than Spain. Just water included in Happy meal whit no dessert.

Something is always missing from the order, and when a complaint is made, the delivery is unclear. There really are better McDonalds they are cleaner and more reliable

I always like McDonald's but the service and wait for food can take longer than usual. Perhaps they're peeling the potatoes for the fries first?

Lot of homeless people, just have your food quickly and go.

Very good food, very good service, short queues and tables are good but it does need cleaning better.

One of my regular mcdonalds. It's most certainly the best option in central london. Very great seating choices, and a cozy design. Touchscreens always work, and the service is amazing. As soon as you sit, staff come straight to you asking you if you need your table cleaned, or how you are. But the food, is the number one here. If you want a good mcdonalds meal, you'd want to come here. Chicken nuggets, always crispy and cooked well, fries always salted perfectly and fried for the right amount of time, burgers never dry, the list could go on forever. The best choice if your coming to the city.

Every thing was tasty but one issue was that they use send tissue and straw so that we can drink

I tried the mozzarella sticks with salsa sauce, a menu item we don't have in the US. I'm very in favor of bringing those, particularly the sauce, to the states. They came in a three pack so it wasn't an overwhelming amount of food, just a great snack.

The order was fully collected from the third time. The food is good, like everywhere Mcdonald high level.

Worse ever food stone cold and took forever to get it seriously not good

It's all good, but the kiosk didn't give me a number. A local person said that sometimes that happens, so you have to take a picture of the number that appears on the screen with your phone. In the end, every time the number was called, I asked one by one what it was and finally got it.

Very busy place, dirty. Coffee was okay. Staff are very slow, and lots of homeless people sleeping rough outside and using the restroom as showers.

Food is as good as McD’s get but the staff is great. Was here for NYE and everyone else was either closed or had their toilets closed. The security peeps were really nice and let us use the toilets. The food is what you expect.

Just a regular MacD . Beware of your belongings and surroundings.

Relati Ely quick service although I do think that they should revert back to the old ways and have the burgers ready within seconds of you arriving. The new format doesn't work for me. The digital input takes way more time than queue, order, pay, get fed.

It is a McDonald's. What should I write? Same taste same service everywhere in the world. 😉

Great McDonald's if your walking in the area late , food was nice and fresh . We was starving and couldn't find a takeaway until we noticed the big yellow M and we new we could relax and have a bite to eat. We then had a lovely chat in the heat when it was quite cold out side and a taxi from the door straight home, Would highly recommend 👌

Signs showing there is seating downstairs could be made eadier to identify. The toilets were clean.

This place was alright. First, i went there. the waiter was SO rude. basically don’t know how this is a McDonald’s. This should be rudedonalds. absolutely hate this and I did not enjoy eating the nuggets. The nuggets were so soggy and I did not know if the waiter even cooked it! Ugh!

Order through Mc Donalds app and it was the worst experience. Waited 2 hours for my delivery and nothing. Called the courier and he said the manager don't want to listen or do anything. Tried calling the store and it didn't even ring. My courier had to cancel the order as he was losing money for waitiing 2 hours

A convenient location for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable cost. Clean, quick and entirely satisfactory visit.

Comparing with other London's McDonald's this one is quite good

Orderd sausage egg mc muffin no cheese, and 1 hashbrown and a large drink. Got my mcmuffin and waited 40 minutes for a hashbrown And the woman handed me fries and said no more hasbrowns or you have to wait 10 minutes more. I was fuming worst mcdonalds by far. I left the store and got on a bus looked at my food and there was cheese in the mcmuffin I'm lactose intolerant and this has ruined my day. Didnt get no refund or food remade. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Food was hot and freshly cooked unlike some of the McDonnel I've been in clean and tidy friendly staff. Update 9/9/2023 visited again not sure what's happened but the food was not nice at all the fries wore soggy and not crisp enough and the wrap was just thrown together such a shame when you're looking forward to a McDonnel

They need to work on their hygiene, always talking over the food bag with the fries in. They could do with moving the staff on more frequently. Stroppy service and staff. Their doing better, but recently saw bad attitude from staff towards customer.

I usually eat McDonald’s when I don’t really have a choice, and it was the case when I went to this McDonald’s. But I’ve got to say that this one was pretty clean (which is crazy because it was raining when I went there). The wrap I ordered was actually good compared to the others McDonald’s’ wraps I’ve tried. I still won’t go to any McDonald’s in the future (if I have a choice), but I still wanted to say that this McDonald’s was actually alright.

It's McDonalds...what are you expecting? Step over the rough sleeper and your in except this time there were 3 rough sleepers, the service team were so busy talking and moaning that they completely missed my breakfast meal had been prepared, when they finally saw it they served it up cold with a half cooked hash brown. With a portion of rudeness thrown in for free. all, very very disappointed
