Burger King in City of London, Westminster

My husband popped in for some lunch, there were no burgers available so he ordered a Barbecue chicken supreme and it wasn't even hot so no burgers in Burger king and cold food and ridiculously overpriced at over £12 for the meal deal.

The food is good, but there is no seating, you have to go outside to sit on a bench, and since it is raining..... In my opinion it is quite shabby

I bought large and refused to give me my large meal.

Of all the Burger Kings in the world, this is the most convenient on the way home after a drunken night out. I particularly like the fact that it's not a McDonald's. Nice staff

The worst BK ever... The Whoper was so dry, tasteless, fries not salty at all.. I regret choosing this fast food.

Fresh food always hot and tasty, salted fries and extra salt near counter, dips now 40p from 30p but great customer service from the team

Burger King Travel Restaurant It is not possible to eat inside the restaurant because it is located inside the train station

Decent food for a commuter location, freshly cooked, and served quite quickly. Only down side is they don’t accept the BK rewards codes.

Horrible experience. They display a menu of Regular meals. But when you order they change it for a large without notice and when you complain the staff says that they only work with large meal despite they having the regular meal on the menu

Service was fast, but the quality is terrible. I could not even finish the burger as it was so dry. Almost no sauce and was not very fresh. Chips were half decent, but not the freshest. Would not order again.

Extortionate prices. Left when I saw whopper meal over 9 pounds.

First of all, it sais that they close at 12:00, I went with my wife to get some food at 23:20 and one of the staff ( his name is Vicas) close the door right in front of us saing that they are closing, so rude and disrecpectful, I don't recomand to anyone to go there !

Food was as bland as it gets. Expectations for burger king are already low but that was some seriously bad food!

Such a shame...the chicken and bacon burger was genuinely delicious - if I ate one every day for the rest of my life, I wouldn't be disappointed. ...however, the chips are terrible, the service worse, and they think it acceptable to charge extra for standard sauces which would add some semblance of moisture to the saharan-dried fries. You'll only go here drunk, but even so choose wisely!

Very quick and fresh food in less than 2 minutes. Staff are so humble. I’m loving it.

The menu displays small fries but if you ask for them, the staff will put it through as a regular fries for more money. When challenged, but they'll claim the till has no option for small fries, unless challenged enough, in which case they'll select the small fries option on the till.

It is impossible to get through to the Fenchurch Street branch to discuss dietary requirements and/or preferences... Why bother having a telephone number if they NEVER pick-up....Cannot even get through to Burger King Head Office to complain, so all-in-all, a shabbily run company..
