Went through the drive through everything fine again until I got back home once again my order was short . I ordered 4 extra chicken boneless fillets to go withy boneless bucket meal and they were missing again , another £4.00 from me for nothing in return. I do bring this up on the next visit I go but I only go once a month I complain but it gets me no where and not a mention of a refund. I do place the order sometimes inside after I have found a parking space and then I get everything out of the bag and see if I have all my order but what's the point in having a drive through if you have to do this each time

Very nice food! The chicken, fries etc tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly and fresh. Me and my husband very much enjoyed our meals. I will say the price is a bit much, but what isn't honestly these days.

I asked for sauces, I said I could pay extra, I was told that "I threw the sauces inside " YOU LIAR CHEATED ME AND MY CHILD" date 02/12/2023 time 10pm I will never visit this again

Fantastic, called this evening and the service was impeccable and the order was perfect, I asked for all breast pieces and they accommodated. The chicken was delicious and coated really well with the flour. Thanks staff

Service slow, prioritising delivery drivers orders before their customer. We ended up being there 10 min over the hours time we’re allowed and now I’m being fined £60 for parking over

Did a 20 mile round trip to get a 12 piece Bargain bucket- cost £17.99. Got home and had only been given 6 pieces. Telephoned multiple times between 8-11pm but no one bothered to answer the phone. The quality of the food I DID receive was terrible, the chicken was greasy and undercooked, chips hard and tasted like cardboard.

Never ever visit this hell hole , rude staff , food items missing (not the first time put the last one down to a mistake ) food in the bag chips upside down so the fall out in to one big pile , staff don't give a dam no answer when u call to speak to any body who ever owns this if it is a franchise need to take it off them

No toilet paper bins over flowing food on table all over floor crumbs on seats very very really was horrible I didn’t get anything it very dirty place

Very long wait to collect food inside. Staff prioritise delivery drivers orders and regular customers are forced to wait. Delivery drivers all cross around the collection area and make it very difficult to collect your own food when finally ready. Food was barely warm. Never again!

I ordered a meal for 4 adults. Half of the items were missing. Tried calling them no answer. Customer service atrocious along with staff who can’t even get orders right. This is not the first time it has happened but will certainly be the last won’t be ordering from these imbeciles again!!!!

Ordered a delivery through Just eat and this was confirmed. After over 1 hour waiting got an email saying that KFC had cancelled the order. Made the mistake of ordering again two weeks later directly through KFC delivery. Took my money and confirmed order (4007) but never arrived and no notification so they will never get my business again.

Got a KFC late night meal it was absolutely garbage my chicken burger bun was squashed and miniscule no lettuce hardly no mayo the chips were cold and "bits" see picture. Drink was flat as a pancake . Hubbys Zinger was ok but chips and drink same as mine flat and bits , will definitely not be visiting again.

Tried ordering a delivery for my sons 9th Birthday as that's what he choose. Finally get the food all chosen which always costs a lot more when having it delivered. First says they don't accept my cash card it's a big local bank then it says delivery unavailable try later. This went on for a while so we never got a kfc which was not a good end to are sons Birthday

Absolutely appalling service and food. Yet again...... no crushems, machine broken apparently!! AGAIN. No strawberry or chocolate sauce for the ice cream AGAIN!!! blamed it on the delivery wagon AGAIN!! Toilets absolutely filthy AGAIN!! Hand dryer in toilet not working. Rubbish bins I side and out over flowing AGAIN!! every single empty table 95% of them, so it wasn't busy, where all filthy, not been cleaned, when I asked for a table to be cleaned they handed me a dry dirty cloth from under the counter for me to do it myself!!! Took 7-8 mins for me to be served, baring in mind I was yhe only person queuing, I felt like I was invisible and in the end had to ask if anyone was serving customers, a guy said havnt you used the self serve machines, I said no as 1 isn't working and the other has a msg on it saying receipt roll needs changing, plus I pointed out that the self serve machines dont accept cash!!!!! The food eventually was handed over, my zinger burger had literally 1/4 of the bun missing from the top, and the fries where barely warm. Absolutely unbelievable, total disaster from walking in the door to walking out. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

We went here for lunch at my grandson’s request. The place was clean, with tables cleared and wiped. I enjoyed my chicken and chips. Other reviewers have had problems, perhaps staff have changed as everything was fine on our visit.

Rude staff , not helpful at all Ordered boneless feast with rice as side order they say we don’t have the rice can I have something that I like instead then ?no you can only have fries or beans or coleslaw, I don’t like any of these can I have it cheaper than ? No sorry we can’t do that , do you want to cancel your meal? So we’ll give you something that you don’t like and you still have to pay full price , when it’s not even my fault when they run out of stuff!! Well thank you for your rudeness 👌🏼

I’m absolutely disgusted. Both mine and my boyfriends burgers was raw! This is not right. I am poorly now because of this!!!!!

This has got to be the worst takeaway I have ever encountered, we had a meal from there several weeks ago and it wasn't brilliant sloppy chips and everything seemed a little undercooked thought will never go again. Saturday went out to get some fish and chips, all closed so near KFC thought go on it may have just been a one off last time, but no got the burger meal home the chicken was so undercooked both meals were the same everything just seemed to have been thrown in the bag, 2 meals nearly £15 it is overpriced rubbish, will never go there again, I have always been happy with KFC but not from Haley hill Halifax.

Booked a family bucket over the phone and went to pick it up the staff were very rude including the manager they just threw the chicken in the box with their tweezer things and the chicken was very dry and cold as well as the chips also they had no face coverings.

Went for a takeaway bargain bucket last week. After we got home , we opened it and it had 6 chicken legs, no wings or other meat. They weren’t nice , so we threw them away. A total waist of £13! Tried to complain but nobody answers the phone and emails just ignored. I wouldn’t go to this KFC again.

Ordered a 4 piece box meal for one today but when I arrived to share with mum - it only had 3 pieces in it.The chicken was greasy.Didn’t have a receipt so couldn’t complete the survey on line.Tried to phone the store but no pick up.

Nice clean well kept KFC, food always well cooked and piping hot We asked for a table to be cleared and it was done immediately by the staff, who were very pleasant and smiley Lots of choice and its good for toddlers Easy parking

As far as KFC’s go this one is pretty good. The staff are friendly, it’s clean and the food is good. The carpark is quite small and is often full even though the restaurant isn’t but you could park in Lidl and walk down.
