The Asian girl and white boy wasn’t listening to what being said what my mum is asking was very rude towards my mum if you don’t like your job or working with customers don’t come to work I wouldn’t come back in here with them working

I had ordered the 7.99 regular box when (this chubby light skinned lady??) served me at checkout and asked what drink I want not mentioning the additional price. I went to pay and it came upto £11 so I said I don’t want the drink since it was additional. She also offered me a dip although I didn’t even order any spring rolls etc, I asked if it was free and she said it is so I said okay and it still came upto nearly £10. I asked for student discount so it Shoulve come upto even less than 7.99?? Horrible customer service because as I asked her to remove the drink she sighed and said “now I need to remove it allll overrr and I cant do that” when it only took 5 seconds to do. Very deceiving, this also happened to one of my other coworkers so I won’t be coming back since they take us as fools.

Food is always good as chopstick is good brand. I went there order a meal and water. The new guy from Gujrat ask me 3 times what drink you want and I told him water. Each time he asked me he was laughing with manager tall Indian guy. I felt very offended as he was laughing with my accent . After that I complain the tall Indian manager but he didn’t take my complaints seriously. He was backing up the new Indian guy . Will never go there again

Food is good, genuine and very cheap compared to other places. Staff are friendly & amazing, especially Fazeel! Would definitely recommend.

Standards dropped significantly. Quality of food has become poor with extreme grease also causing food poisoning. Mir who serves in the counter is extremely stingy with his portions and when asking to give a portions worth does it reluctantly with sly comments.

Nothing to say, 10/10. Very helpful sellers, consistent dish and the food is very good. I recommend with my eyes closed

Total rubbish customer service!!! Ripping people off by offering Large to everyone even you ask a regular! The server was Aman and I believe the shift runner was Akhil. But the annoying thing is I went up once to clarify and they said the sizes were medium, regular and x-tra large. But when leaving I saw the menu said regular, large and x-tra large. So basically the employees here are told to lie to customers to turn in extra profit! I'll be reposting this review each week as the district manager needs to review the standards!!

What a bunch of terrible workers. Akhil and Aman. They are so terrible and so bad at their jobs. My older brother and his gf ordered a regular and they messed up they ordered and gave them a large. After they were trying to say that they pointed to the Large, even though we stated go check the CCTV because at this point you're ripping people off by selling off large to everyone. Don't go here please don't!!!! So bad they don't care I had to raise my voice. Go to MACDONALD'S, at least you'll get better service!

The workers are very rude and have no manners! I felt rushed and no kindness was given! The toilets as well are absolutely disgusting and smells horrible! This place is not well established and needs to have a rethink about the workers and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. Im ashamed! Never coming back here again

The K-POP BBQ chicken & noodles was good. The vegetarian options were almost finished so I had to eat a lot of potatoes & pumpkin patty without the gravy. The veg options are below par & so was the egg fried rice. The veg spring rolls had very little veggies in them.

Absolutely disgusted by the service I’ve been provided today , I have ordered items of just eat and workers decide to send me other things off the menu as they might have seem to be out of stock you could simply remove those items off just eat or contact the customer and ask what they would like instead no just taking it upon yourself to decide management should really look into who their hiring and work ethics of their staff disgusted

Food was slopped out like we were standing in a food queue in a prison. Portions were not consistent. Mini Chicken Balls were so dried up and hard that they could have been used as ammunition! The service was dead and uninterested. Has been better when we came on a different day, so maybe they were just having an off day! That being said, the seating area was clean and pleasant.
