Mcdonald's Restaurant in City of London, Westminster

Really too small. At breakfast it's tqke away only, downstairs is kept closed. Sin.

I think the Coco Cola and Mc Plant there are very bad.

Not had a McDonald's in many years and found it quite bland.

Staff weren't very helpful or friendly. Food was cold and they left out a burger from the order and it was a large order.

Terrible fries, mayo felt off and the waiting time was way too long

200 mistakes in an order for 10 things is possible??? And yet it is possible! I understand that it is difficult for 10 people to make 5 meals and put them in a paper bag so I also put 1 star. They deserve it!

Feels like the service has improved a bit. It is very random with the amount of salt in the fries.

I came out of my front door waiting for the delivery and it never turned up. It said it's been delivered and I'm outside my house waiting for it and it hasn't turned up at my house.

It is a small place, the food is good, it has table service, if you have a stroller or wheelchair you have a problem, since the tables are downstairs and the toilet is the same.

First of all the order reached almost an hour late and then the delivery guy took off with the food without delivering and suddenly the status on my phone showed delivered. What kind of service is this, honestly disappointed

People need to have a tick off list. Of what's actually in a bag because I just spent 15 pound I'm received one burger, no fries, no oreo ice cream. Large Coke and an apple pie.Because obviously i'm not spending fifteen pound to not receive my food and then have to fight with just eat for my refund. Every time.

Flavors in food and drinks different from those in Spain, I liked Cocacola better, very neglected and dirty.

I've eaten here a few times while visiting London. Food is good and people serving are friendly. This is a small place and sometimes can be busy so it's hard to get a seat to eat inside.

It's rare for a restaurant to get all the items correct nowadays. Well done for not missing anything and for getting order correct with items removed.

I ordered 8 cheese burgers and they send to me 8 hamburgers and my kids they are not happy disappointed.

Manager who was working the morning shift on the 28th December very rude and took her time coming to the till and then after waiting 5mins for her to actually take my order she refuses to take my breakfast order at 11 am after wasting peoples time standing around chatting

Normally I try to avoid bad reviews however it's getting frustrating. So please be aware. For lunch items they will most likely miss something so you will end up walking out with a missing burger. Breakfast they will give you the opposite of what you ordered. Honestly could do better.

Visited on October 2, 2024. Extremely slow service, they didn't care if something kept beeping and flashing. Meat poorly seasoned, chips without salt (maybe due to some UK restriction). The overall impression of this McDonald's is terrible

It takes a very long time to wait for the order, the workers just walk around the workplace, everyone does what they want, they walk around talking, the potatoes were not available and before they put it, it took 5 interesting minutes to be prepared, after my order, to talk about nothing

Visited 09/09/24 between 10:30am-11:30am. Service was slow compared to other mc Donald’s branches I’ve visited. All staff were smiley, friendly and engaging with customers however the duty manager lady was not happy. Very grumpy and no smiling or even bothering to look at customers. I tried to engage in convo and also asked for ketchup to which it was just left on the desk for me to reach out. She didn’t look happy at all and for a company the size of mc Donald, she should be more approachable representing the brand. I was shocked to say the least. I doubt I will be visiting this particular branch. Not a big branch, however they have basement seating and a standing bench upstairs. Toilets available here too.

Small shop really not a sit down restaurant. Staff was quick and got the orders right. Fries both times we got them were a little soggy and no salt.

Always a good call for a family stop to grab a bite or some refreshing ice cream or milkshakes. Seeing regular staff there illuminates the place is well organised and staff retention is high which allows for absolutely outstanding service, food and atmosphere.
