Burger King in City of London, Westminster

Just had a chicken royal meal. Cappuccino was one of the worst. Bland and Luke warm. The chicken patty was very bland. And chips weren't fresh. Staff totally disinterested. 10.20pm best to avoid best to give an honest review

I don't know what the actual opening times are, but they're not what it says on here, it was completely closed at 9pm on a Saturday!

If it was possible to give this place Zero stars I would! It’s without a doubt the worst Burger King in London, probably the UK And possibly the world. Terrible rude and very slow service, incompetence and cold disgusting food. I’ve had no choice but to order here as it’s the only food place open late near Fenchurch St station. It’s not even fast food! Order a standard Whopper with cheese like I did and the guy before me and the guy after me did, and you’ll inexplicably be told it will take 10-15 minutes! Meanwhile they have a load of food on display that no one wants going cold. It may not be busy when you arrive but it will be within a few minutes because they are so SLOW! Staff are completely clueless, incompetent and don’t give a shit. I missed not 1 but 2 trains waiting 20 minutes for my burger meal. Ask for sauce and it’s 50p! Except inexplicably for Ketchup which is free because Burger King discriminate! Completely unfair! I knew the food coming would be disgusting anyway, and I’d had enough and got a refund! Then found out they charged me for a supersized meal without asking me. Never again! Do us all a favour and close this place down!

Wrong beverage was put in the order and clearly didn’t order it

In November 28th 2024. It was literally the worst service I have ever had in Bk .All the employees who were working at the cash register were extremely rude, uninterested and impatient, when I was order my sandwich, this man let me speaking alone without any reason and when he came back again mor rude then he was, and for surprise me the sandwich whopper and fries arrived completely cold, and the hamburger bun was dry and crumbling. In the restaurant, you could see that there were already several sandwiches ready, just waiting to be delivered. But weren’t any costumers there?!?! No sandwich leaves the restaurant fresh. The same person who worked at the cash register was the person who prepared the sandwichI had the biggest regret of my life! Terrible service, terrible food!

I walked 15 minutes to this BK just to be able to eat the sandwich I was craving and I had the biggest regret of my life! Terrible service, terrible food!

A rather mediocre establishment, more like a station cafe. One employee serving very slowly. But the most unpleasant thing is that he refused to give a fries-burger to his son on his birthday, despite the letter...

The food is good, but there is no seating, you have to go outside to sit on a bench, and since it is raining..... In my opinion it is quite shabby

My husband popped in for some lunch, there were no burgers available so he ordered a Barbecue chicken supreme and it wasn't even hot so no burgers in Burger king and cold food and ridiculously overpriced at over £12 for the meal deal.

I bought large and refused to give me my large meal.

Burger King Travel Restaurant It is not possible to eat inside the restaurant because it is located inside the train station

Decent food for a commuter location, freshly cooked, and served quite quickly. Only down side is they don’t accept the BK rewards codes.

Horrible experience. They display a menu of Regular meals. But when you order they change it for a large without notice and when you complain the staff says that they only work with large meal despite they having the regular meal on the menu

Extortionate prices. Left when I saw whopper meal over 9 pounds.

First of all, it sais that they close at 12:00, I went with my wife to get some food at 23:20 and one of the staff ( his name is Vicas) close the door right in front of us saing that they are closing, so rude and disrecpectful, I don't recomand to anyone to go there !

Such a shame...the chicken and bacon burger was genuinely delicious - if I ate one every day for the rest of my life, I wouldn't be disappointed. ...however, the chips are terrible, the service worse, and they think it acceptable to charge extra for standard sauces which would add some semblance of moisture to the saharan-dried fries. You'll only go here drunk, but even so choose wisely!
