One of the worker Indian lady came to me and asked a review from a site mcdfoodforthoughts, I let her using my cell phone, once she finished she said there's a voucher that I can use to buy selections of deal that I can buy for 2.99£. But when I tried to use it to have lunch, the scanner says that the voucher is already used. So the lady is using tricked me, made me so pissed

Quick service even though it was busy inside

Quick service with click and collect even with loads of people around. Got our order correct straight away.

A disaster, they forgot my order, and they didn't have any outlet to recharge the cell phone. The worst Mac I've ever been to.

Even on a busy Friday night-approaching midnight- when all the pubs are vomiting forth their contents in search of meat, salt, fat and sugar, the staff of this branch of McDonalds were a well drilled unit. After my recent experience at the Hackney Central branch of the same chain, which left me questioning my own belief in the innate goodness of humans, i had expected a similar level of naked disregard for even the basic skills required to make food fit for humans. But no. I should have believed. The burger was really great. Up there. Thanks to you all.

It's ok - not the best McDonald's to be honest (general lack of service / 50/50 if it's gonna taste ok) and let's not talk about the staff and willing to clean dinning areas - long gone has the attention to detail

Although the atmosphere outside is quite dodgy, this McDonalds exemplifies the average McDonalds experience. Fast. With quick service, you're not here long enough to notice any perceived faults. Milkshake machine worked, what more can you ask for.

Another McDonald's in the UK. Can't expect much from food as it's fast food but cheap. Doors were meant to open at 5 am but they opened almost 15 minutes later. The staff wasn't friendly and there was some "crazy" costumers already messing up with the staff. No toilets were available at the time which is a very poor service from the place itself. Close to Victoria train station.

So many homeless people camping outside the place

Was rushing to catch my bus at the Victoria coach station and decided to grab McDonalds. Placed my order and it was ready in no time. Although there was alot of people waiting! Didn’t know how possible that was but yeah I’m happy they were really fast!

Delivery was promptl and the courier was courteous and professional. The was correct fresh and still warm

Don’t bother ordering from here. Firstly they forgot half my order secondly they sent a replacement of an item, but i am allergic to what they sent instead and are refusing to refund for their incompetence

I was given coupons for McChicken meals and cheeseburger & fries meals and the coupons not only didn’t work but I also had to pay at the register for them to work only to be charged full price? This McDs is a scam. Avoid at all costs (unless you wanna spend real money for fake food) And also none of the toilets in this establishment work or are open to customers. Do better McDonalds.

Good was fine. Driver rang the correct intercom, but knocked the wrong door. It disturbs neighbours, is annoying AND is embarrassing. Please double check the door number BEFORE knocking.

Britain is expensive 12 pounds per set = 22,000 won I think I really went too far

Waited 10 mins for 2 hamburger which arrived and looked like they had been sat on. Upstairs closed so sat with other people downstairs on a fairly quiet Saturday afternoon.

Really unhappy with the service given tonight. I’d never expect a McDonald’s to take over an hour to arrive… especially when it’s a 5 minute drive (we’re here on holiday) also what is the point of asking what dips you’d like with your food if you aren’t going to include them… very unhappy

I didn’t get my order and they said it was delivered which it wasn’t

food was cold and the order was wrong. I received a coke when it should of been a strawberry milkshake. on top of it all I only needed a small milkshake but was unable to get this and was only able to order a large one.

Popped in to get a wrap on my way home, waited almost 20 minutes while staff chatted and mulled around. I asked about the order and they looked at me confused, then said ‘soon’. Ended up leaving. I’m here for fast delivery of delicious but unhealthy food. If you can’t do that, what is the point of you?

I place my order at 1:30pm , only got food delivered last 3pm! It’s very disappointing to have to be waiting over an hour for fast food that was supposed to be delivered between 15-30mins!!!!

The place is quite large with several tables to sit at and also has a very spacious downstairs. The place was tidy and clean, I didn't go to the toilet so I don't know if it was clean enough. There are totems where you can place your own order or directly at the counter. It seems to be quite busy, especially given its location. I went on a Monday around 1pm and there were a lot of people, many of them students.

Ordered a large Coke and was sent a medium, the flatbread was cold and the wrap was hard like it hadn’t been prepared properly and was also cold, tastes like the whole order was rushed not enjoyable

stone cold the apple should have been discarded 3 hours ago according to the stamp, the food was way below any legal temp, 24 degrees and the apple pie and 12 degrees, so this food was made about 45 mins, its in the bin and the EHO had been informed

The ordering machines had several languages ​​but it was only for take-out orders, they didn't put sugar or anything to move the coffee and the special Christmas coffees all came out as sold out. Otherwise everything is fine.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to many of them in Canada and the U.S. BigTasty cold. Large fries cold and not many fries, had to go back up and get them to replace it and the burger. Coke not filled to the top.

Standards have definitely dropped for this store as I've been growing up. You'd think that the store renovation would work in a bid to improve efficiencies, but this has sadly not been the case here. On one occasion, I ordered a sweet chilli wrap with some other items where I specifically asked for no cucumber, but they included it anyway. Though when I returned to complain, and thankfully I don't live very far, they gave me a brand new order which I'm glad they put right. I would still rather they get it right the first time, and it means I don't have to eat everything twice. Now today, bearing in mind it is very windy and I'm in a cast, as well as having no carrier bag to hold my order as they ran out, they again made a mistake - this time they forgot to include my cheesy bites. When I again returned, they offered measly fries and the cheesy bites that were missing. I understand it was busy at the time of ordering, but you really need to pay attention as those are the times that matter. Or at the very least provide good customer service when things go wrong. Seriously how hard can these requests be? Not that management are listening, but please do better next time. Ironically it was much better when we didn't have kiosks, it appears that technology has made us lazy and incompetent. For anyone wanting to order, please save your money and either order from the store just further ahead called Buckingham Palace Road, which I have a much better experience with, or avoid this company entirely. They're so busy that apparently they're too important for their customers.

Food arrived 30 minutes and was due to the driver being lost. Despite numerous attempt sand texts to help the driver to the correct address, no contact was received. Food was cold and sub standard. A full refund please!!

pissed me off. didn’t get my fries after paying for a large meal. they closed the line on me when i called. and i payed for a large meal, got a medium drink and NO FRIES. customer service is horror cant find a way to complain so i’m doing it on google reviews. please give me my fried or a refund i’m very upset as i waited over 30 minutes for the meal which wasn’t even complete. maybe because i am pregnant so i am extremely emotional

Shambolic place. Full of homeless people (not blaming them) and incompetent staff. You should not expect much from mc, but this one is such an example of how low it has fallen. Extremely slow service even when quiet. Their pathetic app for online orders is another story. What a disgrace.

Toilet was with feaces in and around the sink. The service was poor as the staff messed up my order twice even after collecting my receipt. When I tried to get my original receipt back as it has vouchers on the back of it. All of sudden the staff do not know what they did with it. Clearly one of them have picketed it for the vouchers.

Ordered a burger at lunch time to take with me on the train, just to find that my McChicken sandwich burger had NO chicken burger and just lettuce and a bun. If I didn’t have to catch a train, I would’ve gone back to complain. Very disappointed with this service.

They provide decent service all the time everywhere with decent price.

Didn't like this one because meal wasn't very warm, and nowhere to sit except if you go down very steep stairs with a tray and your shopping top. They also have toilets downstairs. Very poor.
