Disaster... placed the wrong order. The chicken in the wrap was mushy, inedible, the salad was wilted, only the ice cream was ok. The toilet is dirty.

They forgot food items for take away on 3 separate orders , so if you like paying for food your not gunna eat this is the place Also the food we actually got missing sauce and other basic details , place is a scam

Slow and messy service. You have nowhere to wait for your order other than under the feet of the employees and runners who came to collect the orders. The downstairs room was dirty and there was no one to come and clean every now and then, emptying the rubbish containers. A place left completely in disarray.

The first time I ordered a sandwich and the food seemed thrown into the box, zero care, the pieces of salad hard that not even my rabbit would eat. Despite everything I decide to give it another chance and order 4 mc flurry to take away. All 4 of us arrived without spoons and had to eat with our hands.

So here you are not taken seriously as a vegetarian. You order a McPlant and get a real hamburger instead. Once but never again.

I had a chicken salad, the truth is that chicken was conspicuous by its absence, too much lettuce, and then we couldn't connect to wifi, we are from Spain, a horror 😱

I asked for two burgers with added bacon, no ketchup, extra mustard and extra onion. Identical burgers. One came back with extra onion but no pickle and the other with no onion and pickle. Neither had extra mustard. The chips were cold and soggy and it all came in a bag even though was eating in. Bayswater needs get its together 🤷‍♂️

Terrible Experience! Items are missing from my order. I ordered two hamburgers but I only got one. Staffs are not creating a welcoming environment. I called their service phone number and got hanged up really impolitely even when I didn’t finish my sentence.

I wish to report a flickering light bulb in that has been malfunctioning for over two months. This issue is causing discomfort and could potentially be hazardous. Please arrange for its repair or replacement as soon as possible to ensure a safe and comfortable eating environment.

Cold fries with lots of oil, cold hamburger

I would say is a good place to have breakfast if you are a traveller in London.

Staff rude I wanted 9 chicken nuggets I got 6 nuggets what kind of McDonald's is this I think Germany McDonald's is better than in London in Germany the employees are much more polite than London.

Atmosphere like a running down business

All of your staff been rude to me as a customer about 6am, but on google I found information that you open at 5am every singe day, so I expected to be served by rules, but I didn’t have a chance go to restroom after I’ve got my breakfast, and manager on duty was extremely rude, and didn’t even have a chance to finish a conversation, so I’m not really happy to be a customer on this McD, and do not recommend this place to anyone.

-Burgers were given near-cold -I've ordered a Sprite and recived sparkling water with no request or information -We wanted to have a seat but the staff closed the access with no reason -Didn't seem very collaborative with other clients

I visited this particular McDonald's on Dec 10th, 2023 around 2008hrs. I'm not here to rate the food, the whole world knows McDonald's food. My issue is that every time I visit, they do not include ketchup and napkins with my order. I go there of and on over the last several months or so. Today I had enough and complained to the manager, who said that I HAVE TO ASK FOR KETCHUP AND NAPKINS? Is this really the rule and how everyone else is treated? Please comment below? Thanks.

Le personnel s'en sort vraiment très bien avec le peu de place qu'il y a aux caisses. Les machines sont en panne pour imprimer les tickets de caisse mais ça n'est pas un problème, on conserve son numéro de commande. Les chevalets sont présents mais pas de service à table. Les poubelles de la salle au sous-sol sont régulièrement vidées. Il manque peut-être un peu de musique dans cette pièce pour la rendre sympathique car l'ambiance est froide pour des personnes seules. La grande table où tout le monde mange ensemble c'est une bonne idée. Je n'ai pas pu voir si la tablette magpad est fonctionnelle. Concernant le menu c'est bien meilleur qu'en France puisqu'ici il y a des burgers veggies et des croquettes au fromage, que nous n'avons pas. Les frites étaient parfaitement cuites.

It's really the worst place I've ever eaten, I bought Crispy Salad from here, they gave me Grilled Salad, And they don't follow hygiene at all. Very small McDonald's. Stairs were closed. Only 3 seats inside to dine in. Personell seems understaffed. Once the alarm for the fryer went off and was ignored for like 3-5 minutes - resulting in Fries and nuggies drenched in old oil. It's not the staffs fault tho, it's just too many people on too few workers. Kitchen seems very chaotic. Im giving this review in relation to other McDonald's, not to all restaurants. With 5 Stars being the best McDonald's I've been to, 1 the worst. This one is a 3. It's clean, most of the time your food will be good and the service is not rude (although maybe stressed out)

Shocking service in this branch staff scamming customers. I placed a large order on the app for collection I received my code and qr code the money also was taken from my account. When I spoke with the male manager he told me that no order had gone through he told me to open my bank and prove the money was taken out which it was he told me the only way I could get my order is if I paid again. After 10 minutes back and fourth I spoke with another staff member who was very helpful and she gave me my order straight away.

A no for me. The fries were soft, not crispy and the vegetarian burger was tasteless.

Despite it being always crowded, staffs at the counters are always super nice and don’t really get annoyed if you ask for extra sauce! They also have those wireless charging ports so a huge plus for a quick pit stop!

La comida más barata que hice en Londres. Hamburguesa de pollo y otra de carne con patatas y ensalada, batido de chocolate y granizado de mango con piña 17€ todo, servicio rápido y con mesas para comer en el local.

Would never eat at this location. The guy assembling burgers and sandwiches doing it with bare hands leaving his finger prints on every single piece of it. When I asked to have him wear gloves I was told that the policy is to wash hands every 20 min. To me this is super antysanitary. I couldn't eat my sandwich as it made me want to puke thinking about those fingers all over it.

Шумно, потому что дети играют в планшет. Очень интересная идея с планшетом, вижу впервые, для детей рай! Хороши кондиционер, прохладно комфортно. Еда как еда- везде одинаковая🙂 очень грязный туалет, не возможно было зайти. Это самый большой минус этого заведения!

Its very cheap (expected from a MCD but unexpected in central london) food was ok place is really small and was very busy but still didnt take long to get our food

Must be the worst McDonald's I ever been to, they make 10 coffees and wait for food then you get a cold one, everyone is just angry as they make you wait 20 min for your order in the morning, when you ask how long you get "it's coming it's coming"...

I got shot by the employees but they were chill like that so I let it slide. Also there was this cool guy who burned off my skin but he was super chill so I deffo let it slide.

Service is really really slow, waited 15 minutes for a fanta. I work close i can order my food knowing if i leave 10 minutes after ordering it still wont be done. Too many times orders are wrong. Asked for no pickles or ketchup and i still get pickles and ketchup. Breakfast sausage and bacon mc muffin missing sausage.

We came around 23:30, the place was busy after a gig at Hyde park. Team worked hard to handle the orders and were taking walk in orders apart from the self-service machines as queues were long. Order was delivered fast and it was fresh.

My husband was so hungry and he wants his fave burger.

To be fair, what can you expect from a McDonalds? Fast Order, fast produced, all fine. The only thing were the toilets. The smell of urin was that strong I barely could take it. I even remove two stars for this because it was really disgusting 😔🤮

It is one of the messiest McDonald's I have ever been to. We placed our order at 10:57 AM, and at 11:00, they switched from the breakfast menu to the regular menu, causing extreme chaos. Our order took about 40 minutes to be prepared (which is a horrible experience for a fast-food restaurant). We noticed that the issue was due to the menu switch because orders from the new menu started coming out, while mine only came out after we complained. Therefore, my suggestion is not to place your order too close to that time.

Lovely manager when they were about to close and we were last one and want it to have apple pie and he had some left behind and kindly given us with smile just Cross midnight and they had a long day! Thank you.

Para ser una gran cadena de fast food y cuidar al máximo los standares de calidad, en este restaurante concretamente, el servicio es bastante deprimente, al igual que demasiado pronto ponen barreras para no poder acceder al salón del restaurante y te obligan a llevarte la comida por no poder sentarse. En mi caso comí sobre las 14:00 y si pude acceder al salón, pero el servicio y la realización del pedido fue muy nefasto y tuve que reclamarlo varias veces, el problema fue que no salió ticket al realizar el pedido en el quiosco y lo reclamé y me dijeron que no pasaba nada que lo tenían claro, por lo que cuando trajeron un el pedido, estabaa equivocado y no podía justificarlo y al decirles el número del pedido que me asignó el quiosco, el cual si sabía, alegaban el no encontrarlo. Al final una encargada por no escucharme más, me dió lo que me faltaba. También desatascar que la falta de empatía hacia los minusválidos es muy grande porque ir allí te obliga a comer fuera al no poder acceder y sentarse como los demás.

Good to fill a hungry person when your in a rush

To begin with, it was incredibly understaffed this provoked a long 25 minute wait for 4 meals for a family. Due to this most food was cold, bar the fries which were burnt. There were also people inside who hadn’t ordered food and were using it as a place to argue essentially. Overall it was below bog-standard. The only redeeming factors were a couple of staff who seemed relatively nice and the ice-cream machine was working and I got a mcflurry.

Essen ist okay wie bei jedem McDonald's, am Abend ist so viel los wir mussten sicher 30 min warten.

Schmutzig und unfreundlich. Persönliche Bartnetze werden nicht richtig getragen. HACCP vielleicht bekannt wird aber nicht angewandt. Wir waren zum Ladenschluss da und haben die 3-letzte Bestellung aufgegeben (2* McFlurry), was schon gedauert hat(es war nur ein Termial an und 3 Personen vor uns). Kaum bezahlt sollten wir laut Panel die Bestellung abholen. Die McFlurry waren aber bisher nicht zubereitet. Dann hat ein Mitarbeiter sie im Warmhaltebereich abgestellt. Nach dem alle anderen ihre Bestellung hatten, das Lokal verlassen hatten und abgeschlossen wurde ist aufgefallen das wir dort noch warteten. Niemand wusste von einer Bestellung. Dadurch das aber die McFlurry dort herum standen, glaubte man uns.

This place was unsatisfactory. They could provide a good quality milkshake and claimed it was the new design. I am absolutely appalled and will never return here again. I would advise the to all of you. It is toxic food and I felt unwell for 2 days.
