No toilet!!!!!! Pay for service won’t let me use toilet or staff toilet !!!!!!

Had a great experience with good food and good staff. The FOH were lovely , especially thanks to Sarita for the recommendations.

Driver was rude and was at the wrong address then told me it was my fault despite the fact I was stood outside the location I put on the delivery and all of the address information was correct

My favourite food place on the High Street. Food is always fresh and delicious, the staff (my friends) are always friendly and happy. My only criticism is that the boxes of food sizes have been taken off display. You need to leave it out so customers can choose the size they want.

Service was pleasant. They greeted me, which is more than you'll get at most places in central London. But I'm not too sure how they've taken, something not dissimilar to an idea of, Chinese cuisine and turned it into a soggy, oily, deep fried mess. It reminds me of something I might've extracted from under a hospital canteen heat lamp in the 90's.

The food was amazing, I was so happy there were vegetarian options. Great staff and just good. I recommend:)

The food is so delicious and perfect 👍🏽 one of the beat noodles i have tried.

We got noodles with spicy firecracker chicken was alright but chicken tasted a little to sugary. We also got egg fried rice with spice firecracker chicken the rice tasted weird, worst egg fried rice I've ever had and again the chicken was sugary fruity flavour, would never go again, only thing I like was spring rolls and even they were stuck together 2 at a time. Service was quick but food was not a place to go. No wonder there were no Asians in there, they know.

Barely got any food. No cutlery provided when asking for some. Not worth the price.

Really low quality food. Everything takes of plastic. The noodles are bland. Theyre cheap with the toppings and they were not hot. Pass this one.

Came to Warrington to introduce my uncle to Chopstix, was great and the portions were huge, Steve was a massive help in helping my uncle and grandad as it was their first time, a credit to the Warrington team!

Terrible Experience – Late, Cold, Wrong Orders & Tasteless Food Ordered a large office lunch (around 15 people) from Choptix, and it was a complete disaster. The delivery was very late, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. Portions were ridiculously small, and several orders were wrong—some had rice instead of noodles, and nothing was labeled, making it a nightmare to sort through. To make things worse, the food was absolutely tasteless. No seasoning, no flavor, and not a single sauce included. It felt like we were eating plain, dry food. For the price and the size of our order, this was beyond disappointing. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

A bunch of liars. It’s says on the app that I can redeem the free birthday box in the whole 2 weeks so there’s plenty of time. It’s just the 6th day from my birthday and the Indian staff doesn’t want to give the free offer. Such a scam! Very rude staff.

The worker bumped me. I only wanted a large box and when I waved my app offer of 5 spring rolls for free she preferred to instead charge me for a full meal deal thing. You’d assume they’d all know and have dealt with customers who have the 5 free spring rolls offer on their app. Be careful not to be overcharged.

The food was sooo good, I had a good portion and the waiter was very polite very helpful when choosing our foods. There is a good atmosphere at the restaurant. I defo recommend it for anyone passing by Tottenham Court Road

It was a excellent service but when got food was no cutlery which I also asked for on placing the order in which I had to find a fork in which to eat the rice which by then food was stone cold so couldn’t eat which is a shame as spending all that money and having it delivered hot and on time but couldn’t eat as no cutlery in bag

I wouldn't order from this place, I can't justify the price I paid food filled 1/4, it was basically snack than lunch.

Loved my recent visit to Chopstix on Oxford Street. The food was delicious and halal, which is a big plus. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right by the bus stop, so it was easy to get to King's Cross after my meal. Highly recommended!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chopstix on a Saturday evening. For such a busy time, they were completely unprepared: most of the toppings had run out, leaving very limited options. The portions were dismal—only three small pieces of chicken per topping! The cleanliness was shocking. Tables were dirty, the floor was littered with mess, napkins, and wooden cutlery, making it a potential slipping hazard. To make matters worse, staff handling the food were careless and not at all delicate when serving. Chopstix should really step up its game in both preparation and hygiene, especially during peak hours. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food is very good but theres a problem! The staff here try to convince you to write google reviews for their own restaurant and also one in victoria, just so that you can get a sauce. They take your phone and start fumbling around on it to write a google review. Very unprofessional

Food selection ok, atmosphere and service not so great , Akashi approached my table and in very pushy way almost forced me and my friends to leave review for her.

Got myself a large box meal which was poorly seasoned. The sides (cauli bites) were soggy and so salty that I felt like I drank a jug of seawater. Toppings were below average and noodles were ok.best things about this place was the watered down pepsi

Poor delivery time following an estimated delivery of 20 mins. Took 1 hour 30 mins delivery time. Extremely late delivery at 11.15pm

I've been to this Chopstix 4 times now. I'm giving it a 5 in everything but food. This is because the food is wildly different each time. Sometimes it's excellent, others it sucks. It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

All delicious, surprising. Truly the best noodles I've eaten in my life. Near the South Kensington tube exit, small but welcoming place, very polite and friendly staff.

Came into the store for the first time and had one of the finest experience 🤩. They have the best food😋. The front of house staff is amazing , especially Fazeel. He patiently gave me an explanation of all the bases, toppings and meal deals. Thoroughly enjoyed everything and gonna recommend this restaurant for sure👍🏻❤️
