Kaushal’s service was amazing, he was quick to making the sandwich and it tasted fantastic

Food took far longer than expected, considering the store was empty. The food was cold, in particular the waffle fries were cold, soggy, inedible really. The Steak foot long had the wrong ingredients in it which i had not requested. and so i couldn’t eat it. Tortilla nuggets which were advertised as “crispy” were cold, soggy and flavourless. really quite disappointed!

Ordered 7 catering boxes from this branch.Priya was really helpful in explaining the options available. At the request she changed a box to all tuna (which was very popular) with my team. Happy to know they brought the delivery at the expected time by foot and the subs were prepared with great taste. Deffinetly would order again.

I felt compelled to review because I just visited a different subway and it was awful, made me realise how great this Barbican one is! Always friendly and accommodating. Not much to add really but I been there numerous times, always get what I wanted without error, and service always pleasant and friendly. Thank you

Specifically this Subway has quite good service. The employee is very energetic and positive, explains a lot on any questions and has a polite approach to customers.

not enough sauce when I've asked for it , n hardly any onions or pickles, not impressed n won't order from this again. 😤

This is the best Subway around Smithfield, avoid the restaurant on Cowcross Street at any cost!

Not at all recommended, poor service from the 2 ladies at the counter, they were just interested in offering their add on services, In case if you land up there with kids, do ask for kids meal which is free with a foot long.. We ordered ourself a foot long sandwich and a 6’ for our child, she didn’t even told her that there is a kid meal free with every foot long, we only realized while we were eating, when asked, why we were not offered the free kid meal, even though we ordered separately for the kid, they were like, u should have asked….very shameful of them….very bad experience.

I’m not gonna complain about the food cuz it wasn’t bad, yet service was really poor. I don’t recommend it.

Try this recipe: honey oat bread, chicken bites, cheese, toasted Vege: a little bit of everything but corn and olives optional Sweet onion sauce (although they should bring back honey mustard) Best sandwich imo

Very efficient server and great food

Opening time days they close at 6pm but they already closed 20 minutes early. Not sure if they even opened today.

Got to have been the worst Subway ever... order a veggie delite with no delite and only the cheese and salad on the wrong bread.. with half a cup of coffee. The only genuine thing was the choice if crisps. That's what you get for £8.50. I have photos as well but nowhere to upload.

Shocking decor, in a state of repair.electrical wires dangling from the food storage area. Priya had extremely rude customer service. She didn’t change her gloves when preparing our food. I cannot eat beef and my friend ordered beef and I ordered turkey. This is when she should have changed gloves. Dealing with different cooked meats. Bread seemed like it was a day old too. And apparently my coupon only included ‘classics’ when I’ve used the Same coupon elsewhere and have been allowed to choose. Shocking. A proper let down.

What can one say about Subway really? Its exactly as it says on the tin so to speak, decent sandwiches made to your individual order for, I think, pretty reasonable prices. Cant go wrong :)

A nice little subway store- two girls where in here at lunch. They where very friendly and helpful. The store it’s self is quite small to eat in. There is also no customer toilets. But would recommend to use

Ingredients mostly of the time out of stock and the drink machine that in broken for a good few months without any sign that is going to be fixed

Got a foot long but never asked for, tastes like 3 days old, wouldn’t bother to come again

New staff, dont understand in footlong and half bread, charge wrong. And when I ask refund he doesn't know, he said I can't do nothing now. So he offered me free sandwich, I asked him hot chocolate he showed me chocolate cookies, and then I pointed him to machine and ask which hot drink do you have he said cappuccino, Americano, latte, I ask him cappuccino the taste was cappuccino was horrible the milk was gone off. I dont think I will go again in subway.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I have been visiting this subway for years during lunch breaks and such, and the staff always changes. Most of them have 0 desire to work and they just throw your sandwich around, don't pay attention when you tell them what to put on it, and etc. And I'm not exaggerating. The food is ok.

I opt for subway whenever there’s one nearby and I’m never unhappy, but this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The bread tasted stale, the turkey was tasteless and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Do not recommend.

Higher prices than usual but the guy that served me in the morning made it worth it. My respect.

Want to give it five stars but ever since the women that work in the morning were replaced by the dudes, the constantly charge more and don’t open and the open times. It’s 7:10 and the guy is setting up and didn’t even open the doors to let me in from the cold. It’s london mate, open on time. I blame managers as the guy is clearly subbing for the usual (enjoy the pun)

Had a great turkey breast foot long sandwich. Small eating inside, location was not crowded, meaning quick service. Overall recommended for a fresh sub. Eat fresh

I'm in gluten free, asking to the guys who working there if they have gluteen free foods the answer was: What is that?! Explaining what was that the answer: I never heard about this. Some training to pls for allergies and ingredients before you kill someone.

Opened late after hanging out at Fabric. One of the only places open. Quick friendly staff.

Painful trying to order something so simple.

Probably the poorest Subway I have tried. Not that I am a big fan of Subway anyway. Lady serving (on her own) was rushing too much, even though it wasnt busy in restaurant. Steak and Cheese on footlong I asked for. She cut it so it looked like a pitta bread, and fell apart just the same when I opened the wrapping. Bread was stuck to the paper packaging and so ripped the sandwich even more. Got more filling in the footwell of my van, than actually in my gob. The chorizo pizza slices are awul. 2 slices of chorizo cut in half and shared (unevenly) on 2 slices of flat bread. 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and lashings (literally) of cheese. All warmed so that its soggy and falls apart when you take it out the box. Very poor effort from this restaurant.

Better off going to canon street. This one here they skimp on the fillings and never seem to have fresh veg. Not a queue though

Reasonable subway. I've seen alot better options. No toilet and very limited seating. But holds what seemed to be a full selection of subway options.

Is good, depends on who is working because sometimes there are good staff and some days bad.

Never been more disgusted!!! Awful. Dirty. Cleanliness 0/10. Staff was wearing simple colourful tshirt, no hat, no apron, no subway tshirt. Just awful. Never going in that shop again. And telling everyone not to go there.

Update 26/08/17 Now served correct portion of breakfast But still inconsistent opening times on sunday. It stated 10am opening there is que outside. Nobodys was in on my last visit.

Yo no soy un gran amante de metro en general, pero sé que puedo recoger una razonable comida ligera a un precio decente. Este no es un buen Metro en términos de servicio. Tuve que repetir varias veces lo que mi pedido. Entonces su primer intento de calefacción el sandwich mal quemado el pan. Que fui a la papelera y intento dos estaba bien. Al darse de alta en la caja, ella me dijo que venía a £4. 60 aunque la oferta de desayuno dijo £3. 00 en la junta. Le dije esto, pero ella era inflexible ella tenía el precio justo. Le dije que sólo iba a pagar 3 libras y sospechosamente dijo que eso era lo que el estaba diciendo ahora hasta!

On the time table say closed at 11pm. 10 pm they cloused the door.

They hide morning deal posters and adds random prices to your sub. And have missing pieces on sub 3 instead of 4. Argue with them to the point i left my sub. Bin customer for 5 years. Worst experience so far.

Por lo general me gusta la comida de metro. Sí, es comida rápida pero me gusta. Este restaurante, sin embargo, no voy a menos que absolutamente tienen que. ¿Por qué? This is a good joint at the Long lane at London. You have a great range to choose and very good quality. The food quality is great and can be a good place to be around with a small group!

Range of options from your bread, main filling, salad, & sauce. The bread could be of better quality, at least to not fall apart when trying to consume the sub. can be quite a messy eating experience. Value for money considering how filling these are.

I dont know if anyone knows this , but a sub for lunch is actually very healthy. I lost about a stone after switching to subs in february.

Alldeles för dyra smörgåsar med minimalt innehåll, precis som hemma. Ofräsch servering med otorkade bord mm.

Good and clean facilities. The workers are so well educated and helpfull, really great place. The transports are very punctual and the information about the places where to travel is very incisive.

good value, lots around, pick what you want on your choice of bread, meal deals. may find queues due to low prices but bstaff are usually quick and its worth the wait. also does kids packs.
