One of the best services by "SAIRA". Definitely gonna give visit very soon. Love the food and services.

Always love to have Chopstick. From 2006 till today always is the best halal food in Oxford Street. Used to very cheap but now a days going a bit expensive. Price has gone incredibly high £7.5 for medium box and the portion has gone smaller as well. Have to stop going there and find something little cheaper in around Oxford Street area. Portion gone smaller. Price has gone £7.99 for medium box and portion gone even more smaller!!!!

Today I've visit Chopstix of oxford Circus. The food over there was absolutely delicious And the staff over there was amazing. They were very friendly and very helpful. Especially thanks to Mr fazeel a member of staff over there he treated me very well and gave me some complementary food as well. Amazing hospitality done by Mr fazeel. I will suggest everyone to once have there food and meet Mr fazeel.

It was a cold day, and found the Chopstix. tried noodles, rice , bbq chicken, sweet and sour chicken as well with veg spring rolls on side. The team members were very friendly . I love the atmosphere and would like to go there again.

I always enjoy the food and service in Chopstix. My first visit to this particular branch despite walking past it many times. Recommend it for a quick and tasty bite.

Tasty stir-fry food, very spicy and abundant, for the price it is very good since the portions are large and if you like spicy, even better. They are constantly updating the freshly cooked toppings. Buy a large drink because it will make you thirsty. I liked the noodles much more than the rice and the beef sauce was my favorite. I recommend if you are close and want to try something different.

They served really well. The taste is as good as other branches. Despite of the location at the tourist center, the prices are still the same. You can also have student discount here.

Came into the store for the first time and had one of the finest experience 🤩. They have the best food😋. The front of house staff is amazing , especially Fazeel. Good halal option in the city center! Seating is good and clean, food is tasty and still fresh around lunch time. Nice ambience and enough staff during rush hour so queue is ok. It can be packed during lunch time but if you need fresh and tasty option, may worth the wait.

My whole order was wrong and had to request a refund.

Absolutely appauling customer service was served by lola at Baker st branch who said i couldn't get my welcome 5 spring rolls as it was a franchise and that i should have read the terms and conditions in advance!! She spoke to me in a disgusting manner and when the food was put in the bag she put it back into the counter which is shocking from hygiene point of view and I will be contacting health authorities over the companies hygiene rating !! It never says anywhere about this branch that I cannot to get the 5 spring roles !!!!!! And I will not be spoken to In that manner ! Absolutely appauling !!

Friendly and efficient staff but the place is let down by the food itself. The noodles were very dry and had been sitting for ages. The prawns had sat under the heat lamp had kept cooking so had become very stale.

Fazeel was great, this was my first time coming to that Chopstix branch and he gave me 10/10 customer service and answered all questions I had about the food options. I work right across so I’ll make sure to come here all the time now! Thank you so much Fazeel you are amazing

Lovely food. Great service by Sash. She was super attentive, friendly and made the visit. Toilet let the location down majorly. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks. Dirty sink, toilet, floor, soap dispenser and no toilet roll. Access with a code taped to the door means anyone can let themselves in while you are using the restroom.

Very low quality, food not cooked properly the caramel chicken drizzle gave all 3 of us that had it food poisoning, the toilet was very dirty, staff did not care when told toilet needs a clean. You would think the staff was working in a morgue as the corpses that was going so slow

Order was cold noodles had no vegetables in what so ever and only got 4 prawns in my max box and paid an extra 50p on all three items second box had 5 prawns and the large container had 7 prawns overall very disappointed would never order again have had this in many different locations but this shop was terrible

Food is tasty, but the portion is very small, I ordered box of prawn and chicken each contained only 4 small pieces, left hungry. It’s even not a kids portion.
